Ordered takeout. The carnitas taco and chicken taquitos tasted like they had been cooked in a lot of old oil. Didn’t provide the salsas on side.

Leave your expectations at the ordering window… When I lived in West Hollywood, Hugo’s was one of my go-to local eateries - never a bad meal. I’m visiting my bff. We just drove by Hugo’s Tacos in Atwater Village, so it made me smile when he said, “Let’s try it.” I had the burrito Al pastor. My friend a mushroom taco and a fish taco. The food was sooo bland and blah, just like the service. The outdoor eating area is unkept. My friend said he doesn’t like leaving bad reviews but “Hugo’s” Tacos was quite misleading.

Google
Food was 🔥🔥🔥. Definitely recommend the tortas. I had to stop and leave a review because of how good it was. Especially the chipotle sauce on outside of bread. Amazing. Aguas frescas are bomb had the watermelon, horchata, and Jamaica all of them are refreshing and not packed with sugar. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Google
Wanted a breakfast burrito with bacon , was told they don’t serve bacon. So I order an Asada(beef) breakfast burrito which I never seen this combination before. Oh WoW Delicious. Very tasty and hot salsa .

Google
The tacos were huge. I ordered 4 tacos, and I should have ordered 2. You would like this place. I recommend it

Google
Been going here for years but sadly the quality is not consistent. The shrimp quesadilla was great! Potato tacos which used to be more like a sauteed vegan mash in a crunchy shell taco we're just diced potatoes thrown in... Pass. The french fries that used to be delicious were pretty much just burned and in a very small bag. Pass, pass, pass.

Omg very good loved it. 💯 I love the Carne asada quesadillas (totally recommend!!)

Yelp
Haven't stopped into a Hugo's Tacos in forever but I was just hangry level hungry at a light and it was straight ahead of me so I decided to get a carne asada burrito w pinto beans (for a change). Thing was pretty massive upon first inspection but biting into it? You realize a good amount of that is just folded up tortilla!?! Odd. In any event, the asada is nicely salted but not overly salty and it tastes like there is some marinade or seasoning there. The two salsas you get - a really pleasant and almost citrusy tomatillo and a spicy red - are both excellent and clearly hand made. They go well on the burrito bites as well as on the supply of thick tortilla chips that come with the burrito as side. The whole affair before tax and tip was $13.79 and I was bummed that it was Thursday because it would've been $10 on Burrito Wednesday. Next time.

Marc S.

Yelp
Once again Hugo's can't fulfill a simple order. Two chicken quesadillas with habanero salsa on the side. No salsa despite being assured it was there. Two tacos with fries and honey chipotle sauce on side. No sauce and raw French fries.? Hugo's, you absolutely suck and we will NEVER order from you again. Go away as you clearly don't care. Bye. 0/10 F-

Yelp
Every time I drive by this place, I think to myself should I give it 1 more chance? I've tried their tacos and burritos twice and thought it was just so so. And once again, on my way home, I tried it again. I had the al pastor burrito with pico degallo inside bc it was dry the last time. Once again, this place was disappointing as the tortilla was too thick, couldn't take any meat and the inside was super dry bc they didn't even put any pico inside. They say third time is the charm but for me, no mas.

Joyce G.

Yelp
The food isn't that great tasting. I've tried their burritos, and 1 out of 3 visits, I only liked it once. The churros were great though. I would buy those again. I hate the type of mushrooms that they use in their burrito. The horchata was really disappointing. I would recommend sticking with regular tasting horchata. The service is fine. Sitting area outside if ok. There are a few tables, or you can stand.

Christina T.

Yelp
My favorite Things are the fish tacos and chorizo nachos! The staff is very nice and food is ready fast

Pete K.

Yelp
Catering The taco stand is always great so I tried them out for catering an event. Sara was super helpful along the way and answered all my questions and knew the exact amount of food for the party size. The arrived and set up EXACTLY the time the estimated, impressive, and everyone loved the spread. Highly recommend and suggest if you're looking for a taco bar caterers for a party or event! Thanks Sara/Hugos!!

