"Visit an array of holiday experiences at the Hotel Vin. Winter Wonderland is the holiday pop-up that takes over the patio outside with bubbles that cross between glamping and a cool Arctic experience. They have ski lodge decor with heaters and fur blankets. Reservations include a service with three-cheese fondue, a bottle of wine, and space for up to six guests for 90 minutes. There’s also the Holly Jolly Bar inside the Third Rail. It’s built using over-the-top kitschy decorations, and the specialty cocktails for the season are a must-try. I was a recent guest for a wedding and was blown away by the service of the banquet staff!! Roy, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive to me having a little one - and constantly checking on us by bringing a kids plate out early, going to the kitchen to get more apps, and water. Our whole table received our food at the same time for every course, and the service for the whole evening was the best I’ve ever had for that level of people!

Oh.my.goodness!! This hotel knocked our socks off! Starting with the kind friendly valets, the awesome Checkin with Aimee (gave tour as part of Checkin!), the bartenders, waiters at the awesome Restaurant etc etc. The amenities are superior, outdoor courtyards, life music in 2 places, upscale “Food Court”, numerous lounges ( Speakeasy and underground Wine Cellar!!) AND the TexRail train stops right there so you can head out to Ft Worth as well exploring all the amazing things in Grapevine just out your door. Husband said “ I think we just found our new favorite Hotel!”

Google
The hotel is in a great location, which we really appreciated. However, we were disappointed to find there was no swimming pool or water feature available to relax by—something we had hoped for during our stay. Additionally, our experience with the front desk staff was less than welcoming. One staff member in particular repeatedly interrupted and didn’t allow me to finish my questions. It felt as though she had pre-decided responses without taking the time to listen, which made the interaction frustrating.

Stayed here for a business event. The hotel is well laid out with restaurants and amenitie. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food catered at our meetings were phenomenal. After hwving my room cleaned, an item of mine came up missing. After I arrived back home, I was advised it was located and it was mailed to me. That was a bit concerning, but good stay otherwise.

This was a 1-nite vacation for me and my 94 year old mom. We were welcomed by Aimee and presented with a lovely glass of Port as we relaxed in the lobby. The room felt new and pristine. Great shower, coffee machine and view. The beds were comfortable too. We decide to enjoy a martini at the bar downstairs. Mike, the bartender made a great one. We didn’t eat dinner here since there are so many choices down Main St, but will try dinner next time. Great staff and amenities. We’ll be back!

Google
First of all, the location is by far the main reason to book here. Literally, if you want to spend a weekend enjoying Main Street Grapevine, this is the only place to stay within walking distance. There is no other Hotel within walking distance. Parking is good. There is a fee, but it's reasonable, and there is no required valet parking. We never had need to use our car for the weekend, but it is very accessible if you need to. You can leave your room and be in your car in 2 or 3 minutes. We didn't eat in the main restaurant (Bacchus), but checking out Yelp, it really didn't seem to be our type food. The food court at Harvest Hall was kind of fun, and they stay open later than the Grapevine Main Street restaurants, in case you need late night dining. They Don't Take Cash, so if you're concerned about the New World Order, and the government being able to turn off your finances in a cashless society, you might not want to encourage business here. The main complaint we had however... There are no ice machines... If you want ice in your room, you have to call room service... To me, that is just too much service. I don't want to be served that much (with tips of course). There is a small refrigerator, but the Hotel has turned it into a vending machine rather than a place for guests to use as they choose. If I stay here again, I think I might bring an ice chest. The room is very nice. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The shower is luxurious, large, and also very comfortable. The Service is great. Everyone is very friendly, courteous, and professional...Jacob is especially "A good Worker"... That young man has it all together... And should be an inspiration to anyone who is blessed with an opportunity to converse with him. Overall, Grapevine Main Street is a wonderful place to spend a weekend. So I hope to come back to the VIN again soon (with my ice chest).

Google
Thank you to everyone at Hotel Vin for an incredible weekend stay! The service was incredible and friendly, the room and hotel were immaculately clean and the entertainment was lively. So very impressed! Another extraordinary experience with Coury Hospitality hotels! We will for sure be back!

The front desk personnel were rude and unhelpful. So cheap. The director had difficulty spelling my name correctly yet found time to follow me around the hotel. How classy!

