"Holsteins, a burger joint in the Cosmopolitan known for its over-the-top burgers and shakes, is closing this summer, Eater can confirm. Stacia Stephens, the president of Gen3 Hospitality, said in a statement provided to Eater Vegas that employees of the restaurant were notified of the closure on Friday, May 10, and are being encouraged to re-apply to the hospitality group’s next restaurant, which is currently in development. In the wake of the closure, Gen3 Hospitality is set to start work on another restaurant that will be announced in coming months. Holsteins opened in 2010 and had become a favorite on the Strip over the years. Its last day of business will be July 9.
