Went here on a Sunday for Afrobeats & Brunch. The service was good, and the music and vibe are both amazing. They also have Hookahs if that's you're thing. We had a giant Mimosa and a giant Strawberry Margherita. Both were on point. The food however was not as good as I thought it would be. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for atmosphere and bottle service!

The Sliders Platter is superb. The pulled pork burger is outstanding. The new surf and turf burger is the best I've had. Burger was great anyway but the added lobster is awesome. We often stay at the New Yorker Hotel so the Hudson Station is our favourite local bar. It shows live sports and serves food. I don't drink beer but my friends tell me the selection is good. The Vodka choices I can, however, vouch for. We've found that it is busy as people get off work but then quietens after 8. In two occasions we have been the only people in there gone half 10/11. This only adds to it's charm. Nice staff. Allow our disabled friend to use staff toilets as they are normally downstairs. Didn't even have to ask them. Recommended

came here for lunch since work was nearby but didn’t enjoy the burger at all. the place also felt dirty and sticky. staff was friendly though. - specialty burger of the week: peking duck style burger but the flavors didn’t match at all and the patty was a little dry. the fries were probably the best part

Fun spot at a random location! I never venture to the west side of Manhattan but glad to have walked into this spot. Apparently they have a crazy good open bar deal for $15 from 5 to 7:30pm which I will try out next time. As for bar selection, it seemed good. The taps were a bit warmer than I like. For $8 a glass I was expecting something much colder. Atmosphere was your typical sports bar and music was more on the oldies classic side which I can appreciate to an extent. I believe it was a jukebox situation so it's up to crowd.

Big open space. Lots of tv's for sports. Regular menu of typical barefoot, which was decent. Look to the cans, many are full pints but a dollar cheaper than the drafts.

Excellent place to have a great time. The food is very good, and it has very cozy internal and external spaces. The attention is excellent and super fast, and at all times they are aware of what is needed by the diner. The menu is quite varied with a predominance of hamburgers and meats, which are very well cooked and have an incredible flavor. Highly recommended to go with large groups of people

Google
A really nice bar and grill with an upstairs and downstairs. The pub grub it's also good in the bartenders are professional and quick. There are also a lot of TVs so you won't miss an event. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
We came on a Saturday for the intl brunch. The vibes & music was good from beginning to end. It was however to loud where you can barely hear/understand the waiters or the ppl in your party that youre talking to. Cool vibes but the food fell short. I ordered the soul loving and the only thing good was the yams, the mac n cheese was okay. I didnt like the collard greens. The chicken look like it was Bam Bams bat from the flintstones aka steroid chicken; it was so friggin big & lacked seasoning/flavor. I also ordered the yum yum shrimp w the sauce on the side in case it was to spicy. I ate a few shrimp w/o the sauce & it was not good imo. I left more than 1/2 my food on my plate. Both my friends had the rasta pasta - 1 w shrimp 1 w chicken. My friend w the chicken picked her chicken out stating it tasted funny & the pasta was better w/o it. She also got fish tacos which she did not like them either. The drinks were good. We only had the montana, margarita & rum punch. I'd return mainly for the music & drinks. The waitress asked if we wanted to go bags & I said no immediately & my face said it all. She was like you didnt like it. Im like nah its a no for me. She brought me a drink since i wasnt happy. That was nice of her as I wasnt expecting anything.

Yelp
Hudson Station was much more than I expected. Located in midtown Manhattan. Hudson Station is a restaurant that's easy to get to as it's near public transportation like the A C and 1 trains. The restaurant is not much to look at from the outside and from the inside. For me, it's the food that wins for me. Hudson Station as I mentioned is not much to see from the inside but it had a Cheers (tv show) like charm. As I sat waiting for the waiter to come and take the order, I couldn't help but think about the tv show and the similarities from the show. The service was ok but the food was better. I enjoyed an amazing pulled pork sandwich with slaw on top. The BBQ sauce from the pulled pork was perfect. I had a side of fries and a few bears. My friend had a burger that he reports was good as well. Unfortunately, the waiter in the end botched the bill and made us late for our show. I was not pleased with that outcome but I did enjoy the food and music. From what I can tell, it seems like a happening place. I believe there may be a lounge upstairs but I'd have to return to confirm that. That said, I will be back and I recommend that you give them a try.

