Holiday Inn Nyc - Lower East Side, an IHG Hotel

The best part was checking in with the young lady who had an amazing smile, super friendly and lovely! Very welcoming!! Thank you so much for ensuring that our check in was PERFECT! You are phenomenal, the check out process was also great, the young lady who checked me out was very lovely and you can tell she was ready for her day by her smile!

This is our second stay at the Holiday Inn Lower East Side. The first time I was slightly surprised by the immediate surrounding area being so run down but that didn't put us off from returning. The overall area is really quirky, has lovely cafes & restaurants & plenty local amenities. We prefer to stay a little distance away from the busy Times Square area as we enjoy the walk to see the sights! This hotel offers us everything we need for reasonable NYC value. It is clean, comfortable with excellent WiFi, unlimited coffee & very comfortable beds! We will definitely stay here again when next in NYC.

The hotel was in a great location for me as my family live on the Lower East Side. This was my second time staying here in the past few years. Flew in from LaGuardia so it was a quick trip. The hotel and room were very clean. Staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. Breakfast was part of the package and it was just OK but I did not expect more. Water and snack bar were offered upon check in. Ice machine worked. Coffee maker in room. I loved that the window opened so I had fresh air. My room was in the back of the building so it was pretty quiet for NYC. I will stay here again.

Thank you to the staff for your excellence and professionalism! We enjoyed relaxing in our very comfortable room. The facility was very clean and had a pleasant smell. Breakfast was awesome! The restaurant staff were very helpful and the food was delicious!

Great place, amazing service! The hotel is small, cute and quiet. Cassandra made a diffrence from the moment we arrived, thank you ! Rooms were clean. Now the area.... not so great if you come with kids. I read a bunch of reviews, but only a few mentioned the area. Didn't feel safe to walk with the kids on the street, not to mention at night. There are lots of restaurants around, and the train stop is right there.

I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews prior to our stay. We had originally booked a hotel in midtown, however we really thought about it and considering we spend all of our day out of the hotel, we figured we would save almost £1k by re-booking this hotel in lower eastside and use the Subway to get around quickly and easily.||Well, I am so glad we did. This hotel has everything you need for a budget break in NYC.||The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The free Tea/Coffee station in the foyer is a welcome touch and we used it often, you do have facilities in your room also. We had 2 x double beds in our room for a family of three, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was always warm and powerful. ||My only gripes with the room is that the heating was via an air condition unit which heated quickly, but was noisy and therefore i could not keep this on at night and it got very cold a couple of nights. The other thing is that there was not enough storage for clothes and we just "lived out of our suitcases" but honestly, this wasn't a major problem when only there a few days and iron/iron board is available in the wardrobe if needed.||The subway station is right outside the hotel and once you figure out the line to use, it is really easy and straightforward.||We weren't keen on the area after dark, but we didn't walk much around the hotel, just off the subway and straight in to the hotel.||All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for the price and the warm hospitality.

I stayed at Holiday Inn LES for 9 nights It’s in a fantastic location to access all of Manhattan. The room was quiet and comfortable The staff so helpful, especially Cassandra. I used the gym, which was well equipped but a little warm I will definitely stay there again

This is not your usual standard of Holiday Inn Hotel. It is functional for what you need and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the room overall was fine. However, it is most definitely, at best, a 3 star hotel in terms of looks, amenities and overall experience. The customer service was not the best (some staff were great, some really weren't) and management quite unresponsive to resolving issues. The rooms are small.
