Hope Breakfast Bar Will Open Second Location in Saint Louis Park - Eater Twin Cities

"Hope Breakfast Bar will open its second location in St. Louis Park, according to owners Brian and Sarah Ingram. The all-day breakfast eatery with coffee and cocktails will open inside The Shops at West End mall complex, right next to The Local Irish pub some time later this fall. In addition to over-the-top twists on breakfast classics, like red velvet pancakes topped with cream cheese frosting, the restaurant is known for its charitable giving. When it opened, the organization pledged that a small portion of all proceeds would go to charity. When the St. Paul Teacher’s Union strike took place in February 2020, leaving food-insecure kids at home, the Ingram’s offered free meals to those in need. When the pandemic descended the following month, the operation continued putting out free meals, collecting and distributing groceries, and serving frontline workers. The second Hope Breakfast Bar will feature giant, glass garage doors on the front that can roll up during the warmer months. A full bar will be built out, serving both an array of coffee drinks and cocktails. Walls will be removed to create a large, open space and, in the Ingram’s words, 'bring all of the Hope colors and love,' to the room. If all goes smoothly, the restaurant should open before the first snowfall." - Joy Summers

Google
In town for a tournament and found this location for breakfast. The staff amazing, friendly and organized. The food was good. Randomly spoke to the GM and I can see why the staff is 10/10. The GM actually cares about quality of service vs numbers first. Which is excellent as the quality will bring in the quantities. A must try if your in Minnesota

While the food was good the service failed to meet expectations of hospitality. Upon being seated, our server did not introduce herself and just seem like she was over the day. After we placed our orders, my friend requested a hot chocolate with his meal. Another server delivered my drink, and when our original server noticed that my friend had not received his hot chocolate, she assured him it would be ready shortly. As our meals arrived, water was accidentally spilled on our table. Another server attended to the spill, stating, “This will do for now until I retrieve the mop,” but she never returned to complete the task, leaving the table still wet. Consequently, my friend's napkin, which accompanied his utensils, became soaked from the spill. When our original server returned, we explained the situation and requested a new napkin, yet that request went unaddressed and I had to give him my napkin. As we approached the end of our meal, we endeavored to catch our server's attention, which proved challenging as she was engaged in conversation and laughter with another staff member. After several minutes, we finally garnered her attention, at which point my friend informed her that he wished to cancel the hot chocolate that he had never received. Her response was, “I didn’t realize you hadn’t received it.” Although she offered to bring him the hot chocolate, we had already finished our meal and no longer desired it. We requested the check, and when it was time to pay, she practically shoved the credit card reader in my face. At that moment, I felt she didn't even deserve the tip I gave her, as she hardly attended to us and made no effort to rectify the situation. She observed that I left a tip below the suggested amount and subsequently cast me a disapproving glance. I regret not taking note of her name or paying closer attention to her name tag. Regardless, my friends and I have collectively decided against returning to this establishment, as quality service is paramount.

Always a pleasure coming here for breakfast! Made reservations with google and after showing up on time we were greeted and seated. The service was great, I forgot the young ladies name(she had long braids) but her service was excellent. The food was amazing and came out hot and accurate. There were at least 4 other dishes my kiddo and I planned to try on our next visit. Thanks Again!

I'm not a breakfast person, normally. At work, I just drink my coffee and that's it. So I was surprised at how full and buzzing with activity this place was at 845 AM on a weekday! So many patrons enjoying full breakfasts (what time do they work? I had the day off lol) Anyway, the place is bright and decorated with faux plants--It's very pleasing to the eye. I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich with an everything bagel, bacon, egg, pimento and heddar cheese. Delicious but of course, very filling that I could only have half of my sandwich. My sister got the Pork Belly sandwich. The food is very good and well-priced. With the nice decor and atmosphere I definitely thought it would be so much more expensive. I also got a pineapple mimosa, because why not? We capped the morning with some donuts. I'd definitely come back here if I ever feel the need to get breakfast again.

This place was great. This dish was amazing. Gluten free pancakes were meh but very much appreciated to have a variety of options for gf peeps. Lots of yummy drinks made right at the coffee bar.