Yelp
Out of all the years I've frequented the midtown Manhattan/Penn Station area I've never realized this spot was here. It's pretty much a spacious multi-level sportsbar filled with TVs. Although it sits on the corner of 9th Ave & W. 35th Street, if you walk too fast you will miss it. Honestly, the only reason why I went here is because I had a voucher for two (Pulsd deal) and my best friend and I wanted to have an early dinner in the area with drinks before our 7 pm Broadway play. We started out with drinks. My best friend asked for a Blue Moon but the closest thing they had was Shock Top. No issue there. I asked for sparkling wine but the server had no idea what I was talking about even after my best friend stated, "You know, like prosecco?" He still didn't understand. It took another staff member to come over to get it right. He told me they had champagne and I said that's perfectly fine. Not sure what kind of champagne it was but I definitely enjoyed both glasses I had. It had a delicious apple flavor to it. Food: My best friend ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich (served with Hudson Station bourbon BBQ, coleslaw and French fries). I ordered the Dry Aged Steak Burger (served with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickle, American cheese, and French fries). We devoured our food. Honestly, we didn't think the food would be so good considering how subpar the service was. My best friend raved about the mound of delicious creamy coleslaw placed on top of the pulled pork. I noticed how amazing the creamy coleslaw looked as soon as our meals were placed on the table. I envisioned it being placed on my steak burger. I would totally do that next time. Service: Their service needs lots of improvement. We chose to sit in their dining room area and not at the bar because we wanted privacy to catch up. The dining room area was pretty much empty so we didn't think the service would be so lacking. It's clear that they are much more attentive to patrons that sit at the bar, which we will do next time as we did enjoy the food and drinks. We were quite annoyed by the end of our experience because we waited for the final bill for a while and we were getting close to being late to our show (which ended up happening btw). The voucher was already paid for and came with two entrees and four drinks the final bill should've been just the tax and we would just add the tip. We literally only had an entree each and two drinks each (which was stated on the voucher) so we really didn't understand why Tom and the other guy were at the bar trying to be mathematicians. It wasn't like we ordered extra stuff that wasn't included in the deal. We just knew the bill was going to come to us messed up and we were proven right. Their total was more than what I paid for the actual voucher which should never be the case. When I explained to Tom what he did wrong and how the bill should look he was quite frustrated and made the excuse that he thought we had a Groupon. Not sure how he assumed that when I gave him my phone earlier to read the fine print and redeem the voucher. Plus, Groupon and Pulsd have two completely different layouts on their apps so I seriously don't understand how he confused the two. Although this process took much longer than expected Tom corrected it and we paid the bill and left. We were five minutes late to the theatre of course but thankfully we were seated. Scores: "A" for the food. "D" for customer service.

Yelp
Mike was racist and didn't serve my Asian friends and I. Don't come here. The cinco de Mayo pulsd deal was a mess. No one was getting served. Bartenders were looking everyone in the eye and walking away acting like celebrities. I understand that they were busy, but they don't need to be rude like that. Everyone was complaining. They advertised having hard liquor and only served beer. How hard is it to hand out canned beer? They oversold their tickets and had absolutely no control of the situation. TLDR: don't come. They are a mess and racist.

Renee L.

Yelp
Very disappointing. Poor decision making on my part to end up with a dud of a place to eat when one is literally drowning in choices upon choices in this great city of restaurants. Since time constraints were an issue, we settled for the nearest place to our venue- ' Madison Square Garden. We were seated right away by a friendly hostess turned server. I quickly observed that the menu was very basic, and simple, but not in a positive way . Since moving on was not an option, we were left with not so exciting choices. Food was ordered, and served, in a timely manner. A bite or two was devoted to my burger before pushing it off to the side due to lack of flavor. Waffles fries were good, and provided the necessary nourishment to carry on with the evening. But quite simply, food ordered was sub-par to average. This place is probably ideal for large group gatherings at the bar for sporting events, since it offers a wide spacious area to hang out and it serves typical bar food.

