I am giving this company 1 stars (wish it could be less) as through my insurance, this company was supposed to issue a $150 reimbursement to my account on file for the fitness program. However this company has given me the run around on when the funds would be reimbursed to me and lied about the 60 days from the approval date compared to the 90 days that it will actually be "reimbursed" to you.
Then when the 90 days approached, Husk deposited the funds into an account that was NOT mine. After trying to call multiple times (this company NEVER picks up the phone ever). I emailed asking for proof, as the representative who responded to the email stated that the accounting department made an error and the funds were sent to my account on Jan 13, 2026 and should reflect in my account in 1-3 business day. Fast forwards to today well past this time frame, and the funds are still not in my account. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and if not resolved this way will be seeking a lawyer for misleading/false information, Breach of Contract, and Debt Recovery.
