The Best Seafood Restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona | Eater Phoenix

"The new seafood spot and oyster bar is an extension of the local Humble brand, though this is their first foray into dishes focused primarily on seafood. Weekly oyster selections are selected for both freshness and sustainability, but the options extend into how you want your oysters served, be it with a shot, with caviar, or on their own. The large menu offers everything from Hokkaido scallops to steamer dishes like Thai green curry with mussels to a daily crab entree. Try the halibut cheeks with miso butter, red cabbage, and wild mushrooms for something a little different. Their Low Tide menu is served daily until 5 p.m. with discounts on drinks and eats (caviar nachos, anyone?)." - Asonta Benetti

I came here ready to indulge and this oyster bar delivered in most ways. I ordered one of every daily special oyster they had, the caviar bump, lobster bisque, lobster roll with salad, and the famous caviar nachos.🤤 The highlights? • The oysters were incredibly fresh and clean — a true raw bar experience (just note: no charbroiled or baked options here). • The caviar bump was buttery, briny perfection. • And the caviar nachos? Absolutely worth a return trip. Rich, salty, crunchy—chef’s kiss. The place filled up fast, so definitely get there early if you want a good spot. The vibe was energetic but still comfortable. Service at the bar was timely and efficient, and shoutout to the bartender with long dark hair 😍 she had amazing energy and added to the experience. Now for the misses: The lobster roll just didn’t make sense to me. Instead of a traditional buttery roll, it was served on a sweet croissant with massive chunks of lobster and shrimp. It was too sweet overall and impossible to eat as a sandwich — definitely a fork-and-knife situation. The side salad wasn’t any better — just some greens with a splash of oil. Wouldn’t recommend that combo. Overall, this place is great for oysters, caviar, and drinks — skip the lobster roll and salad, and you’ll have an incredible time.

Went for the 1st time ladt night. We had a fantastic dinner. The food was awesome and very tasty. The Oyster were excellent and I enjoyed them very much. We sampled two very nice Champagnes. Billecart 1818 and Beau Joie. They were both really great tasting. The Champagne Sangria was outstanding. Really enjoyed the flavor of it. We will be back for sure to try some other things that they have on the Menu. If you like Oysters try this Restaurant. I am certain you will not be disappointed. 🥂🍽

Absolutely loved my experience at Humble Oysters and Bubbles! The food was amazing. 12 hr short rib was tender and flavorful, wagyu fancy oysters were top-notch, and the cheesecake was the perfect finish. Drinks were great too! Huge shoutout to our server, Sultan, who went above and beyond. Service like that makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

I love this little place, it’s such a find! The vibes are great, very east coast but with a little swagger. I love the mix of Jazz and Latin music. The oyster selections are great and the cocktails are fun. I have been here 5 times now, and the food has been really consistent for a newer place. Highly recommend!

Who would have thought the best oyster bar I have ever been to was on the booming sea town of Phoenix. Shamara is one the best bartenders we have ever had. Exec Chef Jorge is an expert oyster picker! What an amazing night. Also the bubbles selections and recommendations are off the charts. The staff is just amazing but the the bubbles and oysters just outstanding! If you are in Phoenix and you like oyster and bubbles stop reading and just go! Bound tips try the oyster bites!!!!!!

Google
Very fun atmosphere for date night. Great martinis, bubbles and oysters (as advertised!) sat at counter and bartenders were nice and helpful to select delicious drinks to go with our seafood. Shrimp cocktail was different plating than typical but good. Tuna crudo was ok. Scallop with purple rice was not our favorite - scallops were not seared, so texture a bit off and sauce was ok. Cheesecake crumble for dessert was perfect ending.

Google
Some of the best Ive had in North Phoenix, the best Shrimp Scampo ever! Short rib and potato purée were perfect, lobster and more, excellent. My only issue is that the exceptional lobster bisque was supposed to come w anchovy butter on toast. Traditionally youd have the buttered toast an a single anchovy lengthwise. That salty oily crunch would have been perfect w the creamy bisque. Instead it was buttered toast w no detectable anchovy. Since everything else was excellent, Im simply going to assume the chef was unfamiliar with this accompaniment. I will be returning with friends.