Bri H.

Yelp
Came here for the international brunch yesterday with my friends for a bday. The service was very slow and all over the place but the ambiance was great. People were lit, the DJ was playing a great variety of music and the host did a great job engaging with everyone and making the bday people feel special. The food was good, nothing spectacular but overall filling even though it took a while for the food to come out. The mango and jerk wings were the highlights!

Matty M.

Yelp
Really friendly but management needs to hire more folks to help out. Went in tonight thanks to the app Seated. They recommended it and so I took a chance. One person behind the bar and one person for all the rest. Wild. Wednesday night in NYC. WTAF. Hire more people.

Albert K.

Yelp
$0.50 Monday wings. Huge wings. Wonderful Mac and Cheese at well. Absolute steal of a deal. Will return. Over 10 televisions, 20 bar seats, and 40 indoor seats.

Kevin M.

Yelp
Went in yesterday. Really bad service. The shock top beer was really skunked. Bathrooms were pretty nasty. The place was dead on a Friday night. Then out of nowhere our server brought us our check and told us we had to leave because there was a private party coming in. Brutal

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
We just got I to the city. Found something close to the hotel. The food was good. The beer was good. The place is nice inside. The downside was our waitress. She checked on us twice, once to take our order and another time. She never brought us more water back. Slow service. Another waitress helped us, and took our bill. If you have 5 people in your party, they take 20% out automatically for granuity. Not right when the service was terrible.

Laura E.

Yelp
I came to this location while doing the Tippler event. My stay was brief for two reasons. Reason one: I was solo. Reason two: apparently they close at 7 which I was not aware. Anyways once seated I ordered my Tippler drink and was reminded by my server that I needed to purchase food ( which I was already aware and prepared for). After receiving my drink , the Hudson Punch, I ordered what I thought was the Steak House Burger and was given what I assume was the Hudson Burger. Either way, the burger was cooked perfectly and could only imagine the greatness of actually receiving the Steak House Burger. When I asked about happy hour cocktails I was informed by my server that there was no happy hour as the restaurant was closing at 7. So I ended up ordering a margarita which was given to me in a small plastic cup. I honestly was a little disappointed but strangely not surprised. Hopefully this place improves their customer service, communication, and cocktails.

Nazmus S.

Yelp
It was a Eventbrite free drink & free entry. Waiters seems little off. Not worth of time. A girl wanted to buy me a drink waiter refused to take that order.

Amanda S.

Yelp
I am not the type of person who writes a review for every establishment I visit. However, I feel as if this review is needed after my last visit here. First, let me start by saying, the best experience here was on the night of my birthday. I had an open bar, in a private room, set up for my friends and myself. The bartender was attentive to our needs, and everyone left quite buzzed, to say the least. It was a three hour open bar, and everyone definitely got their money's worth (my friends are still telling me how much fun they had). Last night, I came by with a few friends. We ordered wings because it was Wednesday. I must say, they were the best wings I have ever had, no exaggeration. They were saucy, but not too saucy, and cooked to perfection. To top it off, our service was great. If you're looking for good wings, come here. Also, the fries are bomb, the chili sauce that comes with it is sweet, yet tangy, and always tasty. That's my review, I have attached a picture for your viewing pleasure.

Yelp
Love this place!! Tracy and Kristi are awesome and made us feel right at home as soon as we got there!! The beer was cold and delicious and the pulled pork was the best I had ever had!! It's a very bright open space and these awesome ladies made our time there even better!! We can't wait to go back and see them and have more good beer, good food and good times!!!!!

Amelia H.

