This location was pretty chill and laid back , we sat at the bar which was a quick seating because we tend to go early afternoon when they are least busy. We absolutely loved the food it was 10/10 their burgers and fries are top - notch and their drinks have an amazing taste! Great combo flavoring felt wavy but not to a drunk or incoherent state. The food came out fast and hot but not too fast to where you had to question if it was cooked properly cooked lol Had a lot of laughs with Isaiah our bartender! Constantly checked in , made sure we had everything we needed any thing we asked for he made sure to never forgot us even though he had 5 others he was attending to he’s a wonderful multitasker and has a artsy vibe about him that made the experience even more enjoyable. So stop by too enjoy a team full of precision and pearly white smiles.

This place is just okay, and the name is confusing. My husband wanted to try it out in hopes of having a fun selection of brews to try…. Because the name is HOPdoddy. Instead, they only had 8 beers on tap and mostly widely available everywhere. Nothing special. My husband did reluctantly order a beer, and it didn’t come until 15 minutes after ordering, after the food had come, and after he he to go ask the bartender, who said, “I’m making it”. 🤨 We have 2 small children and were assigned a tall booth to sit at. I didn’t like that we didn’t have a a choice in where to sit, and no one assisted us with high chairs or booster seats. The buns and fries are delicious. The burgers were unevenly cooked. The green chile queso felt cheap. We’ve just been to better burger places in the area and probably won’t be back. We were underwhelmed.

My friends 🧡 Latasha,Audriea and I ordered take out from Hop Doddys Burger Bar In Druid Hills Off Of Briarcliff Road In Atlanta. The food was Top Tier and Sooo Good. Customer Service Was Very Nice And Friendly. The Atmosphere Was Super Clean. I Will Definitely Go Back On A Friday Evening After Leaving Work. This was my 2nd time picking up food for my Mom,Sister Nephew and Myself. The Food Here At The North Druid Hills Location Was On Point And So Damn Good. I Will Be Back Soon.

I don't give bad reviews. If I don't like a place I just ignore the opportunity to review it. So this review is a good one with just a few thoughts. I loved my Mellow Mushroom Burger. It was cooked perfectly and everything about it was great. Our server was young and inexperienced, which is okay but when I expressed my delight in my meal, the response was that they didn't like Mushrooms. But what i think is the most important thing, is the audio and visual media that is pumping in the establishment. It's just all over the place and some of it is incompatible with a good our even average eating experience. The TV had stuff that you would see in a nail salon. The radio went from reggae to rock to god knows what with each song. I wasn't drinking, but they did have a good happy hour and they also have a Burger of the Month. I'll be going back for the food, but that's about it.

We got the Magic Shroom burger, the Doddy melt and a large Parmesan Truffle. The large fry could easily accommodate 3, maaaaaybe 4 people, and the sauce is phenomenal. My main critiques are 1) The sauce bar only has Chipotle Ketchup 2) The Magic Shroom burger got very soggy on the bottom bun. Overall the basil flavor was delicious on the shroom, and the Doddy had a perfect mixture of crunchiness and savoriness. The Tres Leches shake was tasty. It did taste similar to a standard basic vanilla, but a little extra flavor. The large Lagunitas was also cold and crisp, and fun to drink out of the chilled glass chalice.

This is the second location i visit and my favorite one by far. Great service and perfectly made burger. Looks like the chef really like make burgers. Soo good experience particulary on the cuality of the food they serve me. Will come back for sure.

This was our first time at Hopdoddy and we are so pleased with our experience. We were greeted right away and Bria helped us with our orders. She was welcoming and really made the experience. We were so impressed with how delicious the food was and can’t wait till our next visit. Overall if you’re looking for good food friendly service and chill vibes, you’ll enjoy it here.

We visited Hopdoddy Burger Bar recently, and it did not disappoint! I ordered a burger, my husband got one too, and we decided to share the truffle fries. The flavors were absolutely incredible - the burgers were juicy, packed with toppings, and cooked perfectly. The truffle fries were the ultimate treat, crispy and bursting with flavor. What stood out the most was how fulfilling everything was. The portions were generous, and even though I wanted to finish it all, I couldn't because it was so satisfying! It's rare to find a place where the food is not only delicious but also leaves you feeling like you truly got your money's worth. Hopdoddy nailed it. We'll definitely be back for more!