Yelp
$15 for a potato burrito with black beans, avocado cream salsa, and habanero on the side. They forgot my habanero, and there was no sign of any sauce inside the burrito either?? Burrito was pretty much only full of black beans and large pieces of white onion. Some grains of white rice were scattered here and there, and the potato was disappointing too. The few cubes of potato I got were not well cooked (kinda seemed raw) and totally bland. Was given a side of 7 tortilla chips with my burrito. I kinda expected some flavor, like a little sauce maybe! Softer potato would've been enjoyable as well. Pretty let down. I had higher hopes for this burrito. I really like the verity of options they have at Hugo's with the customizable menu. Employees were friendly. The spot is convenient and ambience is nice, there is a lot of outdoor seating and parking. I won't be getting a burrito here again, but maybe their tacos are better.

Sapna S.

Yelp
I was in the area and remembered enjoying eating here so I decided to give it a chance. I ordered nachos with no meat which was like $15. I patiently waited for my order and noticed three people who ordered after me get their food first. I went up to the window and asked about my order and for some reason they hadn't started it yet. Not sure what happened but they said they'd look into it. I eventually got my order and they put the guac on the side "so it wouldn't melt". I'm sorry what? Guac doesn't melt! I finally get home and opened the box and all the cheese was melted to the top of the box and the chips were all soggy. Such a waste of time and money. The food was bland and the service was lackluster.

Tiffani G.

Yelp
I've tried this place twice and it is definitely NOT worth the hype by any means! I've tried the taco's and the Burritos there are far more better places to eat. Now the food across the street at the restaurant is so much better.

Quintin E.

Yelp
Hugo's a great small chain of taco stand restaurants offering a big menu of classic Mexican and Mexican American food dishes from taquitos to burritos, nachos, burgers, tortas, bowls, quesadillas, sweet treats like churros and more. They have a lot of awesome veggie options especially in the vegan and vegetarian variety. The soy chorizo tacos and burrito are a must with your salsa of choice. The mushroom carnitas or potato fillings are solid as well. The Al pastor is very popular according to all my local H.T. loving friends. Hugo's Tacos also has many gluten-free options as well. The service is perfect at the Glendale/Atwater Village fav with a fair amount of covered seating outside on the ride side of the ordering menu and a couple of tall standing tables just beyond the pick-up window on the left. You can find parking in their lot or on the street with few restrictions. Stopped in this easy walk up spot (no drive thru at Hugo's locations so get up and get moving) at this ironically on the corner of Glendale Blvd /Atwater Avenue spot. Food travels well for delivery or take out and they bundle and wrap everything with care. This was a great spot to partake in during a night/month of birthday celebrating with my friends Sonny (a soy chorizo taco enthusiast who ordered many) and Sarah (his girlfriend), but truly great food anytime of day! Good deals and good meals you can make them the way you want.

Noah S.

Yelp
Meh. Feels like a major gentrification predator with the standard prices. They always say, the nicer the neighborhood, the worse the tacos and unfortunately that reigns true here. I'd come back because it's close by and convenient as a post-library snack but $14 for a carne asada burrito with kind of plainly seasoned beef at best was a bit of a rip off. I'd come back to give it another try but I'm not holding my breath.

Chris S.

Yelp
Service was great. The packaging was a lot of box. The tacos were dry and lacked flavor both asada and chicken. The taco tortillas were also dry and probably sat untouched in a warmer instead of on the grill. The salsa was supposed to be medium but not even mild a brown sweet mix that lacked heat and flavor. Had burrito asada. That tortilla was tastier but lots of gristle and flavorless meat. Why not cook the meat onions and cilantro together? Salt? Pepper? Too much rice. Thought I'd try it but 4 tacos and 1 burrito was $33 and its tastier and only $21 at the other guys in glendale.

Alexandra L.

Yelp
I tried 3 different kinds of tacos, and all were meh, honestly. Everything tasted like it needed salt at the very least, even the salsa. The habanero salsa was just spicy, not flavorful. Everything was just bland and I wouldn't eat here again.

Joseph T.

Yelp
Stopped by this joint cause yelp said they have pretty good churros. Turns out they do but they are ok. While I was overlooking the menu on the side of the building I took a picture, check it out. I noticed that they had a al pastor taco which isn't surprising. If you have a taco joint that is staple but they describe it as being made with "middle eastern spices," which I never heard a Al pastor taco described that way. I just came from Mexico and had a bomb ass Al pastor taco so when I read it I was like I wanna taste that. Well the meat was ok better than I thought and I didn't taste too much middle eastern flavors. The meat was the only good thing because the tortilla tasted raw.

Mark B.

