This place is definitely not the best Indian food you can find in NYC, it's not even remotely close. It's basically the Indian equivalent of "happy double dragon" or "lucky jade garden" (Americanized Chinese) that you find typically across the country that are less populated with Indians. Located in the heart of Flushing, it's the best Indian food you can get without leaving Flushing. And you know what? Sometimes we just like to have some "fake" Indian food like the way we crave orange chicken from Panda Express. This place is great for take-out, and the best part of all, they take credit cards! My wife's favorite dish is the butter chicken (yellow curry). They have some interesting egg creations like the egg curry and egg fried rice, but in general, the dishes are just kind of meh and tolerable (i.e. not spicy, perfect for non-Indians). I completely agree with the bipolar distribution of reviews on Google: all the Indians hate this place (due to lack of authenticity) while all the non-Indians love this place. Since we're clearly not Indian, we're rating this place a 5-star. PS. I would recommend avoiding their Biryani, the flavor (or lack thereof) was pretty disappointing.
