5/5 This hotel is awesome! From service to cleanliness the hotel rocks! Now the shower could be a little better. My rbathroom shower was a little dated, but everything seemed to be in order at a high level. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were terrible. Also the TV was a little hard to operate. The gym was a 10/10 one of the better ones I've seen. The parking overnight for $16.00/night was totally reasonable. I will totally be coming back here again! Nice job guys.

I love the hospitality and the smiles that greet me at Villa Christina each time I come in from out of town. Everything is clean and well presented and the bar is one of the most fun atmospheres I've been around in a long time. Was at the bar during the snow shutdown and everyone was happy to be around each other even with the challenging situation. Mick and Keeko kept the atmosphere at a fun level and took care of the patrons well. Hopefully this location keeps this staff around and employs more like the small family there. Love the chef too!

The Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina is a wonderful choice for a relaxing stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with spotless rooms and common areas that show great attention to detail. It’s also remarkably quiet, making it easy to unwind or get a good night’s sleep. The staff really goes above and beyond; everyone we encountered was incredibly nice and genuinely helpful. From check-in to check-out, they made sure we had everything we needed, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the experience. Overall, it’s a peaceful, well-kept hotel with fantastic service! It was the best choice for me and my baby , and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Wonderful and exceptional staff. Excellent breakfast. The Barrel restaurant, pool and fitness center very much appreciated. The room showed some wear and tear but did not affect the enjoyment of our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, quiet and affluent area near a wonderful shopping center. Overall the 4 days we spent at the Hyatt were a great experience. We will certainly return.

Our stay was disappointing. The rooms were dirty, and the towels looked unclean. There were no microwaves in the rooms, only microwave available was on 3rd and 6th floor, the one on the third floor was in a filthy, smelly space and microwave was missing from the 6th floor. For the price, it was not worth it. I’m honestly baffled by the 4 star rating, this place is a far cry from what I expected, especially for the price. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this hotel is in desperate need of a major overhaul. The room was a disaster. The carpet was stained and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The bed was a nightmare springs creaked with every move, and I could feel them poking through the thin mattress. The linens had a strange odor and yellow spots and I couldn’t shake the feeling that they hadn’t been properly washed. The bathroom was downright disgusting, with mold in the grout, and a shower that looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in months. The hallways were no better. It felt like stepping into a time capsule from the 1980s, and not in a charming way. As for customer service, it was nonexistent. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and it was clear they were just going through the motions and busy with personal calls on their AirPods. I’ve stayed in budget motels that were cleaner and more comfortable than this place. The gap between the 4 star rating and the actual experience is staggering. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere this hotel is not worth your time or money.

Google
Horrible! Overpriced. Would never again stay or host an event at that hotel. The food was grossly overpriced. The room was substandard. Bed and pillows were cheap! Uncomfortable. I put food in the fridge and next day everything was frozen! The only saving grace was the excellent banquet staff who were attentive and went above and beyond to make my event be not a total embarrassment. I would rate the banquet staff a 10. However, given what they had to work with, I feel for them. They can only do so much given the environment. So I have to say I would to say never again!

Had a great staycation with the wife. Check in and parking was very simple. We did not get to check all amenities this visit. We will be back in the summer time to enjoy the amazing pool. We enjoyed our short time at this hotel and can recommend staying here. Thank you Hyatt team!!

My family had great experience here. I was able to early check in. Kissi at front desk was very welcoming and had wonderful customer service! She took her time to help us. I would recommend this hotel for my friends and families. The hotel is very clean.

Yelp
The room was absolutely disgusting. The covers have not been washed you can smell the body odor. Blood from someone cycle on the couch. Stains alllllll over the floor. The room was literally disgusting. And they refused my refund after driving 14 hours i stayed in this nasty room and had to get airbnb for 3 days additional ITS JUST A HEADACHE but folks please look at the pics if anything I hope this helps someone it's not all that fancy as it looks also 22 a night self parking

Yelp
Where do I start? My experience here was absolutely terrible. When you first walk into the hotel, it is clean and looks luxurious. However, once you get to the rooms...it is a different story. My room had nasty looking stains on the carpet and on the bathroom walls. It appeared to look like dried up blood to me, and when I expressed my concerns to the front desk, the lady was combative and had a bad attitude. She said it was red wine and how they wouldn't put anyone in a room with blood on the carpet. I decided to keep the room anyway. Once I got ready for bed, I used my flashlight to examine the sheets, and I noticed little bugs crawling on them. I went back to the front desk and asked to be put in a different room. The room smelled much better than the first room. However, the carpet and walls were filthy like the last room. It is evident that they need to renovate all of their rooms. Also, I was told that the manager would reach out to me before my departure. Unfortunately, a few days later, I am still waiting on a call. I expected better from the Hyatt.

