I Felt Like a Disney Princess!
Truly exceptional world-class service from each member of their family
It was clear for each employee I met that this is not a job for them. This is not a career. This is a calling. This is something they are so deeply passionate about. This is their life. They take this extremely seriously and hold themselves to the highest standard of excellence.
And, ironically, the prices reflect this. The prices of both the restaurant and the hotel reflect an establishment that is focused on the craft, the quality, and the highest level of standards and excellence—not simply profits.
It reminded me so much of Beauty and the Beast. People genuinely excited to serve. Genuinely excited to have you as their guest. I truly felt like Belle from Beauty and the Beast.
I cannot compare the quality of the food to other French restaurants because I did not visit any others. I ate at their restaurant the first night and had absolutely no desire to try another. The ambiance, the décor, the way the waitstaff is dressed, their level of English, and the quality of the food made it feel pointless to go anywhere else.
I have never seen staff work so hard, nonstop—and be so happy doing it. Everything was beautifully and effortlessly well-organized and orchestrated. Waiters carrying trays heavier than anything I have ever seen, working perfectly as a team, and seemingly happy to be working that hard.
The hotel was of equal excellence. The rooms were beautiful, intelligently designed, and immaculately cleaned. The front desk staff were angelically kind, caring, and attentive. Their night staff provided equally exceptional service—working diligently all night at their computers in a way I have never seen before.
And of course, just like in Disney movies, there is a cat. The most magnificent cat!
I challenge you not to fall in love with this establishment and the people.