Yelp
**THIS REVIEW IS FOR BAR ONLY** We ordered the Huckleberry Lemonade which I have had plenty of times before (shoutout to Berry Park in Williamsburg) so was expecting about the same. It was the same but the difference is delivery. In BK (obv very hipster) you get it in a little mason jar with a sticker on it just for Berry Park, here it is just in a wine glass. I totally get this doesn't mean everything, but based off the interior of this place, I understand why presentation isn't everything. The food menu didn't appeal to me so I skipped by it, but based off some pictures I have seen here it looked pretty decent! For more pictures like the one below--follow @carbiesanon on Instagram!

Yelp
Average bar with plenty of space. There was nothing particularly appealing about this bar, but my friend and I were keen to try something new. It was certainly a new experience... I'd recommend going to other bars

Katie A.

Yelp
This place is fine if you want to grab a few drinks. It's nothing out of the ordinary, but the service is pretty quick. One complaint I do have though is that there isn't a lot of standing room near the bar. I came here on Friday evening, and my group kept getting told to move because we were in the path of the kitchen and staff needed to get through. Unfortunately, it was hard to find anywhere else to stand. In terms of food, the burgers are pretty average. Nothing to rave about. However, I did try the bacon chicken quesadilla on Friday and it was very good and a generous portion.

Louise R.

Yelp
Attended an event here. Only mingled on main floor. There was a separate event downstairs, where the bathrooms are located. The main floor was easy to lap and navigate around. The bartenders were nice, especially the woman working on her MSW. Drink specials were weak however and the well vodka used was not at all palatable. Nothing outstanding about this venue in general. Many flat-screens with sports playing. Some appetizers were passed around, the mozzerella sticks tasted salty and not fresh however the chicken tenders were cooked well and tastes fresh. To be fair, the food was circulating on a tray so the freshness could've been impacted by how long the trays were circulated by the waiters. I don't know that I'd come back to this place if there wasn't a specific event going on.

Yelp
Hudson Station Bar & Grill NY Manhattan Hells Kitchen 8:30pm Saturday 26th September 2015 Three Stars This was surprisingly empty even though NCAAF was on. We sat in the corner all by ourselves where we watched both the Kentucky v Missouri and the UCLA v Arizona games. I had a Coors light served in a bottle. I had the Turkey BLT wrap with Fries. The tortilla was soft, the turkey was moist, the bacon was crispy, and the dressing had a kick of spiciness. The fries were plentiful, extra crispy with an airy inside. Grant's food came out wrong but they were nice about it. The staff was a bit sparse but friendly and overall attentive. It's a good place to watch TV without feeling rushed.

Verneisha M.

Yelp
Upon arrival the wait was forever went with a group before a movie and if we were waiting on them to feed us we would have missed the movie. I personally think the food was average nothing to scream about but the truffle fries were very good of everything I tasted.

Sofia R.

Yelp
It was October 24, I had a bad day and decide to go for a drink and food in this place close to work. I had a great experience and this young lady made me feel better, she has short brown hair and brown eyes with a mole in her cheek i think she told me her name was Odalis. She was very gentle and pleased, brought me water every time she saw it was empty, the food she recommended was great and checked me twice. I recommend this place!!

Kristan T.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place. Best place to come watch the Ranger games. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, the staff is always dressed for the game and very attentive. The food is out of this world. The best part is walking in and seeing all of the rangers jersey just flood the place. It's also a very short walk from penn station.

S. C.

Yelp
Soooo ... I've been coming here for years. The bartenders/staff are good. What's not is the following: The audio not being played during hometown games because they just don't do that anymore. The lack of follow up by bartenders to ask you if you want another drink or you know ... water. The attempted to close your tab out before you're ready. The diminishing clientele because of the economy and just a lack of really great service.

Giang-Tien M.

Yelp
Ideally located a short walk from the Penn Station, Hudson station was fine to have an around $8 Corona beer. The bartender was friendly. I requested the beer menu. He told me none was available and pointed out to some of the beer selection on the wall and the draft beer machine... TV screens were playing sports.