Yelp
Ordered three chicken tacos and a chicken bowl where I subbed out rice for extra beans because, you know, legume life. What did I get? A bowl filled with more beans than a vegetarian music festival, a sprinkle of lettuce, and chicken that clearly had the day off from taste. And where's the habanero salsa I ordered? Not a lick of heat in this poorly prepared dish. The tacos weren't a total culinary car crash, but let's talk the $29 price tag for entire order. Had I known the prices before I ordered, I certainly would've been more diligent. Since they are not listed on the menu, you basically pay what they charge. And how did this place nab LA Times' Best Taco of 2022? Same Black Mirror episode where El Cholo wins Best Mexican Restaurant, I guess. I'm left wondering who is in more need of a Yelp review--this place or the LA Times? If you love mediocre food, this place is for you. But my advice? Don't squander your hard-earned dollars or tastebuds on this taco stand. In a city that's a treasure trove of real deal Mexican food, believe me, we can do so much better.

Tania V.

Yelp
I keep giving them a try but their food has no salt, flavoring on it Their service is great and the ambiance is outdoor seating.

Quinn A.

Yelp
The gluten free burrito and gf churro are a game changer. I highly recommend. I mostly order the bean and rice but i've tried the chicken, beef, potatoes and breakfast burrito. The potatoes are usually undercooked which is disappointing but there's lots of other options. The baja tofu tacos are great too!

Fabian P.

Yelp
I didnt feel that this 14 dollar burrito was amazing; it was mediocre at its best. I can go to the hood and get a more flavorful burrito for 10 dollars. At Hugo's they charge you for the burrito without meat and then they add an extra charge for the meat. It lack taste. I drive from Newport Beach just to get this half ass burrito. It was slop, never again.

Lans M.

Yelp
Would be -10 stars. Ordered a gluten free burrito for my daughter who has celiac and one regular one for me. They failed to distinguish which one is which. Then when I called the girl who answered the phone was deeply apologetic and said they would make it again and send over asap. 45 min later no food, then called again and the person who answered the phone said they don't do that. Wiped any responsibility and wouldn't even let me speak to the person who I spoke to. Repeated over that this is Ubers issue and they couldn't help. 2 hours later, no dinner for my daughter and not an ounce of apology.

Judy T.

Yelp
The salsas are great. My friend seemed to enjoy her burrito. I had tacos. The meat was dry. The carnitas taco was the only one of the three that was not super dry. I was surprised our food was $33 for a burrito and a few tacos. Expensive for Mexican food of this type, but whatever. Will just go elsewhere in the future. They have a little patio area adjacent in the parking lot, feels like you are sitting in a parking lot. The service was whatever also. The avocado salsa saved my tacos from being almost inedible. Again, I really liked the salsa. My diet coke was pretty good too.

Linda W.

Yelp
3.5 stars!! Not quite 4 stars. Hugo's tacos has something for everyone - tacos, burritos, bowls, taquitos, and vegetarian options too! I've had their carne asada burrito which was tastier than I had anticipated; decently good quality meat and fresh tasting tortilla. Their tacos are not your super authentic taco-stand like tacos, but still pretty tasty when you're hungry. I've gotten the grilled fish taco - the fish is fresh+tasty, tortillas are warm and soft, and they even have an array of salsas to choose from (I picked habanero, which is deliciously spicy). The biggest con is their prices - around $3-4 for a single taco is PRETTY expensive if you compare to $1.50 street tacos. I'm happy Hugo's Tacos is in Atwater Village, because it's just so convenient and close to home. But it's important to set realistic expectations when you come here - pretty delicious, solid tacos but not your authentic hole in the wall type of taco.

Mae M.

Yelp
A little dive/hole in the wall on the outside, but Hugo's Tacos ended up being a pleasant surprise! One of my friends is Gluten Free and it can be hard to find Mexican Food, but Hugo's Taco was advertised as GF safe so we made the drive. The pictures on their website were a little misleading and we thought there would be an inside where we could sit down and order. Instead, it's right on the side of Glendale Blvd. and you order at the counter. They have a few (maybe 6-8) tables on the side of the restaurant outside. No bathroom :( We were very impressed with their attention to detail when it came to my friend's Gluten allergy. The woman who took our orders at the counter thanked us for letting her know and explained that they had separately non-gluten friers in the back. Their menu is also very clearly labeled with GF, Vegan, and Vegetarian options. My friend ordered the GF Taquitos w/ Chicken and really liked them! I ordered 3 tacos with crispy shells (Carne Asada, Carnitas, and Al Pastor). I liked that you can customize your sauce/spice level. 2/3 of the tacos were winners and I felt that the Carnitas was a little dry. I liked that they gave chips with our orders too so we could scrape up any excess that fell out of the tacos. They have a small parking lot in the back that is free for customers. I will likely return the next time my friend is in town for the GF options!

