"Launched in October of last year, I noticed Hummus Bowls & Wraps has already opened a second location in Boca Park, replacing the long-shuttered Wingzza and sitting in the same retail building as Pinot’s Palette. The counter-service restaurant, which hopes to franchise, lets diners build their own bowls or wraps from hummus options — classic, spicy, bean-free and the eggplant “Baba G” — plus five different greens, herbed rice or black lentils and proteins such as crispy halloumi cheese, braised lamb and flame-grilled beef; dishes are finished with selections from 26 toppings and can be paired with sides like halloumi hash, falafel, hummus or pita fries. It keeps the same hours as the Henderson original near Eastern Avenue and Sunridge Heights Parkway and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; the Boca Park location lists its phone as 702-333-1555." - Bradley Martin