Yelp
The hotel is located in a nice looking multi business complex. This area has walking trails, and sitting areas that are super comfortable. As for the hotel, it's just as beautiful as the outside surroundings. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the customer service is excellent. There are a few things though, I feel that should be addressed. The pool area for starters could use more shade. Also the ground could use a good power washing. Another thing is regarding the microwave room on floor 6. Unlike floors 3 and 7 which are properly lit, floor 6 room has very dim lighting. You get the feeling you could get mugged.

Yelp
The hotel is beautiful and located in a great shopping area. The front desk upgraded us twice to what is probably the largest room in the hotel. But...it's the little things. Just a few slight tweaks to their execution and this place could go from good to great. Here are some examples of what I'm talking about. 1. Our room had two bathrooms - a master and a half bath. In the master, the only trash can is next to the toilet which is in a separate room. There should have been one next to the vanity. In the half bath, there's no towel rack to dry your hands. 2. Breakfast. Since we are globalists we get free breakfast and lounge access. The dining room is decorated well and comfortable but the buffet at $25 per adult, which is way overpriced for what you get. The first morning there was no omelet bar and the food wasn't presented well. As the week went on we noticed the manager making tweaks because it was obvious he cared and wanted the hotel to do and be better. One morning the sausages were cold. When we told the waitress, she immediately told the chef. When the chef came out though, she gave my wife "the look" as in...I'm upset you complained. Wait staff though were very polite. 3. When we first arrived, no greetings from front desk as we passed by. As the week went on, they started saying hello to us. They weren't rude but we thought they'd at least acknowledge us when we walked by them, especially if they weren't busy with customers. 4. The lounge was comfortable and nicely decorated but it didn't seem regularly serviced. On the first day we saw some trash by the coffee stand. That trash was there three days later. We will certainly come again since we are loyal to Hyatt and hopefully the next time they will have gone from good to great!

Yelp
I have been in meeting planning support for nearly 40 years. I have seen the best and worst of hotels. Do not have your meeting here. It's a buyer's market in the hotel business nowadays. If you are going to pay exorbitant meeting room and F&B rates, you might as well have your meeting at a hotel with an attentive, hospitable, enthusiastic and organized staff. This is no need to put up with a complacent, apathetic, rude and unaccommodating employees. This isn't your father's and grandfather's Hyatt hotel.

Yelp
Stayed in the JR suite which was big and had potential had it not been disgusting. There was broken furniture and it smelled like vomit. The carpets had stains and the walls had some sort of sticky substance. I called down and asked to switch rooms but he said he didn't have anything else and didn't offer any solutions so I went and got some 409. There was hair and food stuck to the tables. I did make not of all the damage and the friendly front desk guy said he would make sure I wasn't charged for it.

Yelp
It's quite antiquated. No place to charge your phones. No free breakfast. No microwaves. Parking is $16. It's in the boonies yet, it's hard to explain. I mean you have to go in the boonies to get to it even though it's in the city. I'm surprised it has more than two stars anywhere. I'm upset with American Express as well for saying it's a four star hotel.

Heather H.

Yelp
Absolutely awful . Extremely dirty and stained sheets and night hotel management sent wrong sized sheets for us to make the bed. Damp towels and washcloths and dusty furniture. The shower leaked (on the side without a door) so badly we had to use four towels to mop up. 100% do not recommend!

Yelp
Immense gratitude for Monica at the bar for being the absolute best bartenderess during my stay! She personifies love and compassion and made my dinner and my evening especially lovely during a difficult time. I am so honored that she was working this evening and showered me with love and prayers and kind words when I was feeling so low. More people should be so kind and loving like her! Thank you for being you and being freaking awesome to infinity and for the most beautiful healing crystal. I was most surprised for you to give it to me. You make stays away from home awesome! And a huge shoutout to the young lady, Tamiko, who also checked me in who remembered me from earlier in the week, your kind words were also very soothing even though you were dealing with your own heartbreak from the loss of your father in love. I can't say that I enjoy coming to Atlanta mostly because the traffic is horrendous, but the two of you made my stay so much more comforting! Plus, the hotel is wonderfully appointed and close to St. Joseph's hospital, so if I have to come back, I will definitely stay here. If you visit, look these ladies up and give them all the love and kindness they both deserve!

