Hotel Angeleno

This hotel is a hidden gem. Tastefully decorated with fresh orchids in the lobby. The rooms are clean and (surprisingly) quiet too. The pool is precious, and the food is yummy too. What's not to like! And the best part, front desk man Roman is fabulous. He is not only knowledgeable, he is also intelligent and kind. Thanks for always giving me great service every time I stop by.

Some royal person killed themselves and now they've locked the balconies. It's a fire hazard, dangerous and you can't enjoy the views. Do not stay here

We came here and checked in at 9:46 pm and the front desk clerk wasn't exactly welcoming. Our room is on the 15th floor and the 405 is so noisy!! The gym is average. They have 1 Peloton bike and 3 treadmills. The indoor pool is interesting. The room is small and so is the bathroom. The hotel isn't as nice as the last time I stayed here in July 2012. Definitely not more than a 3 star hotel. Update this morning I could not fall asleep because of the traffic noise and the bed was so uncomfortable. The sheets are like parchment paper, and the pillows are lumpy. I can't believe they don't have thicker window panes to block out the 85 DB traffic noise. The shower only has scalding, hot and freezing cold so take your pick. :(. Jennifer is a wonderful manager. She called me to see how she can make our next stay more enjoyable. I give her 5 stars!!

I have to tell you that I did not stay here--my nephew did while visiting me from out of town in Dec 2022, but I got to see all the facilities and his room and while you can't tell from the outside--this place is impressive! He loved it and would stay here again in a heartbeat. They have a really private relaxing walled pool and spa area. So if you are celebrity, you will not be bothered by the paparazzi. My nephew liked that a lot. And a very well equipped gym that even has a Peleton! Peleton alone is one reason to stay here. And even the public restroom was clean and beautiful here with Cloth dry towels! Did you hear what I said? Cloth! And the rooms were very cozy, comfortable, modern with incredible views. My nephews room looked out onto the 405. His room had a patio where you can sit outside and watch the cars go up and down the 405 near Sunset Blvd. Very few hotels can boast about that. Now if you leave that patio door open you hear the rush of the traffic all night long which I don't mind. But if you close that patio door--Silence! And they have cool bar/restaurant on the roof/top level that I have drank at but not dined here. It's a great view and let me tell you something: You can easily strike up romance there. In fact, a room here, dinner at the roof top restaurant, and few drinks--Guys: I don't see how you would screw this up! Now have to tell you the ugly part: There is no free self-parking and no close street parking. It's all Valet and it cost $40 a night! They have adequate parking but they need to tightly control who is coming and going from this property in one of the most expensive, coveted areas of Los Angeles to protect their highfalutin guests. By doing this and having someone always at the door watching who is coming and going and there is only one way in and out--they build in excellent security in a dangerous city like LA. You can self-park for free down the hill--about a 10-15 minute walk away--but you need to watch the restrictions there and the walk is not fun and bad things can happen at night here. But they were very nice to me picking up and dropping off my nephew over 15 times during his stay here by letting me wait in the car in the front or side of the building. I can definetely recommend a stay here to visit LA or Santa Monica. Great central location off the highway.

We checked into the hotel 5/24/2024 front desk Larry was very sweet and gave us a quiet room in the 6th floor. Room #605. Checked into the room and discovered the room smelling of strong cleaning supplies. It was hard to breathe and gave us a headache. Called reception and asked for a room change. Front desk was very helpful and gave us a room on the 4th floor. Room 403. This one also had a strong smell too. All in all we checked in at 4 pm and and checked out by 5:30 pm. Not a great experience for us. I would not recommend the hotel.

Interesting hotel we picked. One big detail you might wanna know before you book here, you have to use their vallet service at $40 to park your car on the property. It is available 24 hours. We went in and out about 3 times and there was no issues there. Check in was easy, a bit loud from all the guest. We did not visit their restaurant on the 17th floor. Our room was decent. It was clean and comfortable. Ac worked good, the shower worked good. There is a fridge in the room, coffee maker, iron and a board, soap and shampoo dispensers. I would recommend taking your own shampoo if your picky about your hair care products like me because they were not great. The hotel is right next to the freeway so you can hear the traffic throughout the night so that bothered me. I'm a light sleeper. Other than that, no other issues with our stay.

