We watched food park episodes for Portland Oregon and put this place on our bucket list. The food lived up to the hype, the waffles were incredibly light and airy. The breakfast version was good but the sweet version was where the waffles shined. We were really looking forward to the Pav'e potatoes but they were a bit overcooked and peeled apart in layers, still good though. The park itself was really nice with converted shipping containers acting as a bar, heated seating area and rooftop deck. Nice stage and the bathrooms were super clean. Would eat at again if we lived closer.

Awesome waffles!! We ordered the Daily special it had a perfectly cooked fried chicken breast smothered in bacon/sausage country gravy on a perfect golden crispy light waffle that held up to the gravy. We also ordered the Strawberry waffle with lemon whipped cream it was delicious.

Got one sweet and one savoury waffle and both were delicious. The waffles were thinner than expected but that actually made them better in my opinion. The toppings were delicious with just the right bite of waffle. Very good place!

Finally a waffle place where waffles are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside yummy! We also had the pave potatoes and my partner love them. ❤️ we will be back.

I watched a very popular food YouTuber recommend this location in one of their videos and they specifically called out the waffles and the pav potatoes. We ordered the Classic Savory Waffle with Buttermilk fried chicken, the Strawberry-Lemon Compote Waffle with fresh whipped cream, and the Pav Potatoes which if you don't know are thinly layered potato slices formed into a cube, baked and fried, served with ketchup and chives. I think the stand out for me was the fried chicken; it was juicy, crispy, tender, and the portion size was exactly what I would hope for. I do wish they had the option for a gravy because that would've set it over the top for me personally. But regardless, if I were to come back it would be for this fried chicken. That said if you're more of a sweet person, their waffles are PERFECT for the saucy sweet fruity dish that we tried. The waffles are almost like a fluffy crepe, they are so airy and light, and soak up the sweet sauces really well. I definitely think the waffles suit the sweeter dish in my opinion. The only real let down was the potatoes. They felt overcooked, under-seasoned, and I think could benefit from more of a savory note, whether it's butter, or something more umami. It kind of just tasted like plain potato that was a little burnt. Overall a good experience but I was surprised to find that what I thought was their hero dish was a let down, and their mains exceeded my expectations.

I finally decided to pull the trigger and give this lil food cart a chance. I came up to it and waited a couple of minutes, and out came a man that didn't seem to be interested in greeting me. That's fine. I told him my order and he didn't respond and simply handed me the disc and said it'll be out soon. Okay, thanks...(no recognition for that one, too.) After 10 mins my disc buzzed and I came to grab my food, I wanted him to know I was excited to try out his food and smiled. I made sure to tell him thank you and he gave me a blank look and walked away in the cart. Typically I wouldn't let customer service get to me but jeez, it does leave an impression and it wasnt a welcoming one. Food was good, the waffle is not greasy, dense, or burnt. Though, it was thin on some areas which made it awkward to slice through. Bacon wasn't greasy either. It was good but I feel I should have ordered a sweet version of the waffle, because the waffle wasn't flavorful or prominent with all the toppings.

Waffles are super light with slightly crisp edges and tear apart with little effort—it's easy to devour these quickly! The strawberry lemon compote was delicious but was not as "loaded" as other Google pictures show. Our favorite was the Madeleine with cookie butter but would recommend adding banana to make it even better. 🙂

If you like waffles, you MUST stop here. They cook up the freshest, crispiest, and tastiest Belgian waffles I've ever had - and I grew up eating my family's traditional recipe. If you're looking for something savory, I love their Breafkast. If you're craving a sweet treat, literally get any of their sweet waffles and you will be satisfied. And don't forget to try their Pavé Potatoes! This is truly my favorite place to eat in the PNW.

On a cold, rainy Saturday afternoon, we arrived at Honeycuspe because we wanted to try their famous Belgian waffles. The weather was quite merisable and it was wet everywhere, but when you have waffles on the brain you just have to get them. It was easy to find the food truck, place an order and it came out in about five minutes. It took a few minutes because they make the waffles from scratch but that was expected. We were hoping to get some hot baverages but decided not to because they offer coffee but we already had plenty of caffeine that day. We ordered the Strawberry Lemon Compote waffle and liked it a lot as the strawberry and whipped cream provided flavor and sweetness. However, if I would do it again, I would ask them to put the toppings on the side, so I could keep my waffle dry. The waffle itself was so light and airy, that it literally melts in your mouth. You feel a crunch on the outside, and before you know it, it's gone. We seriously liked it as it's like no waffle we have tried before. I jokingly told my husband this is more like an "experience" than actually eating waffles. It was so delicate that it made you wonder what just happened.  In fact, I am still wondering how they did it! Overall, we really liked the waffles at Honeycuspe and would come back again!