Visited this place for a Mother's Day brunch and couldn't be happier. I was upset being given a table next to the kitchen, but it ended up being really entertaining watching the food runners prep and deliver orders! Our server, Monique, had a great smile, and rose to the occasion when I let her order for me - country fried steak. It was really good - the only complaint is there could have been more gravy to go with the biscuit as well as the steak. The red velvet waffle didn't disappoint. The wife had the breakfast tostada, and in her words it was "absolutely fabulous." The coffee was the best I have had in years - real coffee wasn't bitter, and locally sourced.

Went on Monday 12/30/24 and they were busy, but we only had to wait about 10mins or so. The guy helping host (maybe was the manager, idk) was nice and managed to get us a table for our party of 5 in a timely manner. The food was the best ever!!! Our server recommended the pecan pie latte over the pumpkin spice latte and so I got the pecan pie latte and I’m so glad I did! It was the best latte I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of lattes in my life. It was that good! I’ll never forget how good it was. And sadly I don’t live in MN so I cant get one as often as I’d like. But the country fried steak was so tasty! Loved my experience here and I highly recommend this place!!

Google
Wonderful service food and atmosphere. I went early on a Tuesday morning so it wasn't crowded but this place can get packed during more popular times so take advantage of reservations as an option.

Yelp
I feel like there are not enough brunch places in the twin cities and every place feels like chaos. Hope isn't excluded from that. It's chaotic inside on weekends but my servers are always good. Wait was 10 minutes for 2 people on a Saturday at noon. The menu is big, very vegetarian friendly but not everything is created equally. The pimento omelette was cute, not life changing but not bad. The stuffed poblano and the toastado dishes were delish. I asked for over easy eggs not fried. I paid $2 extra for loaded hashbrowns minus the bacon and while it wasn't good for my waistline, it was good for the taste buds. We enjoyed our dishes. My dish came out to close to $20 with tax and tip. It's not like you're getting the ambiance with the price but unfortunately that's how expensive things are here.

Yelp
Delicious breakfast! My boyfriend and I were able to be sat right away up at the bar. There's an hour limit due to popularity but was enough time to enjoy drinks and food which came out quickly. The drink menu was so fun and had a huge variety of coffees, lattes, alcoholic breakfast drinks: mimosas, screwdrivers, etc. I even saw people ordering fun unicorn mimosas which had cotton candy and champagne! The space was open, clean, modern and bright! A vibrant place with great, friendly and prompt service!

Yelp
Finally a good little breakfast place in St Louis Park! Have been to the St Paul and Edina location. All three are consistently good. Love the layout of the restaurant. Nice little bar option, have some patio seating in the summer and a decent size floor plan for the rest of the restaurant. Beverage menu is extensive. With some cocktail options, juices and coffee bar. Absolute must when going- Pillow Pancakes! They are so good. Do not recommend the avocado toast... unless you want guacamole on toast.

Yelp
Visited for breakfast on a weekday with a group of work friends. Food was excellent and came out quickly after we called to our waiters attention that we had a time bound departure. While our waiter was very friendly, he was clearly stressed as he was one of only two weight staff in the dining room room. Very much enjoy Hope breakfast bar and appreciate that they have such a large menu available for breakfast or brunch!

Yelp
We were able to get seated right away & got a server immediately. Ordered food & drinks. It was busy. We got our food first about maybe 20 minutes later. Still hadn't received drinks. My hash browns were cold & very chewy. The server never returned to check on food. I ate a few bites & enjoyed my time talking with party. It's very lively inside & loud but it seems to be a fun place. Not the best or worst.

Yelp
Pretty busy on a Thursday mid-morning, but thankfully it's spacious with lots of seating. My one bit of advice is, avoid the bench/booth seating, especially if your behind, isn't tiny. The depth of the seat, and the angle of the seat back wasn't the most comfortable. I got the Breakfast Tostada, with the carnitas added on for $5. It was tasty meal, full of flavor, not at all spicy (you can ask for hot sauce), and very filling. To drink I got the Peach and Rose Punch which was a very delicious lemonade, that would qualify as a mocktail. My lunch-mates enjoyed their meals as well. One thing I'm not a fan of is the electronic check. I prefer to see my itemized receipt before being told the total (in case something's wrong). However, I wasn't given the option, nor did I ask which I'll be sure to next time.

