Stopped in here for a quick drink. Service was excellent! Friendly bartenders and staff. Didn't try the food but it looked and smelled great! Got to come back and try their happy hour. The burger themed drinks we tried were great!(Bacon brush and Holstiens Hawaiian Necktie).

What an experience!! My Husband said this was his go to spot at the Cosmo so we had to try their new location in the Arts District. Felix took great care of us. He was attentive, friendly and very accommodating. All the staff members working acknowledged us whether they were taking care of us or not. Great energy in here! The food was incredible with high quality ingredients. I got the classic burger and added American cheese, tempura jalapeños (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and a lettuce wrap. Insanely good! The restaurant has a great ambiance and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the Campfire and cookies & cream milkshakes. Heaven!! The garlic Parmesan fries were hands down the best I've ever had. Easy 5 star review. New favorite burger spot!

Vegan burger is delicious! Well done! You won’t find many vegan options other than that here, because everything fried uses animal grease. If you are a carnivore you have plenty yummy options. Of course their milkshakes are a tradition, and usually good deserts. They did a great job with decoration and they have a great bar to watch games.

Google
Great restaurant with excellent service! We went to Holsteins and had a wonderful meal. This new restaurant in the Arts District does not disappoint. Burgers are great! They are tasty and well prepared. We ordered the Gold Standard Burger, and the Harvest Salmon, along with Onion Rings. Everything was delicious! Service was excellent from Tiana! One note.....Fried Pickles, which we were looking forward to, are only available at the bar during Happy Hour we were told. IMHO, Holsteins is missing an easy add-on menu item which is quite popular. Why not offer them at all times as a side or appetizer?? We will definitely return, and we highly recommend!

An unassuming front entry with a vintage cinema marquee reminiscent of times gone by,brings you into an inviting restaurant with a series of Vegas cow-themed sculptures and old school tunes. They used to reside at the Cosmopolitan on the strip, but have since relocated to the downtown art district area. When we went in, we were greeted with a smile and seated right away. It was a very nice space, very well lit, and felt like an upscale place. We ordered: 1 Bacon Brush cocktail ( bourbon, porter, and bacon) 1 Cucumber Lavender Mocktail( for wifey) 1 Gold Standard ( their signature burger) 1 Holsteins Caesar Salad 1 Side of Kettle Chips Since it was our first time here (we are local) we decided to split the burger and Caesar salad. This ended up being the perfect choice because it was a lot. Everything tasted great and came out quickly. Unfortunately, we did not get one of their signature shakes, but our neighbors did, See photo. We thought it was well worth it for the price. We spent about the same at Gordon Ramsay‘s burger, but I don’t remember getting as many items, there, as we did here. Our server Cailynn was great and attentive. Will definitely come back.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of the Arts District, Holstein's truly stands out as a culinary destination that masterfully blends elegant ambiance with a wonderfully casual vibe. Our recent visit with a party of four left us thoroughly impressed and planning our swift return. From the moment we stepped inside, the unique, upscale location captivated us. The atmosphere is inviting, striking that perfect balance between refined and relaxed, making it ideal for a special meal without any pretense. Every member of the staff was incredibly gracious, setting a welcoming tone from start to finish. Our server, Sierra, was a true highlight of the evening. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor ensured our experience was seamless and enjoyable. She anticipated our needs without being intrusive, contributing significantly to the overall outstanding service. And the food? Simply amazing. We started with a generous order of their onion rings and fries, both perfectly crispy and seasoned, setting a high bar for what was to come. For our main courses, two of us indulged in their famous burgers: the rich and flavorful Gold Standard and the perfectly executed Classic. These burgers are undeniably very big, easily shareable, and bursting with juicy goodness. My wife opted for the lighter but equally delectable burrata salad with heirlooms, a fresh and vibrant dish that showcased the quality of their ingredients. Our fourth companion raved about the Crazy Bird chicken sandwich, confirming that Holstein's excels beyond just their renowned burgers. While we didn't get to try their infamous boozy shakes this time, they certainly looked fantastic, promising another reason to revisit. Holstein's offers an unparalleled dining experience in the Arts District, combining an elevated setting with truly outstanding food and genuinely friendly service. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable meal that feels both special and comfortably unpretentious.

