"I can confirm that Holsteins—a burger joint in the Cosmopolitan known for its over-the-top burgers and shakes—is closing this summer. Employees were notified of the closure on Friday, May 10 and are being encouraged to re-apply to Gen3 Hospitality’s next restaurant, which is currently in development; Gen3 Hospitality is set to start work on another restaurant that will be announced in coming months. Holsteins opened in 2010, had become a favorite on the Strip over the years, and its last day of business will be July 9, with Gen3’s official statement confirming earlier speculation that first appeared on Vital Vegas." - Rebecca Roland
