Hotel Henrietta

Do not book here unless you like having your belongings stolen!!! We booked two rooms the weekend of February 6. Our stay was wonderful until I discovered that I had left a pair of shoes in the room. The day after we checked out, I called the hotel first thing and an employee named Larry let me know that he had the shoes in his possession, they were safely put away, and he would have a manager call or email me to arrange shipping them back to me. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt because it was Mardi Gras and I knew they must be very busy, but after I did not hear from anyone for several days, I attempted to get in touch with a manager at the hotel. I was told by an employee named Kai that the manager’s name is Brock and that I should hear from him the next day. That was last Friday, February 20 and I still have not heard from him, or anyone from the hotel as of today. I have also emailed the information email listed on the website and have not heard anything back. This is outright theft. I’m considering filing a police report. But ultimately I would just like my shoes returned to me and/or to be reimbursed. I absolutely hate having to write this review. I have tried everything I can think of to reach managerial staff at the hotel but I’m just getting nowhere. Unfortunately, hotel Henrietta just doesn’t seem to care much about their guests or their belongings. I highly recommend you spend your money somewhere else!

Stayed at the Henrietta hotel on a whim after deciding to attend the Essence Festival, July 2025.||This was our first visit to New Orleans so we didn’t really know what to expect but Hotel Henrietta proved to be a great home base for our stay. ||The hotel was small and chic, very clean and modern but with charm. Loved the New Orleans Charm presented in an updated manner. Just what we needed!||Gated parking was included with our stay along with complimentary drinks which made us feel both safe and appreciated as guests. The trolley stopped directly in front of the hotel making it convenient and easy to visit the city and commute to the festival. The front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect!|We will keep this hotel on our preferred list should we visit the city again. Great pick!

Recently stayed here and loved it. The hotel is EXTREMELY clean. The staff is lovely. Two girls in the front making coffee Saturday morning were amazing. Coffee bar was awesome. Drinks on Friday night were fabulous. They make a great pimms cup! We got an upgrade with the point app. Amazing balcony. Only thing I did not enjoy was no valet and limited parking. That did not deter from our awesome time. Will be coming back.

This is a really nice new hotel in a great location. The service is really nice too. 1. It's on St. Charles, close to trolley , a grocery store close by, decent dining options in walking distance. 2. Hotel is new, and very nice inside. Nice lobby and outside seating. They also have coffee shop which makes very good lattes that are priced well. 3. Service was always nice from housekeeping to front desk. .

Our family loved this hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms were comfortable and functional (love the hooks for our jackets!). Check in was a breeze, and we enjoyed our breakfast at the cafe downstairs. We will definitely stay here on future visits to New Orleans and will recommend to our friends and family.

The room is new and nicely decorated, but the details made this stay a lukewarm experience. - Shower water temp wouldn’t stay hot a couple times - Dirty cotton swabs in the jar - Hotel bar served a very watery matcha latte and the cocktail came with a sad floppy mint - Requested slippers since it was missing from the room but staff seemed confused /couldn’t explain why it wasn’t possible to supply them Nothing catastrophic, just slightly unexpected for a Michelin Key property.

We stayed at Hotel Henrietta for a family visit and loved it. The room was spacious, beautifully designed and comfortable, with great views from the balcony overlooking St. Charles Avenue. We enjoyed the coffee shop with excellent breakfast in the morning, and drinks in the gorgeous lobby before dinner. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Details that showed care included the Le Labo bath products. We also appreciated the great water pressure in the shower - nothing beats a good, hot shower after a long day of travel! We will stay here again.

Beds are amazing. Housekeeping is wonderful. But that’s where it ends. We got back to our hotel at 8pm and couldn’t order a Dr ink - bar closed. Two nights in a row the tv didn’t work. Despite housekeeping trying and failing, it never worked. Front desk person couldn’t care less and said we could maybe speak to a manager the next day at 3pm. Unacceptable. For a Michelin key property this was a HUGE disappointment. Location is on the outskirts for sure. Plan to be on the streetcar for many stops.

From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, our stay was 5 . The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony added a perfect spot for coffee and streetcar watching. We try to book there every time we stay in New Orleans.

Haven't stayed here officially, just visited a few times for Flour Moon Bagels. This is a great bagel spot in Uptown Nola! I like how the hotel also attracts locals. I went at prime time (12pm) on a Saturday, and there was no line! Will be back!

I stopped into the bar/lounge for a happy hour drink, and the experience was cute! There's a list of $9 happy hour cocktails, and they all come crafted with seasonal flavors and accents. Our bartender was super cool and made sure to chit chat with us as well as fill us in on what to expect from the cocktail menu in upcoming weeks. The lobby/lounge area is modern chic with plenty of room to sit on comfy sofas. The space is adorned with plenty of live plants and bronze accents...it's a very chill and cozy yet grown-up feel, lol. I enjoyed it! Would love to check them out for a staycation!

Clean, new, comfortable, spacious, good priced, and the soaps smelled great. I was pleasantly surprised. My wife wanted to stay an extra nice and they accommodated us. Josh set us up with maybe the best room. It was a corner room in the 4th floor over looking the main street. Great space with a kitchenette area with a large fridge. No stove but a good microwave oven. They have free parking that is gated.

Gorgeous lobby for coffee, drinks and flour moon bagels!! I can't wait to check them out for happy hour.

This gorgeous place has not gained its notoriety yet, BUT I think they have the absolute BEST espresso martini in the city hands down. I can't wait to see it flourish

Can't speak on the rooms, but 6$ for a flour moon plain bagel (that's 2.50$ at their shop) ..hahaha! Won't be coming back. Shame on you.

The aesthetic is beyond the beyond. Comfort, quality, beauty, peace. The staff is friendly. Excellent lattes. But don't expect standard hospitality. We asked six different people behind the desk how to get to the airport using public transportation. Not one of them replied, "I don't know but I'll try to find out and get back to you." We got shoulder shrugs, wide-eyed looks of incredulity that anyone would ever do that, offers to call a taxi, and one person wondered if we'd heard of Uber or Lyft. (!) So take the St Charles streetcar right in front of the hotel to the 202 RTA bus leaving regularly from downtown that gets you to the airport in 30 minutes for $1.50.

Great drinks, the French 75 was so good. Amazing staff as well! The turkey sandwich was also 10/10, will be back
