Google
I would’ve given it a better score If maybe they had some security or other people around to help with the homeless problem it’s not that they’re homeless. It’s that they were literally pooping on the sidewalks. I almost stepped in human feces twice. There were some great vendors there, but I won’t be going back until it gets cleaned up. I’m not looking for perfect. I’m just looking for a place That is set up better for people to be able to use the restroom

My family loves this farmers market, it's a nice bikeride from our house and it's so convenient that it runs through the winter. There is a diverse selection of high quality produce and other goods available and everyone is always friendly. Conveniently it is right by a grocery outlet for any other groceries you might need.

John Kutasz

Google
Plenty of selection without lots of duplicate vendors. No dogs allowed before 10:00 AM, not a big deal for me, but I know several folks who really appreciate that. Excellent farms represented here.

Google
A lovely market with everything you would expect from the farm. Food, flowers, coffee. Fish, trinkets, live music. Fresh veggies, booze, mushrooms. And fun (obviously).

Mario Mamone

Google
Awesome selection of farm fresh veggies and fruits plus honey, candles, and much more. Music is always great featuring a local band. Snacks, coffee, and other drinks are available. Sit at a table by the music and enjoy yourself. Dog friendly and lots of cool northeast portlanders!

Google
Great selection. Fun food. Mushrooms, hot coco. Flowers. Check them out for sure

Great market! Love the fresh salmon, berries, and vegetables 😋

Google
We went just for produce and was surprised at how much was there, considering it was the first Saturday in January. There are a lot of other things there besides fruits and vegetables...a variety of things from kettle corn, made on site, to honey, meat and a lot more. We got a giant cabbage, Brussels sprouts on the stalk, apples and pears for 20.00. Cannot beat the prices! And everything is delicious!

Yelp
This market is great! Great variety of produce. Baked goods, drinks, liquor, mushrooms, berries, pickles, plants, fish, meat, etc. and some ready to eat foods. Most accept cc, Google pay, Venmo and Apple pay, but the food truck and some baked goods require cash only. There's also live music which is nice. So great variety of foods and produce. I really enjoyed it. Quality of items was great.

Yelp
Love this farmers market! I think it's one of limited options in the close-in east side of Portland. They are open Saturdays 9am-1pm with some variability for seasons. Located in the Grocery Outlet parking lot and surrounding streets, they have a wonderful layout of nearly 100 businesses. Some of my favorites include Tabor Bread, Flying Coyote Farm, Kiyokawa Orchards, Mr. Baklava, Mindful Mushrooms, Freeland Spirits, and Straightaway. Parking is not great. There is a small lot off 44th but mostly you have to hunt for street parking (which is free at least). Dogs are allowed 10am-1pm.

Yelp
To my daughter and I, visiting a farmers market is one of our holy grails when we travel. Since she's taken me to the Portland Farmers Market-PSU in past years I've visited her, she decided to change up the game and come to Hollywood Farmer's M. in Portland's Hollywood area instead. This market runs just a few blocks and some side streets- but has a diverse mix of vendors and products: cheeses, the obvious blooming plants, fresh produce of course, cookies+baked goods to munch on as you stroll or take with you, mushrooms- the cooking kind, not the trip type, chai tea, etc. I had a great time when my daughter brought me here. We managed to get some mushrooms to cook at her apartment (didn't get around to it)- but I'm sure they'll taste fabulous with some butter! Vendors all have a super friendly energy and the feel here is totally upbeat. This was a terrific way to celebrate and support local farmers, vendors and artisans who offer their unique products.

Yelp
Hollywood Farmers Market in Portland always delivers. This time I grabbed a cold brew from Radiant Coffee -- strong and smooth -- and a killer veggie sambusa from Alleamin Products. Packed with flavor, and their hot sauce kicks it up a notch. Also scored a jar of spicy pickled ginger from Fermentista and a couple of Thai basil plants for the backyard. Solid spot, definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
LOVE our neighborhood farmers market. It's gotten very popular the last couple years - - sometimes things are sold out by the time we arrive and there can be long lines. Some of our favorite vendors are: Squirrel and Crow Foods with their awesome tempeh, Fermentista always has fun sauerkrauts and pickled veggies, Peak Forest Fruit has delicious cherries and Flying Coyote Farms, just to name a few. We stumbled upon BhakTEA last Saturday and tried their Strawberry Matcha - - super yummy and fresh!! Going to add them to our list :) We always walk here but my guess is that parking is tricky - - best bet is to find street parking a few blocks away and walk over.

