First Look at Uzuki, a Soba Restaurant With $72 Noodles | Eater NY
"Back in the 1990s, Soho's Honmura An enjoyed a glorious run (1991–2007), making noodles on the premises in a tiny space and serving bowlfuls that featured tempura-fried shrimp caught in the Bay of Tokyo; prices ran as high as about $18 in 1993 when Ruth Reichl reviewed it." - Robert Sietsema
Really high-quality soba with a super little amount of portion.
You will never be satisfied with just one plate of soba.
Definitely, you should order some additional meals.

Upon entering you'll see a window where they make their soba noodles from scratch. You'll shell out a bit more yen here but the food quality and ambiance makes it all worth it. Staff was accommodating and friendly, and there's an english menu.

The real Soba noodle place with spacious inside. Had Soba-Gaki after a while. It was really good. Came with nice Wasabi. The seat close to the entrance was so freezing, unfortunately. Should have made reservation...