What a fantastic new restaurant! A girlfriend and I visited tonight for a friend date, and it was incredible from start to finish. Izzy was our server, and she was wonderful. She really knew the menu and every recommendation she made was on point. We had the ceviche, the smoked salmon, the hokkaido scallops, the spanish octopus, and the oyster bites trio. For raw oysters we each tried the minter brook, the sweet petite, the pai pai, and the beausoleil, per Izzy's recommendation. For dessert we had the cheesecake crumble (and of course a glass of bubbles to accompany the meal). We were not disappointed by any of the food. The hokkaido scallops were probably the most delicious scallops I have ever had (and I adore scallops so I have tried my fair share). The portions are generous. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with elegant lighting, and very good music selection which is not so loud that it interferes with conversation. This was a wonderful evening and I will be back!

Yelp
Awesome, unique concept for North Phoenix . Great menu, excellent value. Super friendly staff.. we are so excited to have a new place up here!! Definitely coming back!! Only complaint is summer hours have them opening at 4 and happy hour ends at 5.... We need more happy hour.!!

Yelp
Oysters and bubbles are among my favorites so I was very excited to try this place. First let me start with the positives. The drinks were great. The Champagne Sangria was amazing. The frozen champagne topper was so fun. Our friend had the Sazerac which he said was also well done. We ordered oysters off the daily menu as well as oyster bites. I'm a huge oyster fan but I was a little disappointed. The champagne vinaigrette and other accoutrements were sub par and not what I was expecting from an oyster place. Also they served these things in plastic cups with wooden disposable utensils. So weird since we are spending $4/oyster. You also had to ask for the items - otherwise you just got a plate of oysters. Was expecting things to be nicer. For dinner I had the lobster roll which was a total disappointment. There was not enough lemon sauce and our waiter never came back in time for me to ask for more. It's basically dry lobster on a large croissant. And the croissant is not even edible in the way it was presented to me. It's not like a sandwich. You just have to eat the lobster with a fork. Also weirdly another person in our party ordered the same thing and he received double the lobster I got so there's obvious inconsistency in the kitchen. How could you send out two dishes to the same table like that? My husband had the halibut cheeks which he said was ok but he wasn't that excited. Vibe was fun but as other people noted extremely loud. Our server was friendly but clearly distracted chatting with his friends. We didn't get one of the things we ordered and took repeated requests for other missing items like forks etc. They served one person in our party's dinner like ten minutes after everyone else which was also not cool when you are dropping $100/pp. (it was clear he just forgot about it). Even getting him to take the item he never brought off the bill took forever. Sometimes being friendly and funny is not enough. Wanted to love this place because I love oysters (and the cocktails were amazing) but we probably won't be back.

Yelp
As someone from Connecticut, I admit I may be more attuned than most to matters of etiquette and thoughtful hospitality. That said, even Emily Post herself would find the system at this restaurant utterly perplexing. They don't accept reservations, which is fine--many popular places don't. So I added my name to their waitlist and waited patiently for 45 minutes. When I arrived, with time still left on my waitlist countdown, I was informed (without the slightest hint of apology) that there would now be an additional two-hour wait. Why? Because the waitlist I joined was merely a pre-waitlist--a holding queue for the actual waitlist. I wish I were exaggerating. When I politely pointed out how irrational and misleading this was, the staff seemed either confused or indifferent. No one took accountability, and no one offered any explanation beyond "that's just how it works." Restaurants rely on more than good food--they rely on clarity, respect, and the ability to manage expectations. Unfortunately, this place fails spectacularly on all three counts. I left disappointed, hungry, and frankly, a bit insulted. If you value your time--and your dignity--I suggest dining elsewhere.