Yelp
What a great farmer's market! Aside from a lot of veggies and fruit in November, I picked up a local distillery's rye whiskey and specialized brandy for holiday parties. The other venders offered beautiful bread, local honey and crafts. It's a small and manageable market with parking a few blocks away. I'll be back throughout the winter for more veggies and cheeses.

Yelp
It's a farmers market. You know exactly what you're getting here, and they have pretty much everything at this one. Meat? Fish? Veggies? Honey? Candles? Plants? Wine? Alcohol? Baked goods? All the above. And, of what I've sampled which is the majority of it. You can't go wrong here. It's all good. I've planted many a veggies and succulents from various vendors. I've gotten tasty baked goods from Fleur di Lis and other bakeries, I've purchased all sorts of veggies and I've had success every time. They usually have live music as well. This farmers market has been around for years and for one of the smaller ones on the east side, you won't do much better. Plus you're in Hollywood and there's plenty around to do. Enjoy.

Yelp
Fun space and lovely people! Live music too Very best place to spend a sunny Saturday.

Yelp
Small Farmer's Market that has everything you need! I've been going for 18 years and even though I now live in SW close to the Portland Farmers Market by PSU, I still go to Hollywood every Saturday after the gym. While leisurely strolling and tasting you way through a market is a fun way to spend a Saturday morning, sometimes you just don't have that kind of time. Unlike the larger markets that feel more like an "event," I can walk through the Hollywood market with purpose, get my fruits, veggies and a tasty carb or two, and be on my way in 20 minutes. From the Hood River Strawberries that arrive for just two weeks in June, through berries of every kind, cherries of many varieties, peaches, plums, artichokes, Romano beans, tomatoes, peppers, apples, pears and everything in between, they have all the fruits and veggies in season. - My favorite "Sugar Snap Pea" lady is here year after year with sugar snap peas that are larger and sweeter than any I have ever tasted. Anywhere. I look forward to her bounty every year! - Tabor Bread has a booth here - everything is out of this world amazing. Fig/walnut swirl bread. Salted buckwheat chocolate chip cookies. Chocolate chocolate chip rye cookies - killer. Old fashioned breads with toothy grains and chewy texture. Amazing. - Love the new addition of the fresh ramen booth with a variety of sauces so you can have a fast, delicious meal in minutes. - The homemade tamales are spectacular. Bring them home for dinner, your family will thank you. This market has everything! - Fresh eggs, oysters, steak, salmon, cured meats. Check. - Wine, olive oil, cider. Check. - Bread. Scones. Cookies. Cakes. Crepes. Pies. Granola. Check. - Fresh flowers. Cut lavender. Potts herbs. Check. - Tamales. Tacos. Fresh salsa. Sausage sandwiches. Coffee. Check. While I enjoy all Farmers markets, Hollywood is my fave!

Yelp
Love my community and our farmers market. One gripe though: why is NE 44th just south of Sandy closed? Makes sense in 2020, but now there's only one vendor in that section. Moreover, it causes a vehicle backup and increases overall congestion.

Yelp
This was an awesome farmers market! I have been wanting to get some fresh veggies and fruits and was happy to find this market close by. There were lots of vendors (for a community market) and while most had similar offerings, we were able to price around and get good deals. I love fresh pastries and breads found here so got some croissants from a bakery. The asparagus and strawberries looked delicious so we got some of those too. They offered red wagons for shopping and lots of kids seemed to love it. Our favorite part of the day was the bee hive and finding the queen bee!
google avatar

Yelp
Love going to see all the fresh produce and homemade jam! It gets a little crowded on a sat afternoon, but if you can get there at the right time its not so bad.

Yelp
Out of all the farmer's markets I have visited in this city, this one is one of my favorites. It's not too big yet not too small either. There is something for everyone and plenty of food vendors to get the food fix. Want Scoop Ice cream? A delicious breakfast burrito? Affordable and beautiful flowers for that special someone? Bountiful of fresh fruit and veggies? House cured meats from Olympic Provisions? Decadent dessert? Yep all that and probably more can be found here on Saturday's early morning through early afternoon. Plus it's in the middle of a huge uplift in the Hollywood District with more food carts, restaurants, and a revitalized Hollywood Theater in tow. Support local!!!!!

