By day it turns out a surprisingly strong dim sum menu until mid‑afternoon; at night, it’s all‑you‑can‑eat hot pot. Recent diners praise har gow, siu mai, chicken feet, and the straightforward checklist ordering.

very delicious food, a lot of variety of vegetables, seafood, fish balls. monday at 2:30 pm - there was no crowd at all, only 2 tables were occupied. nice ambience as far as dining seating. prices are affordable - regular adult hot pot buffet on the display.... $25.99

Quiet, modern, and great AYCE hotpot spot. Clean sauce station to concoct your own dipping sauce. Good selection of appetizers, sesame ball is a must! Water is the only free beverage unless you want to shell out some $. Standard hotpot broth selection and they’re mostly free. Their broth is more flavorful than most other places that I’ve tried. The chongqing spicy broth is great if you love spicy. The herbal soup is a great one too if spicy is not your thing. Very fresh and good selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables. Fatty beef, ribeye, shrimp paste, fish paste, taro, lotus root, fried tofu skin roll, quail egg, and mini sausage were my personal favorites. After hotpot, I liked their orange slices and watermelon. The snow fungus soup is good too but it’s on the sweeter side. After all that, get a cone and help yourself to some ice cream.

We stopped by HotPot One for dinner and had a great experience. The service was excellent and the food came out really quickly! The broths had great flavor too. For broth, we had Tom Yum & Herbal soup. For meats, we tried the beef belly, pork belly, lamb shoulder & seafood combos. There was no shortage of vegetables and noodles to add to the hot pot too. They had a great selection with endless options. Would definitely come back here again.

Our first time having dim sum in Quincy, we typically go to Chinatown. The food is on par, the parking is much easier. This is definitely a great option for dim sum lovers. The service was excellent, the place itself is beautifully decorated and clean. Dim sum is not served on carts, but there is a menu with photos that help to make selections. The food is brought by a robot and served by a waitress, I thought it was a nice use of tech.

Google
If you come here, I would recommend to get the "all you can eat" package, as we tried the other option and added some more meat and seafood plates, turns out quite not cheaper as we thought it would be In general, food is ok!

Google
Owner and staff was very attentive and the food was good. It’s not traditional cart dim sum but it’s order then made. So extra fresh! Pretty good options on the menu. Will go back to try others. We also go to the hotpot at night! Love the veggies available!

Google
It's not a terrible place, and the service is great, but its just not a good deal price-wise, even considering that it's hot pot. Pay-per-plate portions are small, especially considering the price and nothing else in the restaurant really helps to close that gap. Not an awful place by any means, but I have no intention of returning.

Yelp
I've been dying to try this place out because they serve dimsum and hotpot. Unfortunately, I missed the dimsum serving hours so I didn't get to have the full experience. However, the hotpot made up for it. I got the ChongXing broth, which was a very spicy mala broth. Although it was super spicy, the broth was also very flavorful. My husband got the coconut broth, very unique. I believe the owner(?) came out to bring us the whole coconut, added the coconut juice into the broth, and brought out the coconut meat for us to try. I thought it was strange, but when we tried it, we actually liked it. I never would've thought to put coconut meat into my hotpot. The flesh is soft and the flavor is very subtle, similar to Napa cabbage. Their vegetable and noodles bar is so spacious. And they also have a soft serve machine! There was vanilla ice cream and also strawberry ice cream. The strawberry was very fruity and sour, and the texture is similar to dole whip. I liked it a lot. The vanilla is good too with the same texture. Service is very punctual and our meat gets brought out by a cute little robot. I hope to come back and try the dimsum next time around!

Yelp
Dim sum anyone? I love dim sum and it's a nice surprise that this hot pot place serves dim sum till 3pm. The list of dim sum offered here has many of the beloved and common dishes people order all the time. My family and I always order the usuals and maybe a few new items to try if they sound appealing. I particularly enjoyed the har gow and fried dough noodle rolls. The har gow skin was thin and had a nice chew with a generous filling of plump shrimp. The fried dough was crispy and fluffy with silky rice noodles wrapped around the dough were so good that we ordered 2 plates. I appreciated that all the dishes came out piping hot, and that gets points from me. My Order: * 水晶蝦餃皇 "Har Gow" Shrimp Dumplings * 濃醬蒸鳳爪 Chicken Claw w. Black Bean Sauce * 豆泡牛百葉 Beef Tripe with Tofu Puff * 鵪鶉蛋燒賣 Quail Egg Siu Mai * 西菜牛肉球 Beef Meatballs w. Watercress * 魚子蒸燒賣 "Siu Mai" Pork & Shrimp Dumplings * 泰式涼拌鮮掌 Chilled Duck Claw * 香滑脆炸兩 Fried Dough Noodle Rolls * 香煎粟米鮮蝦餅 Pan-Fried Shrimp & Corns Cake * 高湯小籠包 "Xiao Long Bao" Soup Dumplings * 家鄉鹹水角 Deep-Fried Pork Dumplings