Yelp
I came with a friend for Sunday brunch and we were able to sit at the bar right away. I got the chicken and waffles, but this time the jalapeño syrup was poured on top. I'm not sure if in the past I have asked for it on the side or if it's a location difference, but either way, the syrup is good so that wasn't an issue. My water glass had a speck of something in it and I wasn't able to get a server's attention for a replacement for quite some time, or to get it refilled. I understand that is the price you pay for bar seating, but I had a near-empty, speck-filled glass for basically my entire meal which was a bummer. My friend tried one of their gluten free options, and while she said it was fine, I got the impression that it wasn't the greatest either because she didn't want to take home any leftovers. When paying, I tapped my card on the machine and somehow when I lifted it off, it had selected an unknown percentage for the tip. My server wasn't able to get the machine to go backwards and, it turns out, it gave them a 25% tip. Thankfully, I'm not evil, so it was only 5% more than I was planning on giving, but it was kind of frustrating. I know it was just a silly mistake, but it was especially disappointing to pay extra after I didn't have a clean and/or full water glass for the majority of my meal. As far as atmosphere goes, it was noticeably loud, but that's not something that I really mind personally.

Yelp
Food and coffee bar is always 10/10. Incredible food, any of it. Bowls, pancakes, chicken, all of it is amazing. Service can be such a hit or miss. Sometimes it feels like you're waiting forever, sometimes it's right on par. However.. in the servers / establishments defense, being it's only open until 3 they're ALWAYS packed, busy and on a waitlist so I try to never be too short as they're all running around and busy as well! Definitely a favorite breakfast spot.

Yelp
Yum!! We were staying in the area and figured we would try out Hope! We went at 8:00 am on a Saturday and they got us seated within 10 minutes without a reservation!! The restaurant itself has great lighting, and soooo much seating. We were overall impressed by the vibes! Overall, we were super impressed with the food! The gluten free bread was awesome, as well as the classic breakfast & BLT. We did order the gluten free pancakes but weren't super impressed - they fell apart and were very dry (I know this is often the case for gluten free products - so didn't ruin my experience)

Yelp
Been looking forward to coming here for a long time. We split a country fried steak and the monkey cakes. The pancakes were amazing, banana bread pancakes with a banana, cream cheese syrup. Wow. Solid breakfast and we are already planning a return.
google avatar

Lu Z.

Yelp
The environment is very modern with a high-art vibe. Parking is easy to find. They offer a wide variety of drinks, including many artisan coffee options. I loved the banana bread latte! The menu features plenty of savory and sweet options, and the portions are generous. I ordered the avocado toast, but it came with a lot of pickles, which was unexpected and a bit surprising. After removing some of the pickles, I found it delicious. The Hawaiian bowl looked and tasted amazing! The waitress was very kind and patient. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and might return when hanging out with friends.

Yelp
It's a favorite! The menu is solid. Service is typically good too. They take reservations. Parking can sometimes be challenging - so plan ahead.

Yelp
If you are looking for a cute breakfast/brunch place... this is it!! I went on a weekday during lunch hour and it was still packed. I recommend booking in advance as this place gets booked fast! The location is lovely and centralized to a lot of shops nearby. They even have a cute little patio! I got the Hope Waffles and it was sooo filling! I could barely finish it all but everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The fruit and cream go perfectly with the warm waffle. There is a lot of variety on the menu so I would definitely want to come back and try more dishes on the menu. The place, food, customer service was all amazing!! If you are a breakfast lover I recommend this place out.

Yelp
If you are looking for a standard breakfast place with an option for everyone, Hope's Breakfast Bar has you covered. I tried their Deviled Egg Sandwich and Yogurt Parfait. The food was fine, but the portions were huge. My favorite part was the hashbrowns. The service was great and friendly; However, the restaurant was so loud because it's cement on the walls and floor, so if you are easily distracted or have difficulty hearing, I'd recommend somewhere else.