Yelp
So cute! This small Saturday farmer's market is located near the Hollywood transit center. Open from (early May to the end of October) every Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. They are also staying open through November (3, 10 & 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) Great place to get fresh produce, baked goods, and flowers/potted plants. They also have a few booths of prepared foods so you can get a lunch. Great place for kids and dogs. Overall: Smaller than the PSU Farmer's Market, so more manageable. Bring a bag and get shopping!

Yelp
This is perhaps the best community farmers market (FM) I've seen in PDX. First off, lets get details out of the way: It's EVERY Saturday May through November, and then every 1st and 3rd Saturday during the other Winter/Spring months. It starts ~8-9am and ends at 1pm. I highly recommend you check the website to confirm details and see what unique events they have going on each week: http://hollywoodfarmersmarket.org/ As for the other details, they're just the right size; not as massive and crowded as the PSU FM, but definitely big enough to have everything you'll need (fruits, veggies, meat, dairy, baked good, honey, mushrooms, flowers, etc). Not only that their prices tend to be a bit cheaper than the PSU FM. Parking is relatively abundant on the street (do NOT use the Grocery Outlet parking lot!), and it's nice having Grocery Outlet there for cheap, non-local, and/or mass-produced miscellaneous items you need like wine and almost-expired cereal & cheese :-) They are my favorite market for getting flowers (you can get a HUGE bouquet for only $10-15 from the local asian growers), and their weekly music acts are usually pretty decent. I wouldn't necessarily drive from Hillsboro just to come here, but if you're anywhere within a few miles, consider walking, biking, or driving down to check it out!

Yelp
The Hollywood Market is a regular stop for us. It's big enough to have lots of selection, and small enough to be able to wander through without seeing the same things too many times. The quality of the produce is reliably high, and it's just a pleasant shopping experience. In addition, Grocery Outlet with Manny's wine recommendations is just a few steps away, and Trader Joes / Whole Foods are also nearby, making it easy to do a more extensive shopping excursion without leaving the neighborhood.

Yelp
I love and support this market all year 'round. Yes it's smaller than many markets but it has a great mix of vendors every week and they update whose going to be there all the time on their website and e-news letters. They close off the block and take up the street (love that) and it is close to other grocery shopping if you can't find all that you need here. Their winter hours are every other Saturday and I went today in the pouring rain it was soggy and 43ish degrees but all the vendors were smiling and pleasant and I tried to spread out my $ across as many booths as I could. I didn't have any cash but got tokens with my debit card at the info booth (super easy). Besides some veggies and beautiful deep purple potatoes (that stay purple when you cook them) I picked up some ground Yak meat and lamb bacon...I've never had either but what the heck they both sound delicious! We are so lucky to have so many farmers markets to choose from in Portland. Thanks for being out there today everyone!

Yelp
A lot more trustworthy reviewers have already highlighted some of the best parts of the Hollywood Farmers Market - not too big but not too small, full of cute kids and pooches and Portland natives wearing hats but not too crowded with any one of those demographics, in an easily accessible part of town. All those things are true. And of course, the local purveyors of homegrown vittles, from the Sweet Leaf Farm out of Junction City whose veggies have starred in my salads for the last month to the hazelnut sellers who have given me a wholesome alternative to crack, represent all the things to love about organic, locavore food. But I'm going to be honest. While I enjoy family-run farms and local businesses and swinging around a canvas bag full of carrots as much as the next person, I go to farmers markets to eat. Damn right. And since farmers market hours are in the morning, there's fasts to be broken. If a market doesn't have a few decent ready-to-eat foods for me to gobble up prior to stocking my vegetable crisper, it's not worth my time. Luckily, not only does the Hollywood Farmers Market have lots of on-the-spot dining vendors, but the caliber is beyond decent - it's almost stellar. Here's the contents of my stomach after the last couple trips: Veggie tamales from the Micro Mercantes tent Strawberry kombucha from the Lion Heart cart Mango lime popsicle from the Sol Pops cart Fried rice from the Ate-Oh-Ate tent (I'm still not really down with Ate-Oh-Ate, but it's darn near impossible for me to say no to fried rice for breakfast when it's available) Don't you wish your stomach was stuffed like mine? Yeah, you do. And the icing on that proverbial cake is that I got the fixings for a pretty spectacular healthy meal later in the day. You so good, Hollywood.