Yelp
Apparently the dim sum was added later to the menu. The flavors and quality weren't too good. The beef udon was ok. The chicken sticky rice in lotus leaf was fine. There were plenty of tables when we walked in on a Sunday early afternoon.

Yelp
I had won a gift certificate for this restaurant so I came to pick it up while I was dining in. The owner came by and essentially chucked it at me instead of handing it to me so that wasn't the greatest start to my meal. This kind of gesture from a manager was very off putting. I was shocked that this restaurant didn't have any kind of bone broth. I generally love choosing a pork bone or tonkotsu broth but there wasn't any so I opted for an herbal broth. The broth was quite tasteless and they didn't provide us with any spoons to sip the broth. My whole experience I felt like I was just eating boiled meat. I love having a bowl of soup to eat my noodles, meat and veggie out of but they only provided us with a plate. This really killed my experience. The highlight of this place is the meat (beautifully marbled) and robot! It is so cute. It brings food to your table so quickly. The beef and pork belly was nice BUT the beef tongue had a very funky smell to it. The first serving I got was great but the next one had a very unpleasant smell. Wouldn't come back. A lot of improvement is needed at this restaurant.

Yelp
Overall it was ok, pretty big and clean space. Service could've been a little more attentive especially with the portion that is given when you're ordering meats and seafood. Broth is typical, there was nothing that stood out that is better than other ayce hotpot places in the area. The only thing that threw me off was that their ice cream was more of a sorbet than a soft serve but if you're in the area and is craving for some ayce hotpot, then I suggest to try it out.

Yelp
All you can hot pot buffet. Parking on the street or at the lot across the street. Decent size and service was kind and efficient for the most part. We continued to order the tiny eye and beef belly, slightly small portions for one person but it's all you can eat so that's good. On a weekend for dinner at $45. The cold bar had a lot of variety for fish balls and veggies. For large tables you still get your own burner which I love!
google avatar

Alison K.

Yelp
All you can eat hotpot spot in Quincy. Choose your broth, and then head to the buffet to make your sauce at the sauce bar. Choose from veggies, mushrooms, noodles, and fish balls. You pay the base price for the buffet, and then pay a la carte for any extra meat and seafood. There's actually a robot who helps to bring the meat and seafood around, but the servers are also very attentive and help you with refilling broth, clearing plates, etc.

Yelp
This is a review for the dim sum offerings at Hotpot One. (It is available from opening to 3:00 pm. Then it switches to a hot pot buffet.) I must say I am pleasantly surprised about how good the dim sum are. It is better than Ming's and slightly below Winsor in terms of quality. You order a la carte (list of 58 items) and they will bring the food to you. They also have a picture menu with the top 30 most popular items. I recommend the beef balls, the har gow, siu mai, and the chicken claws with black bean. The beef rice rolls are not good. Service is sufficient and friendly. In terms of the atmosphere, it is quiet enough to have a conversation without yelling across the table. They cover the hotpot burners with a canvas tablecloth so that dining guests can use the tables to eat dim sum. They actually offer a choice of tea like any of the dim sum places. Most tables are individual booths that seat 4-6 people with several private rooms that guests can reserve for celebrations. A handicap accessible bathroom: one for men and one for women are available on the first floor. There is a small parking lot across the restaurant (next to Mochinut/Onezo). I will definitely come again if a dim sum craving hits and I don't want to wait for long lines at Winsor!

Yelp
I know I said I won't come back here but now they offered dim sum from 10am -3pm, I decided to come to try it since it is same as the Dynasty restaurant in Chinatown. The place was empty and we came at 11am. The door still locked even they opened at 10am, the staff was just seating in front of the door playing on their phones. The staff can do better even the place was empty, some booth seats are still dirty from the day before since they offered hot pot for dinner and the bathroom floor still not clean. The price is a little lower than Ming restaurant, if you want regular dim sum, this can be another choice. Now they only offered hot pot after 4pm...

