The food and staff are great, but the dining room really needs some attention near the back of the gaming machines. Lots of garbage and dust.

Honestly super good. I love the wings and sauce here, the waffle fries were surprisingly good (comparable to Chick-fil-A’s). But this basket was such an awful decision. Why would you give a basket with holes drenched in sauce? The sauce spilled over the entire tray. Why would you not use a box, styrofoam, literally anything that can catch the sauce? Anyways, the staff was really nice about it, and it was delicious, but man… terrible design choice…

Love coming to hoots, it’s a less crowded version of Hooters. I don’t even have to wait for a table. Customer service is always great super friendly. Clean and organized. I always eat in the restaurant because I believe wings must be consumed as soon as they come out. There’s gaming inside that it can be use while waiting for your food.

Went in for a quick bite and the supervisor just makes the experience there awful. Not welcoming what so ever always with a mad face on and attitude like she has a problem doing her job. Will not be coming back 0/10 food was not all that great kind of sloppy.

I had my order delivered, the delivery was great. But my order of 10 chicken wings included 1 piece that was almost eaten up. My bag was stapled shut so this was done at Hoots. I bought several other items, 20 pc shrimp, curly fries and fried pickles. Those were fine but I couldn't enjoy them because I was wary of the quality of the whole order. I paid $77.18. This is the last time I order from them. BUYER BEWARE. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU START EATING PLEASE!

The food was amazing, placed an order for pick up, it was on time. Slightest problem was the way they were stacked, leaked a bit in my car but the flavor outweighed that problem 👍

Boneless wings are good. Atmosphere is fair. Ok place for wings & beer if your looking for a quick lunch

went in for a bite & this older lady that was in the register (mexican) with an un-greetable face then takes my oder & her customer service skills are the same way her face looks . just unacceptable for customers that want to go enjoy a good meal but that makes the visit just not worth coming back here.

A breastaurant for the rest of us! Without sugar coating it. It's hooters without the TIT TAY'S in your face. If you like hooter wings but don't want to pretend like you're not looking and judging this is the right spot. The price and flavor are the exact same. This IS HOOTERS! So, this just comes down to if you like hooters food or not? Menu is tad bit scaled down from original location You walk in and order your food. Sit down and they bring it out to you in about 10min-15min (cooked to order). You're able to get your own drink from the pop machine. They still provide booze. Same sport's atmosphere. I watched Lebron James pass Kobe in the all-time scoring list ...the night before (8/24) but again this the exact same concept as Hooters. Regarding everyone throwing out "overprice" In comparison Wingstop charge $9.99 for 10 wings. Buffalo Wild Wings charge $13.50 They charge $9.99! Still not satisfied? McDonald's mighty wings use to cost 10 for $9.69. I just dislike you can choose 2 flavors for 10 wings but only 2 flavors for 20 wings. (Wingstop allows 3 flavors when you hit 20) In the end of the day, it's a business so expect to be up charged for adding fries and drink for $4 and adding blue cheese/ranch sauce $1 each As far as location, not the "best" but at the same time I don't think you have to clutch your pearls. Right next to AMC Cicero 14. (which also isn't the "best") I wouldn't drive pass a hooter just to come to hoots, but I do drive pass hooters with a negative image of their business model. Often when I do finally decide to go. I mostly order the food to go. This is yelp and not sociology, so I'll just say wish hoots business model was the one that started/took off vs the main one that did but understand why it didn't.

