Pullman Yards is a vibrant outdoor hub bursting with live music, food trucks, and unique attractions like the Balloon Museum, perfect for all ages.
"Brick and Mortar at Pullman Yards has picked its first chef residency to launch on August 16. Chef Kiyoka Nishikawa of the Cheffrey’s Kitchen Japanese pop-up is expected to serve a traditional Kaiseki (Japanese fine dining) seven-course meal for $80 per person. There will be two seatings of 20 guests each night. Reservations are open and required. Beyond Nishikawa’s menu, Brick and Mortar will have a regular menu starting August 14 led by culinary director Alan Somphonephakdy, founder of Asian street food pop-up Salty Smiles. Expect dishes like corn scallion fritters with hot honey, massaman curry potato egg rolls served with a green chutney sauce, and a smash burger. Reservations are not needed to order from the regular menu." - Henna Bakshi
"The Historic Rail Park at Pullman Yard in Kirkwood features an outdoor, mobile alcohol park that opens in May. Operated by the upcoming restaurant The Abby Singer, it includes beer, wine, and other drinks served out of five shipping containers set on train truck wheels. The park runs approximately ten acres south along the spine of the linear park from the spur of the CSX line on the northwest side of the property. More mobile containers will be added in the future to include food, art, and some retail." - Beth McKibben