Yelp
Quincy with another AYCE hotpot place. You know I had to give it a try lol They recently just raised their price from $33.99 to $36.99. That's if you get AYCE with the meats and seafood. I believe it's $26.99 for AYCE without the meats and seafood. Let's start with the restaurant itself. Nice, clean, spacious. Parking is only street parking. Now to the food. -The buffet bar selection is decent. They have all the basics that you normally have for hotpot. A plus for me is that they have New Zealand mussels and bean curd rolls. Disappointed they removed the white dumpling ball with green stripes (fish roe inside). Honestly, if they brought that back as a selection, I may consider coming back. -the meats were really good actually. It seemed fresh. Each order comes with 7-8 pieces. I don't think there was a limit to how much you can order. Seafood combo had a rock crab, 3 shrimps, white fish, and two clams. (This is all part of the AYCE meats and seafood). -broth was pretty decent. I opted to get the herbal broth because our son of course, joined us for dinner he's starting to become a hotpot lover like his parents. My wife had the spicy broth (mala kinda). That was pretty good. Regret we didn't try the Tom yum or kimchi but maybe next time for sure. -Oh, they have a sauce bar that's ok. The peanut sauce and sesame sauce were really plain. Like watered down... I was disappointed. My second complaint about this restaurant is... the individual pots that you have, it's really small. This place is set up similar to Spring Shabu . I couldn't really cook much at once. Like my crab didn't fit with the mussels so cooking time is a little slower. Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back here. I wouldn't consider this first compared to the other AYCE places in Quincy. Service was decent because there were probably only 5-6 parties there with 3 waitresses. The meats were brought out really fast because I'm assuming they cut these in advance, prep, and left in the fridge till order. Give this place a shot!

Yelp
Hot Pot One improved a lot since they first opened about 10 months ago. I visit about once a week for their hot pot since it is much closer than heading all the way to Boston and it is the best in Quincy. The broths are flavorful and meats are good. I love that I can go to the veggies, noodles, and meat/fish ball buffet stations and get as much or little as I want as my serving size. Their vegetables are so fresh! I also like that they have private rooms so that we can have work meetings over lunch or dinner. Because the space was converted from an office building to a restaurant, the space is new and clean. The decor looks inviting and elegant. Today, I tried their dim sum and we were thoroughly impressed. They taste amazing! This is my go to place for gatherings because of the elegance and inviting atmosphere, good value, free parking, and incredible food!

Yelp
Been here twice now and all I can say is this place is awesome! The food on the buffets is super fresh, the greens are really plenty, root vegetables, fish balls, and mushrooms galore. I love the multitudes of soup bases available but my favorite is the hot and sour base. The meats are top quality. Service is outstanding and for a biggest the ambience is pretty good. A little on the bright side for me but honestly they do such a good job cleaning they might as well show it off. I think this is the best Hotpot I've ever been to. I always walk out stuffed. Amazing place.

Yelp
Amazing selection from the buffet! I wanted to try everything and it was so well stocked. I selected the kimchi soup and it paired well with everything I threw in. The service was quick and checked in frequently. There are little robots that help deliver. I would recommend going with a larger group to tackle more of the all you can eat meat but the buffet alone has enough to keep me happy. The restaurant was clean with a sleek Asian design. I can't want to go back for more and try to try the dim sum

Yelp
Hotpot One offers all you can eat hotpot, with options to get no meat all you can eat (vegetables, fish balls, noodles, etc) or all you can eat, which includes meats and everything else. There are a couple meats that aren't including in the all you can eat and have an additional fee, ribeye and lamb. Hotpot One was a great experience and is similar to Spring Shabu in Allston/Brighton! In some ways, this place is better than Spring Shabu, such as the all you can eat meats option. The variety offered for vegetables and noodles are not as great as Spring Shabu, but gets the job done. The have a nice sauce bar that has just about all of the condiments most other hotpot places offer. The star of the show, for me, was the clams! They were huge and continued to be consistent in size after ordering 4 rounds of the clams. For the price of the AYCE, I would say that it is super worth it to come here, with family or a big group, or even by yourself. P.S., I would double check the receipt when asking for the bill because they did make a mistake with charging extra additional charges. We had ordered four plates of the lamb and ribeyes but were charged extra for other things. My friends who I came here with have eaten here multiple times previously and said they experience the extra charges every time, so I would suggest double checking the bill before paying! Otherwise, I totally recommend coming here for the AYCE! Super similar to that of Spring Shabu but is convenient to have in the Quincy area.

