Its relatively flat bread has a nice crackly crust with a soft (but not chewy) interior, making it very pleasant—and easy—to eat. Most importantly, the bread-to-filling ratio is perfect and the distinct layers of the salami-pastrami-capicola trifecta amp up the peppery flavor profile.