Doug M.

Yelp
Sports bar with plenty of TVs and middling food. Attention on the beer here. Quick to offer another, but had to fetch my own ketchup from another table for my fries, and very nonchalant waitress service. Aforementioned fries not crispy and kinda chewy. Quick to clean up but service here is minimal. Clean and serviceable but no real atmosphere.

Suki W.

Yelp
Great happy hour magaritas (when it is on Thursdays) but terrible service. Oh, terrible table service*. My friends and I sat down at the table service and realized that the happy hour is only eligible at the bar, so we kindly asked to the bar. The waitress immediately takes the water from the glass and pours it back into the jug (ewww what?) and we proceed to move to the bar. She wasn't nice about it either but what... If the water is already poured into the glass.. you're pouring it back into the jug.. and then reserving it? Ew. I know we are trying to save the world and conserve water, but... gross?

Milena H.

Yelp
Nice big place, friendly staff and chill manager. Great for watching games and hanging out with friends for brunch!

G P.

Yelp
Last Friday after work stopped in for burgers and drinks. We got seated at a high top front window and the super power of being invisible came true! The place was busy, yes, but being ignored for 20 minutes is ridiculous. I went to bar to ask for drinks that I would have happily brought back to our table but was ignored. My husband went and lo and behold, a man is not ignored here. He ordered our drinks and food from bartender cause we weren't taking any chances that we would ever get table service. Hummus appetizer was awful. I don't know what brand they use, but just don't. Burgers thin and hooray, not over cooked but served on barely toasted English Muffins. Fries, undercooked and lukewarm. Obviously, we won't be back.

Anna B.

Yelp
Thank you so much, Hudson Station- whether it's helping us host a fundraiser to benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation in memory of our good friend, or a go-to-spot on Sunday to catch the game and a drink- you guys rock!

Kevin G.

Yelp
Second time here and just as good as the first. Seems like it's never busy when I was there, that's neither good or bad, right? Was seated right away and water and menu dropped off. They have a lot to choose from so when with the Hudson burger with NO BUN but lettuce instead. Brought out quickly, done right....they do a good burger. The sweet potato fries a bit greasy (for me) but that's a personal tasted. The waitress was attentive but not hanging around. My only "complaint" is they don't open till noon (first world problems, right?) There isn't a lot in this area so stop by, I'll be back.

Ash O.

Yelp
I would not come here unless you are a Nebraska football fan. The food is what you would receive at a movie theatre concession stand - microwaved and not very good. It is very loud and the decor looks tattered. It smelled awful downstairs. On the positive side, and the only positive at that, our waiter was very nice, prompt and helpful. There was a large crowd in attendance to watch the football game. They also had a "limited menu". Perhaps their more expansive offerings are better but of you can't get chicken tenders and a sloppy joe right, I doubt you can do better with more sophisticated offerings.

Rita L.

Yelp
Came here for a silent party one night with my friends, very interesting crowd. Some of my friends enjoyed it. It was pretty crowded and hard to go around. Overall just another standard sports bar.

Naomi P.

Yelp
This place is the spot to be at. Amazing customer service, bomb food, and awesome drinks. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Michelle B.

Yelp
A decent choice for happy hour if you're in the midtown/penn station area but definitely not a place for a night out on the town. They have a few happy hour specials every day. On Wednesday, we took advantage of the $20 pitcher of sangria. It was a gigantic pitcher and tasted decent enough. We got at least 8 full glasses out of it. We were starving so we ordered the Tri-Color Nachos with chicken, cheese sauce, spicy cherry peppers, diced tomatoes, fresh guacamole, salsa, & sour cream. The tortilla chips were obviously stale but the dish was fulfilling overall.

June G.

Yelp
Being from Nebraska and visiting the city during the Iowa game this felt just like home, from the food to the company. The food was good for bar food. They do a good job with chachkies, beads and such. The Nebraska menu had Runzas and red beer...no need to say more. Missing Val's pizza and Fairbury hotdogs, but still did well on the menu. Any Husker would be happy here. Make reservations early the alumni have all the premium seats reserved early.

