My husband was here for a work trip, and I tagged along. Knowing he would be at conferences and dinners during our stay, I marked this review as a solo traveler’s experience. With only a few weeks to prepare, I only was able to learn the bare basics of French, so I wasn’t expecting much communication, and am completely content with that!|With all that being said, the hotel staff were multilingual, and very helpful and informative upon check-in.|The room was roomy with a great view (sea view), and a quite comfortable bed and pillows!|The breakfast was included with our stay, and there’s a good variety to choose from, and the Sunday Brunch was fantastic!!!|After 2 seven hour days of walking the city and biking the Calanques, the 3rd day I was a perfect rainy day of relaxation…which brings me to the main reason for this review; a massage at the spa with Charline as my massage therapist. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and inviting. The one who took me to my room advised that Charline didn’t speak much English. To me this was no problem, especially since I was visiting and didn’t speak their native language. Charline came in and apologized for not knowing much English and I told her it was completely fine. Her massage was Heaven!!!!! Pressure was perfect, and she communicated very well to make sure it was good. I felt like butter when I left! I regularly get massages and I’d say this was one of the best massages I’ve had.|I haven’t seen many reviews about the spa here, and I want to let anyone reading this to know that if you stay at nhow Marseille, it should be on your to do list.
