Hotel du Parc HaNoi

Despite several requests(booking confirmed 2 weeks back) they didn’t give us connecting room which was the reason we initially booked this hotel. Breakfast was good and also rooms were good. Enjoyed stay here. Would love to stay again subject to having connecting room.

We’ve stayed in Hotel du Parc Hanoi for 4 wonderful nights. |Staff were friendly, welcoming and available throughout the entire stay.|The lobby was well decorated to perfectly get in the Christmas spirit.|The room was cozy & VERY QUIET which was quite pleasant after long adventurous days all over Hanoi. |Housekeeping was also on point.||On top of everything, I found the location very convenient. ||Would highly recommend especially when seeking to escape Hanoi’s hustle & bustle.

Recently I stayed at the Hotel Parc du Hanoi on two different occasions over a few week period. Though I have stayed at multiple hotels throughout Vietnam over the years, this was the first time I stayed at the Parc du Hanoi. Overall, it is the best hotel that I have stayed at in Hanoi, quiet and comfortable; close to the train station, and 3 kilometers from the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Ms. Ngoc, the front office manager, has a diligent staff ensemble. From the bellhop and front desk staff to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, all work harmoniously as a team to ensure the pleasant stay of guests. Rooms are sparkling clean with quality toiletries, and some rooms have a plush, comfortable window seat. There are a variety of food choices at the breakfast buffet, including Asian and Western foods. The fruit is fabulously fresh! The chocolate cheesecake is rich, creamy and heavenly delicious. The pool, while about 1.2 meters deep, is a good size for exercising or having family fun. If traveling with children, a circus is nearby.

The concierge Mr. Hoi Nhe @ Hotel du Parc Hanoi made my our trip memorable! Here is a pic of 1/2 Kg of Fresh Red Peppers he gave us when we couldn’t find what we wanted. I offered him some compensation but he didn’t accept anything! Through out our one week stay he consitently helped us with directions in a competent & polite fashion

Wolfie helped me more than I can say and is a treasure! Please know she is very capable and intelligent. Breakfast was excellent and my room was always well attended to. My stay here was made much more enjoyable thanks to Wolfie and I think she can deal with any job she is given.

So many pretty influencer comes here to take pictures and so many Japanese tourists in this hotel, the services are awesome , I left my wallet in hotel and they kept it for me over 8 months and return to me when I come back Hanoi last week
