Station Casinos will scan for body temperature when its resorts reopen | Eater Vegas

"This property is being evaluated for a reopening date and the company says it will assess timing before resuming operations. If it reopens, it will adhere to Nevada Gaming Control Board–aligned health standards and the operator’s protocols: regular COVID-19 testing for employees, thermal screening at entrances, staff wearing masks and PPE with masks available for guests, and touch-free hand-sanitizing stations throughout the property. The company plans more frequent cleaning using electrostatic sprayers and hospital-grade disinfectants, and all team members will undergo training on the new safety and cleanliness procedures. Reopening remains subject to the state’s phased plan and no casino reopening date has been announced." - Susan Stapleton

I decided to come to Hollywood Palms. I came here a long time ago and Hollywood Blvd is closer to me. Hollywood Palms is way better than Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood Palms actually has recliner seats than the squeaky computer chairs. The waterfall and free games to play while you wait, are more inviting to the guests. Service was phenomenal. We saw Freakier Friday last Saturday night and there were at least two servers taking orders and about three employees bringing out the food. The staff is also very attentive. Oh yeah, people complain about the cost of food. Food has always been overpriced at movie theaters. If you don’t like it, then eat at one of the many restaurants in the area. You just need to order a cheap drink at the theater. You don’t need to order a meal. With that said, I ordered the Chevy cheeseburger cooked medium and it was just fine. Waffle fries were fully cooked. I ordered the how to train your dragon fruit. That drink was very tasty. Yes, they do run your card and add 18% tip prior to the start of the movie. However, they don’t collect the checks until the lights are on and the credits are rolling. Hollywood Blvd, they give you your check in the dark and collect it while the movie is still rolling. It’s hard to see what you’re writing. They do have construction going on in the front of the theater. It’s $15 for an adult in the evening. $13 for matinee. $2.30 for online service charge. They do have special discounts on Tues (all day for everyone) and Wed (for college students).

Very cool theater. Never been to a theater like it. Server comes to your seat and takes your order. All of the old movie posters and other memorabilia is really cool to check out if it’s your first time going there. We live an hour away, and to us, it is worth it to come here and see a movie because the experience is so unique and the service was great. $12 matinee too so can’t complain there! Seats were so comfortable.

I love going to this movie theatre. There is an actual jungle and so many movie posters and little things to catch your eye! You can even eat dinner and enjoy a cocktail at this theatre. The staff is pretty friendly as well. 18% gratuities are automatically added to every transaction.

Google
This theatre is out of this world. There’s SO MUCH memorabilia, you can spend a great amount of time checking out the autographs, posters, AND each theatre room has a theme (which every single one is so cool!). Definitely a theater you have to visit!

Google
I always come here and have a great time. However this last visit kind of left me a little irritated. I ordered from the lady in the theater then she didn't come back till 20 minutes before the end of a TWO HOUR movie. I usually spend $100 on myself ordering drinks & apps and tip VERY WELL. she could have easily got a $20+ tip from me. I think because of the 18% gratuity that is added automatically, I think she didn't care to work past taking only one order from me because she already got her tip. Which is dumb because she only got the 18% gratuity which only came out to $5. She screwed herself out of a bigger automatic tip. I was really wanting another drink and I couldn't concentrate on the movie cause I was so irritated. When she came back 20 minutes before the movie ended she asked me if I needed anything else. To which I replied "I did"...then she tells me about the button. 🤦‍♀️ that would have been helpful at the BEGINING OF THE MOVIE.🤦‍♀️ The call button is a new thing because I've never needed to do that the last times I've visited. Maybe train your servers to talk about the new call button that would probably be an efficient way to make everyone happy: make more money for the business, make more tips for the employees...and you would also have happy customers that are being well taken care of and return.

Google
This is the coolest movie theater I have ever been to. All the decorations were amazing, the seats were incredibly comfortable & that they come to your seat to take your order & bring you the food, AMAZING. Loved this place, we will be back next time we're in town!!!

Google
I mean wow, you would have thought I was at Universal Studios 😂 this is one of the coolest theaters I’ve been to and it’s in great condition. The decor alone is worth the drive, but the food was also delicious plus the seats are super comfy. Cool idea for a date night, to take the family, or simply just catch a movie and a bite to eat. 10/10 highly recommend.

Ed L.

Google
Excellent service. The staff comes to you in the theater to take your order before the movie starts. There's a call button if you want them to come back for more. The seats relone all the way and the headrest is adjustable separately from the rest of the chair. And they're heated. Never seen that before.

