Hundred Proof

My son ordered a burger (it's the only one on the menu) and I ordered the Loco Moco. The burger was excellent, very juicy and tender. The Loco Moco was slightly above average. It was a little too spicy for my tasting, probably because of the Portuguese sausage they used. It came with Portuguese sausage fried rice instead of the traditional steamed white rice. Very hip and trendy food spot though. Ambiance was great.

Great greetings Awesome and knowledgeable bartender. Gave us a good story about how a certain brand of whiskey found the design of its bottles' graphics. Great and easy going prices. Happy Hour is 4-6pm M-F. Chill alternative music to go with the vibes. Open seating inside & patio seating as well. Fish Nuggets is our dish for today. Great tasting and tender to the touch of the tongue. Great taste dissolves in the mouth. Nice serving can be shared as a snack for too. We have the two "house favorites" Pink- Goma Green- Trust #2

Great food, nice ambience, and great service. Came during happy hour and drinks were pretty cheap. Ordered all the dishes to share with a couple of my friends. Rememer these dishes are small, so it is not ideal to come with a big group of friends if you intend to share..... We ordered the fried calamari, ahi tuna, and bao bun. My recommendation is.... Eat the bao bun and you can't go wrong. It is delicious! I agree with some of the previous reviews. The food here is bit overpriced.

Came here last weekend and I gotta say, I'm incredibly impressed. The waitress said, "This is the best fried chicken I've ever had." Whoa, that's a bold claim...and I was skeptical. But once I took a bite out of that sandwich, I'll admit it was probably the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. Cooked to perfection with moisture and tenderness still in the chicken. Very generous portions for all the meals--you'll definitely be full. My bloody Mary was also good, and the donut infused in whiskey syrup is delicious. I will absolutely be back!

Came in a little late , think around 11 kitchen still open , Ordered the HP (great choice ) as well as the wings . Wings were great, not like traditional Buffalo but still similar with a bold great favor. Hp burger was great (double Patty BTW)

Okay experience, but definitely in need of improvement. Started with an old fashioned which the bartender said was prebatched and he couldn't make less sweet.... the drink was not well balanced at all. But since we thought it couldn't be made any other way, ordered the Old Costa, which was better, but still not well made. At that point we stuck with it, since we didn't want to keep experimenting. We ordered the stuffed pretzels... deviled eggs were brought out instead and ultimately it took 30min to get a single pretzel. One of the other bartenders who was much more pleasant, explained that the old fashioned could in fact be made any way I want, so we had her make one for me. It was a whole lot better then the first, but considering the fact we were charged for a drink that was a remake of their mistake, I would have gone elsewhere.

💯 Proof never let's me down! They accomidated my entire family tonight for Fried Chicken night! First Monday of every month! So many gray events go on down there and their staff is as amazing as their drink program!

Every thing I ordered I loved just the bread with my mussels taste a little burnt only lil complaint but all the other dishes was on point and the waiters are super friendly