We love this spot for chicken sandwiches (we don't eat beef or pork), but this is good! Service is usually always nice & they have good beer. Great for date night or beer run. Families are welcome, also. 2.12.25 - UberEats order Unfortunately my request for no bacon was ignored. I don't appreciate that. I'm not allergic to pork but for religious reasons we don't eat it. We were disappointed.

Great fast casual burger joint in the North Druid Hills area! We've been a couple of times and service is always super fast and burgers are delicious. Only downside is that it's a little pricy for the size of the burgers I've liked all of the burgers that I've tried before but I think my favorites are the good night good cause and the el diablo. Truffle fries are also always a hit. I haven't tried any of their shakes before but they always look really good and have always been on my list lol

I got the double bacon jam burger and my friend got the cadillac wagyu burger. We shared the parmesan truffle fries. My double bacon jam burger was delicious. The wagyu burger was good but idk if it's worth it. The fries were the best and a huge portion. I would come back again to try other burgers.

We had the ground chicken burger and their regular fries!! So amazing! Everything was spiced just right! We also had the coldest beer served in a pre-frozen scooner!! We will be back!

Great sandwiches. Stand in line to order then pick your seat. Meal was messy. Bum couldn't handle the meat but paper towels are everywhere. Fries in a medal bowl. What works here is the vibe. Seems party all the time. Even when there is only one customer here. Seats inside and outside.

Went here after an appointment at Emory Ortho center around the corner. A friend of mine loves this place so figured I'd give it a try. Parking is easy, although I'm surprised this place is as busy as it is. The shopping center it's located in is kind of hidden, if you didn't know it was there I don't know you'd discover it. We both ordered the double bacon jam burger and shared them Parmesan truffle fries. Both her fantastic! Those fries just hit different. I ate them using ranch to dip, which was a great idea. Service - no complaints, you don't interact with the staff much as you place your order and then they deliver your food, no waitron service. Overall, would definitely go back here again if I am in the area.

I was having the craziest week and decided that I needed to get out of the house. That is how I found this place. When you walk in, there's a bar to your left straight ahead. You can go order at the counter. If you wanna sit at the bar, there's menus near the bar and you can just have a seat if you're not sitting at the bar, you have to go up and order they'll give you a number. I had a Kentucky mule delicious I ate the sweet potato fries and the black bean burger. I added the tomato bacon jam. All I can say is yes to all of it. I don't remember the name of the burger. My cousin had but she was into it as you could tell from the photos I kind of just dug in. I'll definitely be back to try a an actual burger and I might get two orders of fries so I can mix the sweet potato and maybe another version. They do have shakes and Coke fountain drinks.

Hopdoddy is my go-to spot for lunch breaks, and they never disappoint! They have the yummiest burgers, packed with so much flavor. On my recent visit, I had the Magic Shroom Burger, and it was absolutely delicious. The combination of flavors was incredible, especially with a side of their tomato bacon jam. And let's not forget the fries! Their hot honey sage sweet potato fries are out of this world, with a generous portion that's perfect for sharing (or not!). Hopdoddy consistently delivers great food and a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal!

I order the cheeseburger salad to go. The big mistake was taking this dish to go. It does not taste well warm, it's best eaten HOT. While waiting for my food I ordered a Moscow Mule which was ok, I have had better. Overall my experience was not the best. Customer service was ok. My order was wrong and I had to get it corrected. My daughter has a burger and she said it was good, but as for me I was not pleased with my food or drink.

Deathly what I think as far as fast food ordering was fast food was fast! The truffle brussels sprouts was excellent. The Parmesan cheese was good. I ordered the double bacon, burger with mushrooms added, and also a side of truffle mac & cheese

Hopdoddy Burger Bar is a must-visit! The burgers are absolutely phenomenal--juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The truffle fries are addictive, and the drink selection is top-notch. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the service is always excellent. This place never disappoints. Easily one of the best burger spots around!

Food was good but we only got takeout and realized we had the wrong order when we got home. It was correct on the ticket but the wrong order was in the bag.