Yelp
We had a blast here!! The food was really good with plenty of options, drinks were amazing too. It made for the perfect mom/daughter night with my mom and my daughter. We will definitely be coming back. Personally one of the better places in Quincy for hot pot. Also the ice cream was great, my 2 year old was a fan

Yelp
Came here for the first time on Thursday and was able to get a seat quickly. The restaurant was very spacious and looked very clean. We did the ayce hotpot and had a good amount of meat and seafood to choose from that is delivered to you as you ordered. The veggies, fish balls, noodles, fruits, sauce, and various items are set up buffet style for you to get anytime you want. There were sovmany variety, i am unable to list it all. A table has 6 individual hotpot, so even with a group, you can have your own personal one. I got the tomato broth, and it was very flavorful. The meat and seafood were fresh and were pretty good. I especially liked the prime, beef belly, beef tongue, clams, and shrimp. Definitely would come back whenever I am craving a good hotpot meal.

Yelp
A new AYCE hotpot in North Quincy. It's clean and spacious and $23 weekdays and $25 weekend per person. Price includes broth and everything at the bar (mainly veggies, noodles, seafood/beef balls). Extra cost if you want to add meats and seafood. Our server was very nice and they even have cute robots to deliver your broth and meats. I ordered the spicy soup broth and it was spicy so just be cautious on the spice level. We ordered ribeye and beef belly but we preferred beef belly over ribeye. We left smelling like hotpot but we were very full and happy! Will definitely go back again.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the fresh crab and all the veggies. Individual size hotpot soups. The robots bought out the food. It was good time for AYCE.

Yelp
Foods are okay, nothing extraordinary. The cost is what bothers me. The staffs are friendly but have difficulty to get a hold of them.

Yelp
My partner and I got AYCE hotpot w tomato soup and hot & sour soup - TASTE: 4/5 - savored the sweet tomato base and the balance of spicy & sour in my soup base, the latter providing enough flavor that I didn't need my dipping sauces. Highlights included the meat ball selections and, for meats, the lamb shoulder and beef tongue TEXTURE: 4/5 - the lettuce, watercress, mushrooms, and tofu were my favorite. The ice cream (strawberry, vanilla, and combo swirl) had a texture more like sorbet, which honestly felt lighter and perfect for post-meal PRICE: 4/5 - $35.99pp for AYCE on weekdays is solid SERVING SIZE: 5/5 - AYCE is great, but having the option to select specific items and quantities yourself at the buffet is even better. The personal/individual hotpot allows control of your own food vs. sharing a large hotpot at the center of the table. Left stuffed of course SERVICE: 3/5 - walked in at 5:45pm on a Sunday and only one other party was inside. By the time we left, almost every table was filled. Felt like a long time in between the staff refilling our water and clearing empty plates from our table. Also noticed that a couple plates and bowls among the stacks at the buffet still had some broth residue ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - was surprised by the amount of space inside, as well as the modern interior and decor. This was the first time I've seen multiple robots busily moving about, which almost competed w the amount of children running laps around inside PARKING: 4/5 - got a free 2-hour parking spot down the block on Holmes St
google avatar

Jon H.

Yelp
Large selection of veggies as most all you can eat hotpot buffets have but truly the meat quality isn't that great. You also can't order the fish separately and have to order the seafood plate in order to get it. It just doesn't compare to places like shabu zhen or spring shabu. Service is fine; they like to use some robots to serve food. Ambiance - good lighting and seating set up.

Alice S.

Yelp
This is a fun spot. All you can eat, plenty of options, clean, private room, great drinks, reasonably priced, robot and human server, plus karaoke in the basement, if you are into that. Lee is the best. Owner even came to welcome us. Parking available too. Cool vibes. Recommended!!!
google avatar

Fong N.

Yelp
Food was nice and fresh not traditional cart dim sum. Staff was nice and friendly and the owner was very attentive. Nice clean restaurant that is suitable for family and gatherings.
google avatar

Yelp
The price. The quality of meat. I've been to a lot of Hot pot buffets. This is the most expensive. This place also gives you a time limit of how long you can stay and eat. I would not recommend or go back. The service was okay. The place was nice.
google avatar

Tom L.

