The Best Seafood Restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona | Eater Phoenix

"The new seafood spot and oyster bar is an extension of the local Humble brand, though this is their first foray into dishes focused primarily on seafood. Weekly oyster selections are selected for both freshness and sustainability, but the options extend into how you want your oysters served, be it with a shot, with caviar, or on their own. The large menu offers everything from Hokkaido scallops to steamer dishes like Thai green curry with mussels to a daily crab entree. Try the halibut cheeks with miso butter, red cabbage, and wild mushrooms for something a little different. Their Low Tide menu is served daily until 5 p.m. with discounts on drinks and eats (caviar nachos, anyone?)." - Asonta Benetti

From beginning to end Humble Oysters and Bubbles didn't disappoint. Our server Abby was very attentive and so was the entire staff. The atmosphere was warm and fun with great music and even better food. We started with some amazingly fresh oysters that were selected by Abby. They were delicious and a great start to the night. We then moved on to our entrees. If you're luck enough to be there on the weekend make sure someone gets the prime rib that is out of this world. The shrimp and lobster roll was divine and the French dip was amazing az well. The owner Tim even stopped by our table to thank us!

I came here ready to indulge and this oyster bar delivered in most ways. I ordered one of every daily special oyster they had, the caviar bump, lobster bisque, lobster roll with salad, and the famous caviar nachos.🤤 The highlights? • The oysters were incredibly fresh and clean — a true raw bar experience (just note: no charbroiled or baked options here). • The caviar bump was buttery, briny perfection. • And the caviar nachos? Absolutely worth a return trip. Rich, salty, crunchy—chef’s kiss. The place filled up fast, so definitely get there early if you want a good spot. The vibe was energetic but still comfortable. Service at the bar was timely and efficient, and shoutout to the bartender with long dark hair 😍 she had amazing energy and added to the experience. Now for the misses: The lobster roll just didn’t make sense to me. Instead of a traditional buttery roll, it was served on a sweet croissant with massive chunks of lobster and shrimp. It was too sweet overall and impossible to eat as a sandwich — definitely a fork-and-knife situation. The side salad wasn’t any better — just some greens with a splash of oil. Wouldn’t recommend that combo. Overall, this place is great for oysters, caviar, and drinks — skip the lobster roll and salad, and you’ll have an incredible time.

Stopped in for a quick happy hour as a total seafood rookie and left wondering why I haven’t been living on oysters my whole life. These things were insane! The staff made everything super easy and fun, and Paige at the front was so sweet and welcoming I will definitely be back for round two.

Finally made it in to this fantastic champagne/oyster bar! That's actually not a fair definition because it's more than just that. We weren't super hungry, but the menu looks fantastic. I think many people would not consider Phoenix a place to be able to find good oysters, but they would be mistaken. It may not have the selection of someplace on the water, but this is another example of an excellent place to get oysters. We tried three different kind and they were all fresh and fantastic. The service and the staff were very attentive and the setting inside is top notch. We also came for the sparkling wine selections. If you're a fan of champagne or any of its other sparkling wine cousins, you got to check it out. We will be back again.

Google
The best lobster bisque I have ever had in my life. The anchovy buttered bread was incredible! Oyster selection was outstanding and all of the sauces. I have to say though using plastic throwaway ramekins really cheapens the experience. Throw those things away and buy some real ramekins. You can afford it. Bartenders were lovely.

Google
We had a great time here! Chynna and Peter were attentive! We enjoyed oysters, shrimp cocktail and prime rib sandwich with a bottle of champagne! Short wait for an enjoyable evening! We will be back!

Google
Absolutely loved my experience at Humble Oysters and Bubbles! The food was amazing. 12 hr short rib was tender and flavorful, wagyu fancy oysters were top-notch, and the cheesecake was the perfect finish. Drinks were great too! Huge shoutout to our server, Sultan, who went above and beyond. Service like that makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Google
The food has ALWAYS been on point at Humble Oysters and Bubbles. The Humble Burger is incredible and I’ve never not ordered it when visiting. Also, the Sangria Slushies are the best cocktail on High Street, and you can’t beat $6 for one on happy hour. Ryan was our server at our most recent visit and he was memorable for sure!