I have to admit that I thought it was a cheap imitation of Hooters, until I tasted the exact recipe. Asking more questions I found out that it's the offspring satellite of Hooters and that although the concept is the same, the difference you will see is that there are no Hooters girls per say. Which is okay for me, as I am here for the beer and chicken wings. I was quite surprised that it was empty and I love the fact that the girls and guys are very accommodating and quite polite when you ask them for extras. I did like the fact that the recipe is exactly the same, so no hybrid taste there, nor experimenting with the original. The colors in the joint are exact but something is definitely different coming here, and that's not a bad thing. I rather enjoy a little bit of mystery. And please be mindful that you should pick up after yourself once you are done, of course they will do it for you but tip that way at least they know they are being appreciated. It seems no frills so go ahead and take your tray up to the receptacle and just show politeness, as I stated before this joint is not that big and just a satellite of the Hooters corporation. Did I tell you to try the fried pickles, please do and tell me what you think. And again I must say I am disappointed reading so much negativity on the staff, as the day I went in they were quite accommodating and very helpful with suggestions. They customer service actually put them to a 5 star and I can appreciate great service.

Waited 19 minutes at the bar before anyone even looked my way. No one even asked would i like to order. Just kept bagging orders. No one knew how to pour a modelo on draft. Pretty sure this will be my last time coming to this hoots location. Had to come back to say one more thing... if you as a bartender poured a beer and made too much... why would you put the extra in a cup with a lid and then when your customer pays for another beer give them that beer your mistakenly over poured into a plastic cup that sat off to the side for a long time!!! Yeahhh no that sealed the deal. No longer a hoots consumer!

Had a reservation for 5 at 8:30 on a Wednesday night. Though I can respect being patient and understanding, it's been over 30 min. I might as well not made a reservation. This business needs to do better in respecting their customers time or at least not have anyone make reservations if they can't respect it.

I came to have a quick bite and play the slots. 1st my food I ordered came out wrong! When I got the correct food my fries was cold, my shrimps was falling apart, my fries again was cold with a lot of salt/seasoning on them where my blood pressure can rise. The manager took back the food that was incorrect after it was left at our table, unsanitary especially with covid. They had napkins and we had to ask for wet wipes cause that's all they had. Way to start the new year off with poor customer service

i just had the worse dry wings ever. i paid $21 for some dry wings and uncooked fries. so disappointed, should've went to the original hooters for this bad food and high prices...this deserves no ratings

Not going to lie, we were pretty disappointed in trying this place for the first time. We ordered the 20 piece boneless wings for $17.99, and added the make a meal for $3.29. The fries were good, ranch was good. We chose the bbq flavor and also medium for the wings. They put a lot of bbq, which was good, but the medium wings hardly had any sauce. Also, the wings on top were bigger but on the bottom of the plate had very small wings. They were also cooked a little too long, which made some hard to chew. One wing had a weird bone or hard texture (picture will be attached). I wanted to like this place so bad because I love wings and their hooters medium sauce is amazing. :-(

The chicken strips and sandwich was over cooked and super dry . How can you be a chicken place and can't cook chicken, also the fry's was under cooked and not crispy. Sad showing for hoots, will try a different location to confirm my thoughts.

Nice place it's an express , hooters not knocking them to me it's a smart move and the food is great. Have ordered from them a few times and will be ordering from the again . My co-workers like the food also. Thumbs up .

The wings have been the best. This Cicero spot is on fire! Jocelyn, Veronica and patricia have always been very great servers. Great environment to relax and have lunch. Wings are always on point. Hooked on the spot!!!

Y'all Hoots is like if Hooters and Wingstop had a love child. It's adorable and I love it. So what's the difference between Hoots and Hooters? Well, for one, the menu is downsized. No more burgers, grilled cheese, and you only have the garden salad with the option of ranch or blue cheese. But they do give you the option to make your wings, buffalo chicken sandwich, ect. a meal for $2.99 more - sweet! They also brought back the 5 wing option. Honey thai sauce made the cut on sauces you can choose from, which I was thrilled about because I'll gladly use that on my salad in place of ranch (don't knock it until you try it!). The bar is downsized as well, you're give the option between 3 draft beers, a few bottles, a margarita, and red sangria. Another notable change is the uniform - the white tank and orange shorts are replaced by khakis and orange tees. So, overall, the ambiance is fast-casual. Great for a lunch break or just taking some wings home with you. Hoots is a new concept that i can see catching on! Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Don't waste time! The servers are rude and know nothing about the menu. Prices are jacked up for no reason. Food took a long time and was cold.