Love sitting in the bar on the 17th floor and watching the diamonds and rubies on the 405 as the sun sets. Tried the burger and fries. The burger is good but it's really messy. Tried the brut champagne. Great way to celebrate a special occasion. The parking is $9. Well worth it.

Pro - Close to UCLA & freeways - Close to Getty, Santa Monica, and most areas - Cafe located on lobby - Comfortable seating area - Not so crowded - Nice services Cons - Valet parking only - Cafe closes early - Sometimes loud hallway ( Cleaning ladies) I stayed here few days for work at UCLA. UCLA is only 10min away. I had a great overall experiences. Clean room, and nice services. It would had been nicer if there was free/self parking

Great central location with easy access to UCLA and Getty. Excellent service, especially from Roman at the front desk. Wonderful comfy beds. Don't miss the rooftop restaurant sunset view!

We stayed at Hotel Angeleno for a night before leaving LA to head up the coast for a few days. The location was super convenient for us because we were meeting up with some friends who live in Sawtelle. It's right off the highway, easy to get to. When we checked in, they asked if we wanted a city or a mountain view. We chose mountain and our balcony had an amazing view of the Getty. The room was fine but you could see the renovations hadn't continued into the bathrooms yet. The lobby was nice, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is valet only ($40/day), which was about what I expected. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. It fill the bill for what we needed for a night in West LA.

Last year I would've given this hotel a 5 star. Now with 0 ameneities and no balconies I would call this a 1 star. Since the suicide off the balconies here last month this hotel has gone completely downhill.

Thank you @hotelangeleno for a fabulous stay in LA. I enjoyed the beautiful hotel interior and the amazing view outside. I ate breakfast @westrestaurantla and #dinela dinner. If you are in LA make sure you check out Dine LA which is happening now. I enjoyed That Pretty Drink, which was an excellent choice. It was made with vodka , lime, hubuscus rose water, pink salt, peach schnaps, white cranberry For dinner, Coconut crab cakes , Lemon Pepper Pappardelle and raspberry cheesecake with whipped cream, raspberry coulis.

This a a really bad hotel. We had bed bug bights all over our body in the morning. At the bar up stairs was really nice until a cockroach crawled over my chicken wings. I'm a world traveler and never have experienced this ever, even in the worst hotels. the front desk staff are really very nice. But the upstairs bar staff can be very out of hand. We were warned by a local not to go up to the bar. But we did and found out why. Cockroaches.

So....what to say? The room was niceish. But wait until you hear this. I ordered a breakfast burrito in the morning from room service, but I don't much like eating in the morning so I saved it in my room. I stepped out to go to the store and get supplies, gone maybe 30 minutes. I come back and nothing is cleaned or resupplied by the maids... took me a minute cause something was missing. It wasn't my wife's jewelry, nor my nintendo switch. It was straight sacrilege. Somebody came into my room and stole a man's breakfast burrito. Talked to the front desk and they said they were investigating it...but that doesn't put that precious, innocent breakfast burrito in my tummy, now does it? Be better, Squares.

So I live in LA and have passed this place millions of times, I thought it looked pretty cool. I'd never think I'd stay in it but it was located perfectly to get to the beach easily and to Hollywood so if I was a tourist I'd think it was central to the needs of a tourist. Most don't, they automatically think beach, lax, Hollywood or downtown. For what I would be doing this weekend it was what I needed. I could squeeze 4 people onto 2 beds, even more I squeezed myself being tall and it worked. Just not comfortably, I woke up with the worse back and neck ache. I've stayed a alot of hotels lately and they didn't even have valet, fortunately they did here. What they didn't have is someone to carry my bags. I usually travel heavy and at least a cart would have been nice. Customer service was ok, decent lobby and the room though it felt small and had no view it worked for the day I was there. If the Getty would have been open this would have definitely have been right. I didn't find out they were closed until I book but it still worked.

We stayed for one night and wish we could stay for one more! Clean and updated rooms, nice staff, and great food. We will definitely be back next time we visit LA!