Yelp
I went to the hotel to listen to live music. I really enjoyed myself. It was my first time at the hotel. I appreciate that they have a parking garage, and the first 90-minutes are free and then a $1 each additional hour. The hotel offers live music in the Spring on Friday nights and Saturday nights. One of the hotel staff, I think he was a manager Trey, was super helpful and made sure that our fire pit was lit and allowed us to ask questions about upcoming shows and we gave him some feedback on how to make the event even better. The hotel also has a food court and a restaurant, so you have multiple options for food. I first got a drink and truffle fries from the restaurant. They were both very good. Nice portion size, and they bring the food and drinks out to you if you're sitting at an outdoor table, which was really nice. Then I went to the Food court. I chose to get a Poké bowl and a sushi roll. My friend and I shared a sweet crepe. At both of the vendors, the portion size was totally worth the price paid. The artist that played on Saturday night was Bobby Dade. He did a great job! He took requests and played a variety of different types of music. The concerts are outside, so if it's a little chilly, you'll want to bring a blanket or a jacket but it was a really nice vibe and I can't wait to go back to listen to music.

Yelp
This review is for their Winter Wonderland pop up globes. Let me start by saying we went there in 2022 before Christmas and had the best time ever. There were six of us (the fam) and the fondue was delish we devoured 3 bottles of wine and a few cocktails. We also played Fishbowl. It was an expensive night but worth every penny for the fun and memories. So let's review this year, 2023. Definitely not the same. I sent an email to the hotel tight after Thanksgiving inquiring about the Winter Wonderland and how I might procure a reservation. I received zero response. This should have been my first clue. Nope, I was stubborn and decided to call the first week in December. I was told I could make a reservation on Resy. Ok no problem. I have an account and use them regularly. Well all the weekends were booked. WTF. So the fam decided to go on Wednesday, the 20th @ 8p. I called numerous times and spoke to a bartender at Bacchus Kitchen + Bar. These guys were always super busy and continue to repeat themselves. "You have to go through Resy". I went to Resy and initiated numerous notify's for a weekend time slot. There were times when I was actually staring at my phone and got a notification. By the time I selected my app and went to my reservation, the slot was gone. So......... Welcome to America. Last year I believe was their first year and excelled at making it great. This year it was purely a cash cow and it showed. There was no customer service whatsoever. I had told everyone I know how awesome it was. Well not again. I will choose to spend my money somewhere it will be appreciated. Do not recommend.

Molly R.

Yelp
A friend and I enjoyed our time in Magnum, the speakeasy tucked away in Hotel Vin. Ben and Daniel made us feel right at home in the cozy little space. We both asked for an Old Fashioned with a twist, so the guys got to work on something special for each of us. The one they crafted for me was the best I've ever had. I feel ruined for all future ones! It was a great experience and I'll definitely be back!

Mallory H.

Yelp
Exceptional service! We had an incredible time over the weekend and will definitely recommend this property to all our friends and family! Can't wait to come back!!

Yelp
This review is sadly overdue - this was back in late January. We did not stay at Hotel Vin, but rather celebrated my fiancé's birthday in a Winter Wonderland Bubble. We had read about these bubbles the past couple of years and wanted to have the experience so I surprised him with dinner in a bubble. The bubbles were directly outside of the hotel's restaurant with a fairly well traveled sidewalk between the bubble and the restaurant windows. Likes: 1. We had a private bubble for just the 2 of us. 2. We could change the color of the bubble - green meant we needed the server but all other colors are fair game. 3. The chairs were all covered with really soft blankets. Dislikes: 1. We do not drink wine and there was not an option that did not include wine or some sort of credit towards other beverages so we basically paid for something we did not have. 2. It was pretty expensive, but I knew that going in. What was not advertised online was that they would tack on a service charge of 18% (I believe it was 18%). 3. While the food looked good, it really wasn't. 4. We were in the first bubble outside the door of the restaurant so there was a lot of traffic in and out of the door. There was also a lot and back and forth on the sidewalk. It was really distracting. Overall, my fiancé had a good time so that is really what matters to me. I thought it was a pretty bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

Rod K.

Yelp
Buyer Beware....had to cancel reservation short notice due to illness, still charged me for a full nights room which is very expensive, spoke with Manager and absolutely no help on crediting that money....I am a 25 year loyal marriott member I guess that does not me crap, will not be making return visit at this location.......very disappointing.....choose another hotel!!!