I along with a coworker arrived to Hoots At approximately 9:48pm. The doors were locked and we were not allowed entrance to be served. I'm not a new customer and I've seen customers allowed entrance at 10pm and were able to place orders. This inconvenience caused me to miss out on the buy 10 get 10 free special.

I used to order from here all the time when they first opened used to be fire! Not anymore ! From time to time I randomly order from this place hoping I get lucky and the food might taste good but always it's a fail! They always drop the ball on something.... My last order the fries were super salty and over cooked plus the Buffalo chicken sandwich just taste weird and it's super soggy..... ordered a side of Buffalo ship and the darn shrimps skins are a mixture of red and brown sitting in a pool of nastiness! Idk how you guys can serve food like this and not be a shamed? I'm upset because I used to love eating hoots but now I hate it and don't even go to hoots in general anymore. Hope you guys close and a new restaurant that is family owned moves in we'll be much better off I work in the area and tired of eating nasty food.

Aly placed an order today that was wrongAF and her only way to rectify the situation was to say 'sorry'.. no partial refund, no meal on us next time, no full refund.....just 'sorry' ...smh Why would we order wings from Hoots or Hooters, without the famous sauce? We asked for "sauce on the side" WE ALWAYS ASK FOR SAUCE ON THE SIDE... and she says she didn't hear that... well then, Aly shouldn't be taking orders. Thanks for wasting my $30 today, Aly!

Workers apparently don't like to work. They stop taking orders by 9pm when they close at 10pm. So why stay open until 10pm??

Placed an order of 30 wings 20 shrimp and my wings were cold!!! Horrible! The order I placed was on Wednesday feb. 10th.

The wings here are soooo good like oh my god the Daytona sauce was unbelievable. I thank Alexis for the recommendation on the wings. She gave me great service and everything was cooked to perfection.

Definitely stop by and grab some food from this location! Love hooters food but I don't always want to make the drive! Hoots is perfect they have all my favorites! Angela the manager is so helpful and makes sure everybody's experience with hoots is a good one!

Honestly this is the second i come with My Girlfriend. And we loved it the first time and we also love it the second time, I had their buffalo Shrimp and they were really good. I'd recommend this place I'd you love burgers and shrimp!

The wings were really good, I called our order in for the Superbowl, but they were ready in like 10 minutes. Only one complaint, they do not give you enough celery or carrots sticks. I ordered 50 wings and they had the audacity to only give 5 carrot sticks and 5 celery sticks, the hell. Maybe I should have asked for extra, but luckily I don't eat celery and I had carrots in the fridge. Overall, I would go back. Thanks Hoots.

Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else. I called in food $26 worth, which wasn't a lot of food. They are just expensive. Everything was wrong when I returned to my office to eat. I called and Alex said when u come back you can get another order. Ok great. So today the illiterate black girl on the phone was rude. When I got there to pick up my food, she just handed sat it in the counter and walked away, no I'm sorry about that , nothing. I check my order and again they put dry azz chicken tenders in my bag. I stated to the girl 3 times on the phone, I wanted sauce hot on my tenders. Listening and reading should be a mandatory requirement to work at fast food restaurants not optional. She was rude then too. I won't go back there. Too expensive with terrible service.

I've been here about 3 times and I always enjoy my wings! I haven't ever had any issues with service and or my dining experience. This last time I went it was rather busy like most seats were filled with parties of 3-5 and many people were doing take out. I usually get the 10 mild or hot wings with fries and drink. The wings are like hooters but in my opinion hoots is actually much better than the original hooters! Price isn't too bad but not cheap either I think my total was about 18 for the 10 wings with the added on fries plus drink. Ooh and they do charge for extra dipping sauce (ex. Ranch or blue cheese). Parking is available right in front of the restaurant and it's many other shops and restaurants around there.

