This was our 3rd annual meet and greet at this location and let me say this is by far the best location to date. The staff management and other customers are always so welcoming to our group of slingshots look forward to this every year at this location.

Came here tonight during the car show/cruise night and place was packed outside with people coming in and out all throughout the show. Parking - plenty of spaces when it’s not during a cruise night. Service - I had Natalie as a waitress and she was phenomenal. Waitress came and checked how I was doing multiple times during my visit here and each time was “in you need anything, please let me know.” Manager was walking around quite a bit through my visit, checking on everyone to see how they were and needed anything. Cook would yell to the waitresses when orders were up..which is something I’ve never seen or heard but it works and definitely gets your attention. Food - I had the steamed shrimp 1/2 lb which came out to roughly be 10-12 pieces of shrimp with a side of cocktail sauce, a side of garlic butter and a lemon. Was pretty good, seasoned but once you take the shell off, it is what it is…shrimp. Then I had a bowl of chili with cheese and onions…which I love my chili, the only downfall, which I don’t know if it’s because of eating seafood first…the chili tasted like it was Hormel or a canned chili. It just had that taste to it that it didn’t taste like it was made in-house. This is the last Hooters in CT and really hope that it doesn’t close because it does do good business and it’s a staple here in CT and we’re not to far from everything in the state. Overall…I’d give it 5* but the chili is what gets me..on a scale of 1-10…this was a solid 8.7 and the service is what did it, otherwise I prolly would’ve been in the 7’s..on a 1-5, it’s a 4.6..again, service is what saved it from being high 3’s to low 4’s.

I’m writing a review for Hooters: the wings are absolutely delicious, and the sauces are amazing. The margarita and cocktails were great too. Overall, the atmosphere is really nice, the service is friendly and attentive, and there always seems to be plenty of seating. Everyone is welcoming and helpful, and I also love that they allow dogs.

Went here on a whim and was really surprised because I would say I’ve had a bad experience 90% of the time every time I’ve gone to hooters but not this time. Quick, attentive service with fantastic food. I will always recommend the curly fries because those are my favorite, ordered them well done and actually got crispy fries and I also got a side of chili to make my own chili cheese fries and that did not disappoint. The chili was fantastic and then my friend and I split some classic, “naked” wings which were small but really good. It kind of sucks that you have to pay extra for vegetables and blue cheese considering that the wings are almost $2 apiece and pretty small but that was just a minor inconvenience. The girlfriend got a Caesar salad with shrimp and said it was delicious and which way bigger and better than the one she got the following night at the hard rock at Foxwoods. They also do all you can eat wings on Wednesday nights for $20 that I’m hoping to try one day.

Came here around 8 pm on a Thursday with my partner not knowing what to expect. I ordered the sliders along with shrimp while they ordered a burger. Food was pretty good and I was satisfied by the end but I was far more pleased with the service, one of the best dinners I've ever had with the waitress, which I believe her name was Sophia so my compliments to her. The place was pretty loud but that could just be how it is with all the sports going on with the tvs. Overall a pretty nice time there.

So.... I was excited for Hooters Wings. I pretty much convinced my 10 person group that Hooters was the place to go after the concert we were at... We got there, told the waitress we had a group of 10. She asked if we had a reservation, which we did not. She then tells me we can either pick a table that had seats for 8, or a table with seats for 6. So math wasn't obviously her strong suit. We took it upon ourselves to decide to pull another table over to the 6 seater, which the manager helped with. The manager brought menus over immediately. A few minutes later the same waitress came over and took our drink order. After our drinks arrived, we sat and waited For the waitress to come get our order. After about 20 minutes we decided we were leaving, and the waitress seemed oblivious to the fact that she never came back. We're not from the area, but if we find ourselves back this way, we'll just go to Wing Stop. We went there from Hooters and those wings were fire. Lesson learned.

Always go here whenever I visit Six Flags in Agawam, never fails to make my friends and I’s night with the really good food and friendly service on top of it; genuinely good restaurant as a whole! 🍗 😋 PS: Highly recommend the samurai teriyaki wings if you got a sweet tooth like me 🔥 always delicious!