Yelp
My husband and I dropped in here on a Friday night for dinner and this restaurant is nothing short of AMAZING! From the service to the food, 10's all across the board. I started with a glass of champagne; while I do enjoy champagne I was not familiar with the options the restaurant offered. My server Jodie (the best ever) offered me samples of 2 different options which were really good. Next, we ordered appetizers. Let me just say the menu has lots of options. I knew I wanted oysters but end up getting much more. Anywho, I ordered the Scampo.... Delicious as hell! We ordered 4 island creek and 4 crescent moon oysters. Once again, delicious, fresh and not small like other oysters. For our main courses, I ordered the Cajun shrimp and angel hair pasta........words cannot express how perfect this pasta was. It was a little spicy but not overpowering and the portion size was perfect. My husband ordered the short rib which came with the creamiest mashed potatoes I've ever had OMG and a side of broccolini. At this point we were so full and just amazed at how great this restaurant was. The ambience was so friendly I could see myself here almost every week. But okay, here's the grand finale the CHAMPANGE CHLUSH & THE BREAD PUDDING!!!! I'm so sad I didn't take any pics but I was so busy enjoying everything. I will bring every visitor I have to Humble because it is just that damn good!!

Yelp
We went at around 5:30 on Saturday evening for an early dinner and the place was already packed. The wait was around 20 minutes but the food here was so good, it was totally worth the wait! The Oysters come with Chojang sauce, which is the Korean chili sauce made out of Gochujang, and it pairs amazingly well with the Oysters. The pasta sauce of Cajun Shrimp Angel Hair was a total 10/10 too, we had to order some bread to scrape all the sauce out of the plate. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Humble Oysters & Bubbles is such a fun, elevated spot -- from the moment you walk in, the East Coast-style décor and chic vibe set the tone, and the staff make the whole night feel easy and welcoming. Our server gave us a great bubbly rosé recommendation to kick things off, and it paired perfectly with the rest of our meal. We went all in on the oysters, and they were incredibly fresh -- exactly what you'd hope for at a place that specializes in them. Each one came out briny, buttery, and ice-cold, and it was fun to mix and match different flavor profiles. We also tried the tuna carpaccio. While it was still good, the caper sauce overpowered the tuna a bit, and I found myself wishing it had been beef instead -- more of a personal preference than a miss. After that, the Short Rib French Dip absolutely stole the show -- tender, juicy, and full of flavor, it was the kind of dish you don't expect at an oyster and bubbles bar but end up craving again. The balance of creative small plates, thoughtful recommendations, and the champagne and sparkling list makes this place really unique for the area. Between the oysters, bubbles, and cozy yet upscale vibe, it's definitely a spot I'd come back to for both casual nights out and special occasions.

Yelp
We went for National Oyster Day. They were offering $1 Oyster Bites all day as a celebration. We got there right at opening and there was already a line down the street. We tried to order a bottle of the Luca Paretti Prosecco ($44) and were told they were out. So our server brought us a bottle of the Pasqua Doc Prosecco ($59) instead. I asked if she was going to charge the cost of the Luca since it's their mistake for the lack of inventory. I was told no we had to pay the more expensive cost. We rolled with it since it was only a few dollars more, but it bugged me since the costumer shouldn't have to bear the cost of the substitution. We ordered some Oyster Bites. Our favorite was the Dumpling because the sauce is both sweet and salty. We like the Michelada (gives me Bloody Mary flavor vibes) and Rose but neither of us care for the Cucumber. We also ordered regular oysters, Lil' Bitches and Pink Moon! The Pink Moons were so good! They were creamy and smooth, definitively a favorite. My girlfriend ordered the short rib sliders on low tide (happy hour) that came with a side of jus for dipping, she loved them. We also ordered the Belgian waffle and caviar, WOW the flavor was fantastic! The waffle is buttery, sweet and fluffy and the caviar is rich and salty but also nutty and then there is a light lemon flavor. It's not a big portion, but with all the tastes going on it's the perfect amount to savor. This was the first time we ordered the Thai green curry mussels. The sauce was delicious with the coconut, garlic, and shallots. The mussels are served with a side of purple rice. I loved this dish but it needs to be served with a discard bowl for the shells, small forks (either 2 pronged or 3 pronged) for the mussels, and some sort of low shallow bowl since they serve this dish with a side of rice. We were scooping the mussels out with the sauce onto our plates and adding the rice because it was so yummy in the sauce but it makes a mess on the plate, plus we had all the empty mussel shells. A low shallow bowl would make the rice and sauce combo a lot easier to eat. Or maybe they skip the rice all together and serve the dish with few pieces of bread instead?!?! Service was slow but it was super busy being National Oyster Day! You could see their oyster guy Omar behind the raw bar working so hard shucking away, he was like a machine! Chef Gomez came over and chatted with us for a little while, he's very friendly.

