Hot N Juicy Crawfish

I love Hot N Juicy Crawfish this was my first time at this location. The get your feet wet does not contain crab legs and is $41 for shrimp corn potatoes and crawfish ,if you want crab it is $43 a pound 🧐. I ordered this combo and it was good. The other items I ordered were egg and 1/2 pound of sausage . The egg was terrible and I had to send my corn back and get replacement. Overall the experience was ok. The first waitress was over chatty but we got a new one and she was very accommodating . I think I would stick to the one on the strip.

I went to Hot N Juicy on Friday night around 7:30 pm and discovered parking is a nightmare! If you see a car back out of a parking space, you better back up as if your life depended on it! Otherwise, your parking nightmare will continue in the narrow parking lot, which will always remain full! I parked two complexes behind the strip where Hot N Juicy sits. Then I walked to the restaurant and gave the host my phone number to text me once a table opened up; I had an approximate 45-minute wait, so I returned to my vehicle until I received the text. Once I got seated, I encountered a packed restaurant. At my server, Jazelle's recommendation, I ordered a pound of mussels, snow crab legs, extra butter, and crawfish. I love clams, but I have never tried mussels; I now know that mussels are bigger than clams. I ordered everything Hot N Juicy flavor at the “Baby” spicy level because I have a low tolerance for spiciness. My server, Jazelle, was attentive, and I have to thank her for turning me on to mussels because I loved them! The mussels come in a deliciously seasoned broth with a tolerable but noticeable spicy kick, and I had to order a second pound! Crab legs are my favorite food, so I couldn't wait to tear into the snow crab! I devoured the crab; the meat tasted succulent and tasty as I dipped it into the melted butter! However, the snow crab didn't feel like a pound, and I had an empty bag fast! I wouldn't pay 44.00 again for crab legs; I would rather pay 15.00 more and go to a buffet that serves all-you-can-eat snow crab legs to satisfy my appetite. The sweet tea wasn't sweet enough, and they played pop music in the restaurant. Before you dig in, you receive a bib and multiple gloves because the food would get messy otherwise. I only got one internet reception bar, where I sat near the back corner of the restroom. Speaking of the restroom, it could have been cleaner, and they didn't have paper towels, so after I washed my hands, I used toilet paper to dry them off. I ordered the fried brownies for dessert, which I would describe as singular funnel cake balls with a traditional brownie in the middle; they were okay, but they were nothing I would have to have again. The crawfish was the lowlight of my meal. I love crawfish, but I regretted ordering it because eating that tiny piece of meat is too much work. I wish I could have exchanged it for mussels. The mussels tasted better and required no work because the shells were already open! Monday through Thursday, they have happy hour from 3 pm to 7 pm, during which customers can buy mussels, shrimp, and smaller items for half price at the half-pound mark. I recommend Hot N Juicy and will return! Numerous people have told me their shrimp is excellent, so next time, I will try that along with a whole heap of mussels!

Visited for the first time after reading some reviews and I’m pleasantly surprised. I honestly find no fault in the service I received considering I showed up 1:15 to closing on Valentine’s weekend. Decided to place a to go order and when I got home to open up the food it was hot and juicy lol. Very spicy even now my lips are tingling but not hot enough to make you not want to finish. Ordered the “get your feet wet” and it was very much worth the price and almost too much food to finish. The service was also okay seemed like a typical busy night for them. I fasted for 36 hours before visiting and was very satisfied after eating my food at home. No complaints just remember to devien your shrimp and crawfish when you order!

Aftermath if 1/2 pound shrimp!! Get their hot n juicy w corn and potatoes. Zach was very welcoming.

Good was great tasting just a bit overcooked. Service from Janelle was awesome. Really attentive and accommodating. Thank you for making Beyoncé weekend great for the night!

It’s not live crawfish!! I have lived in Louisiana and ate crawfish for 20 years, I expected to eat live crawfish in Vegas, so I spent “18 “dollars per pound for live crawfish, I bought 2 pounds tonight but they tasted totally like frozen crawfishes!!!! Most of crawfish are not fresh !Thanks God that I didn’t buy more pounds!! I really feel you guys cheated customers!! I will definitely not going back anymore! So expensive and Super disappointed !

