Holy Burger

One of the best looking and best tasting burgers! I wish I was there under better circumstances but I got some food to go for the fam while at the hospital. So if nothing else the convenience for that reason alone was stellar. Even the hospital staff asked where I got the food cause it smelled wonderful! To that point the GCCB was so tasty and not a lot of heat for the folks who Can’t Handle the TRUTH! I do wish for more heat for sure. LOL! The Mush/Swiss Burger was hot, melty, and juicy with not a great amount of mess. The buns were delicious and held up well for that much burger. Gotta say that it was all great proportions in a good sized burger. I also got a one-fish Fish-n-Chips that was huge and gorgeous. That was one heck of a slab of fish!!! It was fried to a golden brown not a golden tan, dressed with chives and crispy fries (chips). Initially I wished for fries with the burger, but by the end of my burger, was completely satisfied and not missing the fries. My only regret was not being able to stay and wash it all down with a cold brew! Thanks to the three staff that were there who were friendly and fast. Much appreciation to you all for great food and exceptional service. Until next time when me and the fam can sit down and enjoy your food and atmosphere.

Holy Burger lives up to the name! Fresh, juicy burgers with bold flavor and a cool vibe. Quick service and quality ingredients make it a must-try in ABQ.

This is my second review here. And the food is phenomenal. The service is phenomenal but once again to see the kitchen staff not using proper protection as far as gloves, etc., and to see a staff member standing at the bar eating. I think it’s a bag of chips And then not washing his hands and going back to food prep is pretty nasty. I’m so sorry. I did take a picture of the bag of chips or whatever it is

Ate here as it was close to our hotel. Honestly would have eaten any burger on their menu, they all sounded good. Had the red pepper and goat cheeses burger with fries. Tasty meat and plenty of toppings though the bread was very soft and didn’t hold up to the fillings so difficult to eat as a hand held. Fries were crispy and not greasy and one portion was enough for two people. Great food and service when you are in this part of ABQ.

Oh boy do we miss Holy Cow! Used to be a good stop, but they have gone down hill. Patties were dry and seemed like they had been cooked maybe a couple of days ago? 😕 A lot to pay for a mediocre burger. This place used to be awesome! Sad to see it through hard times.

Awesome burgers. Fries are decent. They used to have the best onion rings, but stopped making them for some reason. Warning, their iced tea is disgusting.

Great burgers. Wine and beer too. A good menu of eats!! Update 1/2/26: This place still has the best burgers on town. A hidden gem on Central and High Street.

Burgers were cooked perfectly. Side of fries can really feed 3 people and we're tasty.