Yelp
I feel like visiting this restaurant genuinely poses a risk to the health of my eardrums. If you want to listen to trumpet, saxophone, and flute solos played at maximum volume, then this is the place for you. I had to borderline shout to have a conversation over dinner because the music was so loud. While the food was good, I was so distracted by how incredibly loud it was, that I found myself anxious to leave as soon as possible. The waitress was very nice, and I enjoyed the service, however, it was pretty slow. I felt like I was in some kind of torture chamber, where I had to listen to the shrill sounds of trumpets while I waited for my food to be ready. If the volume was turned down, I would definitely give this restaurant a four star review. I really can't stress how uncomfortable it was with how painfully loud the music was played.

Yelp
What can I say, I Love Oysters and I Love Champagne so this restaurant is made for me! It's very charming and has an East Coast feel. They did a great job with the decor. The music is great. It reminds me of the soundtrack to the movie "Something's Gotta Give," which took place in the Hamptons. I've been there for dinner a few times as well as happy hour a few times. It's definitely energetic during happy hour! It gets a little loud but not too bad. Hearing champagne corks popping during your meal is always fun! Not only do they have a great happy hour they also have a great deal all day on Mondays and Tuesdays where you get a "Bucket and Bottle," a dozen oysters & a bottle of bubbles for $39! As far as their happy hour my only complaint is I wish it went longer, it ends at 5pm! I like oysters on the half shell. They've had a great selection every time. They've always been clean and fresh. I've tried all of their creative oyster bites in the different mignonettes as well as two of the fancy oysters. They were interesting and fun to try, but I'll stick with the oysters on the half shell. My only suggestion is I wish they would serve their oysters on the half shell with oyster forks and cocktail spoons for the sauces and mignonette. I don't like using the same one for loosening my oyster and then for the sauces, especially when there are 4 of us having oysters and one small spoon. For appetizers...the Tuna Carpaccio is delicious, the Shrimp Sliders have great flavor, the Shrimp Ceviche is good (we liked it much better than the michelada ceviche that's on their happy hour), the Caviar Kettle Chips are salty and fun! For entrees...the Cajun Shrimp & Angel Hair Pasta is a MUST!!! It's fantastic! The sauce is perfection. You will want to dip your bread in the sauce and soak it up, yum! One annoying thing is we asked for extra bread for that exact reason and they charged us. I can see if we weren't spending a lot, but our bill was well over $200 with wine and champagne and food...just throw in the 2 small pieces of bread and not charge us the extra $2. Anyway the Hokkaido Scallops are also a favorite! The Lobster Shrimp Salad is great and has lots of shrimp and lobster. We also enjoyed the Halibut Cheeks. The drink menu has lots of options. Of course lots of champagne and wine. I've also had the champagne sangria, champagne chlush, and their aperol grapefruit, all great! We've also tried the Nitro espresso, their version of an espresso martini. It was good but was missing the coffee beans...needed our health, wealth, and happiness for luck! There are also non seafood options on the menus. Can't wait for them to start serving brunch!!!

Yelp
Oooh just love this place! Enjoyed great service by Brandis this visit! Enjoyed the 4 oyster bite happy hour special and Belgian waffle and caviar because why not! I was excited to see a non alcoholic bubbly on the menu. It is delicious! Highly recommend it all! My favorite oyster was the rose' (so zesty!) I definitely tasted a chili oil with the dumpling. Really tasty! The michelada was so deliciously limy. A tad spicy but great! The cucumber again so so zesty! My tastebuds are so happy! The waffle and caviar was not my favorite, BUT I don't have a sweet tooth so could just be me. I'm sure waffle and cream lovers would love it. And Chef Jorge is such a treat! So personable and fun to watch! And the Latin beats are so energizing!! Love it all!

Yelp
This restaurant is so close to being great. Our group stumbled upon it by accident as our wait at another restaurant was too long. We were sat quickly and the ambiance is really fantastic. Lovely decor - very thoughtful design. The music was unnecessarily loud, I could barely hear my friends and I'm in my late 20s. The table water was room temperature, our waitress upcharged my friends (served 9oz pours without asking which turned a $16 glass of wine into $23), and the food was good but not great. My shrimp was VERY undercooked and there was not much flavor in my sauce. I think there a a lot of potential for this place to be amazing but it's not there yet.