Two good things: the view and the food. From the balcony and the restaurant on the top floor, what you can see outside is always photo-worthy. We had breakfast on the top floor, and I really enjoyed the Benedict eggs with salmon. All the other dishes were good too. Some complaints: the bathroom door was very hard to move, especially after fully closed. The water from the tap (esp during our first night there) was not very clean. Many other things in the room looked kind of old as well.

Great stay here in Feb of 2022. They have a nice pool area with lots of lounge chair and even a small dog run/park with dog bags. The pool is lit up at night with fireplace and heaters. They have a gym there too. They only do valet parking here + every room comes with a balcony view. Nice unique experience especially for the west side of la. The hotel is also cylinder shape so it's a unique experience and quick to get around.

My wife and I saw the hotel valet back into a customers car after reporting the accident to management he refused to do anything even to look at the hotels cameras. Just told me to file a complaint when I asked the hotels registration desk for the paperwork to fill it out, I was advised they didn't have any. They told me the manager was not in but he would email me it or call me. So far nothing no call or email.

I was in town for a work trip and stayed at Hotel Angeleno. The building was pretty cool. It was a tower. You can recognize it from a far! They had a huge thing about "not being square" that even their room cards are round! Very unique! The room was huge and very clean. Lots of space to move around and store things. The bed was really comfortable. My biggest complain was noisy it was since I was right beside the freeway. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay.

This is their suite, dirty old furniture, their room service is given to you in a paper bag, we got 2 breakfast and 2 coffees and it was $90.00.... I wouldn't have even blinked at this price if it was served properly. And no carafe of coffee either, 2 tiny paper cups of coffee... since they show zero pride in their room service, but expect people to accept these prices, we ordered "room service " through uber eats and door dash, served the same way for the fraction of the cost. They claim they do it "because of covid"....... well, we ate at their busy restaurant the night before, with real dishes, and silverware, and a room full of people.....so....I have to ask....because of covid what???? As I entered, no vessel with water for their guests at check in... again, I was told.....well....because of covid, they didn't have one with disposable paper cups for their guests.... They claim they are a luxury hotel, they are so very dar away from any luxury hotel I've ever been in.... Oh, and upon check in, they took a $400.00 security deposit for this worn run down suite...then tried to keep it, claiming their was a spot on their sheets! They don't wash their filthy worn out dated furniture, they don't wash their sheets either?? I don't know what "spot" they are talking about, nor could they produce pictures of what their claim was, I disputed it on my charge and got my $400.00 back.....this suite was $355 a night, I had 2 other bookings with them, each for a week as well. I canceled both after this nightmare.

This hotel looks like a cool experience because of its architectural design. However, it's placed right In between the 405 freeway and a busy highway street. The noise level isn't the best for sleeping if you are looking for tranquility. Because of the circle design of the hotel it's like an echo chamber. Not only the freeway noise is present you have other guests that are speaking in the hall walls and you can hear them as clear as day, you can also hear them closing and opening their hotel doors. It's like a boom sound and if it's when you're sleeping it is that kind of startling wake up. The kind that runs your heart beat up and you can't get back to sleep. The view from the West restaurant was cool but just go for dinner. Don't sleep there!