Yelp
Took our 3 year old here to see Lilo and Stitch when it came out and had very crappy service. We had a front row seat and despite being early to the movie, my husband had to go locate a server to take our order. I also wasn't a fan that we weren't checked on during the movie and my son was requesting water and we would have order a second drink for ourselves. We went out to see if we could order from the bar and no one was there. Once again, at the end of the movie my husband had to go and locate the server who had said they would bring us a box for our leftovers. Not sure if we will go back or not.

Yelp
Love love loveeee this theaters. Probably my favorite theater. For starters, the decor and past movie themes including posters, props, statues, palm trees and other movie related decor is incredible. The theater also includes reclining seats with food service, full menu, to your seat. Service is always amazing as well. They play current movies and have some movie packages if you're a frequent movie attendee. In the summer, they also have older kids movies for cheaper prices. All in all, a really cool experience for the family.

Yelp
Still love Hollywood palms, it is a solid movie theater. However, it's important to note that on average you will spend more here than at a typical movie theater like Regal or AMC. I think overall I spent $54 here. The base ticket depends on what time you see the movie. Movies seen earlier in the day are $13. Movies seen in the evening are $15. I know many people like to buy their tickets online, just know that it comes with a service charge of $2.30. The theater is never too crowded so, because of this I just buy my tickets in person and save myself the extra $2. Also on Tuesdays tickets are $7 all day long. I think Hollywood palms does a fantastic job of keeping the theater very clean. I've never had an issue with any of the seats, the bathrooms are always spotless, and of course the employees are always friendly! Their portions are massive. I intended on ordering something light for the movie- I got the Cesar salad and a side of fries. However, if I knew how big the portions were going to be I would have just stuck with the salad. It came in this giant bowl. I was picking at it for the entire movie. I couldn't even finish it! They're currently doing construction right now, so the parking lot is half the size it typically is. I'm excited to see what they're even creating. After all these years, Hollywood Palms is still a fantastic movie theater.

Yelp
Great scenery in lobby. Movie I was watching had to be stopped because of buffering. We were all given a free pass as an apology.

Yelp
I've gone to Hollywood Palms several times throughout the years and usually have a good time. Unfortunately in recent years the experience has been lacking with higher priced food, slightly outdated style and subpar customer service. I will try them again as a more local business, but I usually go to the AMC on 59 to watch films.

Yelp
nice theatre, good food, but they need to keep up with the women's restroom. Every time I go, paper towel or tp on the floor, smells kind of bad, some locks broken.
google avatar

Yelp
This was the coolest theater I've ever been in. Has a WATERFALL!!!! The individual theaters are themed as well. Seats recline super far back and are heated. The server introduces themselves at the beginning and came promptly with our order. I'm assuming all the low score reviews regarding service have something to do with people not recognizing the QR code menus and the button at each seat to call the server over. They explain this in the previews, but if you're late, I get the confusion. The menu was extensive and all the items were punily named. I wish I lived closer so I could come back more often!
google avatar

Marina C.

Yelp
I had a great experience here. I love the effort they put into decorations around the theater. Each room is themed differently, and it is so immersive. I was impressed. We watched The Forge in the ocean-themed theater. The seats are great. They recline and are also heated! Very comfortable. I saw online that you are required to order something from their menu during your movie. But when my husband and I came, we didn't have to order anything, so I'm not sure if it's true. They have a good variety of snacks and drinks for purchase. It's a bit overpriced, but it's a movie theater, and that is expected. Though, it was a bit distracting during the movie to have all the staff walk up and down the aisles, taking orders and delivering food.

Mazzy V.

Yelp
ZERO AIR CONDITIONING!!! Bring a towel to wipe your sweat! If you're trying to get out of the heat DO NOT GO THERE!! It was awful & the wings were 80% fat GROSS. HUGE waste of money and time.

Yelp
This is like the coolest movie theatre I've ever been to. I felt like I was on a little adventure or in some kind of Disney/universal experience. The place was clean and I loved the big comfy seats. Portions were great and the strawberry margarita pitcher was 100% worth the buy. Only thing I would suggest is the food could have been a bit more "seasoned". Good but the burger and tacos were kind of bland. Our waitstaff was very fast to respond and kind. I would come back here for all my future movies.