Yelp
As farmers' markets go, the Hollywood on is the most farmtastic of all. You might be thinking I'm bias, might be rollin your eyes because you think I just wanna rep my hood---but I seriously love this farmers' market. Sure, it's nothing compared to the PSU market. It won't make your eyes roll back in your head from all the veggie over load. The Hollywood market offers a couple things that I think are necessary for a good market day: 1. It's easily navigable. If you want to walk around and compare prices and examine produce, it's actually doable. When you say, "Oh, I'll come back for this". you actually can! 2. The small size gives it a good neighborhood feel, and isn't that the point of your market? Keepin it local? 3. You can actually talk to the people selling you your food. I love that exchange! Good job, Hollywood.

Yelp
A couple of years go by, a cool new thing becomes a comfortable habit.... I said "Hey welcome back! I need two dozen, mostly smalls but a few mediums would be O.K. " to the oyster guy. I look around, S.U. is holding a bunch of fresh red radishes almost the size of tennis balls. She's wearing a funny grin as she shakes her head in disbelief. I notice a new sign, "Meat Here" and it's Olympic Provisions selling their cured sausages! That's a cool new thing! And there's the Native American guy from last years King Market selling incredibly delicious huge chunks of smoked salmon, and the fresh mushrooms and the breads and pastries and produce and ............ and the Newgrass/Blues band rocking out a Beatle medley with wicked hot mandolin solos. Oh yeah! Living life and lovin' it!!!
google avatar

Yelp
The Hollywood Farmers Market is the best farmers' market in Portland. And I hate admitting that, because the word might spread and make it even more crowded. But let me tell you why: The range of booths here is perfect - lots of great produce, baked goods, food carts without the weird booths that really have no business at a FARMERS market. Pens and blown glass.. why? Knitted scarves and doilies... how come? If I want body jewelry and t-shirts with "witty" screenprinting, I'll go to the Saturday Market. It also has a nice community feel and patrons are generally very nice, unlike my experiences at the market by PSU where you're more likely to be knocked down by some power-walking jackass that is only there to get fancy drip coffee and dried sticks to decorate their multi-million dollar loft's parlor in the Pearl district. I also appreciate that the HFM instituted a dog-free shopping time before 10am. I've never visited without going home with more produce than I actually end up using, and usually for under $20. The only down side is that, like all real farmers' markets, it's not year-round. Once it closes for the winter, I actually get mildly depressed until it re-opens the following year.

Yelp
As a woman (as opposed to a man), I think it's much less creepy to say that I like to see babies having fun. Children, too. It makes me feel like the world must be doing something right. And children, with their little bodies and oversized heads, equal pure adorableness. And the Hollywood Farmers Market has more than enough to satisfy the most "aww, isn't he cute?!" childless 20-something females walking around Portland looking for big headed little bodied kids to say "well, maybe one day" about. And that's the thing about this Farmer's market. Its great for families, which is what I love the most about it. This place isn't full of vendors who are trying to sell you things you don't need, or customers who are cutthroat about getting exactly what they want. People go there for the experience of being outdoors, in the Portland weather, having a good time and doing some local shopping. Everyone seems to be friendly and kind, and the live music & food samples are sure to please any crowd (of proportionate or disproportionate sized heads and bodies). So if you want to have a really nice, family-friendly experience, go to this Farmer's market on Saturday morning, because you'll be sure to see a lot of friendly faces, and children with ice cream in their hair and eyebrows; which is cute to us women, I think.

Yelp
This has become my favorite farmers market. The vendors are friendly and the produce is tops. They often have foot-stompin' music and the place isn't insanely crowded. My best purchases on our most recent outing: --Padron peppers. We roasted those babies whole and served them slathered in olive oil and topped with course sea salt. Man, that is gastronomic perfection. --Blackberries as big as my thumbs. Tasted like candy. We had to stop ourselves from eating them all before we got home. We had just enough for a pie. I also like the close proximity to Grocery Outlet (my wife calls it the used food store) where I can stock up on cheap(er) beer and wine.
google avatar

Chris B.

Yelp
Come On Man!!! Can you really write a bad review about a farmers market??? I live in the Hollywood neighborhood and am here as much as I can be. The farmers, ranchers, cheesemakers, burrito folks, sausage people, ahhh hell everyone here has such passion for their product. I do not think I have been around such a happy group of people in my life. They love what they grow or make and they all love to share that with you. I love supporting the local farmers and getting fresh, organic fruits and veggies because the stuff at Safeway sucks. **Beware*** There are a few old lady ninjas that are some of the rudest people I have ever seen...... They love corn on the cob and will shoulder check you to get a good ear of corn. I guess it is good corn.
google avatar

Chee K.