Excellent service, food, and ambiance! Limited time truffle burger was excellent. Loved the Mac and cheese that came with it. Cheeseburger salad was so yummy and hit the spot. Regular bowl of fries were so satisfying, we order a second! Service was delightful, and always with a smile. Alcohol bevs were also great. Looking forward to coming back :)

This place is amazing! We often visit this area for appointments and felt like trying something new. One look at their menu and I knew we had to try it. The variety of burgers was exciting and the fact that they had sweet potato fries was what sealed the deal. We ordered online and pickup was easy. Hopdoddy had a nice looking building and vibe. Our order was ready exactly when they said it would be and it did not disappoint! The black bean burger was out of this world. Probably my favorite to date! Do not sleep on this place next time you are looking for a burger!

Really food local burger bar. Open till 11pm for those late night cravings. They have a good selection of beer and margaritas as well Our party of 6 came in at 10:15 pm for burgers post a movie. Out of 6 we ordered 4 of their famous el diablo burger -- when they say its spicy, they are not kidding around. It will pack a punch! Also had truffle fries, beer and margaritas. Overall good burgers, quick service and amazing fries. 10/10 recommed

This is a simple no frills burger bar right in Brighten Park. We've been here a couple of times. You place your order, find a table and you get your food in a jiffy. They have a nice sized bar with some decent beers on tap (not the best at making cocktails). We've tried a few burgers and the truffle fries on a few occasions. I can vouch for the quality of their burgers - damn good! Their truffle fries are plentiful for a group of 4 (definitely more than sufficient for 2). Good seasoning but I've found them to be dry every time I had them. Overall a good spot for a quick meal when the burger cravings kick in.

Hopdoddy or Hop-dodgy? Hopdoddy used to be my favorite burger spot, but after my recent experience, I'm done. I had just taken a friend to the Cumming location, recommended it to another friend, and raved about it to a third. So, trust me when I say the disappointment is real. It's one thing when you have a bad experience somewhere and the food is just okay...but when the food is good and the atmosphere is enjoyable, it's disheartening when stuff like THIS happens. A few days ago, I visited the Cumming location with a friend. We were served old fries, and when we brought it to the manager's attention, they replaced the fries and gave us cards (pictured below) for ANY MENU ITEM ON US. I appreciated the gesture because I'd always thought Hopdoddy was a place with great food, good prices, and solid service; until... Fast forward to 9/14: I decided to use my card at the Druid Hills location. I sat at the bar, ordered a couple of frozen margaritas, a burger, and fries. Usually, I go for the Double Bacon Jam, but since Hopdoddy was treating me this time (via the card), I opted for the Cadillac Wagyu, their most "expensive" burger at $15 . I couldn't finish everything I ordered so I waved the bartender over and asked for the check and presented the card. The bartender takes one look at the card and immediately says "we don't cover alcohol"; Now...despite the fact that there are no exclusions listed on the card which clearly states "ANY MENU ITEM ON US", I was unperturbed as alcohol exclusions are common in situations like this. I simply told the young man it's for the burger, not the drinks...this is the precise moment when Hopdoddy Druid Hills became Hop-dodgy. With the card still in hand and Without blinking, he says "We don't comp the Cadillac Wagyu because it's the most expensive item on the menu" "Did you read the card?" I asked. "Yes but that the only burger we don't comp with this card" he replied. "Where does it say that on the card?" I asked. "It doesn't, say that but..." he knew where this was going from the look on my face...If I were to describe it in one word it would be "dafuq?" Out of nowhere and without warning or greeting a young woman appears to my left and says "I'm the manager, let me see." After reading the card, she repeated what the bartender said about not comping the wagyu burger. Seriously, who's talking about abolishing The Dept of Education with reading comprehension like this!? I couldn't understand why this was even a discussion because if we read the same thing-then wtf were we even taking about? ‍ After some back-and-forth, she finally took the burger off the bill, but replaced it with a hefty side of attitude saying, "Next time, just know we don't" as she went back to wherever she came from So...let's recap: 1. Went to Cumming location and was served old fries; management gives me a card for "ANY MENU ITEM ON US" as compensation. 2. Went to Hop-dodgy in Druid Hills and was told by management the card actually means "everything EXCEPT alcohol and the wagyu burger." After having ordered and despite the lack of exclusions shown on the card 3. After some back and forth with management about the words printed on the card and what they mean, management reluctantly and with much attitude comps the "expensive" $15 burger I don't know when or how it happened that we're living in a version of reality where customer service and accountability are relics of the past; a version of reality where words printed on paper don't carry the same meaning when spoken aloud, but what I do know is that this experience has left me feeling like that "next time" she mentioned in passing will most likely be next Nevuary 33rd. The whole exchange was unnecessary because the words on the card mean what they mean...period, if those words aren't conveying the message you intend to convey...use different ones; and last, but most definitely not least, if there are items that are excluded from the options available with your 'let us make that right for you cards' (pictured below) LIST THEM ON THE CARD .

