Hotel Le Saint-Marc

This was a lovely pit stop on our road trip through France. The area is beautiful, the hotel room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was exceptional. The service was top notch and we really appreciated our dinner and breakfast.

I absolutely love this place. A gem of a find. We live in the area and go here often. Friendly service, top quality food (their weekday menu du jour is a steal at 17 Euros and includes the plat du jour and dessert), beautiful presentation, cozy interior and lovely outside seating in the summer. And it's Michelin recommended. You really can't go wrong with any of the plates. And don't forget to check out their wine cellar! Aups is a stunning little village - take a walk after lunch of dinner.

The best restaurant in Aups. I go every summer and love the atmosphere and the menu. The chef is truly gifted and the portions are generous. They always offer a complementary hors d'oeuvre, usually seasonal while you look at the menu. They have interesting cocktails and the bread is delicious. They also have a wine cellar that you can visit. I highly recommend them.

A very nice restaurant with a delicious menu, based on local ingredients. I highly recommend this charming restaurant, where price vs quality is very good. They have their own wine cellar next to the restaurant where you may choose your wine.

We hd a lovely stay in Aups and Le Saint Marc. The city is lively and charming, with many cafes, restaurants and shops, and small streets to explore. The hotel is located excellent: super central, but quiet. Our room (double for 4) was on the top floor, spacious, with a terrace with a view to the church. Everything felt clean. Official check-in is quite late in the day, but we received a message longe before, that our rooms were ready. Breakfast is down in the hotel, and just fine. The restaurant was closed at our arrival - otherwise we’d have tried it. It loks very nice. I can really recommend a visit.

Amazing cozy country side restaurant with charming atmosphere and really big portions. Good choice of wines in the cave next door. Real spirit of Provence. Definitely this place is worth to visit again and again.

Great home made food. Very simple menu with a lot of heart put into it. Food was very well prepared using fresh ingredients. If you come to the area give this restaurant a try as it is one of the best around.

Had a beautiful meal at the restaurant, wonderful service, the truffle menu with the ravioli was mind bending! Deliciously prepared meats. Great service. Highly recommend and we will return again.