Yelp
Reasonable price to include all meats and broth but the beef tongue quality wasn't so great.

Yelp
It's located in the corner of the center of Quincy Center and it's less than a 15 min walk if you decide to commute like we did. Their variety of soup bases are impressive and so was their buffet bar. The one thing that I think is great about hotpot is that whatever diet you are on, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The waitresses were attentive making sure that we have a full pot of broth and the ingredients from the vegetables from the buffet bar to the meats were fresh. It was the perfect meal for a cold day, especially these months where it's freezing. I will say the only feedback I have is that their menu says "ice cream" and they have cones which was confusing, because they serve sorbet, because it is icy, which personally I wasn't a fan of, because even then the flavor was too light. It was a bit of a bummer because I know my favorite part of a buffet includes desserts and it may make/break the experience for some. They do have cut fruit like oranges, cantaloupe, and even red bean filled sesame balls. Overall though it is still a reliable hotpot buffet spot. I would say the price point is reasonable and they have multiple buffet options from AYCE to their standard which have limited options. They accommodate families, large parties, and have children prices depending on their height. The fact that they have different price points for heights is great if you have children, because I know a lot of buffet spots make you pay almost full price, despite children not eating as much as an adult.
google avatar

Barbara K.

Yelp
This a fairly new place so we hit it up to try. The food is fresh at the buffet, mostly vegetables, tofu of all sorts and noodles of all kinds. The sauce station is clean and lots of fresh herbs and different kinds of sauces for customers to customize their own. The meat and seafood is to be ordered with waitress and deliver to table. The service is good and the ambiance quiet and cozy. They have a few private mini rooms for larger party (10 pp) tables. However with the price range there are better deals in the area that includes sushi all you can eat. I would love to see more seafood options like crabs or more shellfish, quail eggs, things that I would normally order when out for hot pots. Considering with all the hot pot competitors in the area I suggest this place to step it up another notch
google avatar

Ames K.

Yelp
This newly opened hotpot place is similar to Spring Shabu Shabu with their buffet style set-up, it's AYCE for fresh vegetables, tofu, noodles, condiments, and frozen fish balls etc. Meat and seafood is not part of the AYCE, it's al la carte. There is no vegetarian broth available... but you can make your own with condiments (soy sauce, diced garlic, spicy sauces etc) and vegetables (that's what I did). The price per person is under $30 for AYCE (not including meat / seafood). My friend and I enjoyed this place, good ambiance and friendly staff. This place is very new, so there will be obviously be some kinks that they need to work on. There is a robot server and also an ice cream machine (this isn't in use yet). [Edit - 1/29/2023] They now have one vegetarian soup available, it's tom yum (and a heads-up they have tomato broth but it's not vegetarian). And the ice cream machine has 2 flavors, strawberry sherbet and vanilla (the middle button dispenses both flavors together)... not sure if they occasionally change up the flavors.

Lil G.

Yelp
Amazing food! No changing color lights!! Clean bathroom!!! Insanely good prices - check this place out!!

BB C.

Yelp
The broth is not as good as I thought. It does feel fancy when they give you the whole coconut for the broth. However, the customers service is quite bad and unprofessional. I asked to split the check with my friend and they messed up twice on our bill. And the waitress never come to our table and clean up dishes.. the seat are so wide that my kid have to stand the whole entire time to eat. Will not come back again

Yelp
We really enjoyed this new hot pot place in Quincy. They were super busy on a Friday night so we were placed in a private room downstairs and away from the crowds with another family. It was a bit odd at first but our server was so attentive and great. We enjoyed the individual soup pots. I wish they also offer just house or pork bone broths instead of flavors only for those who would like a nice base, and for the kids. But the broths we got were great. Tomyum, Tomato, and Spicy Broth. We got all the meats and seafood. The selections of veggies, tofu, meatballs, and noodles were great. And the bonus was the softserve ice-cream we got as a dessert. Would come back again.

Yelp
So glad this new hot pot buffet just opened! Now I can eat buffet closer to home compared to traveling to Spring shabu. The price for weekday buffet is $23 and weekend $25 per person excluding meat and seafood options. There was a good amount of choice for food, but the meat selection/cut was ok not that good. I still think Spring shabu has more food options, but for the price and convenience I think this place is not too bad. Service was quick and good, no complaints. It was not too busy, but not too quiet. Probably because it just opened literally a few weeks ago. Place looks very modern and has a private room if you have a big family. Not bad to give it a try!