Yelp
I was very happy with my stay here. - This was for a business trip/one night only - Check-in + front desk was very friendly - Lobby/overall appearance of the hotel was very nice - Room was clean/spacious Adding: - I did not have an opportunity to use any of the facilities (ie- fitness room, etc.) - Pool was closed b/c of the pandemic (it is on an upper level, so provides a nice view of the area) - This hotel is in a complex containing: private townhomes + office buildings....so no, nothing within walking distance to the hotel

Yelp
The customer service at this Hyatt Regency is terrible! We got here to do a gig with reservations and at midnight there was a line of six people waiting pissed off because they miss handled the rooms. We have to be at Soundcheck at 8 AM and it's 12:45 AM And we're still waiting The women at the counter seem to have an attitude.

Yelp
We had stayed here last year. It was nice stay last year. So I booked same hotel and this time was ok. Room wasn't good as last time. A lots of stains on the carpet. And bathroom sink was cracked and draining was badly clogged. Shower pressure was so bad. Usually Hyatt gives us preferred locations in the hotel when we book with the app. so We usually request quiet room. However, our room was located front of ice machine and staff room. Also it was connected room they gave us this time which is we wanted avoid. I can hear someone talking loud. I was happy It wasn't close to the elevator at least though lol. I think we are going to stay another when we visit Atlanta next time.

Yelp
Avoid at all costs!!! Stained carpet in hallway and rooms and not minor staining but pretty bad disgusting large stains. Hallway room or previous ice room was locked used for storage had big cardboard boxes you could see through glass as you passed by in the hallway. Interior of room was also stained carpet very bad. Bathroom was not well sanitized makeup on light switches and power outlets stains on the walls. Face towels torn thin and falling apart. AC vent had mildew spots around the vent. The tv had a 1998 hotel remote control and the tv had an awful picture as if it was from the early 2000s. Just terrible and not worth any amount of money. The lobby is nice and welcoming but that's it. There are also limited or no food and beverage options between 1pm - 4pm and nothing in the area nearby. Even the little so called cafe that supposedly served pizza until 1pm, the lady working it told me she didn't know where the menu was so couldn't serve pizza. Just awful. The microwave in the area with drinks by the front desk was disgustingly dirty. And they don't vacuum or pick up debris in hallway when cleaning. I arrived around 11am a Bobby pin was on the floor in middle of halfway and still there when I checked out the next day. Cleaning crew was not friendly. I spoke to one cleaning guy as he passed by and he did not speak back and kept walking. To make matters worse, my card was overcharged at the restaurant and I have to dispute the charge / call restaurant to rectify. Why is my receipt different from the charge on my account. They must have added extra tip. Stay far away from this place it's not worth it and has significantly declined!

Yelp
I stayed here with my mom the night before my mother's surgery. November 13, 2022. They can look it up. It was in the low 30's. We didn't want to fight Atlanta traffic from home the next day and add more stress to the day. The hotel looks very nice, but there was no heat on the first floor on the 13th and 14th. We complained upon arrival, and was told, "yea, it's cold in here". We had dinner and breakfast in winter coats. Our food was cold within seconds. We mentioned it was unbearable to all staff we encountered. Upon leaving, once again we complained. The poor young gentleman at the front desk said he was freezing all night. When we were having breakfast the server offered to "call engineering." I heard him say, "oh man"!" when he looked at the thermostat. I called Hyatt customer service following this stay. I explained the situation. The lady on the phone said, "so you want me to report you were cold?" I said, "No freezing!" I told her I shouldn't be paying Hyatt prices for this environment. She said, "So you want money?" I said, "no I want management to call me and discuss a reasonable resolution." I never heard from Hyatt, and I am a part of their Loyalty Program. The whole experience was completely unacceptable. I have given them a month to reach out. Clearly, Hyatt doesn't care.

Yelp
This place is the perfect example of three stars. Mediocrity at its finest. For a hotel of this pricing, you'd expect more. The toiletries are meh and very small. Rooms are standards and not sparkling clean- pretty sure there was debris on our bathroom floor. The rooms are nicely furnished. The parking garage doesn't even link directly to the rooms which is strange an inconvenient to me- you have to take an elevator to the lobby then a separate elevator to your room... why not just have them connected?