Yelp
This place has been on my list for a while I was so glad I finally made it! We just did drinks and apps! And everything was lovely! Our server could not have been any sweeter, walked us through the whole menu! We each had a cocktail, I had the frozen spritz and really liked it! Then we did a 1/2 dozen oysters which were great. Their cocktail sauce kind of has an Asian flair and I personally loved it! Then we did the caviar pairings with Veuve and Belvedere which was a lovely little treat! The inside is really charming and makes you feel like you're on the east coast! .....Would be a great place to take company! Or just a nice little escape to feel like you're out of Arizona for a minute :)

Yelp
What a vibe! I love this adorable oyster and bubbles joint. Food was fantastic, every bite was 5 stars. The cajun shrimp pasta was so good I could literally sit in it! Humble bistro serves the cajun shrimp with some pita and I'm pretty sure it's the same dish except at humble oyster it's with angel hair pasta. I love it so much!

Yelp
Humble Oyster & Bubbles - Birthday Dinner Review We celebrated a birthday dinner at Humble Oyster & Bubbles tonight, and while the evening started strong, it ended with a few hiccups that left us a bit disappointed. The atmosphere is lovely--open, bright, and energetic without being too loud. We had a great time kicking things off with cocktails, two bottles of champagne, a round of oysters, and a shared appetizer. The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every dish we had was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A solid 5/5 on the food front. Unfortunately, service slipped as the night went on. One of our main dishes was forgotten entirely, and it wasn't addressed until the manager came by to check in. To their credit, they comped the missing dish without hesitation, which we appreciated. But then the final straw: our server ran the wrong tab on our credit card--another misstep that took away from the celebration mood. When you're spending that kind of money on a special night out, you hope for a seamless experience. While the food was truly exceptional, the service issues made for a rough ending to what should have been a flawless evening. Would I go back? Maybe--but with different expectations.

Yelp
I've been to Humble bistro and wanted to check out the new oyster bar. The aesthetic is clean and modern with a bar in the center and booths along the walls. I made a reservation but they weren't able to find it. However a table was open so we were seated right away. The service was OUTSTANDING. Our server Mason was funny, polite, incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of us. I'm usually not the one who's talked into dessert but I could've sat there all night ordering food! I tried the oyster bites, the caviar oyster and the oyster shot. Everything was super fresh and just beautifully done. The oyster bites each came with a different sauce and each one was delicious. It was my first time trying caviar and WOW. I'm officially a caviar girlie. I also ordered the shrimp sliders and they were small but so flavorful. My friend order the 12 hour short rib and she cleaned the plate! We had the chocolate mousse for dessert, it was Rich and so decadent. The service alone is reason to visit here, but the reasonably priced seafood that was still so fresh and "fancy" is reason to come back 100x Great wine and drink menu (no $20 Phoenix drinks here!) I had the champagne sangria and it was soooo good. They will see me often!

Yelp
Super friendly staff, good music, positive vibes. Lovely selection of bubbles by the glass. The gracious staff was happy to make recommendations and offer tastes. Especially apreciate that they offered a non-alcohol option. Oysters were fresh and delish. I was also a fan of the smoked salmon, shrimp scampo, and broccolini, and a nicely dressed side salad. We also tried the halibut cheeks and pan con tomate, but there are other things on the menu I'd order before these. Wish they had a location in the West Valley but would def return.

Yelp
Took my friend here for her birthday dinner and we had a great experience. As an oyster lover, I was in heaven looking at the variety of offerings on the menu. Not to mention, everything was so reasonably priced. We described our favorite oysters by size and taste to our server, Navneet, and she made the perfect recommendations for us. We also had the Cajun shrimp pasta, shrimp scampo, and the Spanish octopus. Every dish was absolutely devine. If you are in the mood for some fresh, tasty oysters, in a nice and chilled atmosphere, this is the place to go!

Yelp
I'd never tried a seafood lasagna and it was great comfort food. The menu is incredible, I had a hard time choosing. I'll definitely go back to try some other dishes. Sat at the bar service was great.

