Yelp
1) It is pricey and the food isn't remarkably better than other establishments. It is better, and has more options, but I if you're wanting to dive into some Chinese food and you're craving Chinese food, there are less expensive options that will fully satisfy your 'fix'.
2) They were out of dumplings, they had zero dumplings available
3) Seriously, we had an extra 18% charge for a 'large' party. It was a family of five, two adults and three children - life isn't already hard enough, thanks for making it unnecessarily harder. There are more surprises than what is in the fortune cookie.
4) Two fried rice plates, one lettuce wrap plate, a noodle dish, two soups, two teas, three sodas, 18 percent charge and you can round the total up to 100 dollars : (
5) I could hear other customers placing orders on their telephone. I was standing about 7 feet from the house phone before being seated and hearing a different customer's order.....seems concerning...and no, I don't remember your name, I don't have super hero hearing, but I knew you for a bit and what you ordered : ) Note: As I was waiting for a table, I thought to myself, "I will not be providing card information over the phone there if we place an order in the future."