Yelp
Hugo's is always a good idea. This location has a good parking lot and a walk up window. It's usually pretty quick and the food never disappoints. Here are a few things I tried the last time I went. Crunchy Chicken Taco - First the chicken. I'm not usually a huge fan of chicken tacos, but I love Hugo's chicken. It's full of flavor not overcooked and dry like a lot of places. And their crunchy taco? Man I don't know if they make the shell in house or where they get it, but it is awesome. Always crunchy, a good flavor, and holds up really well. I always get a crunchy taco when I'm here. Sometimes I crave just the shell. Al Pastor Burrito - The Al Pastor was good, although not what I was expecting. It was much more cumin, clove, and cinnamon forward than what I'm used to. It wasn't bad though, I ate every bite, but might sample something different next time. The burrito itself was a good size, There were a lot of beans and rice, but I was kind of in the mood for that so it worked out. Salsa Ranchera - This is a standard roasted tomato salsa and they do it really well. It's an excellent house salsa if you will. Honey Chipotle - This is the star of the show in my opinion. It's sweet, smokey, spicy, and just keeps you wanting more. It's one of the more unique chipotle sauces I've ever tried and I would cover anything in it. Salsa Habanero - This had the spice you would expect from habanero, but it really lacked flavor. I won't get it again.

Logan L.

Yelp
you're food is great but i do not get why my order is wrong 75% of the time. also, i'm not sure what's up with the "here are 6 chips thing with no sauce".

Felbad O.

Yelp
Me and 2 friends went around 7pm, and it was just us ordering at the time. They got one of our orders wrong. We ordered tacos, mini nachos, and a churro. 3 mid-sized tacos really wasn't anything to write home about and for 12.50? That's a steal in the opposite direction. Nachos are mid and the churro wasn't pumpkin nor cooked. I'd honestly recommend going to El Pollo loco.

Lyle B.

Yelp
MID hey but at least it's expensive. just paid $16 (with tip) for a carnitas burrito so dry I thought maybe I was smoking a cigarette on a hot day. all beans and rice, no flavor. barely any meat at the bottom of my burrito. are latinos really cooking this food? i see them in there but i don't believe it. this burrito tastes like it was made by a boomer named Chuck in Needles California. two stars not one because as other people have mentioned the quality difference from to visit is wild. i have had some decent tacos here.

Susan P.

Yelp
I love tacos. I come to Atwater almost every Sunday and have been getting Hugo's a month. The breakfast quesadilla is fresh, big and good. The white fish tacos are a disgrace to California, with white fish on corn tortillas and salsa. I've gotten the potato tacos before and they were good. Today I got them and they were seasoned potatoes stuffed in hard shells with a disgusting amount of pico de gallo on top. I went to ask for cheese and he charged me $1.64 and gave me 3 containers stuffed full of white cheese. They remade them for me but it's over between us. If you order beef tacos you will get beef and salsa in a tortilla. And $3 for a coke in a can even though is says $2.29. The food here has gotten progressively worse each of the five times I've been here. Lucky the ladies behind me saw my tacos and made a run for it.

Sofya P.

Yelp
This is one of our quick go-to. I am obsessed with their honey chipotle sauce. So many taco options too. Many vegetarian options as well. Mushroom carnitas and soy chorizo yum!!

Claudia S.

Yelp
The chicken in the taquitos was charred. Seemed like the tortillas were overdone so that could justify the dryness of the chicken. They come with a side of beans and lettuce and mild pico de Gallo. The pico was so watery it made the refried pinto beans all soggy. To top it off there was a piece of avocado seed in my guacamole. Definitely never coming here again, even though I'm walking distance from the location.

Mayra F.

Yelp
Horrible taco place. We decide to give it a try but boy we regretted it. When you look at the menu, there are no prices next to the items.....for a reason. When I looked at my receipt, the price for a quesadilla was 11 dollars and the prices for 2 tacos was 8 dollars. The quesadilla was disgusting. I could have made that myself, in the microwave . They added more cheese than actual meat. The taco tortillas were cold and the meat was nasty. They overcharged and prepared with little to no effort. It gave my boyfriend the runs. On their banner, it says " best tacos of 2022", it should have said "worst tacos of 2022 AND 2023". And to the business owner....please do not reply with " will DM you with details". You need to look at the problem and fix it . I might sound like a Karen but after spending over 50 dollars for trash food, I have the right to be upset.