Hot N Juicy was on point and exactly our style. We had the get your feet wet bag and it was perfect for two people. We also had the fried pork skins and they were delicious and fresh. The staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend the hot n juicy seasoning extra hot. It’s not over powering. Next time we may try the 4x hot.

Went here on Monday due to all the hype I’ve been hearing about this place and was left disappointed. Ordered the catfish for the appetizer. It was four pieces and it wasn’t real catfish. It was the form raise swai It had decent flavor, but it definitely didn’t taste like catfish. I ordered the pound of crab half a pound of shrimp and a pound of mussels and the seafood was fresh. However, the sauce that they use for it I got the juicy Louisiana and it was a sweet sauce and just came off ruining the meal probably won’t be back very disappointed.

Was a very good night there had great meal of rice, fries, and shrimp. The service was great they were very nice and polite and fast. The ambiance was beautiful a great brick pattern and a by sea restaurant style by the other side very great and cool by the sea style.

Overall experience was average for the price. Our table ordered a variety of seafood including oysters. I would not recommend the oysters if you are a seafood snob. The best thing about this chain restaurant is their seasonings. You can't go wrong for their medium spice Hot and Juicy combo. We did have a few pieces of shrimp that were undercooked and some that were over. Service was below average. Family friendly atmosphere with pleasant listening music.

Hot N Juicy is one of my bestie's favorite spots in town. With time, their house sauce still tastes like heaven, but definitely not as generous as they start to sell the sauce (5 orders max) at $2.5/order. We got the lobster which was good and meaty. Nice for the picture (the one we got is $65) and not bad deal for the tummy. We like the newer location next to China town but the parking is always a headache if you go at the peak time. Just FYI, Yelp said the newer location opens at 11am, but the day we went, they opened the door at noon.

The restaurant is in Chinatown, but there is also a location on the strip. The food was AMAZING! The service was friendly. The ambiance is festive. My group got in just in time before the crowd came and it was a wait to get in. The prices are a little high, but maybe b/c it's Vegas. If in Vegas, give it a try and let me know your thoughts.

I highly recommend hot n juicy sauce. The corn on the cob was also delicious. For seafood we got the shrimp, dungeones crab. Everything was very flavorful. Price is per pound and pretty reasonable

I absolutely LOVE Hot N Juicy, especially this location. This is always our first stop straight from the airport. This trip, we enjoyed it so much that we visited this location twice during our visit to Vegas. Quick uber from airport or the strip. The service is always on point. During one of our visits, they were short on staff but the teammate working was graceful and still managed to get us everything that we needed and more! Ambiance is very casual and comfy! The food is fresh and tastes delicious and consistent every time. Bathrooms were very clean. Extra perk, they serve Coca Cola products, which is big in my book. My mouth is watering just thinking about the food!

After driving past several Hot n Juicy locations and seeing the crowds, I had to wonder how the Las Vegas establishment compared to some of the seafood spots in California. Luckily, we got a spot quickly for dinner when we arrived, and our server, Karim, was delightful in explaining how the ordering system worked. We got the Get Your Feet Wet which comes with frozen crawfish and head on shrimp as well as corn and potatoes with the classic Hot n Juicy Sauce. Also was tempted by the Fried Catfish bites. The seafood was pretty good, with the sauce covering every bite, but the fried catfish was phenomenal, crunchy cornmeal batter with juicy bites. I've had bad catfish before where the smell is off putting, but here, you could tell the catfish was fresh and prepared well! Pros: Fast, friendly service with good portions and reasonable prices. Fried Catfish is a must. Cons: If I had to compare, California Viet Cajun restaurants have a richer sauce compared to the Hot n Juicy.

