I have been meaning to visit this vineyard for a while now and last weekend I had the chance not only to visit, but also stay there for two days. I will start from the vineyard and the lovely staff as well as the restaurant on site. Everything was impeccable. The design of the building, the rooms, the layout of tables in the garden. From from the moment we arrived (we were four people), I felt like I was in the good hands from the start. The restaurant menu was divine. We tried several dishes and each was exquisite - the way the plates were served, the taste of each dish, and of course the presentation. I am extremely grateful to our waiter who patiently explained every single dish and recommended excellent wine pairing. We also had a chance to do some wine tasting - a perfect way to get to know the grapes, and the process as well as the story behind HUS. Our lovely wine story teller - because that is really how it all felt, took us on a wine journey. And we got to taste a whole variety of their wines and a few extra ones so kudos for that. At the end, I bought six different bottles with Emin still being my favorite. Now a little bit about accomodation - there are only two rooms on site. One large room with a gorgeous terrace and a smaller room. They both are very comfortable, despite the size difference. The dried lavender in the bathroom with tiny bars of soap were a perfect touch to what otherwise was a lovely stay. And fyi, if you are staying overnight, they also have breakfast in the morning.