Was walking down Main Street and noticed that I had never seen this place. Popped in and was super impressed! Very high end build outs and the menu has very unique drinks and food. The spiked milk shakes were just too good! 😭

A brand-new gem in downtown Las Vegas, right in the heart of the vibrant Arts District. The restaurant is beautifully designed, with stunning interiors that perfectly match the neighborhood’s creative vibe. The gourmet menu is modern, refined, and flawlessly executed. Service is absolutely top-notch, a special mention goes to Sierra, whose professionalism and warm hospitality make the experience truly unforgettable.

Yelp
Holsteins is a burger, milkshake, and bar type of restaurant located in the arts district of downtown Vegas. If they sound familiar to you then maybe you remember them from their original location in the Cosmopolitan Hotel/Casino. They do offer somethings other than burgers like appetizers, a few salads, a couple entrees, a chicken sandwich, a salmon burger, and a veggie burger. Chances are that you are going to order one of the burgers because they are fresh ground in-house. I was told that they are a blend of wagyu and chuck. I can tell you that the burgers were tender and the juiciest burgers I think I had anywhere. They were also prepared to perfection and both were seasoned nicely. Between us we had the BBQ Green Chili Burger, a Rising Sun Burger, Sweet Potato Fries, and Onion Rings. The burgers are large and I took 1/2 of mine home but my husband ate all of his. The sweet potato fries and the onion rings were prepared perfect and are also large portions that are also well seasoned. Our server Adrian was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He was the best. RUN don't walk you need to try a burger here!

Yelp
What a great spot for HH. I had a court around the corner and what better way to celebrate a WIN with HH at Holsteins. I've dined at the original location at Cosmopolitan Hotel and so happy that they are in Downtown instead. I've passed by here multiple times and finally gave them a try. Easy parking on the street and its a pretty good sized restaurant and we sat in the booth. Sierra was our server and she was absolutely great. Attentive and friendly. Shes an asset to the restaurant. Food: HH Cheeseburger with Fries add bacon HH Fried Pickles And Drinks... The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly. Good taste and glad we added bacon. It did need a little bit of salt so it made it delcious. The fried pickles was also amazing. Definitely a spot to check out.

Yelp
This spot never disappoints! I was a regular at the original location at The Cosmo so when I saw they moved DTLV and less than a mile away, it was a no brainer. Great location too, busy on that part of Main Street Friday and Saturday nights. It was nice to see a good crowd, all the tables were full. I sat at the bar. The restaurant is decorated with attention to details. Had the classic burger and fries. It didn't disappoint! Great flavor, amazing beef and the fries were pretty good! The bartenders were amazing and engaging!

Yelp
I stopped in at Holstein's and ordered the Gold Standard burger with avocado added, and honestly, it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, and the toppings worked so well together. The avocado added a nice creamy touch that balanced everything out. I also had the onion rings on the side. They were a little salty for my taste, but the crunch was spot on and they held up really well without getting soggy. The overall experience was excellent--great food and a fun vibe. If you're looking for a standout burger in Vegas, this place definitely delivers. Service was very good as well. The servers are attentive and had a great, upbeat attitude.

Yelp
The food here was amazing the burgers are top tier. I got the Off the Hook Salmon burger with sweet potatoes and it was so good I ate the whole thing. Which I never do so that means a lot. We will definitely be back at least once a week. The ambiance reminded me of being in a different country but was super cozy and we loved the vibe. Sierra was the best server I've had in such a long time. She helped recommend things on the menu and made our experience amazing. Love her! Can't wait to come back. I loved my S'mores martini definitely coming back for that.

Yelp
I had a great dining experience at Holstein's new location in the Arts District. The space is very nice, modern but comfortable (not pretentious), service was very friendly and attentive, everyone in the restaurant was also friendly. My burger was perfectly cooked and had very good flavor. The fries and sweet potato fries were also very good. I love that they use beef tallow for their fries because it really just makes a better tasting one. I don't recall my experience at their old location being as good. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
So excited to have this new location in the Arts District!! Food was all 10/10, service was next level & ambiance is leaving me wanting more. I would definitely come back even just to grab happy hour at the bar. $5 beer & wine! Buffalo Chicken Nachos : delicious but prepare to get messy, the chips are doused in buffalo sauce & you will need extra napkins. Happy Hour Burger : my mom & husband got this and said it was delicious and juicy. It was only $16 and came with fries and a drink. Veggie Burger : not on happy hour $19 no fries or drink included but loaded with veggies & so good!! Cookies & Cream Milkshake : we got ours without alcohol and it was super tasty. A large portion we shared between 3 people. Will be back again!