I cannot wait to go back here again honestly the burger was so good and the bun was like a warm, flaky croissant! the service was good too-- we ordered at the front then they brought the food so it's not like server style but I also appreciate being able to have my own space when I'm out. The ambiance was nice-- it did just enough and not too much! I love the concept of a full bar burger spot!

food, service and ambiance fine however the curb in front of the store is a hazard. it projects too far into the lot and can tear your car up!!!!! it is a major flaw and could cause thousands of dollars damage.

I went here a couple of weeks ago, and let me say this. That Bacon Jam burger was delish! The customer service was great and I could tell this isn't their first rodeo. This place was very lively and a lot of natural lighting to top it off. I felt very safe at this location in Briarcliff Atlanta, GA. I recommend this place to anyone who is a burger fan.

These are pretty good burgers. They have lots of different flavor options and so many different combos. They also have lots of different patty options and I love the ability to customize. I tried their March special which was a buffalo chicken burger and I thought it had a great taste. Everything went really well together and it had a nice heat but not overpowering. I definitely want to try some of their other burgers as well. It is also a nice space to sit and eat.

We've hit the jackpot with food while visiting Atlanta. We drove by Hopdoddy the other night and decided to come for lunch. First thing I noticed, the customer service was amazing. We were greeted right away and everyone was so kind. The truffle fries came out first and I died and went to heaven with that truffle sauce. Delicious. I could put it on everything. The burgers were just as great. Mine was cooked well done but was still very juicy . We will most definitely be back when we're in the area again!

This was my first experience with Hopdoddy, and I found it to be a solid burger joint! The Double Bacon Jam was delicious and very filling. Their sauce station had lots of different options (including malt vinegar, a big plus for me) and was well stocked. The interior was lively, especially by the bar, and my food was delivered quickly. Definitely will be back again!

The inside was nicer than we expected and the quality of the food was pretty decent. Spent $40 for the beer, burger, and salad. If I go back again I'd get the shroom bowl (goat cheese pesto and beef patty over greens). Server came up multiple times to check on us.

This spot is in the shopping center at the intersection of N. Druid & Briarcliff. Across from the QT. The restaurant is nice with a full bar, booths, and high tables. They also have patio seating. You order your food at the register and then given a table # so your food is brought to you. The drinks are self serve. This would be my 2nd time here and I was very pleased with the service and food. The first visit I got a burger and fries. The El Diablo. No complaints at all. (They have sub beef for chicken or impossible meat). This time I tried the same burger (bc it's just delicious) but served atop a bed of crispy brussels!!!!! When I say, so good! I love that they even have this as an option! My son had the kids meal that comes with a drink. Fries and drinks are sold separately from all the entrees. Great lunch spot! I'd recommend to anyone who loves burgers, and burgers on salads/brussels!

This was my first time at a Hopdoddy and it was a great experience! Went with some girlfriends and we got apps, drinks and meals. We sat at the bar to take advantage of the happy hour deals which was 1/2 off all drinks (but I do think that's changing so don't go just for that). The bartender Lachelle (sorry if I misspelled that!) was amazing. She was patient and kind and even stopped to take our photo! The hot honey sage brussel sprouts were to die for. They're deconstructed so that was different but I really enjoyed them. I ordered the chicken tenders and they are small, but you can tell they're fried fresh. They also have vegetarian options as well! I would definitely go back if I was in the area!

