HUMMUS Bowls & Wraps

This was my first time trying HUMMUS and I was IMPRESSED. My bowl had chicken, regular hummus, mixture of greens, quinoa, pickled onions, cucumber, feta and beets. I got the vinegarette sauce but I didn't even use it. The bowl was flavorful by itself! I already can't wait to go back.

We probably wouldn't go there again. Normally we love these kinds of places. They had a nice selection but the food wasn't particularly tasty (definitely missing onions and seasonings) and the prices were fairly high.

1st time here and wasn’t sure what to expect (food quality wise). I couldn’t decide between the braised beef and braised lamb. I was happy to be able to sample each one and ended up ordering the braised beef bowl. The beef was savory, and the veggies were fresh. It was really delicious! The restaurant was clean and the service was awesome. I will definitely be back.

Visited this place thanks to my local friend. I absolutely loved my Hum Bowl. The quantity was quiet liberal so one can eat a whole if super hungry, else share! You can go for a wrap or a bowl and you have a lot of options for ingredients. The have a variety of sodas with natural flavours and some non soda drinks too. When we visited, the place was not crowded. The ambiance is lovely and I particularly liked the wall which has a lot of greens - (i think succulent plants). The staff were friendly. Restrooms were clean. I'd definitely visit this place again if I am in Vegas!

Grossly overpriced for what you get. $19 for an undersized wrap with very little protein included. There are plenty of options nearby with significantly better value. Expect to leave feeling hungry and ripped off.

One of my coworkers took me here for lunch one day. First time! I have to say it was pretty delicious and also very filling. I’ve had Cava before and it’s pretty similar. Presentation and few items were different, but I really enjoyed the bowl. I got honey harissa chicken I believe, red pepper hummus and other goodies. If you’re looking for a quick bite, try it out!

I ordered online so not sure of the atmosphere, and service per se. The vegan falafel was awesome! Loved the muhammara, chilli harissa, toum, falafel balls! Quinoa tasted great instead of just herbed rice. Did not like the black lentils. Crushed jalapeños added to the hot flavor loved it! Would have given a 5/5 but I ordered spicy hummus and it came with plan regular hummus. Couldn’t taste the feta salad 🥗 Looking forward to visiting this restaurant with friends! In a long time had some great Mediterranean food.. especially being a vegetarian 🌱 it’s hard to find something easily and yet so amazing!

The other location on rainbow 🌈 is clean and the food tastes fresh. This location needs a visit from Dirty Diner. I ate 3 bites and could not stomach the wrap. Fries were mushy and undercooked. Luckily the manager was brave enough to throw the new cook under the bus and gave us our $40 back. The bathroom had no hand towels in the dispenser. Will never come back.

Fresh, yummy and fast! The gentleman behind the counter was nice and inside it's clean. The mini bowls are perfect sized for a great lunch! I had the chicken with baba ghanoush, 1/2 rice and 1/2 lentils, tabouli with tomatoes, harissa and chick peas. My companion had the falafel and it was crispy and delicious! 10/10 we'll be back

This was my first time trying Hummus Bowls and wraps. I will definitely be back. I did the create your own bowl and picked two proteins. It was so delicious and full of flavor in every bite. You have to try this place !!!!

My friend introduced me to this place. I absolutely loved it. It's fun to go somewhere that is healthy and actually tastes amazing too. You build your own bowl, so you know it will taste amazing. Their garlic is fresh and packs a flavorful punch. I told my husband we have to go back so he can try it too. The staff was friendly and everything was very clean. 10 out of 10 stars for me.

FRESH Mediterranean food! Wow-I wish I would have discovered this place sooner! I came here with a friend, recently, and have been craving it ever since! I felt all of their food was fresh, delicious, and a good portion serving. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. I ordered a BYO bowl with classic hummus, veggies, chicken, and many yummy toppings! I love that you can customize it and felt it was one of my favorite bowls I've ever had. It felt very healthy and was honestly very aesthetically pleasing with the amount of color. There was average amount of seating inside, but definitely enough for us to stop in and eat together. Overall, will Definitely be back-probably several more times!

If you're a fan of hummus, "build-your-own" bowls, fresh ingredients, and friendly service-- you MUST visit this restaurant. I first walked into a spacious, modern, and very clean restaurant greeted by a friendly woman helping us with our bowl. She let us sample the hummus and told us she just made the spicy hummus which adds to the freshness factor of this place. There were TONS of fresh ingredients for us to choose into our bowl... I can see why the customization options could be overwhelming-- so they even have an option where they have preselected options WOW!!! I wish I grabbed the lady who helped us because she even offered me and boyfriend a free drink because we wanted to try their fresh fruit drinks, but they were out of almost all of them. 11/10 service. She was awesome!! And the food... THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL.This was the Simone Biles of "build-your-own" bowl restaurants. Sooooo filling. If I'm ever on this side of town, I'm definitely coming back. thank you Hummus bowl!!!