Passed this hotel zillions of times while driving on the 405... I always thought it looked cool. I selected to stay here, not after doing really the usual due diligence I do when trying to find a place to stay in the weekend... I had picked it quickly because it checked the big boxes -- A beautiful pool area, It's in a great location - close to Brentwood, Westwood, Bel Air, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, super dog friendly... added plus was the rooftop restaurant. Super reasonable price too. We had a great experience, and I wanted to share it. I was surprised by some of the reviews. We thought Hotel Angeleno had amazing customer service, and while there are so many wonderful restaurants in the area, we opted to hang around the hotel instead when we could. Many little perks I liked. They had a "405 Happy Hour" in which they poured guests glasses of wine. Liked that - we did it twice! The pool area is lovely, and there is a separate little area for dogs. It was unfortunately a little windy when we were here, but it was so nice out there, we took some towels, used them as shawls and sat outside reading for a bit. What was super awesome were the availability of two computers, ATTACHED to a printer! I had to give a presentation on the Chinese Exclusion Act, hadn't adequately prepared, so I was able to work on my presentation, compose an outline, AND print it out! So very helpful! There is only valet parking like most of the hotels we go to, but the day charge is far less than the hotels in Hollywood, San Francisco, and Pasadena. The valets are very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, we had to quickly drop off our bags and run off again. They were cool at leaving my boyfriend's larger Sprinter Mercedes van in the driveway so we could quickly depart. Yesterday, and again today, we will go to the West Restaurant, on the top floor of the hotel. The service, food, and VIEW fabulous. Loved that they place a little carafe of coffee on our table so it was easy to pour ourselves more. Yesterday, wanting to linger longer, after brunch, we ordered a Bloody Mary. It was such a lovely experience that that is why we're deciding to go back today. The surrounding area is very nice, and I liked being able to walk my spoiled dog Carlos, without being worried. (I was always on edge when doing so in Hollywood and downtown San Francisco). The hotel is right off the 405, which makes it easy to get to, but also there is the noise from the freeway. You can hear a the buzz of the traffic in the rooms, it didn't bother us, but then again we are not light sleepers and are accustomed to falling asleep while trying to watch movies. Mark in particular made our stay above average. He really stood out - was very gracious, helpful, explaining about the brunch at the restaurant. At the Happy Hour he poured me my wine and encouraged me to come back for more wine "I'll be here until 5:00" .. We just saw him again and he waved at us as we were old friends. My boyfriend remarked how good he was. Such good customer service is rare these days.

It was okay.... : the gym was well kept-- treadmills, a bike, weights with benches and hot towels and water The pool was heated, good size pool with a lot of room to tan and hang out, BUT no jacuzzi There's a business room with 2 computers and a printer... free printing BUT not color, just black and white 17 floors so the views CAN be nice... BUT only one working elevator The restaurant was also very nice and the employees were very hospitable Valet overnight parking for under $40 a night Full bath, but small tub Two mirrors in the bathroom one full and the one above the sink There were two displeasing bleached areas... on on the carpet, and another on the bed boxed frame? (We pushed the mattress out a bit and found what could've been throw up?) The chair at the desk also looked shredded and had crumbs and white sticky creamy stuff on it... very gross The sheets felt dirty on both beds, and the pillows were not comfy.... Also, we went down to the cafe to buy some water bottles & the entire hotel was out of water bottles.... Very upsetting. But they did have the water dispenser in the gym so we refilled there... As a result, the hotel amenities made up for the uneasy stay I'm not sure if I would come here again..... maybe if the elevators are up in running... but this is not my first or second or third pick

Nice rooms. But no breakfast, no dining or grocery spots nearby, and a ridiculously overpriced top floor restaurant and bar with a limited menu (the food is good, though). There is a little Café on the ground floor where you can get coffee and pastries during the morning, but half the time, it was closed during open hours.

Had a jiu jitsu tournament at UCLA so we stayed here. It was like, an 8 minute drive so it was very convenient! Larry checked us in and was super nice! The rooms were clean, the bed was big and comfy, and the pillows were nice and fluffy! I had my doordash orders dropped at the front desk... it was behind the counter so instead of just reaching for it, I asked the man bun guy if the orders were mine. He rudely said he didn't know and walked away. Again, the bags were on HIS SIDE of the counter! Wtf?! For someone in hospitality, he was extremely unpleasant!! Get a different job, bro! This ain't for you!

Surprisingly affordable hotel. Beautiful views from our rooms and 17th floor top of building restaurant and Bar. We had the cheese plate and a beverage. My husband ordered the chicken kabobs. The kabobs were deliciously tender and tasty. Be careful with the Mescal- tequila drink. Wow, powerful. Lol. Wonderful staff. Very enjoyable stay.

Terrible front desk service- they make you store your own luggage and even charge an early check in fee. Unheard of for the price they charge. Just shitty all around.

So I actually loved this place. Just came off a very bad experience at W Hollywood and this hotel was a nice change. The front desk staff was so friendly! And unlike the W I felt safe in the hotel and room. The pool and bar at night looked like a fun evening. I kept my balcony door open all night for the fresh air and yes you can hear the freeway but it didn't bother me. I was headed to the Getty so wow only a few minutes away. I believe this hotel had been a Holiday Inn back in the day so I didn't know what to expect but found it nicely renovated. Will definitely come back for future stays in the area.

