Station Casinos will scan for body temperature when its resorts reopen | Eater Vegas

"This property is being evaluated for a reopening date and the company says it will assess timing before resuming operations. If it reopens, it will adhere to Nevada Gaming Control Board–aligned health standards and the operator’s protocols: regular COVID-19 testing for employees, thermal screening at entrances, staff wearing masks and PPE with masks available for guests, and touch-free hand-sanitizing stations throughout the property. The company plans more frequent cleaning using electrostatic sprayers and hospital-grade disinfectants, and all team members will undergo training on the new safety and cleanliness procedures.
