Atlanta Restaurant Openings - Eater Atlanta

"Brick and Mortar at Pullman Yards has picked its first chef residency to launch on August 16. Chef Kiyoka Nishikawa of the Cheffrey’s Kitchen Japanese pop-up is expected to serve a traditional Kaiseki (Japanese fine dining) seven-course meal for $80 per person. There will be two seatings of 20 guests each night. Reservations are open and required. Beyond Nishikawa’s menu, Brick and Mortar will have a regular menu starting August 14 led by culinary director Alan Somphonephakdy, founder of Asian street food pop-up Salty Smiles. Expect dishes like corn scallion fritters with hot honey, massaman curry potato egg rolls served with a green chutney sauce, and a smash burger. Reservations are not needed to order from the regular menu." - Henna Bakshi

A Mobile Alcohol Park on Rails and Atlanta Restaurant the Abby Singer Open in May at the Pratt Pullman District in Kirkwood | Eater Atlanta

"I’m looking forward to the outdoor, mobile alcohol park opening in May as part of the new Historic Rail Park at Pullman Yard in Kirkwood: beer, wine, and other drinks will be served out of five shipping containers set on train truck wheels and lined up on rails that run roughly ten acres south along the spine of the linear park from the spur of the CSX line. The Abby Singer will operate the alcohol portion going forward, and the developer says more mobile containers for food, art, and retail will be added over time, with some intended to be more long-term than others. Given that the rail onsite is deemed historic by the National Park Service and the state historic preservation office, I appreciate that the plan is to activate the historic rail into an interactive public experience." - Beth McKibben

Visited April 12, 2025 We came for Chef's Market. Parking- The event was free, but Parking is ridiculous. It was $7/hr. That is outrageous. That's the only thing that would not bring us back. The space is nice, We really wanted to play the jumbo connect four, but it was broken. Hopefully they get that fixed. They have a firepit area also. There was a lady walking around with a spin wheel for people to spin and win prizes. She was a little awkward, in my opinion. But again, the space is a cool. If parking was not setup to rob people, we would return.

We went to the balloon museum as a family and I absolutely loved it. It's great for kids and adults alike. If you are artistic you would love it even more than just a reg Joe. This was a wonderful experience and I look forward to the next event that we can attend here.

I had a great time seeing the Jurassic Park World Exhibition and the Van Gogh Exhibit when it was at Pullman Yards! I highly recommend making it a day plan to come here as there are plenty of good food trucks, drinks and there is even pickleball courts to play on! The staff is very friendly and helpful! They work hard to make sure you feel immersed in the exhibitions! I highly recommend coming here and checking out any of the exhibitions available to see!

Went to the interactive Picasso exhibit here. It was very cool - I preferred the Van Gogh immersive exhibit I went to in Asheville but the projector room and the shapes of the screen were impressive and massive. Pullman yards has a nice outdoor space with lots of seating, tons of outdoor games and activities including pickle ball courts, there was also food trucks parked out side the concert hall and there was a fairly large outdoor concert happening on the other side of the building. Overall a cool space but you do have to pay for parking and it’s nearly 8bucks an hour through the ParkMobile app.

The Pullman Yards is hosting the Jurassic World Exhibition for a short period of time! Me and my aunt had a great time! I only wish it was way longer! Seeing the T-Rex really made it worth it! It would’ve been cool to see Roxy come out a paddock tho. It would’ve made it super intense but I think the way the event was run was tastefully done! Well worth the money!

The Bridgerton Experience was awesome. Great performances and everyone was in character the whole time. Just wished there was more space for us to line up to do the dance before the queen picked her diamond.

The Queen ball: Bridgerton Experience event was held at this location and the setup was so beautiful; but such a very rush event. However, it was a cool experience stepping back into the 1800 Regency Era although It was not worth $78. More like a $35 event.

Great atmosphere! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My niece and I were there for the Stranger Things Experience. There was no charge for parking, only paid for the Experience and it was well worth it.