Yelp
Oysters and bubbles are among my favorites so I was very excited to try this place. First let me start with the positives. The drinks were great. The Champagne Sangria was amazing. The frozen champagne topper was so fun. Our friend had the Sazerac which he said was also well done. We ordered oysters off the daily menu as well as oyster bites. I'm a huge oyster fan but I was a little disappointed. The champagne vinaigrette and other accoutrements were sub par and not what I was expecting from an oyster place. Also they served these things in plastic cups with wooden disposable utensils. So weird since we are spending $4/oyster. You also had to ask for the items - otherwise you just got a plate of oysters. Was expecting things to be nicer. For dinner I had the lobster roll which was a total disappointment. There was not enough lemon sauce and our waiter never came back in time for me to ask for more. It's basically dry lobster on a large croissant. And the croissant is not even edible in the way it was presented to me. It's not like a sandwich. You just have to eat the lobster with a fork. Also weirdly another person in our party ordered the same thing and he received double the lobster I got so there's obvious inconsistency in the kitchen. How could you send out two dishes to the same table like that? My husband had the halibut cheeks which he said was ok but he wasn't that excited. Vibe was fun but as other people noted extremely loud. Our server was friendly but clearly distracted chatting with his friends. We didn't get one of the things we ordered and took repeated requests for other missing items like forks etc. They served one person in our party's dinner like ten minutes after everyone else which was also not cool when you are dropping $100/pp. (it was clear he just forgot about it). Even getting him to take the item he never brought off the bill took forever. Sometimes being friendly and funny is not enough. Wanted to love this place because I love oysters (and the cocktails were amazing) but we probably won't be back.

Yelp
Humble Oysters and Bubbles exceeded all expectations with their absolutely delicious oysters and perfectly curated happy hour. The ambiance was intimate and stylish, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy great food and drinks. The servers were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond--even crafting custom drinks not on the menu. We especially loved the bubbles and oysters during happy hour, which was both fun and well worth it. This gem combines exceptional service, great flavors, and a beautiful atmosphere--definitely a five-star experience!

Yelp
Wow!! The atmosphere is sexy, classical, with an East Coast feel. The playlist felt nostalgic, although I was not born in the 1950s. But if I had, I feel like it would be the feeling. The decor is something straight out of the New York restaurant scene. The service was exceptional. All of our servers were really nice and attentive. Now for the food. We had the lobster bisque, which was very salty. But still really tasty. The lobster and shrimp salad was Hardy and really tasty. Then we had a dish, shrimp scampi. The sauce was delightful and a really nice portion. However, the lobster bisque was a bit salty. They still are five out of five for me and can't wait to go back. My friend had the short ribs, which were a nice portion. It was super tender and very flavorful. sorry I forgot to take pictures before we started to dig into the food.

Yelp
Oooh just love this place! Enjoyed great service by Brandis this visit! Enjoyed the 4 oyster bite happy hour special and Belgian waffle and caviar because why not! I was excited to see a non alcoholic bubbly on the menu. It is delicious! Highly recommend it all! My favorite oyster was the rose' (so zesty!) I definitely tasted a chili oil with the dumpling. Really tasty! The michelada was so deliciously limy. A tad spicy but great! The cucumber again so so zesty! My tastebuds are so happy! The waffle and caviar was not my favorite, BUT I don't have a sweet tooth so could just be me. I'm sure waffle and cream lovers would love it. And Chef Jorge is such a treat! So personable and fun to watch! And the Latin beats are so energizing!! Love it all!