I came to this burger joint as part of the Yelp "What's the 404?" event. There is a large parking lot making it very convenient to find a close by spot. Establishment is also large and spacious with a full bar. The classic burger I ordered was prepared well done even though they didn't ask for my preference. The result was a tasteless and dry patty. The hand cut fries were stale even though they were hot. My presumption is it was kept underneath a heating lamp. Overall, I was not impressed and don't see myself coming back. Staff were nice and on top of cleaning the tables but the food was entirely lackluster.

This is a convenient location with easy parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was quickly prepared as order. The food was Great. Everything was yummy and will make you want to come back again. This is a must try location.

Came in for Yelp celebrating the 404 in Atlanta! And didn't know what to expect because this place is kind of new to me. It seemed like the burgers had great options, the bar looked pretty regular obviously, and because of the name they specialize in beer. But they did have the basics for your common well drinks! Please note that I didn't check out the bar menu. We went up and it was very easy to redeem our coupon, ($4.04 for a classic burger) the manager was very kind to us, and it was a quick turnaround time. I believe we were only in the store for about seven minutes. The classic burger is pretty standard : beef patty, Mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion on a buttered bun! Not a problem for me bc I don't like cheese on my burger anyway. It was packaged nicely, set in a bag and stalked for transport. When we got home we added our own seasonings, but that wasn't an issue - the burger was rare. And I mean... very rare. I could see and taste the lack of cook on it, which I was not happy about, seeing as I didn't request a rare temp for my burger. We had to throw it on a skillet and cook it again. So- I'm giving this place 3 stars for this reason. Thankyou to tell for the coupon for our meals!

HopDaddy Burgers is the Daddy of all burgers. I absolutely loved what I had. whoever hopdaddy is...well he can hop on over to my home ...with burgers any time. I ordered for my first time through uber eats. I had the Bbq Fiesta with Whole Wheat bun. It has bbq turkey patty, avocado, Swiss cheese, ranch slaw, roasted corn, pico De gallo, and Chipotle Aioli. And large Parmesean Fries, and of course..extra Condiments. It traveled so well (not the fries though). The buns weren't soggy! Nor was it overstuffed. Each bite was clean and nothing spilling out. The portion of meat to bread was proportionate! Very happy about this because My pet peeve is when a burger of any kind has oversized buns or the reverse the patty is bigger than the buns. It usually come with Jalapeños cheddar bun but I substituted it with whole wheat buns. It was divine as it is homemade with sunflower seeds on top. The usual order is with Jalapeño cheddar bread (I'm curious to try that as well) I'm very interested in trying every item they have there. There is a variety from gluten free to regular. Easy to substitute buns and can I add the Condiments are so good. I LIVE FOR CONDIMENTS. It only added to the experience of the food. Black bean burgers to ahi tuna..grass-fed beef, chicken patties, and even salads. Their fries are also very good though like mosy fries didn't travel well during uber but the taste is just perfect. I saw that previous reviews thought it was salty but mine was just right. I also usually can't stand too much salt and they made an improvement I guess so glad I was lucky in this regard It's unfortunate I didn't take photos haha it was too good to stop for a pic. Must try and make it your usual burger joint. Great price point for quality through and through.

I have to say my experience at Hopdoddy was great and I will be back again. I was skeptical going in. I am not a big fan of the "burger bar" idea. I had a horrible experience at a nearby restaurant with a similar "burger bar" design. I went for lunch in a work day. I was not going to drink any alcohol. Was not there to party, I just wanted to eat a really good burger. My first impression looking at the menu was they gotta be crazy. That's a lot of money for a burger. But I ignored my normally cheap nature and said go with it. I was having a good day and wanted a nice lunch. I went with the Daddy Melt that just looked really good to me. $14.25 for a burger without fries or a drink seemed like a lot but what a great choice. As soon as my burger arrived my skepticism went out the window. It was one of the best burgers I have had in a while. With tip and a drink I spent $20 on a burger, and it was worth every cent. This is a bit of a luxury place for me but the burger was so good I will definitely be back. The price means I can't go 5 stars, but a solid 4. Definitely a bar vibe. Many beer and alcohol choices if you are looking for that. Definitely a gourmet burger experience.