Yelp
I decided a few months ago that I needed a little getaway. A staycation as the people call it. Busy with all things that come along with everyday life (including the madness that was 2020) and figured what better time that having a little overnight at a hotel to celebrate Mother's Day and just have a quiet night away from home while my husband held down the homefront. I checked at least 10 hotels in the midtown Atlanta area and Vinings area and while the hotels all had COVID protocols laid out on their website, I was less than pleased with all the fees that came along with looking at a room. I decided to come to Yelp and do a bit more searching and stumbled upon this location. I read a lot of the reviews, looked at the pics, and once I went to the actual Hyatt website to look at rates, I decided this would be the best place for an overnight stay. Booking was super easy and I downloaded the app where I was able to check-in prior to my stay, receive my room information, and make any special requests. I was surprised that while there is soooo much hustle and bustle in the Perimeter Mall area that this hotel was quietly tucked away from the other side of all that. I absolutely loved that it was tucked away and because I'm familiar with the area it did not bother me that I would need to leave the property to get food or any other necessities. So if you're looking to be in the midst of the action, you might not want to stay here but if you're just wanting a quiet area, this might be the right place. Upon arriving at the hotel, I did self-park ($14 per night) and I must say be careful as the lot isn't the biggest and people just swerve out of spots and around corners without paying attention. From the parking lot to the lobby there was a ton of signage regarding masks being required and there were multiple hand sanitizers all around. Once I made it to the lobby, I could already tell that I would enjoy my time there. The decor was very modern and nice and there weren't a ton of people around which made me feel safe considering I've been in the house for a long time since COVID began. The young man who helped me at the front desk was so friendly and saw that I checked in on the app and I had my room key in less than 5 minutes. Once I got to the room, and was able to get my mask off, I was not only whisked into relaxation because of the lavender scent but also from the warm and inviting decor of the room. The room, bathroom, and closet were all a great size and I even had a huge window where I was able to see a wedding taking place at the Villa Christina. I did bring my own Clorox wipes to wipe things down but from what I could tell, things were clean and the remote was placed in a bag (I guess to let me know it was sanitized). The bed was a little to firm for my liking but I still had a good nights rest. Anyway, I enjoyed my stay and loved that it was overall quiet. Like I didn't just hear people all hours of the night outside my room and oh yeah, I loved that there were outlets on the side of the nightstands made it super convenient to charge my phone and there were lights at the bottom of the bed that turned on in the dark to guide your way. Checking out was super easy and the young lady that helped me again saw that I had checked out on the app and I returned my key and was able to be on my way in again, less than 5 minutes. Super long review I know but this is definitely a place I'd come back to again if I needed a quick getaway!

Yelp
This hotel is very discreet, cute, cozy, and quaint. The front desk attendant was very pleasant. The room was clean and maintained to my standards. The bed is not the most comfortable but I can definitely look past that. The remote to the tv was also a struggle but no major complaints. I truly just love the location of this hotel and the overall elegance for the price. I was even greeted with about six deers upon my arrival to the hotel. I will definitely stay here again and it's conveniently located.

Yelp
This was the host hotel for my sons wedding reception. The reception was beautiful but there were hiccups. I would not recommend this venue for an event. Beware of Kenyada. She handles the contracts and agreements for events. She will try not to honor the agreements which is totally unprofessional. I had to fight to get my room comped (agreed upon). She even had the nerve to assume my financial situation which had no bearing on the agreements. In the end, she conceded on the room but I'm still waiting on my parking refund. Also, can you believe the wedding cake topper was cut and passed out to the guests!!! We had an entire sheet cake which was uncut!! How do you make a mistake like that! It's tradition that the topper is saved for the first wedding anniversary. Hopefully, this is made right and the Hyatt pays for the cake. The one good thing was the AC in my room was broken. Although I had to sleep in my clothing, I was moved to another room the next day. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

Yelp
this place was okay. the fridge didn't work which spoiled all our food. none of the workers were nice. the sheets had hair on them & the pullout had stains on it. the room was either freezing or hot. the only good thing was the mall & marta being so close.