The food here is AMAZING and consistently so. But the real jewel is the service here. My friend and her daughter have celiac disease and have to be so careful about cross contamination. This place was so nice about our anxieties about it and went above and beyond to make sure that the food they served us was safe. If you have celiac this is a great place to go!

This is just for the customer service I experienced today. The food was good as usual, and the last time the customer service wasn't bad at all. However, today's staff was something else. I hadn't had this bad customer service for a long time. He probably doesn't like dealing with people at all. There isn't a piece of customer service in him. No other customer but me so he wasn't busy. He said he had to say, like pick 5 toppings and which ones I need to pay extra. After I paid, he left the bowl there. No asking whether I am going to eat there or take out. He started working on the delivery / pick up orders looking at the list. I had to ask for a bag to take home. I will never come in here and order. I will make sure I order online, so I don't need to have the kind of dis-service.

This place is so good. Mediterranean chipotle. I haven't gone in but order uber eats and they done pretty good. Everything is so fresh and well seasoned. No tough or under cooked meat.

For starters the food is not only healthy but delicious! Great portion size, and super filling. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Large eat in restaurant where you order first then find a seat. Will definitely be back!

My friend and I found this place while looking for casual dining/Mediterranean food. It's a decent place to get food for dine-in or on-the-go. It's super clean, the staff are very friendly and there are plenty of wrap and bowl options (i.e., lamb, veggie, chicken, etc). So, why the 3 stars. Well, let's start with the price. It's pricey for food you order at the counter...I'm hesitant to call it fast food. My lamb bowl was $18.99! Yikes. So, while on the subject of lamb, it's shredded. Once I saw that, I was hesitant to continue with my order, but I figured I'd give it a go...um,nope. I love lamb, and this was not very good. In fact, I told my friend that if she ever came back to never order it. The other ingredients, overall, were fine, but I honestly can't tell you what they tasted like because I chose spicy hummus as my base and, thus, the entire bowl just tasted like spice. Now, don't get me wrong, I love spicy, but I couldn't taste most of what I was eating. In fact, I couldn't even tell that was hummus I was eating. My friend got the falafel salad. Definitely saved a bit at $13.99. She said it was good, and would order it again but also chose the spicy hummus with similar results. I'd like to try it again if I'm ever in that part of Vegas, but honestly, I won't go out of my way to eat there. There are lots of Mediterranean restaurants that may be better and with better value for the dollar. But, if you like an expensive build-your-own bowl, etc, this is the place for you.

The food here is insanely good! You can't beat the freshness of the ingredients and their proteins are all amazing! Definitely a must try!

I stopped In after a haircut next door. I ordered my food to go. The service was top notch. The restaurant is stylish but not upscale. I had a 30 minute drive before I could eat my food. It was still good and fresh. I'll be back again! The price is fair, and you get quality food!

HUMMUS & BOWLS is TRULY a hidden gem. It is located in Boca Park and it is fresh!!! Everything is made in house. Everything is chopped in the house. All the sauces are made in house. The hummus is made in house. You must try it!!! The staff is amazing and very nice and they do it with a smile!!!!!!!!

My family and I were greeted by two very friendly associates, Laila and Swan. The food was delicious and ready quickly. The restaurant is very clean and inviting! I love the chicken and shrimp! The baba ghanouj and hummus are delicious! We're definitely coming back!

Great place to pick up some yummy food. As soon as we came in we were greeted by Oliver and explained to us how it all worked and even let us try a sample of the hummus we could choose from. I went with the spicy hummus and added a good amount of things to mine like iceberg lettuce, onions, tomatoes and other veggies. For my protein I had steak which was freshly cooked. My food was delicious. Thanks to Oliver I created a perfect bowl

I found this spot through yelp and I'm glad I tried it. I did the make your own bowl and they have so many options. Anything u add will be amazing. I definitely recommend getting the garlic sauce at the end. It's beyond delicious and really made the flavors pop.

I used to sit in here to work all the time while my kid was next door at Gymboree but today they said if I don't order I can't sit in the restaurant. That's fine. I just really don't like this place anymore lol

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that several things have changed since I last came here last year. They updated the interior design, modified the menu, raised their prices (no surprise to match inflation), were out of stock and/or chose to no longer carry certain ingredients, etc. I honestly liked it better how it was before, but their food is still tasty, healthy, and contains large portions. The person behind the counter was friendly, but did make a couple mistakes on what ingredients he was putting into our bowls. It's okay; I know everyone makes mistakes, and he seemed new. Despite being empty at 3:00 PM on Sunday, the dining area was a little dirty with small pieces of food sprawled about the tables and floor. Luckily the food prep area was clean as it always had been, which is the most important part. The interior has cute decorations and a new LED wall too. All in all, I would have given 3 stars had I not had several more positive experiences in this restaurant prior. Maybe this is just a hard time for them right now.