Yelp
The ambiance and service are amazing! Must try: the shrimp sliders and the short rib dip. But explore the menu and see what you like. So many great options!

Yelp
Amazing food and service as always! My friend and I have returned regularly since it open almost a year ago. We love the atmosphere, food, and the service is always incredible.

Yelp
This place has been on my list for a while I was so glad I finally made it! We just did drinks and apps! And everything was lovely! Our server could not have been any sweeter, walked us through the whole menu! We each had a cocktail, I had the frozen spritz and really liked it! Then we did a 1/2 dozen oysters which were great. Their cocktail sauce kind of has an Asian flair and I personally loved it! Then we did the caviar pairings with Veuve and Belvedere which was a lovely little treat! The inside is really charming and makes you feel like you're on the east coast! .....Would be a great place to take company! Or just a nice little escape to feel like you're out of Arizona for a minute :)

Yelp
Coral, the food and the drinks are amazing. Gen, and Peter at awesome too! Highly recommended!!

Yelp
Cute place, giving east coast fish house. Nice ambience and lively atmosphere when it's busy. Decent cocktails and bites but my cocktail was served in a water glass and had way too much juice for the amount of alcohol. Food is a bit over priced for what you get unfortunately. Our fish was overcooked but they tried to correct it and made it a little better. We've had better seafood other places in town. They do have deals on certain days and happy hour. I'd go back for that. It's a great concept and I love humble bistro next door. They might not last on high street if they don't step it up a little though.

Yelp
The ambience including the interior design, decor and music was perfectly charming. The oyster three shots were artfully done and absolutely delicious. My favorite was their play on a shrimp scampi! They also have an amazing wine list, including a variety of options for champagne!

Yelp
I've been to Humble bistro and wanted to check out the new oyster bar. The aesthetic is clean and modern with a bar in the center and booths along the walls. I made a reservation but they weren't able to find it. However a table was open so we were seated right away. The service was OUTSTANDING. Our server Mason was funny, polite, incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of us. I'm usually not the one who's talked into dessert but I could've sat there all night ordering food! I tried the oyster bites, the caviar oyster and the oyster shot. Everything was super fresh and just beautifully done. The oyster bites each came with a different sauce and each one was delicious. It was my first time trying caviar and WOW. I'm officially a caviar girlie. I also ordered the shrimp sliders and they were small but so flavorful. My friend order the 12 hour short rib and she cleaned the plate! We had the chocolate mousse for dessert, it was Rich and so decadent. The service alone is reason to visit here, but the reasonably priced seafood that was still so fresh and "fancy" is reason to come back 100x Great wine and drink menu (no $20 Phoenix drinks here!) I had the champagne sangria and it was soooo good. They will see me often!

Barbara B.

Yelp
We had an awesome night out w friends! Food, ambiance, service were all great! We tried champagne sangria (very citrus and would be great in summer too), all of the oysters w the sauces they offer, the shrimp scampo app (which our waitress said you can add pasta and that would be a great meal!), the burger and the short rib dinner, all excellent! We had the crème brûlée and cheese cake crumble for dessert! We will def be back! And to top it off prices were reasonable! Ambiance was amazing and loved their music selection, made us feel like we're were out of the country on vacay!

Yelp
What a vibe! I love this adorable oyster and bubbles joint. Food was fantastic, every bite was 5 stars. The cajun shrimp pasta was so good I could literally sit in it! Humble bistro serves the cajun shrimp with some pita and I'm pretty sure it's the same dish except at humble oyster it's with angel hair pasta. I love it so much!

Yelp
Humble Oyster & Bubbles - Birthday Dinner Review We celebrated a birthday dinner at Humble Oyster & Bubbles tonight, and while the evening started strong, it ended with a few hiccups that left us a bit disappointed. The atmosphere is lovely--open, bright, and energetic without being too loud. We had a great time kicking things off with cocktails, two bottles of champagne, a round of oysters, and a shared appetizer. The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every dish we had was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A solid 5/5 on the food front. Unfortunately, service slipped as the night went on. One of our main dishes was forgotten entirely, and it wasn't addressed until the manager came by to check in. To their credit, they comped the missing dish without hesitation, which we appreciated. But then the final straw: our server ran the wrong tab on our credit card--another misstep that took away from the celebration mood. When you're spending that kind of money on a special night out, you hope for a seamless experience. While the food was truly exceptional, the service issues made for a rough ending to what should have been a flawless evening. Would I go back? Maybe--but with different expectations.

