I initially came here on a whim due to how close it is to my home, but I love it! Now I go every month, and Lorena is my go-to. She's always very sweet and considerate on top of giving amazing service. She makes sure to check all the different facial peels and such are comfortable for me, and is happy to explain or suggest anything to make the experience better. 10/10 every time!||Ashlee at the front desk is also very kind, and the entire spa in general is very welcoming. Definitely why I keep coming back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel ZaZa Memorial City the night of my wedding, and it was nothing short of amazing! Upon arrival, we were delighted to find out that we had been upgraded to the Breathless Corner Suite on the highest floor—what a fantastic surprise! The room was gorgeous, with stunning views, a super comfortable bed, and an amazing shower that we didn’t want to leave. A special shoutout to our butler, Walter, who made our stay even more memorable. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, bringing us a thoughtful cheese and fruit platter along with chocolate-dipped strawberries—a perfect treat to celebrate our special day. The only small downside was the valet parking, which costs $46 per night. It seems to be the only option since nearby parking decks don’t allow hotel parking. That said, the valet service was efficient, and the overall experience more than made up for it. If you’re looking for a luxurious and romantic stay, especially for a special occasion, I can’t recommend Hotel ZaZa Memorial City enough! We’ll definitely be back.

I dropped a bottle of red wine in the room, and it spread out all over the floor. Sandra from housekeeping cleaned it beautifully, and it left no stain. She was so helpful and kind and we really appreciated her help. Thank you, Sandra! The place is absolutely gorgeous, and the rooms are quite sumptuous. All the staff at the front desk was very accommodating and kind we showed up at 1 o’clock in the afternoon and were able to check in early, which was a big help as my brother-in-law was in the hospital and we had to get to him.

We decided to celebrate our one-year anniversary at the restaurant in Hotel Zaza, where we had our wedding dinner exactly one year ago. The service provided by William, our host, was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the drinks at the bar. However, the French onion soup we ordered was a bit disappointing, and the paella rice served with the sea bass was not good at all. Despite this, thanks to William and the attentive servers, we still had a wonderful time and chose to focus on enjoying our special evening together. We will definitely return, but we will likely try a different dish next time.

Outstanding hotel. Next door to one of our favorite restaurants and we never would have stayed here but for the hurricane. Large, beautiful rooms, each with their own personality. Very nice, patient, and accommodating staff. The fresh-brewed coffee on every floor is a very nice touch compared to finicky in-room machines or having to go downstairs to find it. Even the guests seemed friendlier there, a sign that folks are being well taken care of.

We live near this hotel and our AC went out in August..ugh. We called at 10am and reached Jessica at the front desk. We asked for early check in if possible and she said she would call us as soon as a room was available. She did and we were there and checked in by 11am! She also upgraded us to a corner room! She was amazing and really took care of us when we needed it. The hostess at the restaurant, Mia, was amazing as well. These ladies made our stay perfect. There are several restaurants in walking distance. Beds are amazing and so are the pillows! They have full coffee service on every floor each morning from 6am-10am. They provide you with all the bottled water you need and bring ice to you quickly with just a call to the front desk.

What a great hotel! Great design, nice bar and food and it is dog friendly! The best part of it is the staff, they go above and beyond! Especially William at the Tipping Point restaurant. He is courteus, friendly and an excellent server! |Thanks Zaza for making a difficult time because of hurricane Beryl a little easier for our family and doggo!