Yelp
We had never been here before, and chose it to celebrate our Wednesday night anniversary. We visited the website to know what to expect. We arrived 45 min early to have a drink and had to have the bartender called for 2x by the ticket guy to get one drink order. $50 for 2 shots and 2 cocktails before tip. Sat at the starting time, not 20-30 min prior as advertised. We placed another drink and appetizer order. Was never given the option to order dinner. And got the check delivered without anyone trying to get an entree order. We drive 94 minutes for an experience that was worse than the AMC theater in the cornfield of Peru, IL. Called after leaving to get dinner (movie wasn't even over but we hadn't eaten all day) and the manager wasn't available and we got asked to call back later to let them know about the experience, even after explaining we didn't want a refund. Just to share the horror and hope they use it to improve the experience for others. Comfy seats and pretty spot. But overpriced and terrible service.

Ayat K.

Yelp
We used to go to hollywood blvd but have now switched. A bit of a drive but worth it. Love the space and chairs as well as the food

Yelp
We saw the Minecraft movie at Hollywood Palms tonight... Hollywood Palms is awesome--it's got in-seat dining, themed theaters, a fantastic and friendly wait staff, and legit cool vibes. It's not just a movie theater, it's a mini vacation from reality. But if people stop showing up, this place might go the way of our favorite Minecraft builds--demolished by a creeper named "low attendance." So do us a favor--grab a ticket, eat some popcorn(or salmon tacos...trust me!), sip a root beer float, and help keep this local gem alive. It's way more fun than mining for diamonds.
google avatar

Steve B.

Yelp
These folks have built two movie palaces in Woodridge and Naperthrill. Both are cool and fun. Full bar and food menu. The ticket prices are good, but if You are eating and drinking, this is not a cheap date, but worth the price for a nice evening out.
google avatar

Shannone G.

Yelp
I have not been here in a while. Last time I was here they put us upstairs during the summer to watch a movie. Air conditioning kept going out and service was far and few. Couldn't really hear the movie. Fast forward two years my aunt wants to go here for her birthday. They scan your credit card even if you want to pay cash. Our waitress was young and lazy. Kept running away before we were done talking. Came out with the wrong orders. Which was the grinch dip. NEVER got to order a meal! Starving had nit eaten all day. No menus, we couldn't find them anywhere. We were starving she never came back. All the young kids hiding out and their attitudes are poor, that is customer service now at these places. The only one working her butt off was an older blonde lady running the stairs taking care of the whole theater. The girl never came back. I had no food! I was so angry! I will NEVER come back here. Ever! Not to mention every seat you're piled next to someone. You can't even move. Never again! Not a fun time. Plenty of other great places to go.

Yelp
First of all, I love this place! I used to come here with my family a whole lot but then we started going to a different movie theatre. I remember watching all the good movies here and the food was the best part because most cinemas I know don't serve food for you to eat during the movie. I watched The Lego Batman movie, and a whole other movies that I forgot. The service was really awesome too I remember getting my food hot, fresh, and ready to eat. Overall this cinema is awesome I would recommend it for going with relatives.

Yelp
I've lived near Hollywood Palms for over a decade and only started coming here in the past 2 years, and it has definitely become my go-to movie theater! My son and I love all of the decorations and movie memorabilia on display. The process for purchasing tickets online and scanning in upon arrival is super easy, and there generally isn't a line. A few things I love most about this place are the super comfortable, heated, reclining seats, as well as the fact that they serve food and alcohol. The menu items can be hit or miss though, so I usually end up sticking with some of the more simple appetizers or popcorn. Generally speaking, Hollywood Palms will be more expensive than other movie theaters, but there are several ways to save, such as matinee pricing, senior, military and student discounts, $7 tickets on Tuesdays, and if you're a frequent movie goer, they offer a subscription in which you can see 1 movie per day for $22/month. Overall, I love this place and love that it doesn't feel as commercialized as the typical AMC, Regal, etc. Only 4 stars, because I'd like to see better food for the price that's charged.
google avatar

Nivia B.

Yelp
Food was meh! I had steak tacos they need to be served warmer and the tortilla was dry. Son had wings they were good . Tenders were kinda to big should have kept the Freddy fingers concept tenders were more flavorful.Tuesdays they have half price pitcher of margaritas they were great I was tore up leaving lol. Theatre is clean smells good and very comfortable!!
google avatar

Jeanette B.

Yelp
This is our go to movie spot. We love the ambience and the comfy seats! I can't give them a 5 because the food has been pretty rough. Worse nachos I've ever had, (we couldn't even eat them because it reminded me of melted Kraft cheese) super dry chicken ect. I recommend eating dinner first and then having the snacks, candy, cocktails you enjoy ect. I had the seasonal apple mule last night which was really good.