Charity C.

Yelp
I haven't experienced the hotel yet, but I really enjoyed the Winter Wonderland experience! We came for a girl's night and chose the three-course meal and bubbles which was perfect! The service was exceptional; the igloos are so cute and decorated nicely. The food was hot and fresh, and I enjoyed the Grilled Salmon and Lemon Tart. They easily made some substitutions for my friends with no problem. Afterward, we went to the Harvest Hall, and there was live music, and I was told the cocktails were pretty good too. They also had a speakeasy as well, and paring is extremely reasonable. I was very impressed with how well-kept the hotel was and the many amenities they offered. Looking forward to staying for my next staycation!

Kendall B.

Yelp
Never a dull moment when I'm out with fiends at Vin. Something for everyone. Several bars and in things to do.

Heidi M.

Yelp
Doesn't look like much from the outside but this hotel is a fun spot and overall a very cool venue. We came here for a house hunting trip and we were not disappointed. Fun bar, great snacks/food, clean room with a cozy bed. Can't ask for much more! Walkable to all the fun spots Grapevine has to offer.

Ally S.

Yelp
Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Comfortable room, nice location and easy walk from the cute Main Street. Lots of options for food at the hotel as well as near by.

Chris Z.

Yelp
This was a solid four star stay in Grapevine for me. I was in town for business and usually stay in downtown Dallas, but wanted a different vibe. The hotel looks like a converted warehouse - in a good way! I took an Uber from the airport and my door was immediately opened by the valet who welcomed me and asked if I needed any help. Very nice start. I had to go to the front desk to check in because for whatever reason, I checked in via the app, but I did not receive my mobile key or room number. There was no wait and the lady at the front desk was very nice and quickly sorted me. I got in around 7pm on Thursday and the bar was really crowded, which was nice to see. I had booked a suite and found the room to be clean and looked recently renovated. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really really nice. I liked the location of the hotel and there was a nice area of shops and restaurants, all very walkable. The staff were all friendly and had suggestions when I asked where I could walk for live music or take a car for a good meal. The only thing keeping this from five stars is really the price for value. The room was a little over $500/night, but was not anything exceptional. There were two bottles of water which was nice, but a welcome gift (cheap) of a free cocktail or half a bottle of local wine would have been a nice surprise.

Amethyst W.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this hotel, it is clean and beautiful. Everything is designed well and comfortable. The spaces are interesting as you can find little nooks to sit in and rooms for meetings that are very unique. So many nice walkable restaurants and stores. Definitely would love to come back.

Josh E.

Yelp
A friend and I stumbled (figuratively, not literally) into this Hotel while walking around Grapevine. We grabbed a drink at the Lobby Bar .. he had an Old Fashioned & I had a Chimay. Service was fantastic. I would recommend stopping by the bar, but I'm not familiar with the Hotel.

Molly W.

Yelp
Stayed here on our wedding night and had wonderful service! And the room was beautiful and very clean. Love this place!

Benjamin I.

Yelp
If you are black or brown please beware! A couple friends and I came here for prom pictures, mind you there were many groups from our school at this location it wasn't just us and we were keeping to ourselves). I don't know which was worse the mediocre food at the Bacchus kitchen or the hostile and tense atmosphere of the hote staff. My friends and I were asked multiple times to stop taking pictures. We were more than happy to comply with the staffs request but were confused as to why we were the only ones being asked to stop considering the other 40 people(who were predominantly white) who were also getting photos taken. This makes me questions Hotel Vins claims of allegedly "anticipating the needs of every single guest". One of my friends was even verbally assaulted by another guest and the staff didn't do anything in particular to help. Moreover the decor of this spot is nice but the environment was hostile and lackluster do to the unmannerly staff.

Alan C.

Yelp
Very nice hotel owned by Marriott. It is part of the Autograph Hotel Collection. It has a lovely hotel theme with fireplace in lobby, various vendors for dining located inside. They have their own restaurant located inside (Bacchus) along with food services on the rooftop pool also. Rooms are very nice and large in size. Great for coupled and families. Parking has garage or valet. Room upgrades are not easy due to amount of Titanium and ambassadors that visit there. Food was nice and in room dining was quick. Definitely will come stay here again. The staff was very professional and informative. ENJOY!