Yelp
This Hyatt is beautiful and is up to par with the Hyatt Regency hotel brand. Situated in a mixed suburban and business section of Atlanta, the Hyatt Place Atlanta Perimeter Center is perfect if you are looking for more of a quiet retreat away from the major Atlanta metropolitan area. The grounds are beautiful around the hotel property. There is ample amount of trees to the rear of the hotel and the front area is situated on a quiet street that is maintained very well. The parking garage was also quite clean for a parking garage and the parking spaces were large enough to accommodate full size SUVs. Note that parking is $14 per night. Inside the hotel, the property is also quite immaculate. The lobby area is fairly modern and clean with large open space with very tall cathedral like ceilings. Checking in was fairly easy though the front desk couldn't find my reservation until I showed him my online check in. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms were fairly standard but again clean and somewhat updated. The television screen is massive and a mini-refrigerator is also included in the room although there is no small freezer section. There is a desk space and a sitting area as well. If you are on the 3rd floor, you are on the same level as the pool area. A southwest facing room will have you facing the pool area. This hotel is also pet-friendly with no weight restrictions. The pet fee is also decent at $75. There is an ample amount of grass around the area so no need to walk fido far so that they can relieve themselves. There is a restaurant and bar attached to the property although I did not get the chance to experience it.

Yelp
It a very nice hotel! Very clean! We were very impressed with the room. The only down falls we had with room was that they did not provide a microwave, the thermostat was a little messed up but still worked, and the water in the shower did not get extremely hot. They have a parking garage for guests to park in. We did not get to park there because they had 4 weddings going on when we arrived. We had to park in the valet garage beneath building, a little inconvenient but it worked out. The check in staff are extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
A+++ Great location (close to downtown ATL), amazing customer service, and comfy beds; what else can you ask for! This is my hotel when stopping by ATL! Yes, the onsite restaurant is PRICY, but what do you expect from such amazing establishment! Love their décor and friendly ambiance. Check in was breeze and accompanied by top-notch service! As stated above, beds are comfy, rooms are clean, and their complimentary travel amenities are simply perfect!

Yelp
Property looked amazing and high end from the outside. Inside the hotel maintained that look, the problem is when I entered the room. I booked a king suite and expected much more. Old wallpaper, low water pressure on the sink, broken shower spout, disgustingly filthy flooring throughout. Restroom was a deal breaker and I called front office to get a new room hoping for better. Of course the new room was more of the same. Unreal they have this place rated anywhere near good. This makes me think the rating system is fake based on what I saw in real life. For the price versus value this is a true disappointment. If it wasn't as late when I checked in I would've left the hotel to go to a cleaner room elsewhere. It was Literally that bad unfortunately Marriott brand has lost my business unfortunately.

Yelp
Very disappointing especially for the price tag. I stayed two nights for my sister's wedding, and we ran into trouble from even just trying to get the special rate code to work. Without discount code, it's about $300 for a night's stay, by the way. Parking garage stinks of weed, as well as several of the hallways. No valet or bellhops, or even somebody to find us a freaking cart to carry all our luggage up. The room was pretty standard, nothing special. Toilet was dirty, and one of the lights was missing the lamp cover. Room service never came by to clean or even just leave new towels. The outdoor wedding area was cute, and the event hall was roomy with a good size dance floor. Bartenders are...okay. The bar on site is overpriced with a sweet but seemingly less experienced bartender who doesn't know your basic liquor or cocktails.

Yelp
The customer service is beyond terrible. The night time "audit clerk" Tina was rude from the minute she began to help is. My friend and I called days ahead and paid extra to be able to check in right when we landed at 4am. The woman we confirmed with on the phone who told us we were fine to show up at that time was not working when we showed up & the night clerk was giving us such a hard time despite showing proof of who we spoke to & when. We also showed her our card being charged twice & were charged an extra $150 no show fee when we had literally called to confirm. The audit clerk asked us to have booking.com call and confirm our rate & she proceeded to talk poorly about us to the representative who we were also on the line with. We were exhausted from our flight, from out of town & the treatment we received was extremely unprofessional. Definitely left a bad taste for Our first introduction to atlanta. It was a mess up on behalf of the staff & the way we were treated and overcharged was a bit ridiculous.

Yelp
Checked in, no upgrades (colleague which is also a Globalist got one). Arrived in the room, bathroom is dirty. Switched rooms, went downstairs to meet a client for lunch and restaurant is closed. Found out that breakfast is not available either. Self parking only as well. my room had a lot of the appliances unplugged (lamps, tableside outlets, alarm clock) and same thing happened on my colleagues room (the suite). In addition the suite had the wallpaper peeling out and a big stain on the carpet. We also went to the market to get some water and nobody was controlling anything. We found a bag of M&M's opened and clearly someone "stole" a few M&Ms and left the bag half full in there. The room thermostat wasn't working either. I could set the AC temperature to 35F and would not go below 73F! This property is awfully mismanaged, not sure how they still remain in business this way. DO NOT STAY HERE, AVOID IT AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS.