Yelp
Came by on a Friday night around 7pm. Very busy, but our wait time was only 15 mins. Loved the look and feel of the place. We scored seats by the big open window and everyone who walked by would stop and admire the place. Menu had plenty to choose from; we opted for two of every oyster off the choice menu, the 12hr short rib, lobster and more, tuna carpaccio, and Spanish octopus. Everything came out in a timely manner and our favorites for the night were the short rib and the 'lobster & more' entrees. Short rib was so tender and the mashed potato purée was divine. The lobster and more had a decent variety of seafood. Lobster was cooked perfectly, scallops and shrimp were decent on a bed of purple rice. Dipped everything into the chipotle hollandaise sauce and I have no regrets. Least favorite dish was the octopus. Although tender, I felt it was missing something. Maybe I'm too used to charred octopus? Oysters were fresh and decent tasting. Can't think of any specific oyster that stood out. Overall, decent food and amazing service! Need to come back again to try several other menu options.

Yelp
As long time fans of Humble Bistro, we were excited to give their newest venture a try. What a fantastic experience! From the immaculate interior and helpful staff, to the oysters, shrimp, and even Wagyu burger, they nailed it across the board. The owner was on site and we had the pleasure of chatting with him, he clearly takes so much pride in creating a high end experience. His menu is unique with so many great options. We enjoyed it thoroughly and will definitely be back very soon, looking very much forward to it!

Yelp
Came in right when the restaurant opened and found out it was happy hour! Amazing!! My boyfriend and I ordered 2 grapefruit spritz (YUM) & so cheap! I think they were like 9$ each. We then ordered the kettle chip caviar nachos those were really good had a lot of flavor! We ordered oyster shooters which my boyfriend was a fan of! We got 6 raw oysters, sliders which came with a free drink which was awesome!, we also had tuna carpaccio so good! Food and drinks were really good and we paid 100$ for everything (we also got another round of drinks). Overall great service, great happy hour prices and great vibes. The restaurant is super cute inside too! We will definitely be back :) We wish Humble Oysters & Bubbles was out in Gilbert! But we will gladly take the drive out for some of that fresh seafood!!

Yelp
I've heard about this restaurant on TikTok so my husband and I decided to try it on Saturday night. It was busy but there were 2 seats at the bar that we snagged, it's a very cute vibe inside, clean but also just makes sense for what the restaurant is. I got the stewardess mocktail- it was so good I ended up getting two! My husband got the humble espresso, he's loves an espresso martini and said this one was great if you like them creamy. We decided to just get appetizers so we got the caviar kettle chips, shrimp sliders, and oysters. You can pass on the caviar kettle chips, definitely get the shrimp sliders and of course get oysters. We'll definitely come back again to try more in the menu!

M L.

Yelp
The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the music way way too loud. Mentioned to our server who had a canned response "we like live music vibes". I looked around, said yes, me too but there is no live music here. For the price point you're not attracting the younger crew who doesn't mind yelling to be heard. Turk it down a notch or 2

Yelp
My friend suggested happy hour at Humble oysters and bubbles, apparently she's been 10 times without me, and I might never forgive her. How did I not know about this beautifulofern bright dining room with $6 happy hour wine cocktails and a great discounted food menu? So, the happy hour is only 4pm to 5pm. I assumed we would be waiting in line before the doors opened and crowding in to all wait for service at the same time. Instead, we arrived at 410 pm on a Friday to a mostly unoccupied restaurant and bar. We chose a booth and visited while we perused the menu. I ordered the social sangria which had a lovely white sangria on ice topped with frozen champagne. OMG, this was a big fat glass full of deliciousness. Sweet but not copying, the sangria is quite lovely on its own, but add the frozen bubbles and wowza! Friend had straight up bubbles, a partner to her appetizer order (HH menu has some pairings). Excited to try the smoked salmon dip, I brought my own rice crackers. Yes, they might have offered me cucumbers or chips as a gf sub if I had asked. But the dip was salty, meaty and perfect on my Trader Joe's crackers. Plus more satisfying than veggies. Friend enjoyed the crusty toast points from my dip, then munched down the short rib sliders in a hurry as i dug in to the dip with my crackers! The short rib is tender and chunky, a perfect little bite but tiny. They offer this in a big sandwich too, for the hearty appetite. We also split an amazing shrimp ceviche with halved heirloom cherry tomatoes, slices of cucumber, red onion and whole shrimp, almost like a deconstructed ceviche. It came with blue corn chips which were fine, if not special. Note, we opted not for the happy hour Michelada ceviche but the traditional Shrimp one off the main menu. Although the price difference is only $1 we felt the flavor profile of the traditional one was more our style even if all the other ingredients were the same. Now I will have to go back to try the other one! We ate all the ceviche and had more drinks. And then more drinks. Because, bubbles! See you again soon, sangria! Xoxo