Jerdani K.

Yelp
I love this theatre so much but for the love of god dim the lights just a little bit .. I get food is being served but it ruins the entire movie and experience the screen is even washed out making some scenes hard to watch or the glare and beam above just distracts you entirely. Find a happy medium please
google avatar

Kevin D.

Yelp
WARNING - this is not a place for people who enjoy the movie theatre experience. Lights were left on the entire time which made watching a dark movie (Ant Man - Quantumania) very uncomfortable to see. Lots of glare and difficult to see. There was also a balloon in front of the projector which cast a shadow of the string on the screen. Awful experience.

Yelp
First visit today (3/28/2024, Thurs) for the 3pm matinee show of Kung Fu Panda. + Clean + Nice interior with themed movie theaters and a waterfalls at the lobby + Bar at the lobby so you can order drinks before your show + Staff are super nice and friendly + Upon seating, a wait staff takes your order. For a speedy service, please view the menu online or using the QR codes displayed on each tray of each seat, by the bar, and by the ticket sales booth. That way, you will be ready to give your order as soon as the theater doors are opened & and your wait staff approaches you. Food we ordered: Oscar fries = A Doughnuts = C Strawberry shake = A Would have ordered Lavazza coffee but they do not have soy or almond milk sub for the regular milk. (Note to manager: Please consider getting milk subs.) We had a great time! We will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
The food is always fantastic and the service is great too. I love the vibe in the lobby and custom decor in each theater.
google avatar

Sherylynn J.

Yelp
THEY LEFT THE LIGHTS ON THROUGH THE WHOLE MOVIE. We, very nicely, requested that they turn off the lights and they said "no". This used to be our favorite theater. This was the only theater we ever went to for movies. We've been here literally hundreds of times. The glare was so bad we couldn't see the movie.....so we're done.
google avatar

Laura O.

Yelp
What happened to Hollywood palms in Naperville? This place has slowly gone downhill. Had to call our server as soon as we got to our seats to clean our seats and the pull out tables...they were visibly dirty and greasy. The food quality has gone from bad to worse...Everything we ordered was terrible. We spent $250 between tickets and food. The mango strawberry margarita tastes like it was doused with sugar. The Cajun fries was soagy...the bbq and Parmesan wigs tasted terrible! how can you go wrong with simple fries. My kids were hungry and couldn't eat while we watch this 2 hr Ant movie. Please throw the entire kitchen away! Our waiter was nice though. I challenge the owner of this company to actually eat the food...maybe he'll make some changes.

Yelp
I Came here about a year ago to watch Oppenheimer and get lunch on vacation. It was good and enjoyed the experience but I lost a sentimental Bracelet at the place and only noticed it when I was back home. I called and the staff was very helpful and she took her free time to mail me the bracelet free of charge. Sadly I forgot her name but I just wanted to show my thanks for the kind gesture.

Yelp
The service was spot on. Brandon was a delight. Love the decor of each room and the foyer area was amazing. Food was great as well.

Evelyn L.

Yelp
food was over priced! popcorn was super buttery like to the point where it was dripping everywhere, really salty too! and in a small bowl. for such an overpriced ticket nobody told us they didn't have regular movie rooms! it's a back room on the top floor it looks like an at home movie theater! which is nice but not for $13 each ticket I mean even Kendall 11 is better!! service was great but also keep in mind if paying with card it's automatic gratuity even if u just buy a drink! Also we didn't get out popcorn til like halfway through the movie! This place use to be great not sure what went wrong
google avatar

Yelp
I am SOOOOO disappointed!!!! I go 90% for the food. The Grinch dip was the absolute best. I tried to duplicate it at home. We recently went to see Mission Impossible, and the entire experience sucked. They must have changed the Grinch Dip recipe because it was horrible. The service was atrocious...Ezekiel was Mia after taking our order. He didn't even deserve a tip actually.

Yelp
We attended the Nov. 10 4:45pm showing of the movie "Here," which neither my mom nor I found to be good. Anyway, that is neither here nor there when it comes to evaluating the theater itself. We showed up early to order our food to get it before the movie started - which didn't happen. There was a moderate-sized crowd, and we ordered before everyone else. What did we order? Pizza, a salad, eggrolls, chicken wings, a root beer and a water. We sat 3 rows from the back of the theater and our order arrived after everyone else's orders, even our drinks and appetizers arrived after everyone else's even though, again, we had ordered first. So why the 5-star rating? Well, I'll first say that our general experience attending Hollywood Palms has been positive. But when we told the waiter that we were interested in filling out a customer service survey, he provided a suggestion AND got the manager. They approached us after the movie was over. The manager we soon found out had his shift begin after our movie started, so the issue did NOT originate under his watch. Nonetheless, when we told him our story and simply asked for a survey, he not only didn't charge us for any drinks or appetizers, but he also rectified our situation with a much greater gesture that guaranteed not only that we would return to the Palms, that we would write them a 5-star review. (The gesture to write our review was entirely our choice NOT an exchange.) 5 stars for the Palms!
google avatar

Sandra B.