Rob M.

Yelp
I am reluctantly giving this hotel a 5-star rating, even though they refused my demand to send up servants to fan me with palm fronds and feed me peeled grapes. This, despite having a chaise lounger in the room. IKR? Otherwise, the service was everything I've learned to expect from a Marriott brand hotel, and the reason I've stayed thousands of night with them. I strongly recommend that you give this hotel a try if you're in Grapevine and like wine.

Tammie G.

Yelp
Checked out the new Harvest Hall and it was awesome! Tried the Zatar, Chick & Biscuit, the main bar and main line coffee bar , Let me start with Zatar.. YUM! The Mediterranean food was so authentic and some of the best o have eaten. Tried the lamb wrap falafel and hummus so fresh and delish! Staff was so nice too!! Prices are very reasonable as well Main Bar was great with some awesome old fashioned to celebrate my good friends Birthday! They don't have a HH yet (maybe one day) but the bar is a great place to see everything going on in the hall and close to the live music but not to close that you can't visit with your party . Dan was a great bartender too! Main line coffee was how we wrapped it up with a delish Americano and wonderful staff. They offer many sweet and savory treats as well. The venue takes no cash but you can turn your cash into a gift card to use throughout the venue at the Customer info station *Can't back on Saturday and sat in the bar area where the live Music is and this time are at Arepa... WOW I can't say enough how good it was ! I ate it to fast to get pics. I had the fried plantains the chicken salad arepa and the fried yuca all so fresh and tasty! I could literally drink the chimichurri sauce it was so good.. I have no pics as I ate it all to fast!!

Brian B.

Yelp
Decent rooms, bad service and location. The train is loud and directly next door. The service at the lobby bar is terrible. Bad drinks, really slow bartenders with horrible attitudes. We hosted a 2 day work meeting here and will never return. The gym was covered in other people's sweat. It's small and hasn't been cleaned in some time.

Garrison S.

Yelp
Absolutely horrible experience. After a couple wine tastings in downtown grapevine, we decided to get a room here at Hotel Vin. The food and beverage manager had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude to my fiancé and I. The most respect we received was from the police officer on duty WHO AGREED that we were being mistreated. We told the front desk we would no longer be staying the night here and when we went up to get our things, they called our room to make sure we were leaving. How sad is that.. these people all need training in how to speak to their guests. Most assuredly will NEVER be returning. Do not come here unless you want to be mistreated. 0/10 in all aspects.

Dennis S.

Yelp
A beautifully designed hotel. From the lobby and common areas, to the Harvest Hall, to the individual rooms, just wow. Had the pleasure of a staycation in an executive suite. Very roomy, separate living space that could be completely separated from the bedroom, with comfortable sofa, table and chairs, streaming tv. Nice to have an in room fridge, but this one was so tiny, it just barely held a couple bottles of water. Bedroom also spacious, curtains totally room darkening, a/c completely quiet and very effective at keeping the room to the temperature desired. Unfortunately, and the surprisingly biggest downside to the whole hotel, is how uncomfortable the bed is. at first it seems ok, but woke with my back stiff and sore, as did the wife. With everything else about the property so perfectly designed and implemented, I'm amazed that the quality of the bed is so low. Huge bath with a big shower with great water pressure and two separate roomy sinks. Saturday night in the common areas downstairs, the hotel was full of life, live music, lots of people at the bars, enjoying themselves and partying. They really have the heartbeat of Grapevine down at Hotel Vin. Would love to give them 5 stars, but have to drop one for the poor night's sleep. Otherwise would recommend a stay anytime you have the chance.

Chris F.

Yelp
Please remove this beautiful Horse from the premises. There is no need to have a tied beautiful Horse tied in the hotel patio late in the evening. Absolutely Not necessary

Meryl C.

Yelp
The hotel is awesome. Great check in experience, gorgeous room, terrific service at Bacchus Bar and Restaurant...especially Liam and Brittany as well as Jarod who is fantastic!... but that horrid repetitive cover band song track made me want to slit my wrists!!! OMG....can you please invest in a real music track to match your clientele?! Kurt Cobain would not at all be happy with this place! Please do something about the crap you pass off as music here...it significantly dummies down an otherwise great experience.

Michael D.