Yelp
This place is popular! Thankfully, we had reservations for Friday morning for a business breakfast meeting. Every table was full, and there was a line out the door, but the service was lightning fast and our server was friendly and definitely didn't make us feel rushed. My colleagues had standard breakfast fare of eggs, bacon, and toast, but I opted for a vegetarian entrée Stuffed Poblano (poblano pepper stuffed between flour tortillas with grilled cheese and enchilada sauce, onion and peppers, served with seasoned hash browns and fried eggs). This dish was definitely rich with the cheese, but it was absolutely delicious with the right amount of crunchy has brown and crispy tortilla mixed with the right amount of creamy and amazing savory flavors from the onions and pepper - and the eggs were prepared perfectly on top. The whole thing together was just awesome - my photo does not do it justice so you just have to trust me and order it. I love to order a dish like this when I go out because this is something I couldn't even attempt to make this well in my own kitchen. I'd love to come back for this dish again, or to try a few of the other dishes that looked great.

Yelp
I've now eaten her multiple times and it's becoming one of my favorite places to have business lunches because it's kind of centrally located and I can have breakfast for lunch. This isn't really a southern breakfast place but it leans that way... food is decadent -- rich, covered in sweet sickly syrups and nuts and whipped cream. It's delicious. But it's a heavy meal. I really love the McHope sandwhich, which is like the Hope version of a McDonald's Bacon, Egg and Cheese but homemade and wayyyy better. Their pancakes are wonderful and there are 8,000 types of them. They have a full coffee bar and the space is really lovely. I generally like the staff though we have had some service hiccups. They are generally pretty good.
google avatar

Laura C.

Yelp
The place was cute and they served our food super fast, especially considering how busy it was. I ordered an iced salted caramel latte which was really good. 8/10. The food unfortunately could have been better. We ordered the cottage bruschetta toast which I would not recommend tbh it did not have much flavor. The sunrise chili crunch bowl was better but could use some more roasted garlic Aioli sauce. The southern fried chicken and waffles was massive, like an entire chicken was on top of the waffle. It was ok, the gravy made the waffle a little too soggy and it needed a little more syrup or honey. Overall, atmosphere good, coffee good, service good, food could be better.
google avatar

Yelp
Vibe: fun, bright and inviting Food: vegetarian friendly the cauliflower was so good. I cleared my plate. Price: spent $25 for my food and drink! Service: everyone was nice and even though our server was training, she was super friendly and made our experience great.
google avatar

Risa Y.

Yelp
I got the Avocado Toast and Poached Egg, and my boyfriend got the Pimento Cheese Scramble. The food was okay, but nothing exceptional. We were shocked on that the bill came up to over $40. for the food and coffee, which we received no refills. Will not be back.

Mollie M.

Yelp
You want to like it, but the price destroys any Hope. $6 for a drip coffee? No thank you. Hosts and servers are really sweet and accommodating. If you were an alien and had no concept of the current price of breakfast foods, you're going to love it.
google avatar

Nandini A.

Yelp
I love getting brunch at hope breakfast bar! They have such a variety of both savory and sweet breakfast that it makes it hard to decide. The seating is spacious, open, and beautifully designed. The staff are always kind and got my food out right away. I loved the cottage cheese bruschetta which I found incredibly refreshing and creative. And I cannot get enough of the lavender latte- it's just perfect!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious lunch sunrise crunch bowl minus the eggs, plus the carnitas! highly recommend if you aren't a huge egg gal or brunches. great service & perfect for dinging with teams/co-workers.

Yelp
We enjoyed our brunch at the Hope Breakfast Bar. Although we didn't make reservation but the weather is nice so we got to sit outside. So we got sitter right away. We ordered that's fo show, where is like a pho soup with rice and fried spam. As well as hot chicken waffle. Their food portion is a bit bigger so maybe next time we will order one item and a side. We also ordered a banana bread latte. The pho soup is very flavorful and I enjoyed the fried spam in it. I wish there was more kick to it. During the time we eat, the wind blows the outdoor seating's umbrella away. Wish that could be more secured.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised to find such a delicious breakfast restaurant all the way out in the 'burbs, and especially one with such a varied menu that accommodates many dietary restrictions. Hope Breakfast Bar has a huge menu, with everything from more traditional pancakes and egg breakfasts, to more adventurous items like the super delicious fried avocado toast and spicy breakfast bowl. Many of their items are available dairy free, some are full vegan, and there's many gluten free items too. My avocado toast was delicious, as was my wife's rice bowl. We also both had delicious seasonal lattes. They have a full kids menu too, and my daughter loved her pancakes. Prices are fairly average for the quality of food, service is friendly and very, very quick, and the inside is bright and inviting. Hope is definitely worth a trip, and they do have free parking too.
google avatar