Yelp
After two plays of the Fallout Fringe Festival, I came here for dinner. They used to be that the Cosmopolitan on the Strip but closed that restaurant and ended up opening in the Arts District. I was seated at the rear of the dining area where they have some two tops so a solo diner can sit at a table or the bar. After looking at the menu, I went with the Crazy Bird--a blackened chicken breast with bacon, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, and chipotle ranch. For a side, I got an order of fries. The sandwich and the burgers I saw leave the kitchen window are very large and filled with all kinds of ingredients. I should know by now to cut the bun in half, but I didn't. It was a challenge to eat, but it was well worth it. I opted not to get one of their shakes. They looked tempting but I had eaten enough and I passed on dessert. I'm pleased they're in the Arts District. It's one more choice if you go early and want to have dinner before a show.

Yelp
We loved the location on the strip and my Hubbs was so excited that they opened downtown- he chose to have his birthday dinner here! The space is pretty small but it's great! Super cute inside. We were greeted immediately when we walked in and sat right away. There were 5 adults and a highchair. The tables are pretty small so be prepared to be cozy. We ordered the Brussel sprouts appetizer and chicken lollipops and both were really yummy! 4 of us ordered the same burger, the nom nom and it was good, but really salty, one person ordered the Gold Standard and it was perfection!! So delicious. One order of fries and one onion rings for the table to share and we all left full! My Hubbs couldn't wait to order his boozy shake and he ordered the Campfire S'mores it was delicious! My grandson was really mad about papa's shake so we had to order a shake he could have some of. That's the only complaint I have - they don't have kids sized shakes so we had to order a $13 shake for a 2 year old. Super bummer. We will definitely be back to Holsteins!!

Yelp
Such a cool vibe here. The manager came out to introduce himself, the staff was friendly. The food was delicious. Everything was perfect here, definitely will recommend my friends to come out here.

Yelp
I came here to grab food after a few drinks with a some friends and it definitely hit the spot! It's a lot fancier looking inside than I was expecting so I felt a little underdressed. The service was very quick and made sure to ask if we wanted any sides which is nice because it's not included like most burger places. The price point isn't too high but I think including fries with one burger should just be the norm, not something else that must be purchased

Yelp
WSOP Day 20 - Running bad and getting slaughtered in the mid stakes PLO streets. Not in the right mental space to play anymore poker for the day. Arts District food and booze crawl! There back! They have shed their boogie Cosmo vibe and now embrace their home in the Arts District. Fun throw back decor, warm and welcoming services, beers from their Arts District neighbors on tap. A much more inviting locals vibe. First, the most important thing, yes, the adult milkshakes are there for all of you non lactose intolerants. Enjoy your 2000 calories. I hope the sugar keeps you up all night. JK. Burgers are as before. Not smash burgers rather the good ole juicy patty, cheese, veg, and sauce between nicely toasted buns. The "Forager Burger" takes a patty of cooked down mushrooms and beef that pairs so well with a caramelized onion marmalade and melting Swiss cheese goodness. The "Gold Standard", a bacon, cheddar burger brought to life by a sulfurous chive aioli. Solid onion rings but it's the fried pickles that will have you wanting more. Different in a good way, more like pickle tempura with a lighter, airier coating. Zesty on its own it does not need the provided sauce. Very good HH with great deals on local beers. An unexpected find while on an Arts District food and drink crawl. A welcome addition to the area.

Yelp
This place is nestled right in the middle of Main St and has been relocated from inside the Cosmo. The shakes are offered boozy with one shot and are hearty in terms of their sugar content and whimsies. Be prepared to share or leave it behind as it can't be packed in a to go cup. The forager burger was well cooked and delicious with a perfectly fried egg and spread. The bun was soft but nicely toasted. The only disappointment for me really was the crazy thickness of the shake and the fries were a bit underwhelming. Fries also need to be ordered ala carte. The service was super friendly at the bar and the rest of the restaurant was full at about 7 on a Wednesday. The interior was super fun.
google avatar

Christina K.

Yelp
Holsteins used to be at Cosmopolitan but moved downtown. Inside it's lively, has great modern decor, and has a friendly staff. You see this huge milkshakes being served which looks like a meal in itself. Rather than go for a sugar high, I tried a burger with hatch chile. I was told that the beef mix has a lot of brisket in it which makes it super tender. Sides such as fries are a la carte. Noticing that the burgers are quite big, I just ordered one to share. The burger was really really good. It was $23 for just the burger but I do have to give it props. Juicy, tender, with really flavorful ingredients. I will say that I was really happy and satisfied with the burger! I'm told that their Korean burger is a must try so that will be on the next visit. Also, they have a great Happy Hour and might even look at offering a reverse HH soon! Fingers crossed!