Yelp
Food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! But why does these waitresses look like I'm a strip club? Brought the whole class down. Didn't feel exclusive and fancy. More of a titty bar
google avatar

Melissa G.

Yelp
We were excited to try this place! It's located on high street right next to humble bistro. It is a completely different ambiance- very bright and inviting. The staff is friendly and really know the menu. We received our food and drinks quickly. The only negative was the music was a bit loud.
google avatar

Skyler P.

Yelp
Great service here and delicious food. Staff was very attentive and all the recommendations were great. I like how there's a variety of oysters and the dumpling one was one of my favorites. Definitely a great spot to enjoy on high street!

Yelp
This Seafood Parlor is a restaurant you don't want to miss! I was a bit hesitant since I don't really like oysters but they had so many other items to choose from! Our server Navi was so sweet and helpful! We will request her when we go back! The restaurant is bright with everything very white and clean. We ordered a bottle of the Charles Roux sparkling rose. Very reasonably priced and tasted delicious! For a starter we ordered the shrimp scampi. For our main dish we split the Lobster Roll with a side salad. We can't wait to go back, ask for Navi and try other items!

Yelp
This was a fun spot for a light dinner and drinks. I would skip the oyster bites next time and just ask for the sauces and order the market oysters instead. Really liked the spritz cocktails.Place is cute and had a fun vibe.

Yelp
Ambiance was great, such a cute restaurant!! The food was diverse and fun. I would say this would be perfect for a date night or girls night with friends.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this place. My wife and I stumbled upon this place while wandering down High Street looking for a dinner option. Really fun decor - New England vibe in here. Small and quaint. Menu had lots of options. We started with a dozen oysters. My wife had the scallops, and had the "Lobster and More" dinner option. The entrees were more filling than they initially appeared they would be. Prepared well and tasted fresh. Many drink options - my wife had prosecco and I had a sazerac cocktail. Two dessert options, we opted for the cheesecake which was great. Friendly attentive service as well. We left full and happy!

Yelp
Food and service were both exceptional! The tuna app was delicious, and so was everything else we for. Gen was a great waitress!!

Yelp
Food sucks. Sea food is questionable smelled fishy. We ordered the short rib and some other items bland at best! Service is okay. Drinks are Fantastic!!!!
google avatar

Staci F.

Yelp
Service amazing!!! Our server was knowledgable and helpful. Oysters were excellent - fresh and lots of good options. Server recommended a great bottle of bubbles. My husband also had two excellent cocktails. They did make a a minor error bringing our oysters to another table but apologized profusely and immediately made it right. The vibe is fun. We enjoyed the oysters, shrimp sliders (so yummy), caviar potato chips (we wish the chips had been house made as the dish has strong potential) and scallops. Had an awesome experience!
google avatar

Yelp
Although our server was lovely the food was average at best and the oysters were fishy. Worried I may get food poisoning from them. gave very small champagne pours. Would not go back

Yelp
Had an amazing time at humble oysters and bubbles! The champagne sangria is a must!!! We love oysters so we ordered a huge variety of their current offerings! The cucumber and dumpling oyster bites were some of my favorite specialty dressed oysters. Love the accompaniments. The lobster bisque was out of this world delish.