I reached out to Hummus via instagram and their website to voice my concern before leaving this review, but didn't hear back regarding my experience. I mobile ordered as usual. This is the second time I ordered the cucumber refresher on the website to arrive and they didn't have it. First time I asked them to refund me for it and this time I just got the watermelon one instead. Both bowls I ordered were incorrect when I got home. First bowl they put so much hummus in it with little rice that it all turned to mush once mixed, it was also missing ingredients I customized and added stuff I didn't want as in black olives. The second bowl was missing all of THE RICE as well as missing customized ingredients. Overall, not a good experience after spending almost 50.00 for two bowls, 1 drink and a tip.

Got to-go dinner the first time trying this place and it's really good! Kinda pricy for the portions you get. The pita french fries are AMAZING!! So tasty and garlicy But everything else was gross. I got the chicken bowl with garlic sauce, lintels, spinach, and topped with cucumbers, tomatoes, and crunch. My husband got a Gyro wrap and I stole a few of his fries. He ended up throwing hungry away and was so grossed out by the rice added, and my spinach bowl was not great and I didn't finish it. Overall. We won't be coming back. Total bummer cuz it's close by.

I am so very thankful that Hummus is so close because I devour their hummus bowls like it's my last meal. My girlfriend and I were relaxing on a weekday and decided we wanted a healthier option for delivery and we landed of course on hummus. I always opt for my favorite the chicken hummus bowl. I love all the options but my favorite is the herbed rice with spicy hummus, romaine lettuce, pickled onions, tsaziki (with an extra side of it), Israeli salad, quinoa, feta, and you CANNOT sleep on the crunchy chickpeas. I swear those make the meal. I love this restaurant so much. I have yet to try anything else and I'm sure I'll eventually branch out and try more but by far my favorites. Thanks for having such healthy options for us lazy folk who didn't wanna grocery shop!

This place will be a go-to for quick meals in Summerlin. It's real food. Some of the highlights included the tender and flavorful braised lamb, lusciously smoky baba ganoush, and fresh-tasting fried halloumi cheese. The roasted vegetables -- mostly cabbage and carrots with a light curry flavor on our November visit -- are a good option, too. Make sure to get the crispy chickpeas and pita chips to top your bowl. We found the portions generous. If you don't want to have leftovers, get the mini bowl. Everybody needs a neighborhood takeout option like this.

Food is Great! All Fresh Ingredients & the meat has so much flavor it's irresistible! If you haven't made your way over to HUMMUS, what are you waiting for? Excellent & friendly customer service you can't pass up. Cute corner restaurant.

This place made me violently ill. It was empty when we walked in which should have benn a telltale sign not to eat there. The young lady at the counter seemed to be bothered by us ordering food, and the food looked old, should have walked out, but ordered anyway. I have been sick ever since eating one of their bowls and am u able to keep anything down or in. DO NOT EAT HERE!

This place has a unique concept. I enjoyed the food for what it is, just not sure this is my preferred way to eat the ingredients, if that makes sense? The place uses good quality ingredients. However, I don't really love the hummus being spread around a compostable bowl (I think a lot of it stayed there). They had options of 4 flavors of hummus, different types of greens, beans vs rice, a variety of meats and a ton of toppings and sauce. I had the gyro bowl and think I just prefer mine served as a plate with hummus on the side. Think I might have preferred this place if the hummus was on top but that's just me. The bowls are a tiny bit pricy for the portion. They are about $15ish per bowl but I suppose all good prices are going up so not a deal breaker.

This place was recommended to us, so we gave it a try for lunch today. It was wonderful! You can pick a wrap, bowl, or mini bowl and then choose from many different ingredients. That was cool! Jorge made our food. He's still learning English, but he was very friendly and polite. He did an awesome job. A little while later the manager came over to our table to check on us. Also very nice. Great food and service. We will be back!

I've driven by this place many times and only tried it for the first time about a month ago. You can build your own bowl or wrap and have many fresh choices. The chicken is flavorful and pairs nicely with the toppings. Many dairy free options too. Friendly staff, very clean and chill vibe..