Yelp
There are so many things that await you at the Hollywood Farmer's Market. You can get your artisianal goat cheese, local made hard liquors and of course, there's many choices of vendor made foods and delicious fresh vegetables. The prices are a little different depending on the vendor for veggies per pound but pretty much the same for fruits. For me, I get my pint of blueberries, a variety of fresh veggies to keep me through the week and maybe a hot delicious pork tamale. I'm golden!
google avatar

Jessica G.

Yelp
The perfect sized farmers market that it's not too crowded, there's not too much "but wait let's see what kind of berries those 11 booths way over there have", and the prices are reasonable. It's easy to navigate in and out in 15 minutes if you just need a few things, but could keep you entertained for much longer than that if you wanted to hang out. There's also some "finished food" vendors and creative packaged-type foods. Overall a good crowd, and great vendors.
google avatar

Stacey H.

Yelp
I love this market. I am not a big fan of giant crowds. This market is a comfortable size. The best roast chicken I've ever eaten came from Deck Family Farms. I love Dante's pesto. I love the salmon, I love the berries... it's all good. Some places take credit cards (the fish guy) but you can get wooden tokens if you have a debit card.
google avatar

Kristen M.

Yelp
Impressive Farmer's Market I happen to be in the area and stumbled upon the Farmer's Market while driving around the Hollywood District. They hold their festivities on Saturdays. Vendors sell fresh fruit, veggies (your typical fare). You also have prepared foods ranging from breakfast burritos, artisan bread, sweet pastries (for the sweet tooth) such as cupcakes and cakes. They also have Olympic Provisions there with a stand of their infamous cured meats. One place was selling organic milk (chocolate too!). Not to mention they have coffee, flowers and crepes. There was ample parking in a parking lot across the street or along the streets as well. I would definitely come back if I happen to be in the area :)
google avatar

Ashley F.

Yelp
Although the market space is small, there are so many selection and variety. You can find Vietnamese vegetables along side Oregon grown produce, fresh fish to live herbs, the list go on. It's great to see little children enjoying it as much as their parents. It's not big in space, but it's big in community participation. I highly recommend stopping by.
google avatar

Via H.

Yelp
The peanut butter/chocolate chip cookies are heavenly. The man who sells homemade pesto (and offers endless samples) is my hero. The breakfast burritos put me in a food coma every time. I'm obsessed with this market. I live for it. I count the days each week until I can visit again, and load up on produce, snacks and of course, samples! Rain or shine, this market is my favorite in Portland. Not only is it keeping those local farmers in business but it's really manageable (not overwhelming or daunting) and very neighborly. I walk away feeling warm and fuzzy inside. Is that weird? Oh, and more often than not, I leave with 3x the amount I originally planned on picking up - it's just THAT good. HURRY though, it's only open for 3 more weeks this fall!!
google avatar

Vinnie B.

Yelp
This is a small but pretty nice farmers market in my neighborhood. I love the strawberries farmers and the live music every Saturday. Prices can fluctuate between venders, so I look around before I purchase.
google avatar

Toni T.

Yelp
I feel very lucky that Hollywood Farmers Market is my neighborhood farmers market! As much as I love the downtown Farmers Market at PSU, this size is more my speed. Large enough to have a variety of vendors, but small enough to get to know those various vendors. I love Marty the salmon guy and the Takahashi peaches are bomb. Also, one of the most delicious pints of golden raspberries were purchased and eaten at HFM. Head over for breakfast of crepes (the Sunrise crepe is my favorite) or delicious pastries from Gabriels, then poke around and find beautiful veggies and local proteins while you hear a local band play in front of dancing, drooling toddlers. Hooray! One note: This year the market was open through the winter. I haven't had as much chance to go, but it's very, very small at this point. I hope they are able to build up to a few more winter vendors to make it worth going because I love the idea of a winter market.
google avatar

Susan S.

Yelp
As mentioned, this market has a great mix of fresh produce, artisan cheeses, wine and even flowers. The prepared food is great. I love having a tasty sausage on a bun for breakfast. I am looking forward to the winter market. I hope they are able to make it happen.
google avatar

Todd M.

Yelp
it's a great farmers market in a great location, full of great produce, great food, and great people. What can I say? It's Great!
google avatar

Nancy K.

Yelp
This is my favorite neighborhood farmers market. They have 2 pretty large farm stands that have a ton of produce. Plus, there's usually a handful of vendors offering berries and other fruit. This market seems to have a good balance of all the awesome things a farmer's market should have without getting too artsy/crafty. Added bonus, a Trader Joes is just a hop, skip and a jump away so I can get all my grocery shopping done in one outing.
google avatar

Dennis J.