Saw the food truck in a YouTube video and got intrigued by these waffles made by a machine that's imported all the way from Belgium. Got one savory and one sweet waffle to share. They were both good. I especially liked the savory waffle. The waffle itself was very light, the eggs were cooked to perfection while I wished the bacon were more crispy, the aioli and chives were the cherry on top. Despite it being light, it does hit you a bit later and is really filling. Priced on the higher side but it is a "fine luxury waffles" place.

So these are darn good. The waffles are fantastic and the toppings we tried didn't disappoint either. You can easily finish one waffle and think I'm not too full since it was surprisingly light however the fullness will come and youll be comfortable while not over stuffed. Wasn't too busy when we were there but still decent amount of people for a cooler overcast morning and took about 10min maybe so could see it being a while if they are slammed.

Pricey but worth it. The avocado "toast" waffle was good but the breakfast potatoes were actually incredible. I'd go back for those alone.

Craving waffles? Honeycupse is a welcoming food cart that offers both sweet and savory options to satisfy your desires. We ordered the Classic...A waffle with a generous amount of buttermilk fried chicken and syrup. The fried chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender. Yum! We also tried the Avalon Clair which offered a delicious discovery in every nook and cranny...A waffle topped with lemon curd, and enchanting lavender cream cheese, and fluffy, airy whipped cream with poppyseeds. It delighted our sweet tooth. Eat outside, or take your waffles to go!

Ordered takeout, and it was delicious! I absolutely would order an extra waffle next time, or even a second meal because I was still a tad hungry after, but it was delicious! I just wish it a bit larger portioned. I'd recommend overall

My friends and I stopped by this food cart (very popular in Portland) for a quick breakfast. Since we were there on a Sunday morning after the breakfast/brunch rush, there luckily was no line at all. The staff was very kind (another perk of service in Portland) and accommodating of some substitutions/additions we requested. The food also came out all at once and pretty fast considering our group size. Though small, the yard with tables was big enough for our group, and we got to enjoy the beautiful breezy fall Portland morning with our food.

Wanted to update my review my pictures are of the prior location. The second to last time I was there he asked if that was all I wanted, seemed annoyed so I got the Strawberry waffle the last time - I did not care for it . I have been meaning to go to new location and remember to give a big tip since a plain waffle is a deal meant to be an add on to say a strawberry waffle.

Tucked in the corner of Division street, this food truck offers a great variety of waffles. The location is a bit hidden when driving by but there will be a handful of other food trucks residing closely to each other. There were a handful of picnic table/benches, art murals, and trash bins surrounding the area - a pleasant place to eat there or order to-go! I ordered the Garden of Eros, a decadent variation to the very popular avocado toast. The fresh avocados were smashed and seasoned in front of me, soft-fried egg was cooked perfectly, and the roasted pepitas and seeds added a nice texture. The waffle itself had a subtle sweetness that compliments the savory dish. It was a little pricey for a waffle but justified because these are luxury waffles. Service was nice and friendly, gave an accurate estimate on how long the food would take. Will definitely be back to try their other offerings!

Good Lord this place is fantastic! I don't like waffles but let me tell you, this waffles are fucking great. So crunchy. I got the classic. My wife got the maddeline and the pave potato's. Everything was so damn good. Solid portions, nice people, great new food cart pod to this part of town. Can't wait to be back.

I got a pick your own waffle with strawberries and whip cream topped with chocolate drizzle which was so ONO! Sweet and fluffy goodness! Then I got the potatoes and I think I found my new favorite spot! The potatoes hit!