Yelp
We've had the chance to try both the St. Louis Park and Edina locations, and I have to say, the Edina outlet is far better. The service at Hope in Edina is amazing, and while parking is good at both locations, the Edina spot is definitely more convenient. My go-to order is the eggs, toast, and sausage patty. The sausage is flavorful and generously sized--we actually regretted getting two, as one would have been enough to share. We also enjoy the fried chicken, which is consistently delicious. My wife tried their matcha tea and loved it--it was amazing. The pillow pancakes are another standout. They're incredibly light and fluffy, but be warned--they're so big that two people might be needed to finish them. I'm also a fan of all the sauces that come with the pancakes. My wife ordered the biscuits and gravy, which was delicious and came with hash browns that were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. Overall, this place has become one of our favorite breakfast spots, and we find ourselves coming back once a month.

Yelp
I wanted to love this place. We had reservations on a weekend so they were pretty busy. The interior feels homey. I loved the coffee but the food was mediocre. When the food arrived it was not hot and lacked flavor. Everyone was pretty friendly so the service wasn't bad but I just wished the food was better. Parking is not a problem they have a garage with plenty of parking. There are also shops and other restaurants nearby in walking distance.
google avatar

Annelise E.

Yelp
Have been to the St. Paul location previously and while the food was great the rest of that experience was lacking. This was a much better experience!!! Parking at west end is much easier!!! Had a reservation, was seated promptly, staff was attentive and balanced, and genuinely cared about our dining experience. Had the lavender vanilla latte, pimento scramble and finished with three khalua latte. Lavender vanilla was delicious, but pushing a touch sweet for my taste but I drank every drop. Pimento scramble was delicious: right level of flavor, good balance of cheese to egg, toast was good and I love my hashbrowns! Made another reservation for a week out while still at the restaurant!
google avatar

Mariah L.

Yelp
The vibe was nice, hippie, modern and welcoming. I didn't try a coffee beverage but the options all sound delicious. I was surprised to see the pancakes are served smothered. I like to be able to control the amount of syrup or whatever is topped on my pancakes. The presentation made it look like it was gravy with sparkles (cinnamon sugar is what I assumed) and that looked very unappealing. The breakfast sandwich was overall pretty good: the bagel was a little hard, and I wasn't asked about needing anything with my entree (ie ketchup or hot sauce). But basic sandwich nothing super special or something to go back for. However, our server was super kind and incredibly attentive. She knew we were turned off by our pancakes and she offered a solution right away (getting a new set of pancakes with the sauce on the side) we denied the replacement and ate it as much as we could.
google avatar

Aria M.

Yelp
I really liked this place! Very open and airy, good music, and kind service. The lattes were unique and delicious. I really enjoyed the pickled veggies on the avocado toast because I could tell they were done in house. Everything was crafted with care. Be sure to get a reservation if you're going on the weekend!
google avatar

Yelp
The menu is amazing. Such culinary diversity. Whatever you are craving for breakfast...they serve it. Great specialty coffees too. Even the table settings are cute. And the prayer wall by the bathroom...I might love this place

Yelp
Met up with my niece for breakfast here and we left stuffed. Their portion sizes are pretty big. I know my niece is a fan of their chicken and waffles. I ordered the deviled egg sandwich and I didn't realize it was an open faced sandwich because it was hard to eat properly with all the toppings that is supposed to compliment it. The egg salad needed more salt in my opinion. It was fairly bland aside from the vinegar and mustard flavors. The carrot cake pancakes was lacking the cream cheese for me. I know the menu says it comes with a cream cheese maple glaze but it was mostly maple and not much cream cheese. It didn't have the classic taste that I had expected. The Hope Bloody was delicious and I love that it's a beef stick instead of the usual pork ones at most places. Service was good and food came out quickly, especially for a Sunday brunch. We sat outside so I cant say what the ambiance is inside.

