Kick things off with grilled cumin lamb and beef skewers, steamed dumplings and the signature special mix platter that comes with the full works like yam, beef balls with coriander, mini chicken sausages, and crab sticks. It’s the perfect foundation to start the dipping party. The must-order? Try black beef tripe, beef aorta, and braised chitterlings into a fiery beef tallow broth, complete with a cute butter-shaped bear, and the Sichuan fish with pickled vegetables broth.
