"Holy Mountain’s newer Phinney Ridge location has really come into its own. But we can’t help but stay partial to the flagship taproom in Interbay. Tucked between train tracks and busy Elliot Avenue, it’s easy to fly past even if you’re looking for it. But waiting inside is a bevy of old world-style sours, farmhouse ales, and quenching pale ales. Aside from a poster for the trippy 1973 movie Holy Mountain gets its name from, the décor is sparse and whitewashed, allowing for full concentration on the beers’ unique profiles. Wondering where to start? The White Lodge Belgian-style wit is always a great introduction with its airy wheat body and notes of coriander and orange." - Brianna Gunter
"A popular pop-up from a couple of former Spinasse employees has found a semi-permanent home at the Holy Mountain Brewing taproom in the Shared Roof building (next to the Renee Erickson bar-restaurant Lioness). The concept blends pasta and Southern cooking; the Seattle Times says its rotating sauces include “a smoked-brisket-and-pickled-mustard-seed ragu and a vegetarian mushroom sauce with collard greens.” The pop-up will be there every other Thursday and Friday (expect quick sellouts); the next dates will be April 24 and 25." - Harry Cheadle
"The Interbay brewery will host the Drew Marquis barbecue pop-up, with the visiting team bringing 3,500 pounds of meat and serving a full menu of meats and sides from noon on Friday, March 14 and from 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday until sellout; the organizers expect long lines and have enlisted helpers to move folks through as quickly as possible, as Marquis said, “We’ve enlisted a bunch of friends to help us out and try and move folks through the line as quick as possible but we expect it to be busy.”" - Harry Cheadle
"Lynchians across the land know that February 24 is Twin Peaks day, the date on which FBI agent Dale Cooper arrives in Twin Peaks to investigate the death of Laura Palmer. Holy Mountain Brewing in Interbay is throwing a party for the occasion that starts at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, February 24. There will be cherry pie from Ben’s Bread, coffee from Stamp Act Coffee, costumes, and Twin Peaks on a projector and a record player." - Harry Cheadle
"Holy Mountain Brewing in Seattle is a venue that frequently hosts events by Drew Marquis of Grasslands Barbecue. Known for a collaborative lager brewed for the pop-up events, it sees significant crowds during these events. Located at 1421 Elliott Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, it is a popular spot for barbecue enthusiasts." - Harry Cheadle
