Rabot Hotel from Hotel Chocolat

We booked between here and viceroy and were very pleasantly surprised by this place. It is very small, intimate, and the food was excellent. (Our expectations were low for the Caribbean and it was some of the most unique meals we’ve ever had with all the cocoa infused things.) everyone was very accommodating and friendly, extremely well kept and clean property, and our favorite thing was how close the pool and restaurant were to our room. Loved the waterfall shower as well. For the price different of the two resorts, we will definitely be coming back here!

What a memorable experience. I purposely stayed at different properties during my trip to get a variety of experiences but Rabot was by far the best and most memorable. The staff and service was impeccable. Marguerite went above and beyond to make sure we not only had a great experience but coordinated all the stuff we wanted to do with ease. I also found the quality of the food and dining experience at the restaurant to be superior. On the last night I went into town and many of the staff offered to bring me back to the hotel if I didnt have a ride. I work in the industry and can confidently say that the culture at the Rabot is unique. Every employee is committed to excellence and show that they truly care about their guests. Cheers to Rabot, go book you wont regret it!

Worst hotel experience of my entire life. I wouldn’t come back to Rabot Hotel even if they offered me the stay for free. Yes, the view is beautiful. That’s the only redeeming quality. The food is “unique” in concept but completely mediocre in execution, not bad enough to complain, not good enough to enjoy, especially at the price point. Walking into my luxe room, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, and throughout the stay there were lizards running around the property and near the rooms. The biggest issue, though, was mosquitoes. Despite using the insect net over the bed, I was trapped inside with mosquitoes and woke up covered in bites - I counted over 60 mosquito bites. I genuinely did not sleep. Half the staff seemed lifeless and disengaged, while the other half were kind and trying - but good staff cannot make up for poor conditions. If you are prone to mosquito bites, value cleanliness, or expect food and service that match the price, do not stay here. This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had my share of Motel 6s. If I wanted to go camping would have just set it up in America for free, thank God I only booked for one night.

An amazing place to stay. The staff are exceptionally gracious and welcoming. The room is beautiful and the restaurant is amazing. You feel connected with the forest around you and like a real world explorer!

This was a unique hotel with beautiful view of the piton and jungle. We enjoyed the nature surrounding us at night. The food was great, their breakfast was delicious we tried almost everything on the menu, the staff were wonderful provided great service. Highly recommended for those who want to escape from the city life and be in an oasis.

Our stay at Hotel Chocolat has been everything you could ask for. The views and atmosphere were everything you could imagine and more. The staff were some of the friendliest people we’ve met, and made a point to make every guest feel like family. And the chocolate, it’s in everything and I don’t know that I’ve ever tasted fresher or better. The rooms were stunning and taken care of perfectly for us.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was amazing, and although open to the elements had plenty of amenities to help with this (complementary bug spray & zapper, mosquito nets, etc…). The food and drink was perfect and the staff did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

This was an unbelievably picturesque location in the trees with a view of the beautiful Piton mountains. I was aghast when I saw that we could see the Petit Piton from our room! And oh, the room! Spotless, free standing, naturally air conditioned they were comfortable, luxurious and beautiful! The staff was unceasingly kind and accommodating.... from the reception, to the servers, the housekeeping staff, to the drivers and tour guides. I cannot recommend enough!