First time going to Hooters. Always heard they had good chicken wings, and I wasn't disappointed. Had their samurai teriyaki sauce. The waitress was very kind to us and checked on us regularly. They also do burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Worth checking out.

Chicken wings were cooked to perfection. The chicken wings were seasoned well. The dipping sauce had a little kick that was performed my taste. The waffle fries were delicious. The fries of course with fresh. Great customer service. I recommend.

On a trip through Connecticut for a funeral, I stopped in at Hooters Weathersfield for an evening meal with another relative of the deceased (October 14th). However, all both of us got for our experience was a serious case of foodborne illness (gastroenteritis). For me, my meal came up within three hours. For my cousin, he suffered it all the way to the other end - over the entire night. On the continued drive to North Haven, we compared what he had ordered, and the common denominator was that both of us had the BBQ sauce on our respective beef burger and chicken wings. Whether it was poor refrigeration, cross contamination or something else, it was a very bad experience and I will never visit nor recommend this or any other Hooters ever again.

God I absolutely LOVE hooters. It's so annoying that this store is rated low. This is NOT fast food. It's really great and everything is handmade. The chicken is breaded and all the food is make when it's ordered. No frozen food! The waitresses and GM Gavin are so kind and caring. The waitresses are always smiling and helping. The store is nice and warm and clean. I love chilling there with my wife and two sons. I'll always love Hooters!!

We were on vacation and saw this place so we had to stop by. There's a pretty big parking lot. The place is pretty big and open with a lot of TV's. We ordered right away. Unfortunately they were out of smoked chicken wings. We ordered shrimp, buffalo wings, and bbq wings. The service to get our food was a little slow. Overall the wings were good highly recommend the shrimp. It's a little pricey but not crazy. Had a good experience while watching a basketball game.

My wings were swimming in sauce like an obscene amount it was disgustingly and made them inedible. I couldn't even wipe enough off to be able to eat them. I got them to go & it looked like they dumped all of the extra sauce from the wing mixing bowl into the box. Plus this place is SO OVERPRICED and you get no sides

Been a while since I went to a Hooters but was in the mood for wings. My husband, son and I split 15 wings and an order of sliders/fries. Didn't want to be super stuffed because we were headed to Stew Leonards afterwards. It was just the right amount. I would give a slight edge to the lemon pepper over garlic parm wings but they also offer a ton of different flavor and style of wings. The sliders were slightly dry but the taste was fine. Service was great! Fun laid back vibe was nice.

I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO START! I wanted to take my family out for some family bonding since we were malnourished. So we looked up a restaurant to go to and hooters was the best one so of course I wanted the best for my kids and husband, as soon as we pulled up to hooters i felt a weird feeling but I wanted the best. As soon as we walked in I say YOUNG LADIES in inappropriate attire such as, low cut shirts that showed EVERYTHING and VERY UNCHURCH LIKE SHORTS. When they seated us one young lady SAT ON MY HUSBANDS LAP he immediately pushed her off and she rolled her eyes the food was just as DISGUSTING never in my 46 years of my life have I been disappointed in my home state.

Got a sad, weird-shaped burger with a totally burned bun. (They replaced the bun on my request.) Also very slow service. Not a fun time.

Always a great time! Loving the cruise nights. Grabs some wings and a beer. Have a great time! Can't beat that.

The beer here tasted really gross... I don't know, maybe it's because it's next to the highway. But the waitress was a snotball. We tried to get lunch and beers but had to walk out after what were pretty sure was in the beverage. Pretty gross you don't mind me saying.

1st time trying wings here and I loved them. I chose honey BBQ with a side of tater tots and a smooth yummy cheese sauce you must order . The wings were nice and thick with plenty of sauce put on. They have many flavors of sauces and dry rubs. You can get the wings breaded or naked boneless or with . The tots are good . I had a Shirley temple to drink which is just ginger ale and cherry juice . No dessert tonight for me. They waitresses are nice and ours checked up on us each time she walked around . I didn't need a thing while I was there today. They do sell burgers,sandwiches and a few other sides like curly fries or fried pickles .