Jim B.

Yelp
Long bar on the left, a few high tops, table seating behind a half partition. Did not get a tap count. Several flatscreens with sound up - today turned to the World Cup. Electronic jukebox with lots of tunes. Bartender was good but not working hard. Did not try the food but I saw some plates going by that looked good.

Nick D.

Yelp
So my girlfriend is from Nebraska and to my surprise, their football following has a bar in every state. Once we found out that this was the place to be to watch the Huskers, we had to check it out. It's a legit Huskers bar where you feel like you're Lincoln, Nebraska getting ready for the game. We got a table right by the entrance. There are plenty of tv's around too, so anywhere you really are in this bar, you'll be able to watch the game. Pretty good prices on the drinks. $10 for a bucket of beer and $15 for a beer towers. We started with their buffalo chicken dip which is served in a loaf of bread. Good buffalo heat from the dip, but to me it's not so much a dip. The chicken is kinda shredded but I like my chicken dip to be an actual dip. This is more like shredded chicken covered in buffalo sauce. We also had the tots which I thought were seasoned perfectly. We had to try their beef buns because it's a staple in Nebraska. Good flavor, but more like a slider. The food was pretty good as an overall. We plan on coming here every Saturday to watch the games. Perfect bar if you're a husker fan.

Matt M.

Yelp
Half of the taps were out. Bar missing the basics and kitchen closed before even 10pm. Won't even get into the service because Yelp won't allow for negative stars.

Rose B.

Yelp
I know Saturday nights in NYC can be busy but we entered Hudson Station at around 7pm tonight. Stood at the hostess booth for 15 or 20 minutes no one ever came. No one even greeted us. Lots of people standing around waiting for service. Terrible. We walked out.

Priya S.

Yelp
Tried them on Seamless---placed an order and got the wrong item delivered. Tried calling over and over again and got no response. Poor customer service!

Jenn C.

Yelp
Chili was delicious and beer was cold. Service was pretty quick too! My issue with this place is with the way the check is done. You can't request a separate check, and you can't pay with more than 4 cards. I get that it's a pain for the wait staff to do this, but this was the first place I've encountered in a long time with this kind of policy in place. Do yourself a favor and bring cash if you're dining with friends.

Gaurav P.

Yelp
I came here to kill some time before a meeting and sat down at the bar for a beer. Their lemon shandy by curios traveler is $8 and the place gets rather busy for the post-lunch crowd. It's fairly large with several TVs as well as ample seating both downstairs and upstairs. It's situated on the Southeast corner of 35th and 9th with a massive multi story parking garage diagonally across the street for convenience. The bartender is friendly and he's got a fairly full bar buts ages to handle all without any issues. A decent spot to stop in and have a beer...I will be back when I'm in the area. THIS has even a review by Gaurav

Rebecca C.

Yelp
Nice spot. Nice decore. Waiters are great to talk to. The food had great taste, and well presented. The wait time for waiting on the food was lit long at all ( at least on that early afternoon on a Sunday). I would definitely go there agin.

Francesca M.

Yelp
Had dinner and drinks here before going to a concert at Madison square garden. We made a reservation and we were able to be seated early. The happy hour food/drink specials are really great. The menu was not very extensive but the food was good and was prepared fast. The prices are very reasonable considering location to Madison square garden. I would definitely come back before an event or if I was meeting with friends in the area.

Lawrence H.

Yelp
I was in there for 5 minutes at the bar sat down by myself not once did the bartender ask me if I needed a drink or anything. A couple sits down right next to me and she immediately walks over to help them. As a result I walked out. I don't want to think she profiled me but it seems as though she did. Safe to say this wasn't a good experience and I won't be coming back here ever again and I will tell my friends not to ever visit this bar......

Kara M.