Yelp
We paid $13 for a matinee!!!! A 2:30pm showing on a Thursday!!! That's ridiculous!! It was really $12(still ridiculous) but there was a $1 up charge for a high demand title. We saw Insidious the Red Door today! That movie has been out for 3 weeks! The high demand titles out there right now are Barbie and Oppenheimer. I was informed that they don't decide which movies are high demand. Food was good and service was good. I won't be back and pay that price for a matinee again. There are other theaters that I'll give my money too.

Yelp
Fun place to come and combine two of my favorite things, movies and food. Tickets cost as much as a regular movie theater. There is a 1 food/drink minimum per person. The food here is decent and you can also partake in alcoholic beverages. The seats recline and are big and comfortable. Sample price: Green bean mile (breaded and fried beans) $7.50 Quesadillas $7 Chicken finger and fries $11 Nachos with chicken $13 Pint of beer $7 ....| \ _ , , , - - , , _ , .../ , ` . - ' ` ' . _ \ - ; ; ; , _ ..| , a - ) ) _ . ; . Yelp
The food was good and the theater was comfortable. I like the new lazy boys but do miss the counter top seating especially with my kids overall it's a good alternative to the everyday theater experience.

Yelp
THE SERVICE SUCKS , They took all day to bring me out my food after bringing out the wrong thing, then the fries were hard , over cooked ,

Yelp
Honestly since coming here, I've been spoiled and I don't think I can hit up a regular theatre again. I love the decor with all the vintage movie posters and grand waterfall. The seats recline and there is a bottom on the front of each seat that calls your server over where you can order food and cocktails. Their pizza is so garlicy and delicious. Honestly theatre food is decent. Love this theatre

Yelp
This place was so cool. Walked in and saw the pretty foilage and nice staff greeting me. I think singles, family and children will enjoy this location and what the cinema bar and eatery can offer. I ordered egg rolls and a glass of Wine; along with popcorn. The seats were very nice and the customer service was excellent. I will return!
google avatar

Alesha W.

Yelp
Discounted tickets prices were clarified so this makes things easier in case others had the same questions: Regarding the discounts, they are offered at non-matinee times. However, during matinee times (any show before 5:30pm) the price for matinees is $9, which is the same price as the discount for seniors/college students/etc during non-matinee prices (also $9). In other words, everyone gets a discount during matinee times. There is not an additional discount off the matinee price for seniors/college students/etc. This is why the website doesn't show any other prices for matinee times, and why the box office staff would say that they are all the same price. The matinee discount price supercedes all the other discounted prices.

Nikki B.

Yelp
The ambiance and heated chairs were very appealing. I haven't visited this location in a great while and was excited to take my kids to see "A Quiet place: Day One!" but was very disappointed with the poor quality of the food. My kids and I got sick after eating the chicken egg rolls, Freddy fingers and chuck Norris sandwich at the Naperville route 59 location on Saturday. I will not be back and hope the quality, taste of food gets better.
google avatar

Anne S.

Yelp
Best bang for your buck movie theatre around! Seriously, you can't beat the ticket price and they always have deals in local papers and magazines for discounts that make it an even better deal. I just love the inside and all of the different theme decorations in each theatre, you never know which one you are going to be in which is so cool every time! The theatre's are always clean which is a huge plus and the reclining seats are comfortable. The food is ok, a good array of options for food and beverages, but this isn't the place for good food, it's equivalent to fast food or say a chili's or tgifridays meal. The service is good and they come quickly is you hit the call button. All in all this is our go to movie theatre and I recommend it over others.