I'm from Texas this place was great !!! The crab legs were amazing good service while watching ufc!!! Manager came by several times to see how service was .. That's a great way to take care of people.. BIG SHOUT OUT TO KT kitchen manager!!!

The one star is for the fried pickles which were tasty. We came in on a Thursday for lunch. My son ordered a grilled cheese which came burnt on one side. My husbands sandwich was the same quality of Wendy's, & my wings were cold. Our server Christine asked three times if I wanted a Diet Coke. Like ok, I'm fat Christine; I'm eating fried freaking pickles at Hooters. Your comedy is legendary. We're totally cool with keeping away from this place. Maybe it's the food, maybe it's Christine. We'll never know.

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered ten naked wings. Two of them were wing tips with hair on them. This place is a dump. I don't even want my money back. I'd rather let everyone know how poor the quality of food is. Trash.

Another Amazing Dinner Date with My BFF, was honored to finally bring her somewhere new to her. Very hard to do. Trust me . So we took plenty of photos. I had the 10 piece Honey BBQ Breaded Wings with Ranch Dressing. Loaded with Delicious sauce These wings are definitely at the top of Dawn's and my list. Maybe a little less sauce for her. But the crunchy wings are definitely top notch wings!! If you like cream cheese, then you will love the taste you get when you dip them in the Ranch Dressing. If you don't like cream cheese then don't. They do have other Dressings, they also have signature Burgers and build your own Burgers. Which we will probably try when we are on a burger week. this business is disappointing to all heart felt mothers out there. who raise there daughters and sons amazingly to work here. me and my hubby are a happy married couple....with 6 kids. gorgeous children!!! my hubby told me he was going to work he works at sikorsky! hard working!!! very!!! but i checked his apple tag on his wallet!! he was at hooters!!!!! i drove down there with my 17 yr son!! and to my very sadky surprise i see a h*e twerking on my hubby and he was crying calling for me......... disgusting bad business. i will be suing my apple tag!

ordered takeout, two kids meals and a fried pickle didn't get my drinks AND missing a whole kids meal. There was no pickles on the kids meals not to mention of ranch was exploded all over the bag. do better.

We can establish a few things here. I'm not here to flirt with a waitress so she can earn a large tip. I'm not a regular at this chain. I'm not here to chat anyone up. If I go here I am after work stop. What I do like occasionally is a tall cheap extremely cold beer and really hot deep fried wings. This place fills that void. The charm of this place is the orIginal wings are breaded. I've never ordered anything except the original styled wings. I usually go towards the top of heat index. Why fix something that isn't broke. I've never really experienced poor service. I've also never acted like a slovenly jerk or someone looking to be taken advantage of. I say hello, I order when I'm ready and I say thank you often. Adulthood 101. You get what you give. The wings are crispy and original. The sauces are tasty. I think if you leave it that, it's possible to havE a good experience.

I've been to this location many times in the past; service speed is 50/50, but this time was the absolute worse. 1.waitress, Yaya, took so long to take our order after we mentioned we only needed a couple minutes. 2. It took for another waitress to see my impatience to coke take our order and once ordered the whole restaurant, including the manager was searching for our original server. 3. Food took forever 4. Asked for 2 boxes only received one and she disappeared again so I ended up shoving the leftovers in one box. After receiving a box she was Mia AGAIN for 30 min. She finally came back and asked how everything was going as we sat staring blankly at her in awe at the fact that I already packed my food and had been waiting a whole 39 min for the check! Very annoyed and disappointed and my bf was still kind enough to give her a very generous tip which she did not deserve

I had a nice dinner here Thursday night. Natalie was my server...super friendly. Excellent service. She even did a nice boomarang. I had the chicken tacos which were good and the real reason for Hooters...chocolate cake which is consistently excellent. Everyone likes a photo with the Hooters Girls, but I wanted to include the manager, Britney. Also super nice. This restaurant is very welcoming.

