Larb Crêpe?
Say less!
The larb sauce was bomb - deliciously creamy and punchy with a bold spicy, salty, and sour flavor.
The rest of the crêpe made me want to cry like a toddler whose ice cream scoop fell off their cone.
But more on that later.
Opening over the weekend, Holy Crêpe took over Super Cuts. Mainly takeout only.

Savory and sweet crêpes with a Thai and Lao twist. Currently, there's no BYO crêpe option. They also have Khanom Tokyo, Thai pancake rolls w/ choice of sweet or savory fillings.
They use Mitchell's ice cream for their crêpes but didn't see an option to purchase by the scoop.
The city is very expensive but I noticed their prices are $3-$4 higher than other crêpe places like Genki, Sophie's, and Belly Good (no prices listed on their posted menu).
They were giving away totes for their opening promotion but I wasn't offered one.

* Larb Crêpe w/ chicken, lettuce, cilantro, red onions, and larb sauce ($12.95)
- There's also a shrimp option for +$2
They're brand new so this is just feedback:
Upon receipt, I noticed the crêpe already had large cracks. Even before biting into, a huge chuck of the crêpe broke off and fell on the ground. One bite in, the entire thing shattered like glass.
And, there goes $16. =*(
IMO, they should have offered a soft opening discount while they work on their recipe.
Again, the larb sauce was bomb but there wasn't much chicken. I think cutting the strips of chicken breast into smaller pieces or using shredded chicken would allow for better distribution throughout the crêpe.

Polite. With no line to order (weekday), it took about 10-12 minutes for my order. They only have two crêpe pans so do expect a wait if there's a line.
There's not much room to wait inside and you can't hear your order being called when outside so hope they consider sending order-ready texts.

Compact space with cute cat mascot (eating a crêpe) on the wall for photo ops. There's two window counter seats and a handful of public benches outside.
Overall, Holy Crêpe is a great addition to the city with their Thai and Lao twists. I really enjoyed the flavor of the Larb crêpe but didn't get to enjoy much of it since it shattered. Hope they work on the batter and temperature of the pan, along with better ratio of ingredients.
I'll be back to try their Pandan Coconut Crêpe and hope they've worked out their kinks by then so I can bump it up to 5 stars.