Yelp
This is a substandard Autograph hotel. Book elsewhere. Service staff was disinterested and unknowledgeable. Lobby was okay, but the rooms were very average. There was also an odd smell. I mean, it was probably cleaned but had a dint of something vaguely body odor like.

Genna G.

Yelp
Great great hotel for a biz trip! Clean, great customer service, comfortable beds and space, good enough gym and plenty of food options. Harvest hall was good, Bauccus was not- I don't recommend it. Great wine bar in the lobby and there's plenty of places to sit and work.

jacob w.

Yelp
My friends and i we was just chilling on the top of the parking garage when a security guard comes up and tells us to leave. Like i'm ngl to you if i were a security guard i would kick us out too but like we weren't doing anything except taking some fire flicks. Idk he was pretty nice about it but he lowkey gave us some 'tude like we told him to have a good night and he was like byeeeeee

Scott P.

Yelp
everything was great until it wasn't. Long story short there was a theft out of our room and it was handled so poorly I am so upset. They finally said they would reimburse us partially and that was months ago and we have gotten no reimbursement. I'm very upset how this has been handled or lack there of.

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
Tiny, but mighty! I love this Hotel. The atmosphere is fun, personable, and an overall great time. Tons of options for food as well as entertainment. :)

Taylor D.

Yelp
Absolutely loved our time on their roof top bubbles! So romantic and such a clever idea. Definitely worth the price. Hotel looks super chic and well designed. The food court area is a great idea but was not prepared for the weekend crowd when we were there. It took way too long to get food! I'm sure as they work out the kinks they will excel at everything they do!

Shirley D.

Yelp
Apparently Hotel Vin got a new manager as of December 1. He contacted me after reading my review and refunded me my money. I may try this location in the future now.

Lori D.

Yelp
My boyfriend booked this hotel for a staycation during the week. It is so cool. I love the decor! It's truly a beautiful hotel. It is really a historic, modern looking art deco decorated place. The rooms have such a cute vibe and decor. The beds are extra comfy. My room view was the trains outside which is pretty neat. You could see the courtyard and bar outside. I think the way they set up things around this hotel is really unique. I was really very excited to try this hotel and the food hall. The shower temperature and water pressure was the best I have had in several hotel stays in the last couple of years. The hotel still smells brand new. It is very clean and I felt very safe. It's not a huge place but it doesn't feel too small. We visited in April and it was still probably not as busy as it could be. We had a very nice time visiting so much that we will probably do it again even though we live close by. We had very good service here. The valet even asked if I needed water while waiting for my Uber to get home. Great location and great Hotel!

Lexi G.

Yelp
Truly wish I could give 0 stars. All I have to say is wow. Felt very disrespected the moment we walked in. The service was so horrid, we decided to leave and not stay about 15 minutes in the building. The facility itself is gorgeous, it is such a shame the customer service was so bad. I got a few business cards for the manager or director, and we will be reaching out. As frequent Grapevine customers, this was the worst end to an evening date night. I am still in shock days later of the complete rude and utter lack of respect this matron had for his customers. I wish we would have gotten an apology, but I think it is way to much to ask for at this establishment. Worst stay I have ever (not) had since we left the same night we checked in. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Very sad for such a beautiful place.. the food and beverage manager of all should absolutely be fired for his lack of knowledge in customer service.

Peggi M.

Yelp
Visited for Happy Hour at the lobby bar recently and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The Bartenders were dismissive; we had to "chase" them to order a drink. Dave was particularly rude. The appetizers fair at best. Too many great places in Grapevine to spend hard earned dollars here.

Jodi H.

Yelp
Gorgeous hotel. Fun bar with dancing and good drinks. Speak Easy doorkeeper was an asshole.

Lisa W.

Yelp
Waitress & service terrible. Band was good. $38.00 per couple for a margarita & suppossably special priced appetizers. Chips & salsa for $10 according to waitress. It's definitely a nice atmosphere but not what I expected. I guess I have to remember I am at a motel. Very disappoinyed and embarrassed we invited another couple to come w/us. Feel bad & like we should give them their $38.00 back.

Meghan S.

Yelp
We didn't meet one person in here with good customer service skills. Pretty sure she was a manager of the restaurant, she had a cardigan from 1999 on and was the rudest person we came across. The bartender was rude. Beautiful hotel with some rude faces as your front. Work on your service skills.

Janet G.

