Wanted something special for my Grandson's Birthday. Max gave me some excellent recommendations all within my budget. He made my day knowing that my Grandson will Love the merchandise I picked out. This place is awesome! Sports, Pokémon, and more - whatever you're collecting, they have a great selection here. The inside of this place is so cool! Tons of graded cards on display. Plenty of boxes/packs to purchase. They have a replica baseball dugout where you can sit and look through singles. It's so much fun! Staff was super friendly. It was my first time in and I will absolutely be coming back again, hopefully soon!

Stumbled upon this place when looking for Pokemon cards in Mission Valley. They just opened three weeks ago. Beautifully curated store, great selection of sealed and graded cards. Some really cool gems found in here for very fair prices. I’ll definitely be back in the near future.

I called in asking if they review and provide values and quotes for cards. Max answered and said yes they do! I stopped by the same day and he made the time to assess the cards we brought in. They even provide a shipment service to authentic autographs! Great experience! I’ll definitely be back to buy sell!

This was my friend and I’s first time visiting Honey Hole Collectibles and the employee greeted us with such friendliness and was telling us about a weekend event they were having with sports cards, Pokémon, and food! The prices are reasonable and overall, it was a good and productive experience! Would recommend to other people. :)

We were on a search for Pokemon cards & NBA basketball trading cards and stumbled upon Honey Hole Collectibles. I liked the layout of this store - open, spacious and organized with a good selection of sports/specialty cards and cool collectibles (baseball, football, basketball cards, Pokémon, autographed jerseys and photos, etc.) There are several tables available for customers sit down to open and enjoy their purchases or, to sift through the open boxes of loose cards for sale. The gentlemen working the front desk were happy to answer my son's questions about their inventory & point us in the right direction. He was very happy with his purchase and walked away with a few new cards for his collection.

Surprised there is only one review so far for this location, but then I realized it's a much newer location! Stopped by after work to educate myself further on the card collecting game and where the best shops are in SD (getting into the hobby!). Love the location of this Honey Hole in Mission Valley - You can see it driving by on the street, but you will have to park at Hooter's and walking to the inner part of the plaza where are other shops and vendors there to actually get to the door. It has a SUPER sick set up. Everything is organized, stocked, and displayed so nicely. Shoutout to all the sweet autographed Padres memorabilia that almost made me cop something instantly. Pokemon, MLB, NBA, NFL, UFC, WWE - pretty much anything you could be looking for, they probably have. Blaster boxes, hobby boxes, packs, solos. All the expenseive boxes that typically come with 1-3 cards are up front. REALLY sweet dugout setup to sort through raw singles. Prices seem decent for everything but like all card shops I'm sure there's flexibility if you were hoping to sell to them etc. They even have their livestream break links posted around the shop in case you are into that method of buying cards. Only docking it by 1 star because I haven't bought anything yet, but it sure is promising! But definitely will update this review once I cop something lol.

Well This Honey Hole Collectibles Is New and is located in Mission Valley San Diego !! It is super dope store and has all sorts of Collectibles ranging from Football Cards , Baseball Cards , Basketball Cards , Pokémon Cards and lots of different boxes of cards you can buy !! Pretty much every sport type of cards !! Walking in it is a true collector dream store . There are loose cards you can buy also . There is a dugout area inside this store so you can pull out boxes of loose cards to buy . And it may take some time to sort it out and decide which cards you want . Lots of cards to choose . The prices are decent and very comparable to EBay as I was going through the boxes most cards range from 1-5 Dollars each . Pretty good deal !! But it was really hard to resist but I did and walked out empty handed !! But next time I might have to maybe get some . Overall it is an interesting store and if you're looking for a Sports Cards Shop this has to be one of the Best In San Diego !! It is located really close to Hooters Sports Bar and in the Ortho Mattresses Parking lot I would say Plaza Del Rio Shopping Center Across from Target in the Mission Valley Shopping Town . I shall return and see or maybe buy next time .

So my Grandson turns 9 years old today and he loves baseball, the Padres especially Jackson Merrill and collecting baseball cards. I decided to give "Honey Hole Collectibles" a try and what a great decision it was! Max assisted me. He listened to my ideas, offered suggestions all within my budget. I walked away with an awesome "PSA" graded Jackson Merrill rookie card which my Grandson will be trilled with. No pressure to buy here, just great advice and making sure the customer is taken care of and satisfied. Thank You Max and thank you "Honey Hole Collectibles" for making my day knowing that my Grandson will be excited when I give him his favorite player's card today.

My brother told me about this place. Had some spare time so I thought I'd come check it out. It was much better than he described. The way they have some cards out for you to look at.....awesome cards in the case. What I found best out of all this was the staff was happy to help. My LCS has done well by me for a long time, but the owner is just too serious, you feel almost like you'd rather not bug him. Don't get me wrong he's not a mean person but it's what's projected. The staff here were much more welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful. Wide variety and selection of football, basketball, baseball and Pokémon. Good value and great prices! Definitely going back to spend more money. If you love collecting cards and are in San Diego area...you must go! We flew in from Hawaii to go shopping!

Went to the Gavin sheets signing and it was amazing! Well organized, more than fairly priced honestly it was a steal for a vip ticket!! All staff was kind and informative. This place is changing the game in SD