Am not happy about giving 1 star to my favorite place to eat. But with the new waitress, they are sad. They are lacking in customer service, I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, for they can tell me I have to wait 30 to be seated. And what I don't get is that the restaurant had only 9 tables occupied. And all 7 employees behind the register talking and laughing, what's going on with these new generation they don't care about there customers. They have jobs because of us. Hope they change their way of thinking.

Karim provided great service! 5 lbs of crawfish - medium - hot & juicy 3/5 - the crawfish tasted like it was frozen with a rubbery taste - maybe it was my fault for not asking if it was fresh or frozen before ordering. 1 lb shrimp - medium - hot & juicy 4/5 - good but could be a little spicier Make sure to ask if the crawfish is fresh or frozen, it makes a big difference in taste.

This spot was pretty clutch. It was a bit pricey but I guess that's the cost of doing business when seafood is involved. I got the fries... and they were seasoned to perfections. I also got the king crab, and that joint was a lot of meat! We got a lb of shrimp, and they were more than I anticipated there being! The po boy was pretty damn good as well! The fact that the bill for that was somewhere around $250 or so, kinda took me out, since there were not many prices on the menu, but at least the food was good in spite of that. The waiter let us watch his phone to watch the football game, for like an hour, which was great costumer service!

Food , service and ambiance was all really good on a Friday . A+ We love the Cajun boils so of course we had to try the hot n juicy food train in Vegas. It was really good. The Cajun calamari was a 10/10.

The food is very good but the one thing that turned me off is the shrimp is not cleaned meaning that black strip is still there. Anyone that knows about shrimp knows what I'm talking about. I had to spend time cleaning it out before eating. The concept of the restaurant and the food is very good but I realized after the last experience why it took me so long to return. I know cleaning all the shrimp is a lot of work but it will make it a better experience for the customers. Besides that the catfish, crab and the other food is great!

Havent been to Hot N Juicy in about 2 years. First time at this location. Restaurant was packed with only a handful of empty tables. Was seated within about 5 minutes of arriving. Server came over promptly, offered the happy hour menu and took our order. Food was fresh and prepared just right. Refills were prompt. Couldn't ask for more.

I've been coming here for years, and originally, my family and I were planning on going to another location because they swear that location is better than the other locations in Vegas. Well, to save time, we decided to come to this location. We sat within 15 minutes, which was great. My go-to, crab legs, sausage, and Crackling Pork Rinds with mild hot and juicy sauce. So here's my complaint. We waited to order about 15 minutes. I ordered a glass of cabernet. The server comes back later and says someone is going to the warehouse to get the bottle of wine because they were all out. 10 or so minutes later, the server comes back, and she says they don't have any Cabernet, so I said fine I'll take Merlot. 5 minutes later, she comes by and says they are all out of any red wines. Errr, I was annoyed, but I'll still dine at all the other locations.

The food is really good here! Expensive but good, it's a seafood boil so I expect it to be more pricey. The service isn't great though, our server did as best as he could but it was only him & the manager working (mostly the server doing everything). The ambiance in there is ehh. Could be more clean. THE BATHROOMS DEFINITELY need to be cleaned. It felt so dirty in there. I'm assuming since only two people are working that they aren't able to attend to the bathrooms. Hopefully they can get some more help in there.

Our server Brandon did such an amazing job taking our order. When repeating it he got everything right, which impressed me since I was talking a little too fast. I love how he handled me and my family needs as we dine here. 1000000/10 experience coming back here. Honestly feels like a second home not only for the food but for the customer service! The food here always hits the spot. You can never go wrong with a few appetizers to get started. I was very impressed with Javier's service he was on top of everything and kept checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. If you want to have a night out with your family go check this place out.

Upon arrival I was happy that our wait time wasn't too bad, the restaurant was clean, and the server Javier was very polite and easy to order with. Javier greeted us with a smile and was very knowledgeable on the food menu. He also made sure to ask if any of us had allergies to seafood and periodically came by and made sure to ask if we needed anything, which I thought was very courteous of him. Food and service were amazing. Overall great experience!