Yelp
Spacious - service was "ok" - we had no idea what to do or if we should wait before we go up or if we was suppose to order first, they just assume you know what you're doing. has potential, good selection of veggies and other stuff with the AYCE selection but broth and sauce bar needs work. I feel like the sauce and broth makes or break the meal. unfortunately my friends and I weren't impress.

Yelp
We came to Hot Pot One for dinner and had a really fun time! Parking: Theres plenty of street parking options with many parking lots nearby. It's never really an issue in the area. Dining Options: 10AM - 3PM They do DIM SUM 4PM - Closing - AYCE Hot Pot As you walk in, you are greeted by their super friendly staff, the seating here is VERY comfy, each person gets their own pot. The interior design here is very beautiful. The restaurant offers instructions for those who may be a bit uncertain about the hot pot dining experience, from step by step cooking instructions, to cooking times for the food they have. We came here for the AYCE menu, starting with meat options on their menu that will be served by a Cat Robot. Then there is the bar in the middle of the restaurant with a variety of vegatables, tofus, fish ball, beef ball, mushroom and noodle options. Their sauce bar has all of the essentials for creating the perfect pairing sauce. AND of course there is a soft serve machine for the end of your meal! Overall, this is a very comfy and welcoming hot pot option, I would love to come back with my family to try their dim sum menu (everything on that menu looks DELICIOUS).

Yelp
A nice addition to the neighborhood that serves individually served hot pot buffet! I enjoyed the vegetable selection and the staff were friendly. I recommend the hot and sour broth, which was a good combo of spicy and tangy. I wish there was some vanilla ice cream left (only strawberry) but I think the kids in the next table beat me to it lol.

Yelp
This is officially my new favorite hotpot place in the Quincy area. The value can't be beat! I like that each person gets their own individual pot so that everyone gets their choice of broth. This place is AYCE but you have the option if either doing AYCE with meat as a là carte or paying more and having meat included. We decided to do meat a la carte and was able to save a bit of money per person since we found one plate of meat to be enough for each person. Their prices are cheaper during the weekdays as well. The veggies, fish balls, and noodles are all out on display buffet so you can really customize it to yourself. I was happy overall with the variety and the quality of the items out. Solid hotpot spot - cant wait to come back!

Paul L.

Yelp
Great AYCE place in Quincy. There is a huge selection of noodles, veggies, etc at the self service bar/ buffet. The meat selection isn't quite large, but it has all the staples your average American will be looking for and a few extras that are geared more towards the Chinese patrons. It's a very clean restaurant and the staff is super friendly. My favorite thing has to be everyone gets their own individual pot. My fiancée loves mushrooms and seafood, all the stuff a picky eater like me avoids at all cost so it eliminates the chance of me snagging some enoki with my udon! 10/10 highly recommend

Yelp
One of my favorite hot pot restaurants. The variety of vegetables and meat was exciting. The vegetables looked so fresh and vibrant. The staff and manager were amazing, warm, and friendly. This is a nice place to be on a cold winter day.

Yelp
My favorite hot pot in Quincy (with plenty to choose from). I prefer the clear spicy or Chong xing broth as I like the spice. Both are flavorful and plenty spicy. The buffet selection is huge and always fresh. Large selection of different noodles and meat balls are great. Service is always friendly and efficient. Very accommodating for large parties with a few private rooms. Every table has an individual pot for each person, which I like. The bar also has a few seats with solo pots. The manager Lee will make sure you have everything you need and are having a good time

Yelp
Hot pot one offers AYCE hotpot at night and dim sum in the morning til 3. I've only experienced the hotpot side of things and it's much like spring shabu! Every person gets their own pot and I absolutely love the soup I got tomyum. They offer a huge selection of fish balls and meat balls, but I feel like they only have a few vegetables options. You can order meat and seafood on the side for an additional cost or you can opt into their AYCE premium which includes meat and seafood. Ambiance wise it's very spacious. I came as a party of 2 but was seated for a table for 6. The service was lacking though. Waitress was attentive, but didn't really explain how everything worked.