So I stopped at Hooters to get some wings to bring home for me and my daughter, she had never had the "Famous "Hooters Wings" before. It was very disappointing in many different ways. 1. Was told the order would take 20 to 25 minutes....40 minutes after ordering, I was handed my food. I could understand it if the place was packed, but only about half of the tables had people sitting at them. 2. I got home and opened up the bag. I ordered the mildest buffalo wing they had. It was mild alright, it looked and tasted as if the wings were just fried and not coated with buffalo sauce. 3. My order was for one 10 piece wing and one 20 piece wing. I paid for 30 wings, yet I only received 21 To sum it up, long wait, not what I ordered, overcharged. I am willing to give them one more chance, based upon past visits, but if I get the same type experience, it is a pretty good bet my next visit will be my last.

I have driven by this place for twenty years....why I decided to try this place now is beyond me. The place is a disaster from the minute you walk in. Rude service, lousy food and a 30 minute wait for 10 wings and chips with queso. The wings were drenched in grease and completely tasteless served with no celery or carrot sticks. The chips came out of a Tostitos container. There was a cook in the back that kept dropping the "F" bomb. Really....WTH. NEVER AGAIN! This place is total hitch hiker place. Oh by the way...the view isn't great either.

"Bad service with pretty faces" was the quote of the night from a guy friend. My quote is "it was good after alcohol, but not before." Me to other friend: "one star or two stars? Her: "one" The star is for the atmosphere, it's like a Buffalo Wild Wings so if you like bar and sports and men: good news. Not for flirting purposes, just the rowdier crowd which is nice sometimes. Girls are ok. I appreciate hot chicks, but I wasn't drooling. They reminded me of high school cheerleaders. Im almost 30 so. -1 star for how slow the service is. It took a long time and I'm not sure if it was the cooks, or just some miscommunication because there were waitresses everywhere. So long to that I forgot what I ordered. (They didn't) I am regretted my order since I had to wait to leave. -1 for the food. I love salty food, but somehow this was SO much saltier than I'm used to. Like usually I'll eat salty stuff and my feet will swell up at night. It was so salty I felt my feet swelling as I was eating thank god I wasn't wearing heels! The garlic (not spicy) wings were so salty. BBQ was just ok. -1 for the alcohol. I ordered two hurricanes, tasted my friends strawberry daiquiri. Meh. Just meh. I was not impressed. They're my fave drinks and I ended up just ordering water. -1 because of the overall consensus between the 3 of us, that the experience was meh.

Had a great experience. Barbie was our Hooters girl. She did a great job. There is a certain type of customer service that you don't see enough of in the North East. Had the crab legs, fried pickles, boneless wings and beer. If you are in the area looking for a top notch sports bar, stop by. I will come again when I'm in the area.

This review is based on last night. I've been here several times and didn't have toooooooooo many problems, but last night was horrendous. The wings were better about 6 months ago. They're slimy and veiny, and the sauces are kind of runny. The boneless wings for all-you-can-eat Tuesday aren't that great either. Most of them are so tiny and over-breaded, so all you get is fried bread with a tiny piece of chicken in the meal.Nothing additional is free - pay for bleu cheese or ranch, pay for carrots and celery (and let's face it, $5 for celery?). But ok, it's Hooters, and they aren't pulling customers in for the food. If you're going to boast about your talent, then at least make sure they HAVE some talent - not just physically. The waitresses that were in my section last night were so horrible, that we actually took back $1 each from her tip - something everyone knows is sacrilege in my book. The service last night was nothing short of appalling. I get the tables of high school boys are fun because they say things that boost your ego, but come on. You are WORKING. Our waitress walked by us several times and we couldn't flag her down. We ordered food and waited an hour for wings, and another hour for the bleu cheese. We asked for another pitcher of beer, and it took half an hour. Finally, we just wanted to get out of there, and it took another half hour to get our credit cards back. I generally used to go for trivia - they don't police the cheating, so it's completely ridiculous, obvious, and crappy. Add that to the bad service, mediocre food, and then the parents bringing kids as young as four, dropping off kids that aren't even old enough to drive....it's obnoxious and too much. After last night, I will not be going back.