Overpriced, overhyped and extremely understaffed. This place is overpriced compared to what's around the China town area. Happy hour is the worse, kids meal sized portions. The 1/2 lb of shrimp I think they weight it with the bag full of sauce because that was not 1/2 lb what they gave us. Food was alright but the cajun Seasoning was nothing extraordinary. The place is very understaffed and it's crazy because I'm sure whoever is in charge knows that this location is one of the busiest. The wait time is long and servers have to be scrambling around with multiple tasks that should instead have someone individually tending to them. Given the understaffing the place is not properly cleaned. Terrible experience. And edited the review for a terrible stomach ache after eating here. I would stay away from this place and try anywhere else.

I decided to go out to Hot N Juicy Crawfish for lunch yesterday and unfortunately, I was left feeling disappointed with my experience. I arrived at noon and decided to dine in at the restaurant. I was craving some seafood, so we ended up ordering 2 crab boils, shrimp, and wings. When my order arrived, I was excited to dig in and enjoy the flavors of the seafood. However, upon opening my crab boil bags, I was shocked to find that there was barely any sauce in them at all. I paid over $155 for our meals, and when you're spending that kind of money at a seafood restaurant, you expect to get what you pay for. The lack of sauce in my crab boil bags completely ruined the experience for me. It felt more like I was eating seafood that had been drizzled in sauce rather than actually getting a proper crab boil. The flavors were lacking due to this and the overall dish felt incomplete. I understand that mistakes can happen in the kitchen, but when you're paying a premium price for a meal, you expect a certain level of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, Hot N Juicy Crawfish fell short in this aspect. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Hot N Juicy Crawfish. The lack of sauce in my crab boil bags really detracted from the overall dining experience. I hope that the restaurant can take this feedback into consideration and work on improving their dishes in the future.

When there's no wait, it's a sign , go in!! We are always impressed with the food, especially when we are craving it. We got hot this time, but could've done the extra spicy one. To us, the spicer options just have more flavor in general! The service was a little slower this time, but when we asked for something, they got it for us. We just had to ask / they didn't anticipate our needs too much.

We waited to be seated at 5 pm in an empty restaurant. With this being a chain restaurant, you would think the staff would be more attentive to the customers waiting. It seems only one waiter was on the floor at first, then suddenly a bunch of staff members appeared from the kitchen area, some even eating. Then when I finally flagged down a waiter which took a lot of time for them to even acknowledge they had people waiting. He said we would need to wait for the tables to be cleaned with all the clean tables in the empty restaurant seems like a waste of time. Especially us being 2 adults and a child. Never returning. Hire a better staff.

Service was good but food overpriced. I ordered Dungeness crab but then they didn't have Dungeness just the clusters but they were $41 for one cluster! The baby spice wasn't baby...I had to drink plenty of water and eat fries. I added on the corn and wasn't impressed with the flavor. I probably wouldn't return.

I was looking for my favorite server Ashley but was told she no longer works there so I was put in Javi's section and he did an amazing job. Great service great food.

I truly enjoyed this venue in the past and I brought a friend with me to try it. Once we arrived it was busy per usual. We were sat immediately by Javier who appeared to be in a leadership role. Our server was a young man named Brandon. He came to us in a rushed manner and was speaking so fast very much like an auctioneer. My friend had never been to this restaurant and wanted to know more about the menu. Brandon said he had another table waiting and he began to speak even faster- unbelievable. My friend asked him to go and attend to It and then come back to us. Brandon began to do the most unprofessional thing I had ever seen a server do. He stood back on one leg posed in a position looked down at my friend snorted his nose and walked away! We were both in shock! I went to the host area and spoke with a gentleman named Javier and told him what had occurred. To his credit Javier jumped into action and apologized, took our order, and continuously checked on us. The food was delicious as it always is, so much so my friend ordered another entry to take home. Brandon did not go away peacefully. He saw that we were finished and that Javier had brought our bill. Brandon scooped up my credit card and my friend had a $50 bill to pay for her food, he than asked her did she want her change! Her bill was just over $30 why should she tip him $15 for the worse service I've ever seen?! She told him to bring her change back which he did. We told Javier what happened again he apologized. We gave Javier a great tip and I also gave him another tip that Brandon is not good for your restaurant. The food here is good and the service from some is excellent, but no one should be treated in the manner that we were.