Yelp
My husband and I came for an anniversary dinner and we had such an incredible experience here. The service was top tier! Our server Coral was fabulous, she did a great job of recommending items on the menu for our taste and took excellent care of us. I have food allergies and I felt so comfortable in her care! Highly recommend the scallop crudo, it was our favorite dish of the night. We also loved the "oyster and shot" options. We will be back!

Yelp
Super friendly staff, good music, positive vibes. Lovely selection of bubbles by the glass. The gracious staff was happy to make recommendations and offer tastes. Especially apreciate that they offered a non-alcohol option. Oysters were fresh and delish. I was also a fan of the smoked salmon, shrimp scampo, and broccolini, and a nicely dressed side salad. We also tried the halibut cheeks and pan con tomate, but there are other things on the menu I'd order before these. Wish they had a location in the West Valley but would def return.

Yelp
Took my friend here for her birthday dinner and we had a great experience. As an oyster lover, I was in heaven looking at the variety of offerings on the menu. Not to mention, everything was so reasonably priced. We described our favorite oysters by size and taste to our server, Navneet, and she made the perfect recommendations for us. We also had the Cajun shrimp pasta, shrimp scampo, and the Spanish octopus. Every dish was absolutely devine. If you are in the mood for some fresh, tasty oysters, in a nice and chilled atmosphere, this is the place to go!

Brandace A.

Yelp
What a lovely establishment! Quaint and lively atmosphere! I love the low lighting and the loud music, romantic but high energy. Strongly suggest getting seated by the beautiful open windows to add a breath of fresh air to your experience. As a Bubbles lover this place is HEAVEN, there is an assortment of Cavas, Proseccos, Cremants, and even Champagnes by the glass! I landed on a glass of Lambrusco which was an EXCELLENT choice. (I do want to note that if I was not by myself, I would've absolutely ordered a bottle of Veuve, as they have it at an amazing price point of $99)!!! The food menu is versatile and I believe there is something here for everyone, although I did not decide to go with the oysters this evening I can't wait to come back and enjoy them! I decided to go with one of the "Steamers" it was an angel hair pasta with Cajun shrimp, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The flavor and portion size were perfect! Not only was an impressed by vibes and the food, but my service from the moment I walked in the door was exceptional! I was seated and introduced to the menu before my server even came over! Throughout the experience not only did my wonderful server check on me but the host and manager checked in as well! Super meaningful experience, as a solo diner I feel as though I can be overlooked but everyone made me feel like I was super important and they genuinely care about my experience. This was a perfect place for a solo date but I can't wait to bring my girls so we can order that bottle of Veuve and try their frozen Champagne Slush!!!! I'll be back soon no doubt.

Yelp
I have since been back to this restaurant three times since my first visit and I can say it has become my favorite spot here in Arizona! Highly recommend the oyster bites, really love the michelada and dumpling flavors. The service is great and the music is too. Feels like an elevated old timey dinner spot and I love it!

Yelp
Everything from the service with Phoenix and Sham was impeccable. The food was phenomenal. The champagne was phenomenal. The entire experience was delighted. I highly recommend checking this place out.!

Yelp
Came by on a Friday night around 7pm. Very busy, but our wait time was only 15 mins. Loved the look and feel of the place. We scored seats by the big open window and everyone who walked by would stop and admire the place. Menu had plenty to choose from; we opted for two of every oyster off the choice menu, the 12hr short rib, lobster and more, tuna carpaccio, and Spanish octopus. Everything came out in a timely manner and our favorites for the night were the short rib and the 'lobster & more' entrees. Short rib was so tender and the mashed potato purée was divine. The lobster and more had a decent variety of seafood. Lobster was cooked perfectly, scallops and shrimp were decent on a bed of purple rice. Dipped everything into the chipotle hollandaise sauce and I have no regrets. Least favorite dish was the octopus. Although tender, I felt it was missing something. Maybe I'm too used to charred octopus? Oysters were fresh and decent tasting. Can't think of any specific oyster that stood out. Overall, decent food and amazing service! Need to come back again to try several other menu options.