Hotel Angeleno is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The first thing you notice right away is that the staff is so nice and on top of it! The valet is easy and the valet attendants are so kind. The front desk staff are always there to accommodate you. Special shout out to Jailyn at the front desk! She is the sweetest and has such a bubbly personality. She is part of why I enjoy staying here. Being greeted by here is the best ! Yes the parking is $40 but they just take it out of your security deposit. The place is super safe. The rooms are standard but cute. I feel at home here. The restaurant room service is delicious! Love the cheese plate and short ribs ! Overall it's such an easy and fun place to stay !

Won't be staying here again!! My husband's employer uses hotel Angeleno for work trips/visits and we had to change rooms twice due to the strong smell of cigarettes and weed. They have a no-smoking policy but it is clearly not enforced. We will be letting the company know we will need to stay somewhere else from now on. However I do recommend the restaurant upstairs, West, for brunch! The views are beautiful and food was pretty good.

SO....I was going to give the hotel 3 stars but changed my rating to 5. Yes, 5 stars and let me tell you why: I stayed at Hotel Angeleno due to its location - I am on a business trip and my clients where coming all over the US. The check-in was a bit rough - no one could find my reservation and it took a minute to solve it. I had the brilliant idea to go to the restaurant because I was hun-gry! The server, Zack, was lovely! He suggested a drink called "Pretty Drink" - amazing!!!. I also followed his recommendation to try the Seabass and it blown me away! omg- delicious food. To cut a long story short - the kindness of the server and his demeanor changed my mood! from upset to upbeat - from sad to happy - from annoyed to 'wow I love this place". Keep treating your employees happy - they made all the difference when things don't go as planned. I am definitely coming back for more next time I am in LA. Shout out to Zack who made my dinners at the hotel way more pleasant!

I love staying at this hotel when in LA! The rooms are perfect sized and I love that you can order room service or go up to the restaurant! food is great, gym is small but has everything you need, pool is great!!! Everything is clean and the people working the valet are very friendly and fast!! highly recommend!!

The valet parking staff is very aggressive and confrontational. When I brought this to the attention of the valet supervisor and the front desk, they were very dismissive of me. This has always been one of my go to hotels for business travel due to their location. I am a Inner Circle member, but I am now re/thinking my future business travel accommodations.

This place is horribly mismanaged. I arrived at 6:30 PM on a Friday to check in and drop my bags off with my elder brother. We then headed out and came back to our room at around midnight to find out our bags were no longer in our room. We were then told we were moved without permission to another room on the second floor, but it turns out someone else is already sleeping in that room. Eventually, it was discovered we were moved to another room on the same floor as our original room due to miscommunication with house keeping. During this entire debacle, not a single manager helped out and a poor woman had to handle this essentially on her own on the start of her shift. The next day we went to get breakfast only to find out it's not included in my reservation (I had to pay) because I booked in advance. Breakfast ended up being 75 bucks roughly for two plates and some coffee. We then went downstairs to see if we could get it for free after the whole debacle on the previous night only to find out they were charging us for two cars we valeted. Also note that valet is mandatory and you cannot self park. Valet fees are not waived for guests either. We managed to get our valet fees waived and a wonderful 25 dollars off breakfast. It's better than nothing but how the whole situation was managed just screams lack of management. For almost six hundred dollars for two nights, I'd expected better. Take your money else where.

3 stars for the proximity to UCLA. The room was dated and the shower needed work. Freeway noise all night from Interstate 405. The carpet was last cleaned about 10 years ago. $40 overnight valet parking required as well. I won't be staying here again.

Great experience! My husband and I visited this hotel for our anniversary and have nothing but good things to say. Astonishing staff, great customer set and one of the cleanest rooms we've ever seen. We'll definitely be back!