Yelp
Marisol is THE best server! I am so glad we stopped in here! Will be back. We had the oysters and caviar kettle chips!

Yelp
The interior of Humble Oysters and Bubbles is very white and feels very clean--the perfect backdrop for the freshness of the seafood they serve. Décor is minimal--some maps on the back wall and small maritime photos circle the room. Since we are in the desert, the seafood quality was a pleasant surprise. Having lived on both coasts, I appreciate and recognize fresh oysters, and the ones we chose were great. The velvety textured oysters had just a hint of ocean brininess and were not overpowered by our sauce selection. Our first selection was so good, that we ordered another. My husband was pleased with his entrée--the bouillabaisse and I ordered the Hokkaido scallops. They were served on a bed of purple rice and then surrounded by a wonderful lemon sauce. The bits of fried capers added just the right touch of crunchiness. I loved it! Hubby had wine but the frozen champagne sangria was intriguing so, of course, I ordered it. Our server was friendly and helpful and I cannot wait to go back. Hopefully, next time we'll have better luck with parking.

Santana L.

Yelp
I'll start with saying the atmosphere is great and the service was good. So good job on that. I am not sure I would come back though. The music is just too loud. It's not a large restaurant so there's no reason it should be as loud as it was. The food was just ok at best. Every dish was so bland with no flavor at all. The lobster roll was a dry croissant with 4 pieces of shrimp and 3 pieces of lobster. Not worth the price. The ceviche was also flavorless and the chips they served with it nothing would even fit on it because the ceviche was not chopped up. If they fixed the music and the food it could be a great place. Great place to hang out and yell at your friends over the music but maybe not so much about the food for now! Good potential.

Yelp
SAD! Won't be returning. They had a decent menu; however, one small complaint and one huge problem will stop us from returning. We were there shortly after Happy Hour. We wanted the salmon dip appetizer on the Happy our menu, which one of our guests has had before. We did not expect Happy Hour pricing. The server firmly said NO! It's after HH. WIth some pushing, she went to check if we could order it anyway, at any price. Another person (manager?) came out to tell us NO! It wasn't available... ?? Smoked salmon entree was on the menu... Hard to believe they couldn't/wouldn't make one more appetizer a few minutes after Happy Hour??? The MAJOR issue was the level of "background music".... It wasn't! We politely requested the music be turned down, just little, so we could talk without screaming AND so the server could hear us without repeating ourselves. She firmly said, "That's a hard NO! We want it to have lively club atmosphere." We should have walked at that point; however, I wanted to try the menu. A relaxing evening with friends at Humble Oysters & Bubbles WASN'T.

Yelp
The Humble restaurant group has done it again! This time - elevated!! This place is incredible!!! From the pan tomato bread, shrimp scampo, black hummus - all delicious & full of flavor. The fancy oyster creations are magnificent. The waygu and shrimp, ceviche and my personal fav the tartar. The high quality fresh oysters and ... sauces! The variety of amazing sauces to compliment the oysters is perfection! The short rib French dip and Cesar salad are also winners! I recommend the crispy potatoes. The gorgeous staff tops off the experience with their friendly, attentive service! Wish there was a Humble Oysters on the Upper West Side of town.

Yelp
This is our first time here. We came for a 21st birthday celebration. Our server made the experience far better than expected. Sultan was amazing all the way through the meal. He was able to make suggestions and work through everybody's food desires to helped choose the perfect entrée. He was a whiz with choosing just the right drink for everyone individually. This may be our new favorite. Humble Bistro was our go to for special occasions and new people in town, but now humble oyster is our new gem that we will now have to tell all of our friends about and start bringing to on the regular

Yelp
Service was exceptional, and I really enjoyed the vibe . However, we were really dissatisfied with the dishes we ordered . I had the Halibut cheeks and it was dry, my husband ordered the Lobster with scallops and shrimp which was also dry . The drinks were also not very good . Our server was great though, she was extremely friendly and took great care of us . We didn't mention to her that we were disappointed with the food and drinks .