Yelp
We followed Holsteins from their days at the Cosmo to their new spot in the Arts District -- and we're so glad we did! We popped in right before close (never an easy time for a team), but the entire crew couldn't have been more welcoming, hospitable, and genuinely kind. Shout outs to Diana, King and Warren! The $10 boozy milkshake special was what brought us in -- but the incredible service is what will keep us coming back. Pair top-notch hospitality with those decadent, delicious milkshakes, and you've got a winning combo. Highly recommend checking them out if you're anywhere near the Arts District. This place is a Vegas gem!

Yelp
Holsteins has been a favorite of mine for a few years when they were at the Cosmo. So I was very excited to find out since closing that location they opened off the strip. It's about 10 mins from the Wynn / Resorts world area of the strip. The burgers, onion rings, shakes, fries,& drinks have NEVER disappointed. Our server Diana was so genuine & knowledgable, giving us information about Holsteins & other areas in Vegas to visit. Highly recommend stopping here for GREAT food. Love this place.
google avatar

Madelyn T.

Yelp
Holsteins found a new home at the Arts District and you won't be disappointed! Gone are the days of having to drive to the strip just to enjoy their buns and shakes! From the moment I walked in up until I left, I must say the service was amazing. I was greeted by the two beautiful ladies up front at the hostess booth and was seated immediately. My burger was great and cooked to my liking. Milkshake was 1000/10 and a must try when you're in there! Pick that over a cocktail! Overall great place and great spot! Be sure to check them out.

Yelp
Service/Staff were great and our food and drinks were delicious! Definitely make reservations as it does get busy.

Yelp
Should have taken a picture of the best burger I have ever had in my life!!! The French Onion Burger was absolutely delicious!!!!! A mix of a prime rib dip and French onion soup. These Garlic Parm fries were yummy too.
google avatar

Heather S.

Yelp
This place is so good that I crave it! My favorite is the Gold Standard with grilled chicken instead of beef and the Mustard Muse. I know a mustard cocktail sounds crazy, but it's like a slightly sweet hot mustard. So good!
google avatar

Kayla P.

Yelp
We just got drinks and appetizers but it was yummy!! I definitely recommend their Brussels sprouts and garlic truffle fries. Their cheese curds could have been better. Staff were nice!

Yelp
Top 3 burger in Vegas so far and I am talking about a few dozen recent attempts (for science). Great cocktail. Salad also very solid. Expected a more casual vibe from the exterior but great dark and moody atmosphere with long bar and friendly folks. It shall be in my rotation.

Kevin G.

Yelp
Hands down the best experience in Las Vegas. French onion Burger was best burger in a long time. Sierra was our server she was so great. The ambiance was amazing and cocktails were magnificent. Especially the Bacon Brush. 5

Yelp
We had a wonderful experience with the food, atmosphere and service. We had the happy hour cheeseburger and fries, salmon tostadas. All the food was so fresh and flavorful, but the big fun surprise was the bom-boozy funky monkey milkshake. We can't recommend Holstein's enough, so don't hesitate, just go and have a great time. And if you're lucky, you'll get to meet the chef who created all the wonderful items on the menu.

Julia s.

Yelp
I was visiting Vegas and was on the Strip and asked for a more local place. I was told I had to try Holsteins, and I was up for it when I heard their menu. It was beyond my expectations! The drinks were amazing but the food was beyond my expectation! The Raider burger (even though I'm a Hawks fan) was so flavorful and delicious! The parm fries were a meal in their own, I stuffed myself like it was thanksgiving just trying to finish them, the service, I can't. Everyone was happy and attentive! They made you feel like a local but also felt cared for. I highly recommend going to the Art District and discovering Holsteins. You can't leave disappointed!

Yelp
I am so glad they are back. I've been going to Holsteins since the Cosmo days & now they're back in the arts district. Beautiful intimate location on main St. Overall good was good , service on point & good people. The garlic Parmesan fries were delish. We will be back for some shakes.... Welcome back!!!

Yelp
Where do I start! The food, service and atmosphere were amazing!! From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted by a manager who walked us to our booth. Our server Warren, was very attentive and recommended things from the menu. We had the Gold Standard burger, salad and garlic fries. All were delicious! They knew we were celebrating our anniversary and brought us a complimentary dessert. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
google avatar

Cheryl M.

