Chris Gonzales of the maintenance staff is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He quickly responded to two work orders I submitted. I appreciate his eye for detail and work ethics. After fixing my plumbing he made sure the work area was cleaned. He left no mess. His welcoming smile and happy to assist attitude is consistent and always a good experience. Thank you Chris for doing a great job maintaining this beautiful property and making me feel appreciated and appreciative to live here.

As a former resident who recently moved out, I wanted to share my recognition for maintenance, professionalism, and overall quality of this property. Jeremy (Leasing), Eric (Maintenance), and Randy (Maintenance) were exemplary partners supporting the great experience I had. Amenities, cleanliness, community, and service are all incredible qualities of this property and team. Would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in moving to the area.

My experience with Homecoming at the Resort has been exceptional from the very first tour. The leasing process has been seamless, polished, and thoughtfully handled, setting a high standard of professionalism and care. Every interaction has felt intentional, organized, and welcoming. I would especially like to acknowledge Amanda and Hagar, who have been outstanding throughout this process. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine professionalism have made the entire experience feel effortless and reassuring. They exemplify the level of service one would expect from a truly upscale community. Although I have not yet moved in, the experience thus far has exceeded expectations and has given me complete confidence in my decision. I’m very much looking forward to calling Homecoming at the Resort my home.

Simply one of the best apartment complex management I've ever had in my 10+ years of renting. My last apartment is one of the most expensive apartments in downtown LA, and they simply couldn't care less about their residents. On the contrary, homecoming clearly puts in a lot of efforts to keep their community beautiful and spotless, service (maintenance, resident service) is top-notch. especially given how big the community is. The community's landscaping is so good. There're so many places to sit and hang out. The design team clearly did a great job. The house exteriors, resting areas are similar style but all slightly different. When I first toured this apartment, I was drawn by the landscaping---and how big the clubhouse is. It blends the usability and aesthetics so well together! After touring this one, I no longer want to see other apartments. After I moved in, there're only pleasant surprises. The welcome gift is sweet and thoughtful. Repair requests are handled extremely fast, repair team appears to be very polite.

I just moved in the homecoming and my experience has been absolutely amazing. Rene and Roop are the best Rene helped me from start to finish and now I am in my unit happy and relaxing. We all know moving is stressful and so many questions start coming to mind. Every question and concern I had Rene answered me and made me feel at ease. I like the fact that he follows up and follows through. I felt 100% ready for everything because I was informed and always notified with updates. Again it was a long road to get here but I'm here. The staff is really helpful and make you feel welcome! Thank you Rene you are the best.

From a move-in to an internal transfer, Amanda provided outstanding support every step of the way! She went above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful process feel very reassuring. On top of that, she was quick to respond to any questions or issues. Rene is also incredibly helpful and responsive! It really feels like the management genuinely cares about their residents here...I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Roop Sidhu, She went out of her way to make sure everything went perfectly with my lease and move-in. From answering every question to following up just to make sure I was comfortable, her dedication really showed. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it made such a difference for me. Thank you for going above and beyond Roop!! I’m so grateful for all your help and couldn’t be happier with my new home! 🤍 Highly recommend working with Roop. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. February will mark my one year anniversary here at the Homecoming at the Resort. Great place to live! The apartments are clean, the staff is friendly, and maintenance is fast. Couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

Management is very kind. Brandon called me as soon as I voiced some concerns and was proactive with his approach to come up with a resolution. The Resort is about community living and involvement and is enjoyable to spend time at.

I can't express just how important Kimberlee Benton is to this apartment complex . She's always organizing these great community events and bringing everyone together . She's always smiling , very approachable and will answer any questions you may have . When Kim organize an event you know you're going to have a great time . I hope the Lewis company appreciates her just as much as the residents do! I see some 1 star reviews on here and I'm not the type to knock someone else opinion or their experience . However, my experience with all the leasing office staff and maintenance workers has been very positive . This complex is clean, safe and there are some really good neighbors that I have met while living here. Overall I would recommend living here

Hannah in the from office is awesome . Great attitude and made sure the World Series was on the tv by the pool

This residential community offers townhomes, duplexes and apartments depending on ones affordable lifestyle! They have 1bdrm , 2bdrms and 3 bdrms floor plans !!! Enclosed Garage available to tenants. Came here to visit a friend and I was impressed with the modern features and floor plans they offer. I love that an elevator is provided and stair wells are covered from inclement weather! A clubhouse that features a gym , conference and event rooms, several seating areas and a swimming pool area! I would not mind staying in this resort someday just because the ambience seems to be a peaceful neighborhood and the elevator is a plus for me!