Yelp
I was skeptical of coming here cause of some of the reviews but this place was pretty nice. AYCE hotpot with meat (~48/person with tips) or without meat. Waitress was tentative with soup level and water. The restaurant is clean and they have a robot like Kura Revolving Sushi that helps bring water and other items. You order the broth with the waitress and go up to grab your veggies, fish balls, and sauce. Hotpot here is individual and not shared. For the meat you will have to order with the waitress. I ordered rib eye, beef belly (basically fatty beef), seafood combo (shrimps, white fishes, crabs, & clams), and beef tongue--all were very fresh. I got the pork bone broth (very plain) since they ran out of herbal broth, which was fine cause I'm dipping my food in a bowl of sauce anyways (will have to come back to try the Herbal). My brother ordered Tom Yum which was pretty good. My bf ordered the Chong Xing Spicy Soup, which was very spicy and he can tolerate spicy food.

Yelp
Opening a hotpot place near so many already was definitely a risky move but I was not disappointed. Price wise, this place has all the other places beat. I'd check other reviews or their menus for the exact pricing but all I know is, it was cheap. Hotpot enthusiasts would compare this place to Spring Shabu Shabu in Allston but I'd say otherwise. This place offers a MEAT buffet as well and the quality is way above spring shabu. The decor inside is a bit outdated but that doesn't really matter to me as well as the food is good. The broth was flavorful which was my highlight, I got the spicy broth that isn't tom yum. The cut of meat was not the best but decent for sure. If you're looking for super good quality hotpot, this of course isn't the place, but considering the price you are paying and the amount of choices you have, I'd come here for lunch almost everyday without breaking my wallet.

Yelp
Went to try their dim sum on a Saturday after 1pm. The place was empty which can be worrisome. Pleasantly surprised ! - the dim sum dishes we ordered were very good. Also had a beef pan fried noodle. Beef fried noodle is always better with brown based (oyster sauce) sauce rather than the white sauce that was served. It was decent. Service was very attentive. Look forward to going back for a hot pot dinner.

Yelp
Ingredients...Service and atmosphere is great... prompt service and quite clean compared to other hotpot restaurants...BUT the only thing that brought down the review was the broth.... They really need to work on the broth~ they really need to cook a real broth bc the broth they currently use tasted like store bought flavorings

Yelp
If give a better rating if not fir tonights experience the Manager/Owner's rude & entitled behavior over tipping is a hard pass. He demanded a bigger tip, claiming our previous 15% was insufficient. For a self-service hotpot place with robot food delivery, expecting lavish tips is outrageous. Server was inattentive, only taking the initial order and occasionally refilling broth. The manager/owner's tipping greed & disrespect will leave a bad taste in your mouth. After tonight, my business (and tips) will go to one of the many other deserving establishments in the area. Don't reward entitlement - take your business (and tips) elsewhere.

Yelp
Came here around 8pm and immediately got seated. From the outside it doesn't look too big, but inside it was surprisingly very spacious. There is even a bar for those that just want to hangout and have a drink. The selection of veggies and fishballs were pretty good and it even had an ice cream machine for when you finish your meal. The noodle section could be a little better IMO. Our waitress was very attentive and kept filling our waters and topped off our pot with more broth. I like that they refill your pot with actual broth and not just water so that your broth flavor doesn't get watered down. We found out that it is still soft opening right now and that the grand opening will be in a few weeks. The owner/manager? Said that he plans to add more items to the buffet so hopefully there will be even more choices after grand opening.

Yelp
With all the hotpot places in Quincy, I didn't think this place would stand out or be able to survive. But I'm glad they're here! I really enjoy the cleanliness, individual pots, free broth, and speedy service. For just $10 more you can add AYCE meat and seafood. Meat portions are small (4-6 slices) but you can order as many plates in one order and they'll come in 5 minutes on the robot. Veggies are fresh, and fishballs are high quality (the fishballs you pay by the weight in hmart quality). Love the sauce bar options they offer but wish they added sesame seeds and peanuts as garnish. Ice cream machine is a nice addition but seldomly works when I'm there. So far they're offering vanilla and strawberry flavors.

Yelp
It was our first time to come here to try the dim sum. The food isn't impressive and tasted like leftovers from yesterday. When we were seated, the booth was dirty and had food sauce on it and the waiter refused to clean it. When we got home, I noticed that there were oil stains all over my pant. We also experienced diarrhea and stomach pain. The manager was also very rude and unprofessional. You don't feel like you are welcomed there. He certainly is a DICKHEAD. We will not go back there after this terrible experience. There is a lot of better restaurants in North Quincy to choose from. This one is a bad choice.