Yelp
Great service and hamburgers. The thickness of the burger is big and juicy with good flavor. And I like their Ceasar salad I think because I don't taste a heavy garlic flavor.

Yelp
HOLSTEINS IS BACK!!! This place has so many great eats that I would drive to the strip just to eat here! Although there is a change to my favorite dish (the Caesar Brussels) their new version is good too. We got their garlic fries! One of those things i would crave and only found here! So good! We tried the new Brussels, which were good but not my favorite, the Rising Sun Burger, and the Green Chile Burger. Food was awesome, we came on opening night and surprisingly it was not busy. The ambiance was chill and relaxed which was nice. Service was great, friendly, and quick! The only thing I think they missed is my burger did not have the tempura jalapeños, which is the reason I got the burger because I love spicy food. Instead it had tempura avocado, which I don't like avocado at all, but i still ate it because I am not a complainer with food! Overall I am happy they're back!! Will be stopping by often!

Annette M.

Yelp
We had a fantastic experience at Holsteins this past Sunday! Though this location is a bit smaller than the original, the trendy ambiance and lively vibe more than made up for it. We sat at the bar, and our server, Warren, was outstanding-attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Warren had an Awesome personality, he was always smiling, and checked up on our party often. Our drinks were never empty, and his recommendations were spot on. Im not sure what our whole party got but I ordered the Rising Sun burger, and it was incredible. Perfectly cooked and loaded with flavor from the tempura avocado, kalbi sauce, furikake, and spicy mayo-it was a unique twist that absolutely worked. We started with the Reuben bites and the buffalo chicken dip which were a delicious surprise, and shared the garlic Parmesan fries, which were crispy, flavorful, and addictive. Top-notch food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere. Holsteins is definitely worth it! We will be back again! So happy that they are back!

Yelp
Great ambiance. Great service. Delicious burgers and interestingly great cocktails! New spot on the block did not disappoint.

Yelp
We stumbled onto this restaurant and I'm so glad we found it. I had the new raider burger. It was the best burger I've ever had in my life. The service and atmosphere was perfect!

Yelp
The service was great. The food was delicious. The salad was enough to share. So many shakes to pick from. Can't wait to go back and try another one.

Yelp
Holsteins Shakes & Buns used to be on the Strip inside the Cosmopolitan. It closed in July 2024 after over a decade of business. Now Holsteins is the new shiny in the Arts District. Thanks to OpenTable I was able to make a 4:30pm reservation on the first available day, 29 May 2025. Which turned out to be 30 minutes before the actual open time of 5pm on that day, oops. Nevertheless I was made very welcome, given a seat at the bar, all the menus, water, and a comped drink. Glass of Wycliff Brut Champagne ($5, Happy Hour; comped): Since my first drink was on the house, I selected pretty much the cheapest to not take advantage. The pour was impressively liberal. Fried Pickles ($6, Happy Hour): Ten slices, excellent crispy batter, very good ratio of pickle to fried dough, perfect on-bite size. Dip was decent. Mustard Muse ($16): A weird cocktail. Slightly bitter, slightly sour, very subtle mustard undercurrent if one concentrated really hard. Gold Standard ($22): Patty almost a smashburger with its crisped edges, but also at a perfectly juicy medium-rare. Bacon curls at crunchy-chewy doneness; arugula fresh; cheese lent a subtle funk. Might have liked a bit more of the tomato as those bites were particularly zingy. Top bun buttery, bottom bun gave me some anxiety as to its durability but actually held up to the last bite. Crinkle-cut Sweet Potato Fries ($10): Came in a branded metal fry box; size between a medium to large Mickey D's. Fluffy insides, outside a yielding crispiness, seasoning giving a very low-level spiced contrast to the inherent sweetness of the potato. I had considered ordering the Not Your Father's Root Beer Float as dessert, but opted instead for the Donutella ($16): As soon as the Donutella was put in front of me I realized what a tactical error I had made. This shake was enormous; I felt (even more) stuffed just looking at it. After a few sips I asked if I could have the rest put in a to-go cup. Whereupon I discovered that, because the Donutella had booze in it, it could not be removed from the premises. Well, shoot. I tried to finish the shake, as it was a delicious coffee-hazelnut delight, but I lost that battle. Value: Pretty killer for the amount of tasty food and drink. Service: Over the top hospitality from beginning to end. Excellent service from primary bartender Kate, but the rest of the crew and floor were on-the-spot attentive as well. Atmosphere: Upscale saloon in warm-toned earth colors. Curved leather(?) banquettes had its own cow mascot watching over them; smoked glass; tan brick; wee crystal suspended lamps. Place got busy in short order but not overwhelming. etc Happy Hour was listed as running from 3pm-6pm Monday through Friday, at the bar.