Jeremy E.

Yelp
Very average to below average food. The 5 times I went the food was pretty good. Last two times I got a burrito which was all beans and rice and today I got 3 tacos which left my mouth tasting greasy. Super greasy food and I wouldn't recommend. Today was my last day. Hate when food leaves you disappointed and greasy taste in your mouth. The worst!!!!

Roman K.

Yelp
shrimp tacos are gone so am I! in my honest option that was the best thing this spot had going for itself! Other than that it's pricey no indoor seating! It's a so so taco place otherwise bigger menu but same quality as villa corona

Allie G.

Yelp
I love Hugo's. Great vegan options. Friendly staff. Easy parking. They have good deals and a loyalty program too.

L C.

Yelp
Something has changed. It's hard to order because music is pretty loud right by the window. Very short line. 6 tacos took almost a half hour. They called our number, we sat down and the tacos were cold. And not just cold but below room temperature on 75 degree day. Didn't seem safe to eat. They remade them quickly and they were steaming, the studio city location is always hot and much faster. Something is up! We won't be back.

Melissa W.

Yelp
I like the location of this Hugo's Tacos. It's clean and they have sanitizers everywhere. I ordered their soyrizo taquitos which were really good. It came on a bed of beans, lettuce and avocado mix. They were crispy and delicious! Roughly around $9 for that. I also got the veggie burger which was alright. They did a good job of making everything soft when you bit into it. I could have added a little bit more salt though. I like Hugo's because you can tell they use quality ingredients. We also got to walk around the cute neighborhood while waiting for our food. I love all the vegetarian/vegan options they have here.

Enrique P.

Yelp
Amazing flavor thanks guys good job for next time it's my option congratulations I'm never forget

Anjuli J.

Yelp
Hugo's Tacos has amazing vegan options, including vegan meat and cheese, and I appreciate that so much. I love when a restaurant has their regular menu for meat eaters but has a full, robust vegan menu as well! It's always frustrating when the vegan options are an afterthought, but that's not the case at Hugo's. I haven't had their churros yet but they are also vegan and I'm excited to try them sometime! Honestly though, I'm mostly writing this 5-star review for the XXX salsa. I'm a spicy food addict and the XXX salsa is the spiciest salsa I've ever had, it's delicious.

Josh H.

Yelp
This continues to be the most inconsistent restaurant I've ever been to. I've lived in Atwater Village for 12 years, about four years ago I decided I was not eating at this restaurant anymore because they could not get an order right, over and over and over again. Every few years I try and give them a shot and they continue to fail at the modest task that is their charge: being able to fulfill an order the way it's ordered. The number of times I've ordered a burrito and paid to add guacamole to it, only to end up with a burrito with no guacamole, or tamales that end up with no salsa on them, or churros with no cinnamon and sugar on them, or ordered extra salsa and received none. I truly cannot think of a time in the last 6 or 7 years that they've gotten a simple order right. And tonight they failed again. What's incredible to me is over the course of a decade they've had multiple different staff members, and none of them seem to care about actually completing an order. Which tells me it's not the staff, it's the management and the ownership. It's not that the food is bad, the elements of it are generally pretty good. They just truly do not care to make your order the way you want it. If you eat here I'd recommend making absolutely no modifications to your order, certainly don't expect it to be made with care. I'm done with this place, again. Maybe I'll try again in a few years.

Shaniek D.

Yelp
Hands Down Best Tacos in La!!!!! I stopped here on a whelm while I was riding past as I saw they had a taco Tuesday special. To my surprise all tacos were $3 on Tuesday. Instantly I knew I had to try it out. I ordered the mushroom carnitas Ensenada style one hard, one soft. They were huge, filled to the rim and piping hot. As soon as I bite into these babies I was in HEAVEN. Talk about flavor!!! Words can't express how delicious these tacos were. All I can say is WOW! And this an an absolute, no doubt must try! I will be back again and again. I also ordered two more to go that's how bomb they were. They are phenomenal

Jessica M.