Service was nice. They were friendly and cool about swapping buns out when I saw mine had oats on it (allergy). That said, the food was very meh. Regular burger was a bit salty. Buns are kinda flavorless. Also had the veggie burger and it was really rich and messy to eat w everything sliding off the manufactured bean & corn patty. Parm Truffle fries were cooked well and pretty tasty but very salty and way too many fries for even 2 people. Came to this location hoping it was still Grub burger bar (which was awesome). Anyway... meh.

This review is for their Forsyth County location off Exit 13, in the Collections. While the rest of the food was so-so, the "Crispy Brussel Sprout Leaves tossed with Truffle Oil, Parmesan & Chives" were not just drenched- they were swimming in oil. This despite the container it came in having soaked a lot of it. Didnt bother to add the "Truffle Aioli". Wonder if they misplaced the slotted spoon/skimmer, and dropped the whole thing - oil and all- into the takeout container. If in store, I would have loved to offer the manager a bite. M still queasy from it.

For me this place is about convenience and lowering costs. The menu is fun but also unnecessarily fancy, Imho. The milkshakes don't measure up to real milkshake standards. The fries aren't on par for some reason - oh yeah, they are super thin and too fancy. What salvages this place is the 1/2 discount Monday through Friday as well as the daytime bartenders who are personable and help navigate the menu options. The vibe is open and airy. #tipyourbartender

This restaurant is consistently a great spot to dine. Service is great. They offer a fantastic variety of fresh, homemade burgers, along with delicious fries, sprouts, and salads. The drinks are top-notch, and the cool music and TV add a nice touch to the atmosphere. The energy here is always positive, making for an enjoyable experience every time. Parking is easy, and the cashless bar is convenient. For the best experience, I recommend the bar seating--it's the best in the house.

I love the quality (free range options) and creative menu. Customer service is generally efficient and friendly. I do enjoy coming here. A couple times I visited it had an unclean vibe. It was about a month ago- every table outside was messy and there was food on the floor. Tables were in disarray. It remained that way for like an hour which caught me off guard that they could just leave a place so messy. It was a bit unsettling and just gross. I've worked in too many restaurants to count and this seemed highly unacceptable! Perhaps they were short-staffed that day? I do try to keep this in mind when I eat there as you obviously want high standards of cleanliness.

IF YOU HAVE great tastebuds, you'll love this place. Had to come back, this is my new fav burger place I don't really understand the negative reviews because every time I come the burgers get better & at diff locations too, maybe it's me, but this place is amazing. I'm on a mission to try all the burgers on the menu now! Service is always great, they accidentally put sautéed onions on my burger after I said no & they remade my burger no issues at all, I love the ambiance for happy hour & at night, it's always chill & everybody is very nice & the drinks are strong too WILL BE BACK!!! Again!!

My friend and I were looking for a place to go and catch up. She suggested this place based on their Happy Hours specials. She hadn't been here in a while but she remembered they had some good deals. The whole menu used to be half off during happy hour, now it's only select items on select days. I got the sliders and a strawberry margarita. My food was tasty and I was feeling my drink. The manager was really nice. I'd definitely come again.

I have eaten at one other Hopdoddy location. This location is very clean and the service is tight. The only drawback I experienced was that my brussels burger bowl was way too salty. Please lighten up on the salt on the brussels sprouts. Heavy-handed saltiness was also a problem at the other location (Cumberland), so I'm not sure if this is guidance cooks are being given across the chain, but they should definitely lighten up on the salt.

They are good Good service, reasonable prices. Place is nice and clean. Feels like and looks like a nice restaurant. Definitely would go back and would recommend trying. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was not hot one bit...didn't understand that. I mean no hot, no mild, no black pepper hot! We stopped into hopdoddy on a Friday night and had a great time! There were ten of us and they helped us move some tables so we could all sit together which was nice. They have a bar to order any drinks at when you walk in, so we stopped to grab some margaritas. Their frozen margarita my friend had was great and I had their strawberry margarita on the rocks and really enjoyed it. Our group got a couple shareable fries, so I got to try the Parmesan truffle and hot honey sweet potato which were both really yummy! I got their llano poblano burger and it was reallllly good, but also really big. I'd def come back again when in ATL!