Yelp
Had to stop & check out the menu yesterday while in our favorite part of town. Staff was super accommodating when we rolled in with a group of 8 people with no reservation. The bartender, Taylor, was super knowledgeable about food and drinks, and made great recommendations! The food was fantastic, the cocktails were delicious, and the staff was great. Thank you Taylor for taking care of our group!!!

Yelp
Visited the art district to catch a live show and decided to try the new Holsteins. Loved the old Cosmo location but sometimes didn't want to bother with the strip and traffic. Found the new location to be a lot more fun to visit. Once there, we decided to eat at the bar/counter. Our bartender and server for the evening was Warren. So glad we got him. His knowledge of the menu, kind nature, and friendly interaction with other patrons and fellow staff made the overall experience a terrific one. We started with an order of the golden cheese curds. Honestly, it's all about the sauce it came with. For the meal, we got the forager burger to share which had a juicy beef and mushroom blended patty, a gooey fried egg, onion marmalade, and Swiss cheese. Pretty big burger actually! One of the best patties I have ever tasted. For a shareable treat we got the campfire s'mores milkshake made by King. Wow! The presentation alone was amazing let alone the super sweet concoction of ingredients it included. So worth it! I've seen other places try to mimic Holstein's awesome burger and shake menu but there is just no comparison. Already planning our next visit with some friends. Hopefully we get Warren again.

Yelp
It's a brand new spot in downtown Las Vegas. The Sheikh at this restaurant is one of the best shakes I've ever had in my entire life and 2 to 3 people could easily share one. We also tried the hamburger. It was a little salty, but you could ask him not to put salt on it the chicken sandwich and the Caesar salad The staff and the service was excellent.

Yelp
We had the most wonderful time at Holsteins Downtown. The burgers were so, so good. The staff & service were exceptional. We had our bookclub meeting here. Everyone raved about their burgers. I had the salmon burger & it was so delicious. Hands down the best salmon burger I have ever had. They even provided us with separate checks. Thank you, Holsteins. Happy Bookers approved !

Yelp
So happy they opened a location on Main st. Great food and service. Smaller location but comfortable.

Yelp
Unlike the paid for glowing reviews, this one is real. Given all the decent burgers in Vegas, I don't see this place lasting too long. I had their classic burger (added cheese) and a side of fries. The burger is beautiful but it fell short in every other way. The meat lacked flavor. A little seasoning before cooking probably would have helped. Their "special sauce" is simply house-made ketchup. It is overly sweet and overpowered everything else. I also prefer a toasted bun. This was not. Additionally, the bun had an odd rubbery texture. Rather than complimenting the burger patty, it seemed that the two were distinct parts fighting each other. The biggest disappointment was the fries. They were not fresh and had a hollowed-out dry taste. I'm pretty sure they were frozen fries but if they weren't, they were just as bad. Sorry to be so harsh here but I did have big expectations that simply were not met.

Yelp
I was ecstatic to find out Holsteins reopened as we used to go to the one in the Cosmo. We were greeted by a pleasant lady who sat us down within 5 min. Can I just say I love this new location ! So much easier to get to and love the decor We had the buffalo chicken dip, and burrata. They were so delicious! We were so hungry didn't get a chance to take any pictures ordered the rising sun burger and it was amazing. It had a hint of sweetness and was cooked to my liking. We would definitely come back.

Yelp
The service is excellent. The staff is very friendly. It was our 13 year wedding anniversary and the made us feel very special. The food was delicious and the shakes were 10 out of 10. The ambiance was chill the music was fantastic the drinks were tasty. We loved it and will be back very soon.

Yelp
loved them when they were at the cosmopolitan on the strip. and i actually think getting a smaller spot in the art district is better for them. burgers and fries are a great meal for a night of heavy drinking. they designed the place very well, it def fits into the art district asthetic.

Yelp
Outstanding food and service. Their burgers are from really choice and lean cuts of beef. Server really knew the menu and described the different choices very well. This may be a good time to enjoy dessert first and order one of their delicious loaded shakes. You will not be disappointed!!