Yelp
Plenty of parking within a two block radius of market. Big fan of the fresh berries (all kinds!). Discovered the cut flowers last year and my recipients have truly enjoyed those too! Highly recommend. That's if you like fresh vegies and supporting local businesses and such!
google avatar

Mike K.

Yelp
Was away for a few days again, and had to re-acclimatize to Portland. We heard that Sneakin' Out would be playing at the Hollywood Farmers Market so we went. Not only was Sneakin' Out fantastic, the farmers market was also great! I couldn't believe all the fresh produce and other goodies so late in the season. Guess we'll be stopping by there before Thanksgiving.
google avatar

Ryan N.

Yelp
Great market! Be sure to stop by the flower stand if you hit this. I managed to pick up a beautiful bouquet that would have been sold somewhere between $80-$100 at a flower shop for only $12 bucks. Super deal!
google avatar

Wil G.

Yelp
Loved the music (Sneakin' Out), and had a great time with all the crazy dogs and eccentric vegetable people. Definitely coming back here to avoid the PSU crowds. Let's get a better coffee cart, eh?

A M.

Yelp
This is my favorite farmers market in Portland! I miss being so close... We used to live a few blocks away and I'd run over there every Saturday morning for fresh berries right after getting out of bed. Perfect for your weekend breakfast! What I love about this market is that it feels really small, but has so many options. The market downtown is big and overwhelming for me (although I haven't really spent much time there) and some of the markets in our new 'hood are smaller or a bit greedy (seriously give half the amount of food for same price as vendors in Hollywood market). Hollywood Farmers Market = great prices, great options, fun times!
google avatar

William C.

Yelp
I was a huge fan of this market and went every week all summer. It is in a beautiful location in front of the Presbyterian Church. The music is delightful the vendors friendly and some of food very good. Organic veggies, specialty meats and cheeses, and locally grown berries are all highlights. I was short changed a couple of times for a couple of bucks, I am okay with that, after all I thought I was getting the highest quality. This all changed after I bought a cantaloupe and spent a week doubled over crapping and peeing blood. I think it was E. Coli, I am not sure. I survived and lost twenty pounds. So if you believe organic locally sourced produce is worth risking your life over, then head on down to the Hollywood Farmers Market. Otherwise buyer beware.
google avatar

Bexita K.

Yelp
I've been trying out farmers markets in different areas for a few weeks now & although this is a little further from my house, I will definitely be returning. Great selection & prices. Be prepared for a big crowd though, unless you go really early.

Chris H.

Yelp
This little farmers market has everything you need. Start your morning off right with a delicious breakfast burrito to give you some energy while you walk around. Make sure to stop by the mushroom stand, I have learned much from these guys over the past couple of years. There are meat, cheese, and fish vendors as well. This market is also quite friendly to dogs. If you live in the Hollywood neighborhood you owe it to yourself to get up on Saturday mornings and visit this market. You can pay with credit card here by buying some "Wooden Nickels" at the entrance to the market.
google avatar

Yelp
I really did enjoy the atmosphere at this outdoor market. People were generally friendly, and there was decent live music. I got a pretty good deal on my strawberry's, and I feel I got a real good deal on the rest of my produce. They had a booth that was selling 1lb of one type of cherries, 1lb of another type of cherries, and a fair amount of asparagus, all for $10! Mind you now, this is fresh, and organic. The cherry's had been picked just the day before. Delicious! However I would not recommend buying your eggs there. They charge far too much. This woman wanted $7.00 for a dozen eggs. (I used to get my eggs by the flat for $5.00 from a local grower in Oregon City. This was 15 years ago though.) Ironically she was stationed right next door to a seafood stand that was selling a bucket of fresh oysters for $6.00. It seems to me that it would be a far greater chore to produce the oysters than the eggs. Overall it was a decent experience. If you have lots of money to throw away then this would be a great way to support our local growers. I may be slightly jaded though. I did recently move back here from Minneapolis Minnesota. Over there, we used to have farmer's markets that would span blocks and blocks. So people would compete more for your business. Here, not so much.

Yelp
Way better than the Beaverton Market, better parking than PSU. It's not too big, not too small, dog and kid friendly. Super glad I found it this year!

Yelp
One of my faves and so many certified organic farms. Love the vibe of this market!