Brought up several issues were were having within the community and with our apartment and Brandon was able to coordinate quick fixes within a few weeks. We're now able to enjoy the apartment without issues and are satisfied with the response from management with our issues.

My mom just moved in here and she was showing me around and we noticed a ton of rowdy kids in the gym and walking around the complex with no adults. Messing with gym equipment. Also a ton of dog poop around the walking areas between the apartments. A lot of sketchy people parked sitting in cars . Not very clean

While I didn't end up finding a home here in the timeframe I needed, this is a great community with great amenities from what I saw. Also, Amanda was so helpful throughout the process and provided outstanding service. Thanks again!

Look elsewhere, don't move here! They will charge you to replace cheap carpet that was already there prior to you moving in. Move out paper work stated that the carpet only needed cleaning , which was correct because there were absolutely no stains rips or tears. Then I get a final bill stating that I've been charged to replace the carpet !!!! They said after cleaning it didn't fluff back up ...not my fault ! Carpet was fine when I moved out after staying 15 months with a neighbor constantly smoking weed , which seeped into my garage and closet ...they did nothing about it but put a notice on everyone's door.

Amanda was extremely helpful guiding me through the application as it was my first time applying to live somewhere else besides home. Looking forward to living here with people like her on the job!

I called the resort to request to see a unit earlier today I spoke with Tish. I told Trish the specific unit that I wanted to and I schedule an appointment the unit in the evening. When I arrived, I was greeted by Renée, who stated that the unit was not available to see at the current time the next five days. He asked if I would like to see other units in place of the one I was interested. All the totally different so that made no sense based on what I was looking for. Long story short, I wasted a trip to homecoming resort to a unit is that was not available. poor customer service

Amanda was incredible. Not only did she show us around the entire complex, walked us through the different options that were available for rent based on our budget and continued to check-in weeks after our tour, keeping us up to date on any pricing changes and available units. Ask for Amanda if you are looking at renting at the Homecoming!

Homecoming at the Resort is very clean, well-maintained, and full of great amenities. Amanda was incredibly helpful, she gave us multiple in-person tours and kept us updated daily on pricing. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Do not move here if you are looking for someplace quiet. I have lived here for over a year now and I have never lived anywhere as nosy as the "resort." The apartments are not well insulated against noise and they do not care about your rest or quiet morning hours. Do not live near a trash receptacle as they allow the trash pick-ups at any time of day. They will come as early at 7am and the clanging of the trash cans/noise of their trucks is very loud. They allow mobile detailing at any time of day as well. If you have heard mobile detailing being done, you will know that the water pumps on their trucks are not quiet. They allow landscaping staff to start as early as 7am. Today June 3rd, I was awakened at 7:25am to hedges being trimmed outside. Yesterday we had noise at 7am as well on the empty lot along 4th street. It's very common to be woken up by some type of noise here. The noise has been an ongoing issue. I finally got so tired of it I sent an email detailing the same things in this review but no response. Do not move here looking for a nice, quiet community especially if you intend to sleep in past 7-8am on some days, if you work late and want restful sleep, work from home, have small children, etc.

Brandon is so rude! The front office staff does not give tours! It took for Serena to ask if I needed help locating stuff. So I really appreciate Serena who works here for helping not only myself but other future residents!!!! Serena and Tamara has been soooo helpful in helping us residents! They are super patient to helping understand a lot of stuff! So Thank you both! But the General Manager looks down on people like me who is on housing. He is not patient in helping residents in issues he says he's in meetings and never returns calls. He looks down on housing please watch out for him! I don't deal with him!other than that these are really nice apartments I would recommend staying here but watch out for Brandon he's evil! He might try to retaliate against me for writing this but I won't be silenced!

so my family and and I recently moved in and overall our experience has been very pleasant. The office staff was so helpful and kind. Tish was the person who initially showed us around, showed us the unit and gave us all of the information we needed to make the decision whether or not we wanted to call this home, she was amazing very kind very helpful and informative always available and we couldn't be happier with our decision. So far living here has been nothing but great it's pretty quiet aside from the construction that's going on during the day, but that was to be expected, and we were informed of that prior to moving in in my opinion the grounds are clean and maintained. We haven't had to reach out to maintenance for any issues, and overall it has just been a pleasant experience so far. I would recommend this community to friends and family, if they were ever looking for a place to move. A really big plus is we have three boys and there's so much for them to do within this community, from the gym to the basketball, court, the tennis court along with a game room, and the list goes on. What's even nicer is that there are some retail shops open and more that'll be opening in the upcoming months that they are able to kind of go walk to hang out grab a drink or a bite to eat and it just makes the overall experience really feel like a resort. You never really have to go anywhere, which is nice. Looking forward to the upcoming year here! Special thanks to all the staff!