Yelp
We came in on a Sunday night, and even though it was busy and we didn't have a reservation, we could still get a table, which was a pleasant surprise. I started with the Island Marg (skinny) made with Casamigos Blanco, fresh citrus, a splash of Aperol, and a black salt rim. So refreshing and perfectly balanced. For starters, we had the shrimp scampi, and it was incredible--gulf prawns with heirloom tomatoes, roasted garlic, capers, brown butter, and white wine sauce, served with rustic bread. Honestly, I could've made a meal out of that alone. We also ordered the house salad as a side, which was big enough to share. The vinaigrette was so fresh and flavorful--though I'd probably ask for a little less tomato next time. We went with the Lobster & More dinner for the main course, which included lobster tail, scallops, Argentine shrimp, and Gulf prawns poached in butter and EVOO over forbidden rice. It was rich, decadent, and beautifully presented. It came with two sauces--cho-gochujang and chipotle hollandaise--and we leaned toward the cho-gochujang for that extra depth of flavor. Overall, such a great experience--busy but worth it, with food and drinks that stood out.

Yelp
I've heard about this restaurant on TikTok so my husband and I decided to try it on Saturday night. It was busy but there were 2 seats at the bar that we snagged, it's a very cute vibe inside, clean but also just makes sense for what the restaurant is. I got the stewardess mocktail- it was so good I ended up getting two! My husband got the humble espresso, he's loves an espresso martini and said this one was great if you like them creamy. We decided to just get appetizers so we got the caviar kettle chips, shrimp sliders, and oysters. You can pass on the caviar kettle chips, definitely get the shrimp sliders and of course get oysters. We'll definitely come back again to try more in the menu!

Yelp
I feel like visiting this restaurant genuinely poses a risk to the health of my eardrums. If you want to listen to trumpet, saxophone, and flute solos played at maximum volume, then this is the place for you. I had to borderline shout to have a conversation over dinner because the music was so loud. While the food was good, I was so distracted by how incredibly loud it was, that I found myself anxious to leave as soon as possible. The waitress was very nice, and I enjoyed the service, however, it was pretty slow. I felt like I was in some kind of torture chamber, where I had to listen to the shrill sounds of trumpets while I waited for my food to be ready. If the volume was turned down, I would definitely give this restaurant a four star review. I really can't stress how uncomfortable it was with how painfully loud the music was played.

Yelp
My friend suggested happy hour at Humble oysters and bubbles, apparently she's been 10 times without me, and I might never forgive her. How did I not know about this beautifulofern bright dining room with $6 happy hour wine cocktails and a great discounted food menu? So, the happy hour is only 4pm to 5pm. I assumed we would be waiting in line before the doors opened and crowding in to all wait for service at the same time. Instead, we arrived at 410 pm on a Friday to a mostly unoccupied restaurant and bar. We chose a booth and visited while we perused the menu. I ordered the social sangria which had a lovely white sangria on ice topped with frozen champagne. OMG, this was a big fat glass full of deliciousness. Sweet but not copying, the sangria is quite lovely on its own, but add the frozen bubbles and wowza! Friend had straight up bubbles, a partner to her appetizer order (HH menu has some pairings). Excited to try the smoked salmon dip, I brought my own rice crackers. Yes, they might have offered me cucumbers or chips as a gf sub if I had asked. But the dip was salty, meaty and perfect on my Trader Joe's crackers. Plus more satisfying than veggies. Friend enjoyed the crusty toast points from my dip, then munched down the short rib sliders in a hurry as i dug in to the dip with my crackers! The short rib is tender and chunky, a perfect little bite but tiny. They offer this in a big sandwich too, for the hearty appetite. We also split an amazing shrimp ceviche with halved heirloom cherry tomatoes, slices of cucumber, red onion and whole shrimp, almost like a deconstructed ceviche. It came with blue corn chips which were fine, if not special. Note, we opted not for the happy hour Michelada ceviche but the traditional Shrimp one off the main menu. Although the price difference is only $1 we felt the flavor profile of the traditional one was more our style even if all the other ingredients were the same. Now I will have to go back to try the other one! We ate all the ceviche and had more drinks. And then more drinks. Because, bubbles! See you again soon, sangria! Xoxo

Yelp
If you seen the kitchen you wouldn't eat there. Let alone smelled it. I don't know what is going on but it daily has a smell of disgust coming out that kitchen. Was so bad the other day I didn't know if would vomit or pass out.