If you like being lulled too sleep by LA traffic and a staff who can't seem to be bothered to make anything personal, this is the hotel for you! If they got the traffic noise fixed with double pane windows, the recent upgrades might be nice. However at least when I was there they are choosing to "reconstruct the balcony's" before they try this (causing more noise). Overall the staff was pretty poor, specifically the super aggressive valet, a separate company apparently, who (if you read the disclosures) don't take responsibility or liability for anything. They demand to park your car then drive it aggressively and will not take simple precautions, like wearing CoVid masks, in your personal vehicle, even when requested. The smoking / pot comments are also accurate, they make you sign a no smoking contract on checkin, but as all rooms have balconies, people try to sneak it in on the balcony and it blows back into the hotel and hallways thru their or someone else's open windows. Should you want to discuss your experiences with the regular hotel staff, it is not very empathetic or easy to ever try and find someone who will go out of their way for you. In this hotel "the guest is always wrong" apparently. Due to this experience with front line service levels, I was not tempted to try the food and beverage options. But did find other reviews pretty spot on as far as other concerns. It's close to Beverly, Brentwood, and Bel Air (as well as UCLA), but it's not walkable to anything and any alternate parking solutions are over a half mile away, so you unfortunately will have to deal with paying the hotel for valet / dealing with their staff and dining / convenience choices. It was tolerable under $150, but I will not likely be making a return trip to this property anytime soon. You are likely better off in a Best Western or Holiday Inn Express on Santa Monica Blvd in this category/ service level range.

Recently stayed here for a few days and the overall experience was pleasant. The standard room was spacious, modern, and clean. There's only valet parking, but I was able to walk to my car to grab things during my stay. The hotel is off the 405 fwy and you will hear the traffic sound, but it wasn't a big deal.

Hidden fees, no parking, loud, key cards not working, one elevator in service. Room service with a voicemail box..? Oh, because no one answers the phone. Ridiculous steps to get your tv to streaming services. Walkability none. $3 water. The worst

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay with decent customer service. Management is snobby and incredibly rude. The lack of awareness for someone in such a position is astounding. I left my shoes there, went through the lost and found process, paid for the return label only to be told my ($800) shoes were "thrown away". The housekeeping manager, Virginia, is anything but efficient, hanging up the phone and lacking any decent communication. It has been 3 months and no one in this place seems to have a clue of what is going on there. Take your money elsewhere, where they at least pretend to care about anything going on there.

The was a pleasant surprise. Very impressed with the hotel restaurant, everything we ate was amazing and the view to go with it! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating!

I was too busy enjoying my bed that I forgot to take pics. The room was very nice and king bed was perfect!!! Staff are very friendly and attentive, manager makes sure you are happy with hotel and service. I just wished they had a good restaurant, too overpriced for what they serve. We ended up driving 20min to look for food. No biggy.. The only issue we encountered in room was that tub was a little clogged but I made sure they knew.. Would definitely stay here again.. freeway noise, not such a big deal.. we slept so good!!!

I arrived half a day late to my three-night reservation at Hotel Angeleno, due to a travel snarl. Unfriendly staff snarled at me that I didn't have a place. Upon insistence, I was told that there had been a fully-paid booking, but it had been cancelled due to no-show (no refund!). They didn't even call or email me to inquire about my whereabouts. After twenty minutes waiting for manager to arrive, they reinstated my reservation as if doing me a favor. Add $50 in parking fee and tips to the daily quoted rate if you drive here, as there are no reasonable alternatives to valet parking, where you'll often spend ten minutes waiting for someone to deliver your car twenty feet from its parking spot. Forget about walking anywhere. Even in the Los Angeles context, there is slightly less than nothing available within reasonable distance on foot for an average ultramarathon runner. Rooms are comfortable, and the pool deck is pleasant enough. I didn't try the food or drink. After looking over the menu and asking about time for room service, I realized that GrubHub would be faster, with better selection, and far more reasonably priced. In fairness, my experience was immediately soured by surly staff and cancelled reservation. It didn't get any worse than that, but truth be told, it didn't really get any better either. Hard pass from me in the future. After finally being able to check in, I felt like I had "asshole" tattooed on my forehead. They obviously don't need business that bad, treating their guests like this.