Yelp
I keep giving this place a shot because it's the only taco place I know that carries gluten free tortilla, but every single time I order from there they give me stale, old rice, a raw tortilla, all the guacamole in the last bite because it's not evenly spread out, and hard tasteless carnitas that could make your teeth fall out. For what you spend, it feels disrespectful to get such a poorly made flavorless burrito.

Sherry L.

Yelp
Not my favorite spot tbh. The churros (~$3-4) were REALLY good, nice dense & chewy (& gluten free & vegan I believe) but other than that I wasn't super impressed. The fries were simultaneously too soggy & too undercooked. The spicy chicken sandwich (~$9) came with peppers but I didn't like the flavors together. The chicken wasn't spicy enough & the cole slaw was too creamy in my opinion. The torta (~9) was ok (carne asada, guac, white onions (very heavy on the onions) , black beans, Mayo) but again, I wasn't super blown away. Also be prepared to wait a little. It took a while for my food to b ready. Maybe order ahead for pickup? I enjoy that there's a nice little parking lot just for Hugo's. They also have markers on the floor for social distancing & u MUST wear a mask!!!

Me C.

Yelp
Not as good as the Studio City location. Food didn't taste that good, especially compared to the other location. Plus, they ignored my requests (given over the phone) and forgot half of the sauces. Won't order from here again.

Allie A.

Yelp
LOVE Hugo's. Used to eat here all the time when I worked my old job in Glassel Park. The hard shell tacos are BOMB. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. Make sure to get utensils and napkins with your order, & FYI this is a small food stand with outdoor only seating.

Tammy S.

Yelp
People order at the window, wait for their number to be called and then sit at a table outside. There are heaters to keep us warm. I ordered the torta ahogada fish. It was pretty good. The bread had a sweet glaze on top, the fish was good. It comes with chips. I was happy with my meal = 4 stars. The reason I gave 3 stars was because my friends ordered tacos and other beef/carne asada entrees. They all looked like ground beef and they were not satisfied with their food. You would think mexican restaurants wouldn't have bad tacos. Chips and guacamole were good. I recommend the torta ahogada.

Veronica V S.

Yelp
It's unfortunate that this is a Mexican taco stand without the real taste/flavors on their dishes. They make Mexican food look bad specially their dry tasteless nachos. Who doesn't know how to make nachos??? I'm definitely not coming back and I wouldn't want o recommend this place even to my worst enemy. (Not that I have any) I was raised with Mexican home cooking so I got the tastebuds for the real deal. I give this place 5 thumbs down and counting. Save your money and go to Tack Bell. At least you'll know it's not real Mexican food there.

Marc A.

Yelp
I tried Hugo's just because a lot of my friends were posting about it. Since it is just down the street from me I decided to give it a try and I was disappointed. Although it has a lot of good things, it's more for the masses in the Atwater area. If you know what I am talking about, I would equate it to Panda Express for Chinese food... I really don't have a lot to say since we live in an area where the local street tacos have 100% more flavor and 3/4 the price of a regular taco. With all the offerings it's hard to have everything as fresh as possible. The carnitas were dry and really didn't have any flavor. Actually all the fillings didn't have a real flavor to it and pretty sure they are sitting in a warming pan. We had potato, shrimp, carne asada, carnitas and chorizo so I didn't just stick to one type. In any case, I gave Hugo's a chance and will leave it for the masses... Cleanliness: 8/10 The kitchen and storage areas seen through the windows were clean and organized Ambiance: 7/10 If LAFD will eat there... Restrooms: None Food: 2/10 Value: 2/10 Service: 7/10 Will I return? No gracias...

Yelp
We've tried so many different dishes from Hugo's, and everything always tastes fresh & delicious. Carne Asada bowls are a fave, plus vegan options make it an ideal go-to for the whole fam (especially after sports!). Choices of beans & fresh sauces are also great. Churros are warm & tasty.

Yelp
The food here is here is good and they have vegan options too. But the service here is awful. I will stand by the order window or pick up window for a long time. I've excused it in the past but it happens all the time. I went today around 7:05 pm, no line. I waited and called out for help. The worker wasn't friendly. I'm never acknowledged when waiting and frankly it's just poor customer service to not even acknowledge your customers or even apologize for the wait. I hope management fixes this issue.

Yelp
I don't understand what happened with the torta ahogada. I used to order it all the time when I lived in the area. Last two times I've ordered it wasn't dipped in the chipotle sauce like before . Am I ordering it wrong?