Yelp
Trying to find a bar to get a drink at before an event at MSG, Hammerstein Ballroom or anything nearby the Penn Station area is always tough, because when there's an event or game going on - everything is PACKED! A little bit (1 Avenue) further away from Penn, I stumbled (via Yelp) to Hudson Station. The bar was crowded with Rangers fans mostly. The tables were crowded too and my friends and I were able to put our name down for a bite to eat. We ordered some apps, service was pretty good, everything came out quickly. The sliders platter was a delicious selection of burger, pulled pork and buffalo chicken sliders with a pile of fries in the middle. Good for a group. They had a good selection of beers on tap and prices weren't too bad for the area either. The bar is big, has the main floor and a downstairs area, which I didn't realize until I went downstairs. NYC Social uses this bar as a sponsor bar which seems like a good spot.

Christopher M.

Yelp
Since many of us like to know the type of people to whom we're giving our business/money, I wanted to share the friendly, non-assumptive, taking ownership message I just received from James G., one of Hudson's Yelp business controllers (who I never saw or encountered during my 3-hour visit). It was entitled 'Thanks for the horrible review': "People like you are the true trolls of the internet. Maybe be polite to the staff, come in more than one time and smile, ask a nice question. Instead of being a whining cry baby complainer. Yelp that. You entitled baby." Kudo, James. Kudos :-)

Yelp
I hadn't been to Hudson Station in about 4 months because I have been studying for a securities exam. By chance my firm had our Christmas party here just before the holidays. Rave positive reviews from everyone. We were a group of 45 and had the room upstairs. I work in a firm with people from all over the tri state area as many of us in that industry do. I was a little nervous because some of my co workers are a little more upscale and this maybe beneath them. This is more of a sports bar and basic beers - not the martini and wine lists that some people look for. We had enough food for almost double the amount of people we had. The food was tasty and not what we expected from a pub. We also had pass arounds which hit the spot. I do have one small criticism, the waitress seemed to be agitated at times with one of her male co workers and it spilt into our party. She seemed nice enough and struck up conversation about how she was an aspiring actress and remembered me from a University of Nebraska event. Then both just seemed very unapproachable. I'm not sure if someone said something to the managers but we were assigned a new server which was terrific! I will say that this place is great and well worth the stop for not only MSG events but also now parties. The owners/manager (I have met a woman Erin in the past who I was told was the owner but may only be married to the owner) are a very nice couple. The times I have been in the manager Eric has always been in the back by the server station. He knows and takes care his regulars but at the same time finds a way to make everyone feel welcomed.

Yelp
This was the first and last time we will ever go. Walked in on a Sunday evening to watch the SNF game. The lights were barely turned on, it was so dark it was hard to see. We were never greeted but there was a sign that said "Please wait to be seated." There were only 2 people in the bar. This place SMELLED. As soon as I stepped in, I was hit with an intense sewage stench. I know NYC smells in general, but this was probably the worst smell I've ever encountered. It was atrocious. We walked right out because there's no way we could have an appetite after that smell and I was getting nauseous just from standing in the building for less than 5 minutes. Stay away!!!! Super disappointed.

Yelp
**We only had drinks here** With a warm rich wood and exposed brick interior, this place has a homey but sophisticated feel to it. The cuisine here is American gastro pub. Spacious and filled to the max with flat screens (25+?), this place should be where all the hungry alcoholic sports enthusiasts go to partaay!! Wait I think it's already like that... Plenty of formal tables as well as booths, but like everyone knows--the best (and funnest---okay okay! "most fun") place to be--is at/on/under (long story) the bar. Yeah YEAH! AMAZING bartenders, a wide variety of beers on tap, and an endless assortment of liquor--you have absolutely no reason to leave this place unhappy. Seriously, no reason. They make the happy juice STRONG here. More importantly, strong but delicious aka "sneaky" aka "panty-dropping time".. Bottom line: it doesn't taste like moonshine, but you'll get the same effect. Minus the experience of sipping out of a mason jar next to a bonfire.