Al C.

Yelp
We sat at the bar and service was awesome food came out quick hot and was a great portion size place was busy and i can see why We surely will be coming back The vibe was a trendy hopping place
google avatar

Yelp
A fun and trendy spot for brunch!! Can get busy so definitely recommend making reservations in advance (do note those fill up quickly on busy days, too!) The staff was so great. They treated us as a priority throughout and insured, our food and service was great during our entire visit. They have such a good variety of food, alcoholic beverages, and other beverages. There really is some thing for everyone! I favored the lavender latte though. If there's one thing on the menu that you order, it should be the pillow pancakes! The entire table thought they were so good. I devoured them. The pancakes are super fluffy, but the really good part is the brown butter glaze. It is so tasty!
google avatar

Missy M.

Yelp
We are in Minneapolis visiting family. They recommended this little place. The food was amazing. Nestled in a quiet part of town. They have a full bar, alcohol and coffee. The waitress was very friendly, upbeat and we got our food quickly. We may have to stop again before leaving town.

Yelp
After checking out from the Doubletree across the street, I went here for breakfast before the airport on a Sunday morning around 9 AM. I sat at the bar and was seated immediately. They have quite an extensive menu with many breakfast options and an entire section dedicated to various types of, super fancy pancakes. They also have a full bar with many specialty breakfast beverages. Since I was driving and going to fly out, I opted for an ice tea, they do not brew it fresh. Got the whipped eggs with pimento cream cheese and sourdough toast. It was quite tasty and the hot sauce added additional flavor. Folks seated near me got the chili crisp bowl and that also looked very good. I don't think you could go wrong with anything on their menu. If I live locally, this would be someplace. I'd go on a regular basis. The service was fantastic. Enjoy!

Yelp
Great experience for brunch with friends! Loved the food and as always a the cheesy grits were amazing

Isabelle D.

Yelp
Our server was extremely nice and gave me reccomendations on the coffee. I ended up getting a hot butterscotch latte with almond milk and it was so good. For our main entrees we got the Hope Breakfast as well as the Fried Chicken and Waffles. I was genuinely shocked with how much they give you on the fried chicken and waffles.
google avatar

Christofili C.

Yelp
I think I came here with too high of expectations based on the rave others have given it. As a big breakfast fan, I was hoping the food would be better in terms of savory flavor and menu options. The handcrafted coffee was expensive. Although the presentation was lovely, it lacked in richness. The pancakes were the best part. Too bad the pumpkin is seasonal. The service was accommodating although they rushed my friend and I out of the establishment because they needed our table.
google avatar

Yelp
Short wait, fast service, delicious food & cute decor! So excited that Hope Breakfast Bar has a West side option! We stopped in on a Saturday morning. Checked in at the hostess desk with a 20 minute wait and got in around 10 minutes later! Sweet! The wait staff came by with a thermos of drip coffee. One of us ordered an iced lavender latte and another ordered shot butterscotch latte. All were flavorful and looked lovely too. We ordered and the kitchen was en fuego because we got our food really quickly! Love that for us! Helped that they had food runners helping I think. Everything was so delicious! We all ordered our hash browns with the cheddar-bacon-onion addition. Excellent! The baby pancakes were still quite substantial! Wish they would do a tasting platter of the chocolate, carrot cake, and buttermilk in a silver dollar size! Perfect for a dessert bite to share with the table! Pretty please! Loved the fluffy biscuits and mushroom gravy so good! Need to go back for some waffles and to try the other pancakes. See you again soon. Who wants to brunch?!

Yasiri N.

Yelp
I came here because I saw a lot of hype online around this place. Their instagram looks great so I decided to come out with my family. We ordered a variety of items off their menu and have to say I was not really impressed. Don't get me wrong, it looks great but it's not any different from the typical breakfast joint. Nothing blew me away in terms of taste. I ordered the shots and thought they were too much. They hard to drink because they were too sweet with a lot going on. The service was quick and friendly! We accidentally made reservations for the St. Paul location but the St. Louis park location was very understanding and sat us right away. We sat on the patio and have to say it was a nice spot to have breakfast. It's quieter than it is inside so if you're looking for something more relaxed, I suggest sitting outside. Parking is easy, I parked at the cub foods lot which was really easy to access and directly across the street from the restaurant. Overall, it was good...just not great.