Yelp
Often times we would muster up the strength to drive forty minutes to this location as we used to always come here as kids. We decided today was going to be the day we would enjoy a great lunch and watch the new scary Insidious. We arrive 30 minutes early as requested by the website ticket ordering. It is now 11AM and no waiter has came to get our drinks or appetizers. Which is extremely strange because I remember service was usually decent. It wasn't u til 11:05 Denice came and took our order, two popcorns with sides of jalapeños Chicken tenders with buffalo sauce, chicken nachos, plain nachos and carne asada street tacos only cilantro and onion. It is now 11:30 and I just got my chicken tenders. I still did not have my beverage, chicken tenders ice cold to the touch probably sitting in the food service window dying. Then ten minutes later popcorn arrived with no jalapenos. Food runner looked annoyed. 11:40 plain nachos have arrived (dont think you can mess that up). 11:45 Chicken nachos arrived (a disarray of what looked to be a splatter of nacho chips cold chicken and brown guacc- Id say prison food maybe would have appeared more visually appealing.) This is the best part- 11:50 Street tacos arrived with only cilantro and onion NO MEAT???? I have never been so confused in my life. MID movie I walked out with the chicken nachos and street tacos and found and spoke to the manager "Ortega" who did what any Back of House Manager would do and apologized. The movie was 2/3rds over. My daughter did not eat her onion and cilantro tacos. Very sad for what used to be a top tier establishment and experience. I would have preferred a refund on my tickets that I dropped $60 dollars on. Likely wont be coming back and would have been treated a bit better by kids working at the local AMC.. Shame on Hollywood Palms

Yelp
I must be very lucky as we always have a great time! The food is tasty, kids meals are a total deal and seats are super comfy. Each theater has its own theme/decor and it's just a fun experience

Yelp
So still love this theater and will continue to go however, a group of 5 of us went last night to go see the Barbie movie and the theater was uncomfortably warm. Again, it's not going to stop us from returning but that should've been something that was fixed or noted because we did spend money to be comfortable and not hot and sweaty.

Yelp
This place is so much fun! We've been coming here for years. It's a fun experience for kids and adults. I enjoy that they always have Dan Akroyd speaking to the audience before every movie. I remember when he came there for a Q&A. We met Ernie Hudson there. He was so kind! He talked with us for a long time. He signed my, then 4 year old, sons Ecto 1. The food is good. The seats are like comfortable office chairs with wheels. The decorations are what makes it an experience! My kids love the waterfall.

Yelp
Date night alert! You know when you're parents and have to work... you have to make an effort for alone time! Here is a one stop shop for dinner and a movie in a relaxing environment! I hate rushing from a movie to dinner then back home to make sure the sitter is off on time! The pressure is annoying and the best way to avoid that have dinner while you relax! The location in itself is incredible with more movie poster than you can count! Two fully stocked bars and table while you wait for your movie to seat, tickets that are average price of regular theaters but wait....... I can eat and drink throughout my movie can't get that at your standard theater! Definitely prepurchase your tickets so you can select your seats, row D center is the perfect viewing location! The food is great and not more expensive than dining at a restaurant and the names are so fun and all movie themed! The reason for the four star is the burger was a bit dry and lacked some luster but onion rings were great and can't beat half price wine weds!!!! They also offer dessert and standard movie popcorn and snacks! You miss out on no aspect of the movie goer experience except those uncomfortable chairs ! Here you will relax and dine in electric recliners with your personal table and call button for your server! How much more pampering do you need!???!?! Can't wait to go back !

Yelp
I used to come here a lot when I lived here. Tickets are standard priced. Pretty interior. Food is super expensive. Has minimum purchase requirement of one food or drink item. Examples: $6 for a corona $6.50 for two scoops of ice cream (chocolate was pretty rich and tasty, my dad got vanilla. they were out of cookies and cream :( ) $5.50 for a Diet Coke The seats recline back which is nice. Overall decent theater but can get expensive!

Yelp
I went there yesterday to see Barbie at 630 pm. Was relatively packed only the very bottom rows weren't filled. We started ordering about 10 minutes before the film started. Super nice waiter, she had blonde short hair. All our food came in about 10 minutes. About 15 minutes ish into the film the lights dimmed almost completely but still barely on. The food was pretty good, espensive though. I suggest going when you would have dinner or lunch and whatnot. Feels better spending all the money. I honestly experienced quite the opposite what people said. It's more cold, the food came quick, and the lights were almost fully off. I was in the Rain Forest auditorium. Bottom line is -Go during a meal time, that's when it's most worth the money -The waiters will come, you just have to wait First time here and I expect to come again sometime.

Yelp
This is such a fun theater! I love seeing big movies here with large family groups. Great food, love the movie posters on the walls walking in, and really cool decor inside the theater/auditorium itself. I've always had friendly, upbeat staff, and such a magical time with each experience.
