"A new 14,000-square-foot commercial kitchen commissary on Hollister Street in Chula Vista is being built by the founders of Fulton Kitchens and Fishburn Kitchens. The South Bay site will hold 25 spaces ranging from 250 to 600 square feet (some with hoods installed), and each unit contains dishwashing, hand, and prep sinks; co-owner Yossi Berrin-Reinstein likens it to renting an almost fully furnished apartment with your own key and 24/7 access.