Do you want an overpriced hotel that will make your paraplegic life in a wheelchair even more miserable? Look no further, Angeleno Hotel is your choice! We offer a bathroom with a remote sink! That will help you get in shape by rolling back and forth between the shower and the actual sink at the entrance. 15 feet at a time you will build your upper arms. If that is not enough, we have added a door in the middle of the hallway to make sure that you finally learn how to back up the wheelchair multiple times to cross the room. Included in the luxury room we feature short shower curtains and a drain in the highest place. That provides a nice puddle where to clean your wheelchair tires! You are welcome. Also, you can go fishing for toilet paper in the bathroom lake. We didn't want to put the paper holder on the wall so you couldn't have any fun. No! We have a fancy artifact that automatically launches the roll on the floor at the minimum perturbation in the air. Since we know how picky you are with the shower soap we have included none. Which matches the number of seats you will find to take a shower. However, if you need extra towels, soap or a shower chair we will deliver them promptly 3 hours after you asked for them. Talk about fast service! That will be of course after you have learned how to walk again because we feature a bed that blocks access to the phone and the only nightstand. You know, for your safety and convenience. Oh, and we will try to reach you by that phone when you least expect it. You know, to keep you on your toes (figuratively, since you are too lazy to walk) Paired with these incredible amenities you will find service so fast that you will get to know every single stone in the reception wall. We know how demanding you are! So a bare minimum of qualified staff made the cut after the 7 year training on the job. We only give the very best! To motivate the employees we have established a no-tip policy because we think that $34 for parking and $6 for a bottle of water is enough for us. We don't want to spoil the unfortunate four souls that run the whole hotel. Since we know how demanding you are with the viruses going around we will never deprive you of your share. This is why we won't clean your room unless you insist. Enjoy the impeccable 90s ambience of the walls and furniture. We would never provide aseptic and modern rooms! We know you are a classic hippie with money. But hey, we know you like to practice your Spanish so use housekeeping as an excuse! For no extra money you can roll in deep carpet chasing the cleaning ladies around. And since we are 'not-square' you will end back to your room without turning or finding them. You must have booked the rooms with free breakfast and expected to go to the restaurant and grab a quick bite, right? But we have a surprise for you! We will treat you to a 1 hour long ordering experience and challenge to administer the $40 per room you actually get. But don't worry! That money will go a long way with our affordable menu. Avocado toast $14 + taxes, orange juice glass or coffee for only $6 + taxes! Eggs Benedict just $20+taxes. With are #1 choice for our location next to The Getty. But who wants to take our shuttle to the museum? That's so de-classe! We now upgraded the experience to a mandatory $34 + taxes valet parking so you can wait in The Getty line in style (limo not included). We pride ourselves in catering to paraplegic guests with the best ADA rooms in town. And remember, should you need anything don't hesitate to stand up and reach that room phone. We are ready to continue our demonstrated care for you! The management is always looking for feedback on how to improve your stay. Rest assured we will find a way to blame it on the pandemic or on the 'people that don't want to work for peanuts anymore'.

Restaurant was amazing!! Food was delicious and the service was top notch!! Zach was our server and he was a truly delight!!! Will definitely go back soon!!

I stayed there one night last week. I was guaranteed in writing in an email a "West Coast Double Room". I emailed them again to confirm it would be an "ADA roll in shower."I was emailed "I confirm that we have saved a room for you with a roll-in shower. " When I checked into the room ...there was only one bed! Went back down to the desk told them I need two beds and a roll in shower as stated 3 times previously. They told me they don't have that room type. I would have not booked this hotel if I knew they didn't have this ADA Room type at all. I left a message for the manager, Jose, to call me. He did not. I ended up having to call him. He gave me a very nominal / slight discount on the room, but clearly it did not solve the ADA issue we experienced. I ended up taking a room with two beds but no ADA accommodations which really put a damper on my experience. We should have received a refund in full but that was not offered. Just wanted to let everyone know my personal experience. Two stars because the front office staff was friendly and understanding and I appreciate that.

Room was clean and comfortable- nice. The 17th floor bar great fro drinks - the food a flat bread pizza was the single worst dough cheese pizza I have ever eaten in my life? I asked them to cook it more and it was still horrific