Yelp
We had three servers during our visit. They were all very nice but, none of them paid any attention to us or our orders. We ordered appetizer's and the order came up short of what we ordered. We had to get plates and silverware from another table. Salad and side of potatoes came after our meal after we let them know we did not get them before or with our meal. We had to afk three times for champagne glasses before we got them. Never again. Food was average.

Yelp
Came here some time ago and just loved the place. Feels kinda fancy casual which I love. The fancy ceviche oysters and the lobster roll are absolute home runs. The roll comes with an in house made croissant and lemon butter... literally to die for. Best I've had in AZ so far. Service was great, given when needed and great knowledge when it came to their vast wine program. Will be back!

Yelp
Great service here and delicious food. Staff was very attentive and all the recommendations were great. I like how there's a variety of oysters and the dumpling one was one of my favorites. Definitely a great spot to enjoy on high street!

Yelp
Very nice place to dine in and enjoy the food. Dim lighting and windows open out to look out on the streets beautiful. The food was amazing I had lobster Bisque, shrimp angle pasta and champagne sangria. Our waitress was nice and patient.

Yelp
This restaurant is so close to being great. Our group stumbled upon it by accident as our wait at another restaurant was too long. We were sat quickly and the ambiance is really fantastic. Lovely decor - very thoughtful design. The music was unnecessarily loud, I could barely hear my friends and I'm in my late 20s. The table water was room temperature, our waitress upcharged my friends (served 9oz pours without asking which turned a $16 glass of wine into $23), and the food was good but not great. My shrimp was VERY undercooked and there was not much flavor in my sauce. I think there a a lot of potential for this place to be amazing but it's not there yet.

Yelp
Being from New England, I was so excited about this place. But, I've been there three times and I feel compelled to write a review. The service has been great each time. What I found disappointing is the take on classics. Oysters without horseradish and cocktail sauce. When I asked, I received horseradish and five different sauces, none of which were cocktail sauce. The shrimp cocktail was warm and came with tiny shrimp. The portions of the mains were too small. This isn't classics with a twist, this is overthinking it. Don't mess with fresh seafood, period, stop!

Yelp
I'd never tried a seafood lasagna and it was great comfort food. The menu is incredible, I had a hard time choosing. I'll definitely go back to try some other dishes. Sat at the bar service was great.

Yelp
As someone from Connecticut, I admit I may be more attuned than most to matters of etiquette and thoughtful hospitality. That said, even Emily Post herself would find the system at this restaurant utterly perplexing. They don't accept reservations, which is fine--many popular places don't. So I added my name to their waitlist and waited patiently for 45 minutes. When I arrived, with time still left on my waitlist countdown, I was informed (without the slightest hint of apology) that there would now be an additional two-hour wait. Why? Because the waitlist I joined was merely a pre-waitlist--a holding queue for the actual waitlist. I wish I were exaggerating. When I politely pointed out how irrational and misleading this was, the staff seemed either confused or indifferent. No one took accountability, and no one offered any explanation beyond "that's just how it works." Restaurants rely on more than good food--they rely on clarity, respect, and the ability to manage expectations. Unfortunately, this place fails spectacularly on all three counts. I left disappointed, hungry, and frankly, a bit insulted. If you value your time--and your dignity--I suggest dining elsewhere.

Yelp
Awesome, unique concept for North Phoenix . Great menu, excellent value. Super friendly staff.. we are so excited to have a new place up here!! Definitely coming back!! Only complaint is summer hours have them opening at 4 and happy hour ends at 5.... We need more happy hour.!!

