"Hundred Proof, located on Park Boulevard, is being revamped by co-owners Brad Wise and Steve Schwob. The focus is on turning it into a top drinking destination by discontinuing weekday lunch to concentrate on evening service. Trust manager Sophia Hussain has moved over to improve operations, and Stephen Kurpinsky has been appointed as the new beverage director to revamp the cocktail menu. Kurpinsky, an award-winning bartender, plans to introduce new cocktails, host guest bartenders, and completely overhaul the cocktail list over the next few months.