Did NOT receive my complete order, called at least 5 times no answer, sent a message still no answer. Other than that the food is great!!!

While the food is good, the wait times(even when ordering ahead) can be a bit too extensive even when there are very few guests.

Great buffalo chicken sandwich. Slept on for sure being a wing spot. Good sauce, with the right crisp on the breading, and with the breading not being too excessive. Thick solid white meat on the patty. Plus some tasty curly fries always a hit.

The half sides" are kinda weak! Could have better portions. Wings were great just like the original restaurant. Order double dipped if you love your sauces. Service was fast and food was hot and fresh. Pepsi fountain with free refills. Liquor too!

Same old awesome wings :) and a condensed menu to fit then "hoots concept" ppl don't seem to not understand the concept.. it's like fast food except someone walks the food to you.. that's it.. Everything else is self service. Including boxing and bagging your food, pouring your drink, and throwing away your food. Sound familiar? Anybody ever go to any fast food place ever made? Don't get confused by the food runners. It's fast food. Which should be good news if you enjoy hoots wings more than the traditional hooters service. I'm all for it. Will be here weekly. OH and they deliver.

I placed order and paid online. They could not find my order by name because for some reason, even though I had placed it under my first/last name, they had me as (first name) chow. I had to eventually tell them what I ordered. Then they tried to charge me at the register despite it being an online order which means you pay in advance. I literally had to show them my chase app and that they had already charged me. Food tasted like normal hooters food, of which the quality has declined in the past few years. Unlike normal hooters food though, I have been spending most of the 12 hours since I ate there in the bathroom. Would not recommend this location.

First time ordering here, was excited to try it, had a problem with my order so I called and was transferred over to speak with Brooke - she said she was from corporate, when I explained my problem, she kept saying there was absolutely nothing she can do to make my order right except for me reordering more wings and PAYING for it, which I had to do as we had company. She lacked customer service skills and was not at all friendly or accomodating to my complaints, she kept repeating same phrase over and over again. She quite frankly seemed like she just didn't care, how dissappointing, in the business world --customers should be treated with more friendliness and respect because without our money and business, you will end up with No Business. Will never go here again. Do not recommend anyone going here, because if there is a issue be sure it will not be resolved

I will in my life spend another penny. In another hoots or anything associated with that brand i ordered ova $50 n food 2 get some food that felt like they just took it out the fride not 2 mention some one had dip a wing n some white sauce plus all the containers where nasty when i call n talked 2 da manager he wanted 2 refund me instead of refixing the food i talk 2 da GM for her 2 tell me all she could do was just recook the food no sorry no its on us nothing but she will talk 2 da manager #poorcustomerservice

This is probably my 10th time coming to this Hoots and it was a disappointment. I ordered a side of celery and carrots and as you can see in the picture the carrots look like they were bruised and soaked in dirt. This picture is what they gave me the second time after I asked to exchange them. They should've just told me that they were out of carrots then to serve these. .89 cents wasted but nevertheless the wings were still good.

First visit, great customer service. Fast food delivery to table. They have two options to either order and pay and dine in or get full dine in service with a sever. Menu is slightly smaller. But still have the wings! It is still hooters just in a more fast food joint dine in setting.

What a hoot? Pros & Cons great food very pricey...They charge you for sauce? Wtf so I ordered 20wings with 2combos curly fries & tots very confusing for a small menu..So I'm seated had a long day at work..Just to find out I don't have my blue cheese sauce my server says you didn't pay for it...So I gave her a $1 but she told me to wait back in line to order my sauce..Get back to my seat to see 10of the wings I ordered is only 8wings it's in the pic..Won't be back.