I absolutely love this place is like a greek chipotle except much healthier I love spicy hummus however they do have regular they have several meat and also a veggie option and there toppings are great you there tzatziki sauce is awesome yummy.. bowls are pretty big bit they also have a kids menu I think you get less topping tho prices are pretty decent how ever absolutely come here.. service is great and tbey also have a rewards that earns you points

I asked for a hummus wrap. Instead, they gave me a pita with barely anything inside. I paid $17 for this. What a rip off. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Never - ever again.

Nice portions of fresh food. Several choices and reasonable prices. Try the bowl option as you can load it up with many choices to try most of the options.

The food is always fresh. The service is always friendly. They are quick clean and efficient. I've met the owner before and he was very nice and seemed like a genuine person who is passionate about what he does.

Do not sleep on this place! It is so delicious. I ordered them on UberEats and there are so many options to create whatever type of bowl you want. I love that there's no hard limit on the amount of toppings/sauces you want. The garlic sauce is *chefs kiss*, 10/10 would recommend. I would definitely order again!

I went here recently and there was no AC, the staff did their best, but Vegas has record heat, and there is no way that the coolers holding the food are staying within safe temperatures with this sort of heat. They need to fix their AC ASAP, I wouldn't recommend going there until they do unless you want to become violently ill. If you do at your own risk, be kind to the staff because I can't imagine working in a food establishment with no working air conditioners. Do better!

Ordered a pita wrap and bowl online. When I got home and opened the wrap it was super soggy and lacked in flavor. The only tasty thing in my bowl was the lentils. Both had the garlic spread that was way too watery. In my experience that kind of garlic spread is thick and creamy. Also got the watermelon drink that tasted like plain water. I would not recommend this place nor will I be going back. I threw all my food away and wasted $40. If you want solid Mediterranean food check out meraki.

I hate this place. Now I don't feel so special in Henderson. Hummus Bowls & Wraps is one of my favorite takes on the "Chipotle" model of ordering yet. Instead of burritos or poke bowls though, you're getting bowls or giant pita wraps filled with a variety of Mediterranean proteins and accoutrements. This Boca Park outpost is the second of three locations in this local chain, and I was pleased to find that I was in the area so that I could finally see if they'd successfully duplicated their model. Let's get right to it: yes, they have. The quality of ingredients was the same as at their original location. In fact, this was even more enjoyable than the last several times I've ordered from the Henderson Hummus because I'd been so used to taking it to-go and eating it at a warm or room temp. I dug in right away at the restaurant this time and got to relive some of the magic of the fatty lamb, the fresh greens, the flavor-packed sauces, and the crunchy toppings. My order was a lamb ($15.59; pricing is mainly by protein) bowl with baba ghanoush (pureed eggplant, which I prefer over the hummus options), arugula, black lentils (rather than rice), a cornucopia of toppings and veggies, and garlic sauce plus house dressing (a creamy citrus mint). If you're not into lamb, you can get beef, chicken, vegetarian and vegan options (halloumi, roasted veggies, or falafel), and even salmon or a lamb/beef gyro now. My advice is to load up on as many toppings as you want because they'll be happy to oblige, and there are so many treats available. Ask them to help identify what's available if you're walking down the line, or consider ordering online to see everything lined up on the page. They have interesting drink options usually, although I try to save myself for adult beverages these days. I do appreciate seeing The Joy Pop Co. popsicles available after having tried some recently (look them up for my review). Note that they offer a $5 birthday discount via their Toast point-of-sale system if you sign up and provide your birthday. (This may be directly related to why I stopped in tonight.) I'll definitely stick to the closest Hummus to me most of the time, but I'm glad to know that they're expanding nicely thus far and that my distant neighbors in Summerlin have access to such delicious food.

Ronnie is awesome we come here just for him! His hospitality is 5 star! From the moment you walk in he is attentive and friendly!

Food is good but they do not make your online pickup orders ahead of time. Have to wait for them to make the food when you arrive so don't expect to save any time by ordering pickup Over 45 minutes from order to food ready for pick up on a number of occasions

Ordered a wrap and this is what I got... I usually don't leave reviews, especially not bad ones, but this was super disappointing!! The wrap was not intact whatsoever. I would have ordered a bowl if I knew they fall apart immediately. Very messy, very inconvenient. Best to not offer wraps if this is what they are!

Healthy yummy Mediterranean version of chipotle. I love the variety of superfood toppings that they have. They also serve good refreshing lemonades etc. Good portion will fill you up all day.

Sweet potato pumpkin hummus bowl with spinach, falafel, feta cheese, tzatziki sauce, marinated onions. It was very tasty but I wish they would put the hummus on top/side so it was easier to mix with all the other toppings.

So hard to find good quick food that actually has vegetables in it. Braised beef was great. Took off a star b/c the bottom of the bowl was kind of soggy and the portion of meat was small, but I will still come back.