Omg where do I start Krystal is the absolute best this whole process has been the easiest leasing experience that I have ever experienced I'm beyond happy. Krystal went above and beyond my expectations and I'm so excited to become a resident of the Homecoming at the Resort. Thank you Krystal at all you have done you're the best! She is definitely a great asset of this company.

After living in my home for 30 years and moving to an apartment, I didn't know what to expect or ask, Tish was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I'm so glad she is my Leasing Specialist. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their new home. The Homecoming at Resort really gives you that resort vacation home vibe. The staff members were friendly. Everything is clean and well maintained. I will be moving in on the 1st, but I wanted to comment on my initial visit and impressions. Excited Char

I enjoyed living at the homecoming very much! What I feel made all the difference is the staff! They were ALL excellent, from the top mangers to the gardening staff. The resort has a very homely feeling. I especially enjoyed working with Crystal the leasing Manger, to the manger in charge, Kalen, they were both very easy to explan my needs as far as what I was seeking in my new home, a garage, washer and driver and plenty of natural lighting! The landscape is very natural, the kitchen featured many upgrades and the shower was like being in a spa, with a lot of upgrades. I hated having to move which was due to having foot surgery and unable to climb the lovely two bedroom three bath stairway in this beautiful townhouse. Once again, thank you Crystal and Kalen. I moved in a little over a week ago and Kevin the grounds supervisor was absolutely amazing!!!!!! He showed me everything throughly gave me clear and concise instructions on how to operate everything within my unit. Double checked everything and went room to room triple checking himself and the unit, he is such a kind person and made our move smooth and exciting! Thanks Kevin!!!!!

Krystal Davis was amazing. She help and guide us all the way, until our final move to our unit. Very friendly and was able to respond to our inquiries on a timely manner. She is an asset to the company.

This is a wonderful complex. The amenities are fantastic! The staff is kind and helpful. Shout out to Kimberlee and Jeremy. Kimberlee is the lifestyle director and puts on the best events!! Everything was fun and easy to participate in (if you're on the. Introverted side like me). She also hosts a fantastic book club. Jeremy is the business manager and he was always helpful anytime we had questions or concerns. He is patient and takes his time with you. I highly recommend this place!

We love living at Homecoming! It's been a year and a half so far and everything's amazing. The whole team, amenities, maintenance, events, and community are all wonderful!

I moved in Wednesday November 1st after leaving my home of 30 years. Still unpacking and getting my "Lola" (13 year old maltipoo) used to her new home. I completely love it here. I've had some minor issues, like not knowing how to program my nest thermostat. Thank you Mike for the quick help setting me up with The Nest. Randy and Kevin were also great help with other minor issues. I'm completely impressed on how on top of things everyone here is!!! Looking forward to my new beginning.

This entire staff was a great help! Move in process was very simple as well and went quick. I first met Tish back in December and she made sure to get me in a Unit come September the following year!! Her efforts are deeply appreciated, she went out of her way to help me and my friend get established, if I could recommend anyone for your move in process just ask for Tish! Nicole is also amazing as well!! The days Tish was not available, Nicole was there to step in and help me with anything I needed. I cannot explain how helpful and meaningful she was during the move in process!! So if Tish can't help you get in, ask for Nicole. And lastly, Krystal Davis does an absolute amazing job on managing and making sure our move in processes went smoothly. Any questions we needed, these three staff members were there to help at all times and if one isn't available the next one is always there to step in. This is the best team by far !

Currently a resident and wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Millie!!! My husband and I just welcomed our first baby and currently home bound (recovery.) Millie got all our mail package orders and personally dropped them off herself twice. I appreciate The Resort staff immensely!! Thank you

Absolutely loveee living here! From the amazing amenities to the office team keeping up with doing amazing residential events including farmers market on Sunday's!! What a convenience!!! Theres soo much to appreciate here! The maintenance team is very responsive when taking care work orders!!! And the community here is extremely friendly!!! I made sooo many friends just by being at the pool this summer! Its definitely worth it, hope it continues to thrive in the direction! I am beyond satisfied.