We went here on a recommendation and was quite pleased. The food comes out one at a time and their spice is spicy! We went with the mild and it was still pretty hot. This place is way better than other spots we went to in the area. Service was a little slow, but the place was packed! No utensils, but it really isn't needed. The staff was great and helpful in explaining the menu and providing their recommendations. Ambiance is alright. It took a bit for them to clean tables, but again, they are busy. We'd go again!

The seasoned seafood boil seasonings were delicious! The service was phenomenal. Celina was an excellent waiter. She was very attentive and kept re-filling our drinks! If I could give her more stars I would.

The best H&J location. Despite how busy it can get, Javier is always friendly and attentive. He not only provides great service but he also recommended the Cajun calamari which has become my go to appetizer. The playlist always has good music and they also play the games on tv. 10/10 recommend

Love coming to this location. The food is always amazing and the service is top tier. I have tried a few other places around town but hot n juicy is definitely my favorite. Recently our server was Javier and his service is by far the best I've had. He was very attentive and gave us really good food/flavor suggestions. Definitely coming back!

I try to eat here once a week. Food is always excellent. Can be very busy and if you don't time it correctly you'll have a wait. You can order your items individually and create your own bag. It can be very reasonable depending on what you order. 1 pound Headless shrimp, 2 boiled eggs and 2 potatoes are my go to. With a tea bill comes to $28 before tip. Staff is always friendly and food is usually served very quickly. There can be delays if they are full and short of staff but overall it's a very pleasant experience. Parking can be difficult especially on weekends as this is a very popular plaza in Chinatown. Approximately 1.5 miles west of the Strip so don't be afraid to Uber or Taxi there.

Walked into the establishment, and there was no wait. Nancy was really nice and took the orders really quick. The food came out soooo fast. I ordered Fried Catfish, Fried Shrimp w/Fries. The shrimp was butterflied, which was different, but it was good. I would definitely recommend this spot.

There's 3 of these near the strip. Two being on spring mountain, literally across each other. There are many boil places here bit for me this is the best. I love the flavor and every time I eat here, the shrimp isn't pasty. They have a stronger garlic flavor and buttery. It's just good!! Fish and chips are ok and most of the sides are fine.

If I could give 0 I would worst food. Nasty dried out chicken strips hard French fries. Service was slow and they didn't care that I said they were not great.

Visiting this place as a recommendation from my cousin who lives here! The servers Javier and Barrett and i think Chrissie (hopefully didnt spell the names wrong) were really cool and answered all my questions. i really enjoyed the hot n juicy sauces too. Recommend 10/10

I never thought that I was going to do a bad review to this place because it was my favorite but today I wemy and there was only 2 waitress and a Robot serving,it is so sad that technology is taking over but it's not the same.The servers were so busy trying to take care of the customers but you can see on everybody's faces that they were not happy.We wait for a refill for so long that we were ready to walk outall I can tell you is that they lost one of their best customers not because of the food but the service was really bad.

Literally SO good. Super helpful waiter who showed us how to eat it, very attentive & everything was sooo tasty. The shrimp po'boy was to die for! Everything was a bit too spicy for me but it was still absolutely delicious. It was also affordable & had big portions! We literally split one bag between 4 of us & it was enough!

I really want to be able to give this place 5 stars because the food is delicious!!!! But the cleanliness is nonexistent, and service is just not there. We came in an hour before closing, and a majority of our food didn't come until 20 min before closing... no big deal we planned on eating and getting out of there, but 5 until closing we still didn't have all of our food...still no big deal, we eat quick and wanna go. It was a big disappointment though that they turned the music off at exactly 10p, it really kills the atmosphere. Which if you don't want people to enjoy themselves even a few minutes after closing then you shouldn't take tables up until closing time. The poor people behind us didn't even have their food yet and were basically given the impression to get out now. Slow service and mediocre atmosphere is still forgivable with good food... what isn't forgivable is the blatant disregard for the restrooms. The staff uses the same restrooms so they obviously see the lack of stocking and filth going on, and choose not to fix it. Makes me really worry about the kitchen and everyone's overall cleanliness.

