Ordered traditional wings via Ubereats, I bit into a wing and it was waaaaay undercooked. THE MEAT IS STILL BLEEDING AND BLOOD DRIPPED INTO THE RANCH. GROSS. Had to call them and get refunded. I swear there’s never good customer service in this city

My service today was terrible. To begin with we got seated at a dirty table. We waited about 20 minutes before the manager walked up to our table and cleaned it off for us, then waited another 10 minutes for a waitress to come take our drink order. When our drinks came we placed our food order. Our fried pickles came out after half our order came out. We ordered the sampler platter and the bone in wings were the wrong flavor and the waitress wanted to take the entire plate back to replace the wings. Mind you we've already waited 30 minutes just for a drink. My fries didn't come out with my order and when they got to the table they weren't even hot and neither were the wings they replaced! Very disappointed with the service and the food but thankfully the manager took care of the ticket! Definitely not returning anytime soon.

Had horrible service. The acting manager said it was because ALL of the waitresses walked out. The boneless wings were so over cooked. They were hard as a rock and a knife wouldn't even cut through them. They just made excuses and never once offered to make it right to us. We ended up leaving after waiting to be seated for 45 min and then another 25 min to get the inedible good. Not sure if we'll even go back after this as it was the 3rd bad experience in row.

I don’t even know where to begin to explain our experience. We went there for a birthday dinner for our friend. The place is very run down and dirty. The restrooms smell like someone had thrown up and the chairs are anything but safe to sit on. It seems that they might break at any minute and you land on the floor. The food was ok but the service was horrible. The waitress was rude and did not want to organize the typical waitress birthday song. We reminded her several times and were told in the end that the place was too busy. This was at 6:30 pm and half of the restaurant was empty. She even told us that she is not happy working because of a double shift. I will take my money somewhere else next time.

Service here is slow and there aren't many customers here. The cooks don't know how to shuck an oyster properly, they give them to you dirty with shell pieces inside. I wonder if they would even pay for a cracked tooth. If the option to leave 0 stars...that would be my rating. Very disappointed with this establishment. They used to have great service here. Guess the employees are only here to cash a pay

We went during the week and they only had two servers. The service was fine but I felt like it was not properly staffed. Food was okay, had a couple of overcooked wings. They are supposedly selling the property soon, so why invest. Restrooms are gross.

Uncharacteristically poor service. The food was really good, what you expect from Hooters, the staff was almost unapologetically unhelpful. It took about 30 minutes for the waitress to bring my beer and when she did she brought the wrong kind. Our fried pickles came before my beer... The food took about an hour and ten minutes before we received it. (A burger and small order of wings).

If I could, I would give this place a solid negative two stars. Never have I ever had to wait 15 minutes for a margarita and when it was brought to the table it was EXTREMELY watered down and tasted nothing like a strawberry margarita. Ordered a Smirnoff on the rocks, watered down as well, so I gave up on the drinks. Waited more, to find out our waitress "forgot" to put our ticket in. Spoke to the manager, he said he would cover the drinks, when I feel our whole meal should have been covered, because the food was terrible, we ordered boneless wings and we got bone-in. Avoid this place at all costs, it wasn't even busy, I'd hate to see it busy. Whataburger wouldn't have disappointed me.
