A colleague of mine visiting the states for the weekend, was in there on Sunday - and purchased PJ's - the checkout person did not take off the security tags, so on way to airport on Monday this colleague stopped in to get the magnetic tags removed - as to not set off any issues at the airport - costing her the car service charge for the extra stop - and the time it took to go back to the store and have this done. They were not very accommodating even though it was their error that caused her to have to go back - and did not offer her any sort of discount/for her inconvenience, or let her use the 25% off coupon that we had, (return and repurchase....would have been ideal)
to make up at least the inconvenience to her and maybe make up the cost it took on the car service bringing her there. Shame - believe a brand new store, should be trying to keep people coming in, not the opposite.