Yelp
I was really shocked considering it's a Hyatt but it's a terrible hotel. First morning after traveling and a late early morning check in, I was startled by the fire alarm. And after walking down 6 flights of stairs and down through the parking garage we were told that it was a false alarm and to return to our rooms. Upon returning to my room later on that evening my key didn't work so I had to go back down to the front desk to get new keys. The clock & phone didn't work so anytime I needed anything I had to go down to the front desk. The tub didn't have any grip and was extremely slippery and last but not least the beds slept horribly. Pillows were flat and mattress caused so much back pain I had too immediately see a stretch therapist when I returned home. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Yelp
We booked this hotel by Perimeter Mall as we had a weekend break from our 11month old. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the King and Queen Towers. The rooftop pool was lovely to lounge around in and swim in at night especially. Parking was only $14 and conveniently located. They provided wonderful customer service and the location was fine as it was quiet and kind of off the beaten path even being near the Perimeter Mall area. We were totally satisfied with our stay!

Yelp
The place was nice, but not near other restaurants or amenities needed during the conference. The font desk people were kind, but no maid ever entered my room the entire 4 days I stayed there. There was a cocktail hour on the conventions schedule in their Barrel room with only one bartender for 300 guests. I was totally disappointed. I have stayed at other Hyatts, I have never had one of these not provide the basic maid service. I had to call the front desk for towels, coffee and creamers for my room.

Yelp
I'm giving 3 stars because of the showers. The pressure was too low and the caulk needs to be redone. The closet smelled and so did the hallway. Sadly there isn't any dining currently so that takes away from the thrill of staying at a hotel. For me at least. If you like to be catered to like me, I suggest waiting COVID out. It was a weird experience. Also heads-up! They allow dog to stay there. Yuck! Besides those minor details the bed was super comfy. I loved the view of my room. Oh yeah the garage needs to be pressure washed ASAP.

Yelp
We were very excited to be staying here. To our dismay, when we pulled down the sheets to go to bed, the pillows were dirty. We requested clean pillow cases and were told there are no pillowcases available in the hotel. Stains on the carpet and furniture. Just not what we anticipated...sleeping on dirty pillows.

Yelp
The hotel is like a ghost town. We made reservations that offered options for room with breakfast, just to find out they have no dining open nor room service available. Would have been nice to know. Front desk guy was so unfriendly and zero hospitality or friendly service, what a shame. The shower was SO disgusting, mold and mildew. So nasty that we opted out of showering. The only positive was the super friendly maintenance guy Paul, that tried to fix our tv and ended up moving our room. No reason to ever want to come back. With all of the competition in Atlanta, you would think at LEAST the customer service would be on point, but no.

Yelp
I like it here My kids even enjoyed the construction view! Ha It's surprisingly quiet. All staff is kind and attentive. It is tucked away so you feel like you're somewhere you aren't- when really you're just down the street from shopping and food. The area it is in- is sorta weird... like a little college campus. Ha Rooms are nice and pretty clean for the most part Housekeeping ladies are friendly. Bell man is the most friendly and kind.... valet fellas are super gracious when you tip them.. overall a good feel The room service isn't bad. Not the best I ever had- but not the worst by a long shot. They forgot a couple items but made up for it by bringing it right up and giving us an on the house juice. Friendly people. Overall, very happy with the rate we locked in and our stay here. Will probably stay again.

Yelp
Pretty good option near the mall. Stayed here for a work meeting about 20 miles away. Rather new property, 5 years old maybe. Rooms were well appointed. Ate at the on-site restaurant, it was not bad. The overall look and feel of hotel was villa esque. Rooftop pool overlooking the trees in back, looked quiet. I would recommend staying here.

Yelp
Excellent customer service! William the front desk agent is Amazing! There's a shuttle that provides free transportation within 3 miles of hotel...plenty of restaurants, stores/mall nearby. Loved the rooftop pool. Gorgeous landscape and walking trails behind hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Yelp
Pros: great food, room was nice and clean Cons: pool was closed for maintenance but was not communicated at the time of making the reservation. A/C did not seem to cool the room down. Had to bump it to 63, but still felt like 83. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Yelp
We got this hotel through a Priceline deal. Not at all disappointed! Great place to stay! The room service was VERY GOOD and not terribly expensive. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel in very excluded location. Room was extremely clean. Got an upgrade to executive suite. Room was cold just the way I want it. Will be back everytime I'm in the area.