Yelp
This was my second visit. The food is generally very good. Great atmosphere inside the restaurant. The patio seating is not the best as you're sitting on the sidewalk of a busy road and each time I've visited I've been over taken by the bees. Didn't have the best experience with the pancakes this trip, they were overcooked. Service is just ok as well. It's a busy spot and I think the servers are stretched thin. Had to make requests a few times as I think the server forgot about us. It's not off the list but I won't be sitting outside again.

Yelp
Popular breakfast/brunch spot in West End. If possible I suggest getting a reservation, unless you're prepared to wait. Especially on the weekend. The ambiance is trendy yet comfortable, making it ideal for a lively gathering. Our server was friendly and quick to grab our orders. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and we were so excited when the food came out. Totally Instagram worthy. Sadly it didn't taste as great as it looked. With the exception of the Pillow Pancakes. Those pancakes lived up to its name. So soft and not too sweet.

Yelp
Hey Travoodies Hey... So this wasn't my all time favorite stop. Let me tell you about it. The wait staff was absolutely attentive and amazing. I definitly enjoyed our server. I wish I could remember her name. The restaurant was beautifully decored. I can definitly see the time and effort put into making sure it was a vibe. What I did love the most is the background for which this place stands on. It is all about what you believe.... The table had an opportunity for you the guest to share things that you are praying on, manifesting or willing to yourself, and they stand in agreement with you. The believe in you as the word BELIEVE resounds on the wall of the established. With so much happening in my world, of course I left my thoughts. Now the food... The chicken and waffles were interesting. I think the concept of it being stacked was cute but the plating would have been different. It needed more flavor. I understand effiency in ensuring all customers get their food timely, however, the chicken strip felt definitely frozen. No matter how you get the chicken strips, but for me mroe about how you elevate them to make a stand out dish. The chicken fried steak and eggs was ok. The breading was little more seasoned than the tenders. The mushroom grazy wasn't half bad either. I did also order a side of grits that I had to send back. They seemed watery no matter how much did to "doctor them up". Overall I would definitely rate this place a 6 out 10. Maybe today was a one off because I have heard some good things about this food. Still undedecided until whether I return again. ********************************************************** DM to join my Exclusicely Foodie or Traveler Group. Yelp
The atmosphere was nice! It was busy since it was Sunday so had to wait for a table but no big deal. The service was great! Karen helped my family and I and was so so sweet and even though it was really busy, never forgot about our table and made great food suggestions. I got the chicken biscuit and it was alright, lacked flavor but the biscuit was really good. The real star was the pancakes! They were very soft and flavorful so, I highly recommend those! As well as the coffee drinks but everything else was just ok.

Yelp
Never had a great meal here. I wish I could say I have. One time our pancakes were totally crumbled and burnt on one side and another time I ordered a steak breakfast scramble type thing that reminded me of some sort of microwave Asian lean cuisine. The coffee drinks are overpriced and not great either. I do think the space is cute!

Yelp
Great service especially the host named Julie that took me to my seat right away even though they were very busy that day.

Yelp
We walked in on a Saturday about noon and only had to wait 20 mins! They do take reservations but we didn't plan in advance. It was pretty busy but they have a decent amount of room between indoor, bar and small patio. Super cute spot! We got seated pretty quickly. It took a minute for the server to greet us but she was good. We ordered drinks to start. Mimosa board, unicorn mimosa (with cotton candy), and maple old fashioned. Maple old fashioned was highly reviewed, cotton candy mimosa was more fun to order and pour over than drink.. was quite sweet. For food we ordered a mixture of things but many unique items on the menu! All were good but would say nothing special? -McHope sandwich - standard biscuit breakfast sandwich if you want something simple -Breakfast sandwich - was pretty good, lots of flavor between the everything bagel and pimento spread! -Stuffed poblano - seemed to be the highlight of our table, really big portion -Bacon tacos - said was just okay Overall service was just okay, drinks took awhile but food was standard. Would come again to try some other things. Definitely worth a try for a newer breakfast spot in SLP!