I just moved in a week ago and I have to say I absolutely love it here! Best decision I've made this place is so calm and quiet and everyone I've met so far are very friendly. I've made friends just going to the pool area. I'd recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come check this property out you'll fall in love!

You know how you know you're in a good place? When maintenance is helpful, timely, and kind. Dealt with a little leak from my upstairs neighbors' bathtub and maintenance was here checking the leak and helping to quickly solve it and clean up any water spillage. Edwin and the night manager were very helpful and kind and helped to ease any worry I had about the leak by taking the time to explain what happened. I hope these hardworking maintenance employees get their acknowledgment because their job is not easy.

This place is like living in the twilight zone. I only moved in end of June, my new dish washer which they said no one has ever used broke. It will not drain, their in house maintenance person came to look at it. He could not get it to work. He put in an order for Samsung to come look at the unit. I never heard anything back. I had to contact maintenance through an app, that when they told me Samsun would come out Wednesday 7/26. Well no one told me.. or asked if that day was okay. Here it is Wednesday and no one has showed up, i get a call that Samsung called the maintenance folks and because they were all at lunch, no one answered and Samsung left. He said they will be out on august 1. I am paying rent for features i do. Or have or cannot even use.. when you call the office does not care. They always say a manager will call you back but they never do. They just want your money and once they get it all their support ends. Second best part is You will NEVER receive any packages, when you reach out to front desk and Luxor (vendor for lockers) for packages.. no one can help. I only lived here two months and so far 5/7 packed are lost and Amazon doesn't believe that this many packages are missing and will not refund or replace the items. It's to the point I have to wait for the mail man or Amazon by the lockers to wait for my item or ask if they have mail for me. What a great convenience.

Disappointed considering the amount of $$$$ it costs to lease a place here. You would think they'd make sure the units were immaculate before moving someone in.

This place is amazing to live at and love the community! Krystal Davis made the process super smooth for getting into a bigger unit and I couldn't be more pleased with her service! Definitely won't make a mistake living here!

I needed to find an apartment rather quickly. A friend recommended The Homecoming at the Resort and I must say by far it was the best recommendation. Krystal immediately greeted me at the door and was very eager to help me find my ideal apartment. Krystal helped me every step of the way. Truly grateful for Krystal. She's the best!

Prior to our on-site visit, we received calls and emails regarding the upcoming opening because we were on the VIP list. Nicole and Mike and the whole Resort staff have been nothing but helpful with me and my family moving into this apartment. We had first pick of our unit and they were very helpful with every step along the way if I could give more stars I would.

I want to start by saying that the Homecoming staff at the resort are WONDERFUL, professional and welcoming, it's so nice to walk into the office and get a bright smile from everyone. Meem Masud you really take your time and dedication to help us with everything we need, thank you for being kind, listening and going above and beyond when it comes to helping us, you make our experience leaving here a pleasant one, keep rocking :) I have lived in several Lewis communities and can say that the staff here is top tier. Also pictures really don't do justice on how BEAUTIFUL this community is!!!

Extremely HAPPY. All the staff have been great and helpful . Very pleasing and inviting. Dwight & Stephanie have been great and assisted me with all my needs. Very accommodating . I love my new community.

Communication, service, and quality of care here has been phenomenal. From signing contracts to move-in day, the staff has been receptive, energetic, and caring. We love our apartment and all the amenities that come with it.

Drove by Tuesday, moved in Friday. All thanks to Kayden and his assistant Millie. They are professionals that can make things happen fast. This place is in a league of it's on.

EXTREMELY PLEASED. I've been eyeing this new development in the area for quite some time now. I enlisted in the VIP list to get updates on this property. Before they even opened they reached out to let me know there availability and prices. Specifically, Raad reached out to me and right from the start answered any questions I had and responded within minutes!! He was nice and professional, and made me feel more confident in my decision to moving here! The whole team has been super responsive and the leasing experience has been so smooth. I am from out of town, and will be moving into the area this summer and they've made me feel super confident and secure about my lease. I couldn't be more excited for the move in!

Nicole was very helpful and met all my needs for me and my daughter. She is super friendly and very attentive. I have never had such a great personalized experience with renting at an apartment complex. This place is brand new and a very nice property along with great staff especially Nicole:)