Yelp
I would love to give this hotel 4 stars because it has the potential to be 4 stars. The grounds are gorgeous. The staff front desk staff were amazing. The hotel bar is ok. Service was great, I will get more into that later. I always take Clorox bleach wipes and Lysol spray with me when I travel. Thank goodness because it came in handy this time. My room was not clean. The bathroom sink, tub, mirror were dirty. The dressers had sticky residue on all of them. I found unused cigarettes in my room, if housekeeping had cleaned the room it would if obviously been found. I inspected the sheets they seemed to be okay but I was to tired to care at this point. The hotel bar has a Sunday brunch for $35 per person. The brunch is mediocre at best. I would highly suggest going to a much better local restaurant. Honestly, I would rather have Waffle House (depending on the location, than the brunch here)So the sad thing was I found a fly in my bacon the staff was very apologetic and accommodating and they comped my meal for me and gave me a free drink The hotel is beautiful and the location is very safe.

Yelp
Stay/Room/Facility: 5 Stars Restaurant/Service: 2.5 Stars Bar/Service: 3 Stars Recently stayed here after we had a corporate seminar within the same building. I really enjoyed the stay. Clean, modern facility. I had no problems sleeping, but I spoke with others at the seminar who did due to a vibration type noise all night long (specifically around the 5th floor.) We did not venture out [unfortunately,] the group I was with decided to eat at the attached restaurant, Villa Christina. After that experience, I definitely wished we would've stuck with our original choice. The food was marginal and the service was almost non-existent. The server appeared at the table three times: drink order/bread (which we couldn't get more of..); food order; bring the bill. At one point I got up to refill my coworkers water glass for him using a nearby carafe. Towards the end of the evening I ventured back down to the bar for a nightcap. Surprisingly, they were pretty busy that late at night. The service was almost non-existent there also.. hopefully it was just due to how busy they were and not normal poor service. I wouldn't have a problem staying there again.. I just would avoid the restaurant and possibly the bar.

Yelp
Do not consider this hotel. Believe the bad reviews. Horrible place. Dirty. Blood stains on the wall. WiFi was not working. The custodial staff was trying to enter my room at 4am! He claimed he was trying to close the door (which was locked by the way)...right. Key card would not work. Rooms were not cleaned. People are not wearing masks. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Yelp
We made a reservation for a week, paying more per night to get the free "breakfast for 2" and chose this hotel mostly for the rooftop pool we were planning on spending time at daily for our 3 year old. We show up at 9pm after driving 8 hours from home, the room and lobby, grounds etc were nice and clean, but when asked about when and where our free breakfast was we were told there was none. Just a "grab and go" type thing which was very disappointing since we paid more per night just for this so called breakfast. The following morning, we go to get our "breakfast" and were given 3 choices of what kind of muffin we wanted. A MUFFIN. THATS IT. I am 5 months pregnant with a 3 year old on a week long vacation paying nearly $1000 for a muffin. Not only that, the pool is completely CLOSED until further notice!! The reason we chose this hotel. And there is no info anywhere on the website that there is no pool or any explanation as to what "breakfast" they provide you. ALSO, there is about a 55-60" tv in our room and no live tv!! So, we are on a week long vacation with a 3 year old with no tv he can watch, no pool, and no breakfast. For $1000. It is false advertisement and they're robbing you of your money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, and call before you book to make sure wherever you go has OPEN amenities and a real breakfast before you waste a lot of your time and money.

Yelp
Hotel was beautiful! Everything is so new and contemporary and the decor is just perfection. This has been one of my favorite hotel stays in the U.S. ever. There's plenty of shopping and dining conveniently located near the hotel but please note this is 30 minutes away from downtown ATL so we had quite the lengthy drive getting to the hot spots each day. Parking and the valet were complimentary. The pool is beautiful and perfect to entertain family staying near the airport although quite a long drive for them. We had a view of the towers and really enjoyed taking morning and evening daily strolls around the beautiful grounds. They had the most amazing gardens with the cutest little bubbling brook. This would have been a 5star rating if not for how crowded things began to seem on Friday night through Sunday.

Yelp
This is the only hotel within walking distance of my company's headquarters in Atlanta, which makes it the only "choice" we have. In these instances, I expect the worst. Not the case here. The property feels brand new and is gorgeous. The staff is helpful and friendly, and there are multiple dining options, including Villa Christina, which apparently has been a Perimeter staple for years. Side note: If you stay here and/or eat at Villa Christina, be sure to take advantage of the beautiful gardens and walking paths in the back. My room was spacious, clean, everything in working order, and well appointed overall. The AC worked great (super important during hot summer months). The on-property fitness center is great as is the outdoor pool. All of these things on top of the really decent rate we pay leaves me to be nothing short of excited to stay here in the future.