Yelp
We went on Friday night to hear some music in the lobby. We stopped in the Third Rail, sat at the bar for 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence. The main bar in Harvest Hall had staff that were more interested in talking to each other or being on their phones to wait on us. The hotel lobby was packed with people listening to music, but no wait service in the lobby. The service at the lobby bar was abysmal at best. It's a beautiful place, but many other places with much more pleasant staff will get our business in Grapevine.

Priya S.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of staying here for my 30th birthday weekend and let me just say, hats off! SUCH an amazing experience. If you're looking for a getaway that includes everything you could possibly think of, look no further. Hotel Vin screams luxury and convenience. Everything from tons of food choices at Harvest Hall to delicious cocktails at Bacchus Kitchen + Bar, the experience is unmatched. They've paid attention to the smallest of details and it truly shows! The staff and management were also so helpful, knowledge, and kind. I can't rave about this hotel enough. GO GO GO!!!

Bridget D.

Yelp
great hotel! fantastic staff. our group utilized all the delicious food as well as the gym which had free weights and a pelaton. our group adored Spencer our concierge who was friendly and incredibly accommodating. would definitely go back!

Debra V.

Yelp
My Husband and I had our anniversary dinner at Bacchus last weekend and enjoyed the food but did not feel like we were attended to frequently by our waiter. We were consistently waiting on refills, etc. I would be leaving two stars if it wasn't for the sweet hostess, Issa. She noticed me looking around for the waiter and promptly asked if we needed help, got us refills, and continued to check on us throughout the remainder of our dinner. I wish she was our actual waiter so I could have left her a hefty tip! Hopefully the next time we visit there is better service from the waiters and hopefully we get served by Issa as a waiter!

Primo R.

Yelp
I absolutely love this hotel! A few things to improve, no vegetarian menu, no oat or almond milk. :(

Jeff R.

Yelp
Wow! A dozen restaurants, beautiful hotel, live music, local running trail, and excellent location adjacent to DFW airport.

Doug S.

Yelp
This review is for the bar only. I was charged $21 for a Belvedere lemon drop martini. That is the highest price I have ever been charged and I've been to several high end establishments in DFW such as Bob's, Perry's and Nick and Sam's. The restaurant and bar are very cool and we loved the outdoor area where live music was playing. We will be back but will be careful what drinks we order.

Heather R.

Yelp
Recently did a one night staycation for my birthday! Had dinner at Bacchus, listened to the band outside and then finished our night in Third Rail dancing to the DJ. From arriving to departing the next day, every staff member we encountered were friendly and spoke to you asking how your stay was. They also surprised us in our room with a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. I would definitely stay here again! Great Job for making my special day amazing. I'm so happy we chose this hotel. Keep up the amazing customer service!!

Bobby C.

Yelp
Brittany is an amazing individual. Very personal and amazing service. Simply fantastic service and energy, every time I visit.

Beautiful hotel. Enjoyed a weekend stay here. Great location. Our room was great. The on-site food options are really good. We enjoyed live jazz on the patio. We went here for a staycation and I would definitely go again. I've told several friends to check it out. Nice atmosphere and good customer service. Go!

Yelp
We stayed here a few weekends ago and absolutely loved it. The staff is amazing and the accommodations are great. There's a food hall right on site. Within walking distance of shops and little wineries. Super fun weekend get away or long-term stay. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
We decided to visit local tonight. The rooftop bar is the best! Great band, wonderful drinks and such beautiful ambiance. We had a stop at Bacchus and meals from Harvest Hall. People are friendly. Service is awesome. Such a relaxing and fantastic evening!

Yelp
The entire experience was wonderful. From the beautiful room, to the environment, to downtown Grapevine, located right next to the train depot, and the whole Harvest Hall set up, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was in walking distance, the hotel is clean and upscale with a wine club of the month and a free tasting upon our check in. Very spacious rooms, the food was superb, we will definitely return in the future for another visit! Perfect for a date night or casual evening away. I especially want to compliment Moriah at the front desk, she was kind, friendly, helpful, and professional! She had a smile on her face every time we saw her (you could tell by her eyes, as she was wearing a face mask, which we also appreciated all the staff following guidelines to make us feel safe), was in a great mood, and extremely accommodating with our requests. She made our time there flawless! She is an asset to the company and certainly a rare employee to find!