Yelp
I'm very disappointed that ....................... I didn't come to this restaurant until one year after it opened! We really needed an independent unique restaurant like this. It's bigger and better than ocean trails at talking stick casino. The ambience and atmosphere is not like a high-end steakhouse, but rather like a quaint and bright seafood restaurant in Cape Cod. Food was very good. My rife was not up for seafood so she ordered the short ribs and mashed potatoes. We both agreed that it was the best version of this we ever had and my wife who brought yourself on her mashed potatoes said they were even better than hers. A couple tips. The scallop Crudo had a lot of intense flavors going on, not your typical Japanese Ponzo based sauce After eating this I couldn't taste any milder food afterwards The lobster bisque taste was right on and it was steaming hot. My pet peeve is most restaurants only serve soup warm and I frequently have to send it back to get reheated unusual. They added two shrimp and the lobster bisque would preferred. They added some lobster and even charged more if necessary. Surprisingly, they don't have little seafood forks and they didn't provide a bowl for me to put my empty shells in. We will definitely be back

Yelp
Really enjoyed this place. My wife and I stumbled upon this place while wandering down High Street looking for a dinner option. Really fun decor - New England vibe in here. Small and quaint. Menu had lots of options. We started with a dozen oysters. My wife had the scallops, and had the "Lobster and More" dinner option. The entrees were more filling than they initially appeared they would be. Prepared well and tasted fresh. Many drink options - my wife had prosecco and I had a sazerac cocktail. Two dessert options, we opted for the cheesecake which was great. Friendly attentive service as well. We left full and happy!

Yelp
This was a fun spot for a light dinner and drinks. I would skip the oyster bites next time and just ask for the sauces and order the market oysters instead. Really liked the spritz cocktails.Place is cute and had a fun vibe.

Yelp
Came in right when the restaurant opened and found out it was happy hour! Amazing!! My boyfriend and I ordered 2 grapefruit spritz (YUM) & so cheap! I think they were like 9$ each. We then ordered the kettle chip caviar nachos those were really good had a lot of flavor! We ordered oyster shooters which my boyfriend was a fan of! We got 6 raw oysters, sliders which came with a free drink which was awesome!, we also had tuna carpaccio so good! Food and drinks were really good and we paid 100$ for everything (we also got another round of drinks). Overall great service, great happy hour prices and great vibes. The restaurant is super cute inside too! We will definitely be back :) We wish Humble Oysters & Bubbles was out in Gilbert! But we will gladly take the drive out for some of that fresh seafood!!

Yelp
As long time fans of Humble Bistro, we were excited to give their newest venture a try. What a fantastic experience! From the immaculate interior and helpful staff, to the oysters, shrimp, and even Wagyu burger, they nailed it across the board. The owner was on site and we had the pleasure of chatting with him, he clearly takes so much pride in creating a high end experience. His menu is unique with so many great options. We enjoyed it thoroughly and will definitely be back very soon, looking very much forward to it!

Yelp
Service amazing!!! Our server was knowledgable and helpful. Oysters were excellent - fresh and lots of good options. Server recommended a great bottle of bubbles. My husband also had two excellent cocktails. They did make a a minor error bringing our oysters to another table but apologized profusely and immediately made it right. The vibe is fun. We enjoyed the oysters, shrimp sliders (so yummy), caviar potato chips (we wish the chips had been house made as the dish has strong potential) and scallops. Had an awesome experience!

Yelp
Oysters were delicious and they have patio seating which made for a nice atmosphere. They have a large variety of wine as well.

Yelp
The interior of Humble Oysters and Bubbles is very white and feels very clean--the perfect backdrop for the freshness of the seafood they serve. Décor is minimal--some maps on the back wall and small maritime photos circle the room. Since we are in the desert, the seafood quality was a pleasant surprise. Having lived on both coasts, I appreciate and recognize fresh oysters, and the ones we chose were great. The velvety textured oysters had just a hint of ocean brininess and were not overpowered by our sauce selection. Our first selection was so good, that we ordered another. My husband was pleased with his entrée--the bouillabaisse and I ordered the Hokkaido scallops. They were served on a bed of purple rice and then surrounded by a wonderful lemon sauce. The bits of fried capers added just the right touch of crunchiness. I loved it! Hubby had wine but the frozen champagne sangria was intriguing so, of course, I ordered it. Our server was friendly and helpful and I cannot wait to go back. Hopefully, next time we'll have better luck with parking.