Came in on a Saturday around 8pm, got explained the whole seating and service rules. Sort of a lot to take in lol but anyways we sat at the bar, the girl helping us was friendly. We ordered 20 original wings, fries, and fried pickles. The wings were awesome w/extra sauce. The only thing that could be better were the fries, I mean we come for the curly fries and they were super soggy. Fried pickles were ok, sauce had a really bad tangy flavor to it. Only thing I really didn't like from my visit was that all the employees literally stand there doing nothing, when there's people waiting at the door. Standing half confused, like go and help. Same thing with the manager, more than half the time she was in the back and once she came out she didn't greet any of the customers. Just like most of the girls there, I want to feel welcomed if we're here to give you business. I would probably recommend take out as I will get in the future.

Food is phenomenal! I wanted to try a new wing flavor and Alexis recommended honey Thai chili pepper and she hit it out of the park! It was so good! If you EVER need help, make sure you ask for Alexis!!

It's a Tuesday night approximately 8PM with, at max, 7 patrons. Cashiers are friendly and welcoming as soon as one walks into the facility. If you're impatient, I'm sure this is the spot for you. The wait for the food wasn't even that long. Moreover, the food comes right out the fryer or wherever it came from. Completely fresh and not cold. Will definitely be coming back. I hope the service and quality doesn't go down.

This place never disappoints, I love it, good customer service, and not all the hassle of going to hooters. It's like you get to enjoy your wings without the inconvenience of beautiful women all over the place.

I have been ordering take out from Hoots on Cermak & Cicero ever since they opened their doors without any issues until the pandemic started and I started ordering delivery. Just about every time I place an order it is delivered with something missing. Once there was a missing dessert, other times including tonight they didn't send the drink that I paid for, and my wings were not delivered as I ordered them. What really has me pissed off tonight is when I called and asked to speak to a manager, I was told to hold on, I have now been on hold for 25minutes and no one has come back to the phone but I can hear activity and talking in the background. It is so disappointing because I normally I don't order delivery but all throughout the pandemic we have been asked to support the restaurants by ordering takeout & delivery. Finally, someone comes to the phone after 29 minutes and offers me credit for 10 wings and a drink. I accepted it and explained to her that a credit does not fix the reoccurring issue, they need to do better and make sure that they send out what a person pays for. At this point, I don't even want to deal with them any more at all!

Honestly. Their only getting 1 star cause I can't put half. Truly ridiculous I waited 1.5/2 hours for my meal. To receive NOTHING from my meal. Received a 10 piece wing when I had ordered much more. TO TOP IT OFF not even the flavor I wanted. I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be on 10. And now my orders get done wrong or not done at all when I go or order. AND once you ask to speak to the manager on the phone they won't pass you over. They'll said there is no manager. Which is EVEN WORST. because I used to work there and know there's always a manager in the back. Truly disappointed. Retrain your people. Where's Brooke when I need her.

I ordered takeout from here recently and received great customer service from Alexis. She was super helpful and made ordering a breeze. I know COVID hit many businesses so I try to support as much as I can. Once indoor dining comes back, I will def come in and maybe see the nice gal who helped me over the phone, thanks!

Neat concept but a little over priced for what you get. My wings were soggy and oily, not typical of Hooters :(

Went to satisfy a huge wing craving. First time here and I thought it was great. A little pricey but super good wings. Service was great and it was Super Bowl Sunday. I had a $1.99 7oz bottle of Budweiser while I waited for my wings. This is a super cute small version of Hooters. The wings are the same level of deliciousness. The young women get to keep their dignity and aren't revealing any skin, all employees wear t-shirts and khakis. I will be back ne,t time in jonesing for some wings.

I really enjoyed Hoots! I've always been a huge fan of Hooters and this is a really great alternative way to enjoy Hooters awesome buttery wings in a quicker, fast food type setting. The wings tasted basically identical to the Original Hooters so that was also a very nice perk. I would definitely recommend this option if you want to the same Hooters without the extra stuff. My only mild complaint was with the wait time for your food. I can tell they're still working on the kinks and increasing the service speed but that was my only complaint. It is still nice to know that your wings are being made fresh for you after ordering. I would definitely recommend Hoots!

The chicken was spoiled i sent it back only to get the same chicken back and the sauce was cold i don't think I'll be back to eat here