This hooters was the absolute worse. It almost felt like a lifetime before my friends and I got our food after ordering. We were ignored for the most part and received the food out of order and even had my friends orders be given to a different table, and part of it not even given until one of us pointed it out. The waitress, Chyanne, was absolute garbage. She preferred to watch the games rather than give us the light of day when we wanted to say something or even pick up the money so we could pay the bill. She got orders wrong and it was all in all an awful experience, we will not be returning. And I would personally not recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather give this place no stars. P.S. they should really check the food they serve, that avocado with the loaded nachos was rotten :)

I really like this location. The girls are really nice that work there. They are have great cocktail selection and the food is decent. It is a bigger location than other Hooters I have been to. I realllly love their Buffalo Chicken Dip! This location is really clean and there is tons of parking. The manager on duty came over and made sure our food was ok, etc.

Great Service. The barkeep was very prompt and friendly. The Hurricane was as advertised, i.e. strong just like I like a drink. Not a food stop so no foodie review. There is okay parking here but it fills up quickly. The ambiance is typical Hooters with a couple of twists.

Awful experience! I went to sit at the bar and watch a Thursday night NFL game. They ran out of the alcohol on my first two attempts for drink orders and then, the screaming from the kitchen to and at the servers was unbearable and obnoxious. Every 15 seconds they were screaming for someone to pick up an order or chastising them for taking too long. Terrible experience there, I would not return.

I am highly disappointed as my favorite wings are now tiny and meatless. Apparently they got a new wing supplier last year and the wings are now approx 50 percent smaller, You will notice in the pictures that the wings are only slightly longer than a wet wipes package,. Seriously Hooters? My check tonight was $46 for less food than I could get for $5 at any fast food restaurant. I spoke to the manager and my waitress who are equally baffled as to why they changed their supplier. He offered to bring me a couple extra wings...but I just laughed at this nonsense. I will close this post with a piece of advice. Don't milk your brand and try to improve your margins by skimping on your flagship product!

Stopped in on a Tuesday night for a late dinner while traveling on business. Could not believe how busy the place was! There were waitresses and managers working than I've seen at any other Hooters. Waitresses and bartender were all very nice - and very attractive especially compared to other locations I've visited.

Went there a little after Thanksgiving cuz everything else was closed. It was lit up like a Christmas tree n a Cheerleader greeted us. The food was intended for men who are not used to good eats. I don't care about the atmosphere, it's the food n because they don't actually cook anything n just microwave, u can tell. I'll never go there again

Very disappointed. The place was loud because there was nothing to absorb sound, walls and floor were bare. Food was below average. The service wasn't bad, but you would think that for two guys going to a place called "Hooters" we'd be pretty interested in the waitresses. Disappointed there too. We watched the ball game.

If you're looking for an assortment of wings, and a very causal sports-bar type atmosphere, this place is great. Despite what people may think because of the name and the waitress attire, it IS a family-friendly restaurant. There were plenty of families dining there Friday night. And for those on a diet, the crab legs or peel and eat shrimp are delicious!

The worst experience of my life the waitress mizz taylor treated us as if she didn't even want to serve us because we were colored she didn't speak to us properly beside what would you like to orders never even asked her how service was. Also the manager was rude and a very very obnoxious I honestly felt that it was because we were colored they treated us like we did not belong there...

The food used to be awesome, now it's awful. small kinda slimy veiny wings. curly fries soggy, from frozen (and they do not come free with anything, so if they offer, know its an extra $5 or so). The waitresses are very nice though. I can take the creepy old men, but I cannot take the family outings..especially with young girls. Will never return.

Ice cold beer and the Gen. Tao wings were excellent. Car shows on most Friday nights in late spring and summer.