Never fails to impress my taste buds!!! Everything here was delicious!!! Since I don't eat crabs I love the other seafood options! I had a pound of the green mussels! With the original hot N juicy seasoning and with garlic butter, medium heat. My girlfriend also had the same spice level with garlic on the side for her pounds of shrimp. We both got it with 1/2 pound of sausages which comes with six. Since I love potatoes!!! I got two potatoes added! The spice had us sniffing and teary but so delicious. Worth every bit. The service was also great! Our server Natalie I hope that's what her name tag said. She was hustling back and forth getting her tables in order!! So I couldn't really see her name all that clearly. To the gentlemen who refilled our drinks for us we appreciate you. We ended the night passed out full in bed. Thank you for the good service! The inside was also very clean and the Ac was amazing!! If you're over 40 the hot n juicy mild sauce is ADEQUATE, don't be a hero. We used to come for the shrimp muscles and king crab. Thanks to inflation, we skip the king crab lately. The shrimp is the new draw for us. You can't recreate this sauce! We've been to other similar restaurants and my husband always says as we exit "should have just gone to hot n juicy".

My husband and I were hungry for crab boil for a while and it was a late Thursday around 8:30. Got seated fairly quick and was greeted by our server Gabby. Food was amazing, hot , and full of flavor. My husband and I got 1 lb of snow crab in garlic butter with 1/2 dozen pieces of sausage. 1/2 lb shrimp head on also in garlic butter. Side of butter , Cajun fries and large container of rice. (Being Vietnamese, we mix salt pepper and lemon juice as a dip for seafood for a nice tang) We tried somethings new for us which is 1/2 clusters of Dungeness crab in lemon pepper. And crispy fried spam. ( batter in and cover in corn flakes) it was good but for $10 IDK LOL. Over all 10/10 for food and fast service. Gabby was apparently new to the staffing but was very caring as she checked up on us alot and made sure we got the correct food and asked if everything was to our liking. HI FIVE GIRL You did amazing. Even caught her near closing deep cleaning the restroom. So this place train their staff well in all parts of being in the food industry!

Hot n juicy is our night spot. We usually pull up around 8-9 pm before closing for a quick bite. The Wait is about 15-20 min depending on the day weekends might be longer. Not going to lie, my first time eating here, I was lost like where are the plates and forks? I was looking for a restaurant-style setup. As I looked around, I noticed people eating out of a plastic bag with plastic gloves on ‍ my first thought was its TTG (time to go ), but my wife told me it was ok though, so we stayed. The servers were friendly, and the food came in a decent amount of time. It smelled good and tasted the same my wife got oysters and a bag of crab legs with potato and spicy sausages, and I ordered fried catfish and fries. The special rice cup we make is spicy crab sauce, potato, sausage, and corn (it's not on the menu). If you are not from Vegas and want to eat something good off the strip, this place is in Chinatown. Try them out. We will be back for more

Oh my goodness, I love this location. It just taste better than the others. There's a young lady there named "SERA" and she is so sweet. This was my first encounter with her and she just melted my heart. I looked up and there was another server dusting and wiping down all the pictures on the wall. I guess that why this location is always clean.....they remind me of old school servers kind, clean, and eager to help. Thanks ladies!!!!

Ordered 2 lbs of shrimp boil for takeout. I have not been to this place recently but have always craved for their shrimps. What a disappointment! Time to try other similar places around. Shrimps were so bad, darkened legs and head, meat was fluidy, no longer meaty - sign that these were rotten and no longer fresh. I would have gone back just to show them but I live on the other side of town, too far and they already closed.

It would have been a 1 star if it wasn't for Aria, who was providing a 5 star service throughout the whole visit. A bite was found on a corn we ordered. Although this was a very unpleasant experience, to the point of a health concern/hazard, the service itself was outstanding.