Yelp
The decor is really well done. Love the bar. However it's the service that makes this place shine. It's like they are on a mission to ensure you walk out happy with your experience. Love the menu as well. Went with a varied selection of oysters and then the halibut cheeks. Would go back and order both again. And of course a bottle of bubbly...which were very reasonably priced. Great addition to High Street.

Yelp
I went here to try their happy hour for the oysters and I was shocked of how good it was I'm not an oyster person, but the happy hours and the flavors are so good. The service was very nice. The vibe were immaculate. I would definitely go back. I forgot to take pictures. I will next time.

Yelp
This place is one of the best restaurants I've been on High Street. The ambiance is well executed, and the food was incredible. I highly recommend the 12 hour short rib, and the elote was surprisingly some of the best I've had in Phoenix. The happy hour is also a great deal. Our server was Mitchell. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. This will stay high on the list of favorite restaurants in North Phoenix.

Yelp
Place opened in November 2024. Awesome new dinner! Recommendations: Lobster Bisque (needs a pinch more salt but super delicious), Seafood Lasagna, Oysters of course. Braised pork and halibut were decent. Shrimp scampi had very good shrimp. Pros: Service was great- very attentive. Atmosphere was fun and chic. Drinks were good. Tried the champagne sangria which was pretty good if you like more citrusy drinks with less sugar. Staff is dressed well. Suggestions for improvement: Music was a bit too loud; hard to hear each other. Menu is cool but a bit hard to read. Would not recommend the octopus or shrimp appetizer. The oysters are definitely good, but they are a little bit too salty compared to eating oysters on the coast, which might be because they have to be imported into Phoenix. Not the best seafood I've ever had but above average for Phoenix. Overall: Awesome place and highly recommend for a fun chill night!

Yelp
Just amazing . Service was fantastic. I'm from Virginia however, not an oyster fan. But, I do know oysters and having the privilege to share my knowledge with my love was beyond words. He very much enjoyed and we will be returning soon.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try this place for the last few months and just never make it over to High Street! OMG amazing! We had 2 dozen of super fresh oysters. Love that they focus on East Coast oysters. A bottle of really good bubbles was such a nice treat with the oysters. My husband had the Cajun shrimp steamer pasta. He loved the dish. I had a salad which was great and our friend had the lobster/shrimp roll. We all loved our meals. Our server Gen was FABULOUS! And that's an understatement! Extremely knowledgeable and didn't miss a beat. We will definitely be back soon!

Yelp
Let's break it down: Ups - Great vibe - Open to the outside - Warm and inviting - Fun, good crowd, loud but not too loud - Creative and fun menu - something different yay! - Solid value considering the location - Pre-5pm HH concept of Oysters and a bottle of sparkling wine. It's not bad bubbles either. - Service was good despite being really busy Downs - They need to chill those oysters. Like a lot because they were all room temp. - Instead of serving Oysters on a bed of salt, serve on ice - Let the customer know what oysters are which in a mixed dz so if I like one and want to order more, I know what to order. - Keep working on those flavors. Everything is real close but we ate family style and nothing really wow'ed us. - The halibut (could have been grouper I can't remember) cheeks were on the dry side. Again, awesome menu item but just needed a bit more love. - Room temp table water I'll be back for sure because these folks know food and I'm pretty sure they will work out the kinks. Everything is right on the edge of being great. Just chilling the oysters well would raise my score a star, but if it's in your name, you have to handle your star product perfectly.

Yelp
Not sure!!! The food was really amazing! Lots of good choices. Confusing happy hour menu. Scallop Crudo was fantastic. HH Sliders excellent. Lobster Bisque delicious! Decor is really nice! So different and fresh. Service was great! But, and a big but! The music is ear splitting. And don't even think about asking them to turn it down. The people sitting behind us asked and were told. Sorry nope! We mentioned it to the hostess on the way out. She has obviously heard it a million times already and brushed us off. It's SO LOUD you can't even think!! Don't know if we'll be back. If a restaurant isn't willing to listen to its customers, that's def a problem. Too many good seafood options in town as competition.