Went today for lunch. Great time because the ladies were especially nice. Had the 911 flavored buffalo chicken sandwich with extra lettuce and tomatoes and a side of cole slaw. Delicious. The boneless wing Wednesday special for $7.99 comes with fries and dips. It's a little weak because the boneless pieces are so tiny but the lemon pepper rub is really tasty. Chipotle honey ain't bad. Grace, thanks for wishing my friend a happy birthday. He almost went to go see patients with those "I love Hooters" stickers on his back.

Ok...let me set the record straight about Hooters. As much as people say they go for the wings, that is a lie. I believe at first taste, their is an odd appeal to their sauces and their prices...but after a few times, you won't be getting the wings anymore. So let's move on to the more obvious reason...the trivia. I am proud to say that I only go here on Tuesday nights for their AWESOME trivia. I've been to several east coast Hooters and many trivia places...this one does it right (most of the time). The night has gotten a little out of hand with how many teams there are now, but no worries, more time with friends, right? Bottom line: go hungry, but don't go for the food. Go for the fun. Oh, and the waitresses have big boobies. Who knew? Hoot hoot!

The food is very good. The waitresses are very friendly. Unfortunatly subtle decreases in the quality of service are bring this Hooters down. For example having to ask for utensils and refills.

This is one of my favorite Hooters I have been to. They have a nice back room that can be rented out for a private function, and they have a really nice big screen TV back there too. In college we used to go there every month to watch wrestling on Pay Per View, and we always got there super early so we could get a great seat. They always let you sit there for hours and hours during the events and don't care if you stopped ordering 3 hours earlier.

Gross. Terrible food. Horrible service. Rude girls unless they can flirt for a bigger tip. I've been to many Hooters and this one should be closed down. Management problem for sure- blondie manager on that night was a total B - more rude than my mother in law!!! And ps- clean your nasty ass bathrooms. Not a family Hooters establishment- keep your kids & definitely your husbands away-lol

Mark and I used to come every Tuesday night for trivia night, its a lot of fun!! and you win gift certs if you come in 1st-3rd places. They have ok food, bar food. Their wings are really good, but nothing really hot and nothing really flavorful. Their burgers are good, and their chicken buffalo sandwich is excellent. They have a good selection of beer. The wait staff is always nice, and willing to accommodate. This Hooters is really spacey but they do not take reservations and it fills fast, so go before or a little after the dinner run.

Customer service was awful. Bartender was extremely rude. Took over 10 minutes for her to ask for drink order. She seemed overwhelmed and upset with customer for no apparent reason. I would never come back here and I recommend everyone to stay away.

Are you looking for heartburn or women that are kind of scantily dressed but in a real 1990s Amish kind of way? Look no further my friend. PRO: Plenty of seating Car nights are cool. You get a chance to see plenty of classics. CON: Everything I have here makes my heart burn and my stomach ache

Only come here with my friend for the wrestling pay-per-views because we hardly see each other and it's fun to people watch the fans and talk to the waitresses. The food is meh. Wings are meh. Service is good and I try to tip well since apparently many people don't! Service industry relies on tips; stop being stingy! Anyway, this place should be called Bootyers not Hooters cuz they're not much Hoot but definitely nice Boot lol. Hey, don't call me a pig, you can't not notice it! Oh yeah! Make sure you read this part: Burgers come with a tiny cup of BAKED BEANS!!!! I mean, seriously, that's the most pathetic business move ever and I seriously believe there's a special place in hell for the owners of the corporation for ripping people off like this. Nobody wants disgusting can beans with a burger; they want fries. The fries are good, so stop cheating people and give them fries! Really grinds my gears.

I gotta give it to the staff for working through the pandemic and trying to make all the customers happy. Wings were exactly what they always are, excellent guilty pleasure breaded wings with banging spicy garlic sauce.

My first Hooters experience... was at some random venue in Connecticut, but fun nonetheless. Of course, I came for the wings and beer. The hot wings were great -- could have been even spicier though. The beer was quite refreshing. I can see why this would be a popular place to grab lunch or dinner. -L.
