Whenever the mood strikes us, we head to Howdy’s corner patio—soggy bathing suit and all. Howdy’s has a wide array of burrito options that are more modest in size than Lily’s but of higher quality. The steak burrito is the move: juicy carne asada, fluffy scrambled eggs, housemade spicy cilantro salsa, and more cheese than a supermarket dairy aisle.
