Yelp
Hugo's is always a good idea. This location has a good parking lot and a walk up window. It's usually pretty quick and the food never disappoints. Here are a few things I tried the last time I went.
Crunchy Chicken Taco - First the chicken. I'm not usually a huge fan of chicken tacos, but I love Hugo's chicken. It's full of flavor not overcooked and dry like a lot of places. And their crunchy taco? Man I don't know if they make the shell in house or where they get it, but it is awesome. Always crunchy, a good flavor, and holds up really well. I always get a crunchy taco when I'm here. Sometimes I crave just the shell.
Al Pastor Burrito - The Al Pastor was good, although not what I was expecting. It was much more cumin, clove, and cinnamon forward than what I'm used to. It wasn't bad though, I ate every bite, but might sample something different next time. The burrito itself was a good size, There were a lot of beans and rice, but I was kind of in the mood for that so it worked out.
Salsa Ranchera - This is a standard roasted tomato salsa and they do it really well. It's an excellent house salsa if you will.
Honey Chipotle - This is the star of the show in my opinion. It's sweet, smokey, spicy, and just keeps you wanting more. It's one of the more unique chipotle sauces I've ever tried and I would cover anything in it.
Salsa Habanero - This had the spice you would expect from habanero, but it really lacked flavor. I won't get it again.