Yelp
I do a daily radio show in Atlanta. I tried to line up a simple one night workshop at the Hyatt Regency Perimeter for my clients and listeners. It was almost impossible to work with the event staff there. I have been doing workshops for the last two decades. It is not that hard for an event planner. This was the worst experience I have ever had in trying to plan a very simple event. They sent me a contract to sign for a shish ka bob dinner? All I wanted was soft drinks and cookies! I finally gave up and moved the event to another hotel in the area. Maybe I am small peanuts to the Hyatt Regency Perimeter. The Embassy Suites was simple to deal with. The Hyatt Regency in Sarasota was also super easy to work with, but these folks have lost my future business and free advertising that I was going to bring them If you intend to plan an event here I wish you luck.

Yelp
The staff at this place have no idea what they're doing. I use a corporate travel agency to pre-pay my stays. Not super common but nothing that everyone person at a big chain hotel location should be unable to handle. Check in has taken 30 minutes both times I've stayed here. And my personal card was charged even after getting attitude from the staff about not trusting them to handle this basic transaction. I've stayed at Hyatt's all over the world. And the staff here is the worst. Will not stay again. There are much better options.

Yelp
From the moment we met with Julie Bilecky, the Hyatt-Villa Christina Wedding Event Sales Manager, we were impressed. Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina was the first venue we evaluated for our wedding location and Julie anticipated our questions and gave us a thorough tour of the property and review of the services available for our wedding. She has a warm personality and  a passion for event planning and expertise in customer satisfaction that only comes with 20+ years in the business. We evaluated a few other wedding venues after meeting with Julie and found that those venues could not compare to the value and low-stress that Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina could offer. Because we were inviting a large number of out of town family and guests, it made sense for us to go with a hotel/reception combo. It worked perfectly and was very convenient for our guests. Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina delivered on service. Julie and the entire team did everything in their power to make our wedding a very special day. Overall, we're happy we selected Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina for our wedding venue and would highly recommend this location and team to our friends and family. Thank you Julie and Hyatt for everything you did to deliver on your promise.

Yelp
Just experienced some of the worse restaurant service ever at a Hyatt. My wife and I wanted to sit down to a nice breakfast so we opted the restaurant over room service. Big mistake. We weren't greeted when we entered the restaurant, though there were three employees chatting with each other. We seated ourselves and waited. Someone finally filled our water glasses and walked off...with no offer for coffee. We waited and finally asked the person who filled our water glasses for menus. His response was one word, "Sure". After receiving our menus we waited about five minutes....no wait staff and still no coffee. It became readily apparent we were not going to receive service, so we left and had some breakfast bars in our room. Tomorrow I guess we will try the overpriced room service in hopes for some eggs and toast. Very disappointed!

Yelp
Situated in the quiet cove of Perimeter Summit surrounded by scenic forest views with backdrops overlooking the city skyline, Hyatt Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina offers an escape from city life without leaving the city limits. Hyatt at Villa Christina is conveniently located just minutes from some of Atlanta's premiere dining and retail shopping at and around Perimeter Mall and Atlanta's ultra-chic Buckhead area. Travelers will benefit from the many options the area offers for shopping, socializing and dining. Although the hotel's dining options are allure enough, meeting and event spaces are actually the Hyatt's biggest selling points. Hyatt at Villa Christina is conveniently located just inside Atlanta's Perimeter North business corridor which makes it ideal for the business traveler. Its location also makes it perfect for corporate meetings, but Hyatt at Villa Christina aint all about business. With luxurious touches and guest-friendly amenities throughout, along with an abundance of scalable event space, it's no surprise that guests and event planners are equally drawn to the hotel's leisure lure. As a guest, I didn't book a ballroom or plan a rooftop reception. However, I did appreciate the high-end touches that made me feel like I was stepping into an ultra-modern European retreat. Gorgeous, glossy, and artistic design choices are everywhere, from the minimalist lobby to the executive suites with floor-to-ceiling city views. It's hard not to feel pampered, and that's exactly the point. You can't help but be drawn into the relaxing ambiance of the hotel's décor. Unique blown glass chandeliers set the mood throughout, while colorful motifs seamlessly invite the lush outdoor landscape inside.
