Hotto Potto is an absolute gem for Chinese hot pot lovers. The value alone is unbeatable, £38 for a hot pot for two on weekdays is an amazing deal, and their solo hot pots make for a perfect, satisfying lunch option. We ordered a fantastic spread of sides, including lamb, beef, enoki mushrooms, a mushroom platter, a veggie platter, and lamb dumplings, everything was fresh, generous, and cooked beautifully in the broth. Even the barbecue skewers surprised us: incredibly flavourful, well-seasoned, and clearly grilled with care. What really tied it all together was the service. The staff were efficient, fast, and genuinely friendly, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Great food, great prices, and great service.

Fantastic #hotpot experience at @hottopotto.london , with yummy treats including meat selection, grilled aubergine, marinaded prawns and lamb/ beef skewers. Our favourite was the lamb skewers, especially with its gorgeous spiced mix with roasted cumin. ... We loved it that much we took 5 box of skewers home for lunches over the weekend. 😁 Definitely recommend visiting, one of our favourite restaurants in London! 🙌💯🤩 - Thank you to the pleasant staff, especially our lovely waitress who always checked in with us even though very busy and helped us cook each of our ordered items for each of correct length of times. Hotto Potto is quite a popular hotpot spot—and for good reason. Definitely make a reservation or you’ll have a longer wait, especially during peak hours. We ordered the seafood platter, the Hotto Potto special platter, and the mixed veggie platter, plus a couple of sides, and everything came out fresh and well-portioned. For broths, we went with the special spicy and the mushroom, and both were really tasty and flavorful without being overwhelming. Overall, a great experience with lots of variety and quality ingredients. Next time, I’m absolutely trying the beef tallow broth. Highly recommend for hotpot lovers or anyone looking for a fun, shareable dining experience. 🍲

This Chinese hotpot restaurant today! The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavour. The staff were so friendly, patient, and helpful—they really made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Everything was explained so well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Such a warm and welcoming place. Highly, highly recommend, and I can’t wait to go back!

First time going to a hotpot restaurant and honestly had the best time. Quick and efficient service, all ingredients are fresh and you are left feeling considerably full. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price, between 2 people we only paid £60 which is amazing for hotpot.

This place is amazing, I would highly recommend it and I would definitely be going there again. Went there for dinner on a Friday. Fortunately, had a booking, otherwise, it seems like there was a line of people waiting. Service was very friendly, fast, and attentive. This was my first hotpot, and didn't really know what to order. This wasn't a problem. They were very helpful in explaining the menu and suggesting what to order. We followed their recomemndation for the most part, but took a couple of dishes that also turned out to be great (tripe, and mushy shrimp). We completely messed up the initial serving of mushy shrimp, by dumping the whole lot with the spoon it came in in the pot. They were friendly enough to replace that for us at no charge, and explain to us how to do it properly. The food was delicious, especially the broths (got the tomato one and the spicy one). Service was attentive the whole time, checking on us and asking us if we needed anything. We also ordered a bottle of Chinese Chardonnay to go with the food, and having had Chinese wine only a couple of times, this was really good, and went well with the hotpot. I would definitely go back here again, especially in the winter when it's cold. I would recommended for all, especially hotpot newbies like me.

The Hotto Potto restaurant it's fantastic, for me a new experience because i never tried the hot pot. But i can say that this was amazing, our waiter Xinny was so sweet and patience with my left hands helping me to handle the pot corectly. I will definitely comeback here. Big thanks to all the staff because they are really sweet and helpful.

Xinny was our server and she was amazing! She was very friendly and attentive, giving us good recommendations and answering all our questions. She tried her best even though she was very busy. She even offered to take pictures of us. The food was amazing! The fried rice mixed with the sesame paste was to die for and the rest of the meats and broths were good. There is a bit of miscommunication from the other servers but I can appreciate it’s very busy. I would definitely come again!