So glad my friend is obsessed with waffles and found this place! First we had the "strawberry lemon compote" & "Garden of Eros"...Woozers I've never had a waffle made sooo perfect. Crispy yet moist and flavorful After that epic breakfast, the rest of the trip. I was day dreaming about another waffle so hit this place up on the way out of town. 2nd time had Madeleine,Breakfast, pavē breakfast potatoes! Everything here is soooo good! This place definitely didn't disappoint, my tastebuds at dancing

so good!! the waffles were crispy and delicious, a good portion size. the staff were friendly and inviting, the area was nice (there were games like Jenga and ping pong), the music was good, and the restrooms nearby were very clean. the pavé breakfast potatoes are a must-try!!

Really delicious food. Great brunch. Except it took 30 minutes to make. For a food truck, that's a little lengthy, even for me. That said, the potatoes are absolutely worth waiting and paying for.

We tried three different waffles, bacon and the potatoes and everything was delicious. The chicken and waffles was the crowd favorite but we'd order everything again. Meals were filling, and waffles were big enough our 2 young kids got full off sharing just one. Staff was friendly and there's covered seating for rainy days. We'll definitely be back!

This was my second time eating at this cart and I was not let down! Everything tastes amazing from the waffles to the whip cream to the bacon to the chicken! They don't have as many options as say waffle window. They have five sweet and five savory options but all of them are hits!

Come here almost every morning when I am in Portland. Chicken and waffles, banana fosters and the Dalmatian. Everything was great although the chicken did taste like the oil in the fryer needs to be changed.

What a pleasant surprise! I was just walking by and decided to give it a try. Honeycuspe has a small but delicious menu. You can get your waffle sweet or savory. I had the Avalon Clair, its topped with lemon curd, lavender cream cheese sauce, fresh whipped cream and sprinkled with poppy seeds. It was out of this world good. I was a little nervous about ordering something w lavender for the fear it would overpower everything and taste like body lotion, but that was not the case. The flavor was subtle and paired well with the other flavors. I highly recommend checking out Honeycuspe if you love Belgian waffles. I will be back!

I had the best chicken and waffle I ever had in my life. The chicken was moist, great seasonings and taste. The food melts in your mouth.

Lots of waffle places in Portland, and I think this is my favorite actual waffle. I do prefer the topping combos of some other spots, but the waffle here is unreal. Never had one that was so light and tasty! Ordered via delivery and really appreciated how they kept the toppings separate so it wasn't soggy. And they were VERY generous with the whipped cream! Highly recommend.

So good! The waffle is not dense at all, very light. All the ingredients used are extremely fresh and tasty. My friend and myself loved it! I will take my husband and my son this weekend, and I know they will enjoy it.

Amazing chicken and waffles!! The chicken was salty hot goodness, paired with the crispy waffles. Divine. Avalon Clair was a great combo of sweet and sour with the lemon curd and lavender cream. Love the touch of poppy seed! Sorry! No pictures! We inhaled it as soon as we got it!

Absolutely delicious! Had the fried chicken and waffles and another with cookie butter, strawberries, and bananas. I also had to try their pavé potatoes too. Everything was excellent. The waffles are lighter than normal and learned I really prefer them this way. The people working were also tremendously kind and took great care in preparing everything we ate. I can't wait to come back and try more!

Absolutely loved our Belgian Waffles. We got a strawberry Nutella waffle, and a chicken & waffle. Both were delicious. We also got the deep fried potatoes not sure what they're called. I wouldn't say those were a hit and pretty pricey for the portion we received but the waffles made up for it! Would definitely go back!

Got my order from door dash, never tried before. Pleasantly surprised!!! Sweet and savory both were amazing. The kids went sweet but they thought my bacon and eggs was better then theirs. The strawberry lemon compote was heavenly! Totally recommend trying this gem.

Wow! One of the best waffles I've ever had. Got the classic chicken and waffles. The chicken was amazingly perfectly fried. My only criticism was that I think the syrup wasn't real maple, but the sweetness worked really well with the fried chicken. I'd definitely return!!!

Fantastic, light, yeasty Belgian waffles. They could also probably make a whole cart menu based on their incredible pavé potatoes, so don't miss those either

Just ordered the breakfast waffle for breakfast randomly of grubhub today and oh my god, that was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. It was so so delicious I'm so glad I discovered this today. I will be stopping by to get one in person very soon, I'm hooked. That sauce on top really set it off thank you all!!
