"Hyperion Public in Studio City is launching a new springtime barbecue initiative, starting this weekend. Running every Wednesday and Saturday through the summer, the restaurant is wheeling out its smoker onto the patio to cook up brisket, ribs, and more for dinner, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The first night kicks off on Saturday, May 4." - Farley Elliott

"This bar in Studio City is a sibling to one of the same name in Silver Lake, and like the original, the best time to go here is for the rowdy bottomless brunch, which runs seven days a week. It’s also a good place to watch sports, and opens early during football season for the 10am games." - Brett Keating

In the words of my date "Not amazeballs but good". Our appetizers were Candied Bacon and the Brisket Potato Skins. Both really good! The skins especially. For a main course I had the Rueben sandwich which was my first ever so I have nothing to compare it too. It was salty but I'm not sure if that's how a Ruben is suppose to be but it's a stack of Pastrami so I imagine it is that way naturally. My date had Wasabi Egg Salad Sandwich. The wasabi flavor wasn't strong and the eggs a bit watery, still very tasty. Having it on chibata bread was perfect! We didn't have the bottomless mimosas, but for $18, this will be added to my brunch spots too return too on Sundays. We wanted desert but left no space. Le sigh, next time, because the carrot cake sounded delicious. Full bar and lots of beer on tap options. The decor is simple and welcoming, a classy gastropub feel. Very much a valley vibe.

Nice restaurant. Shrimp tacos were the best I have had anywhere and given my travels that is saying alot. My wife said the egg salad sandwich was only OK. Prices are reasonable, but the parking is typically bad for the area. Plan on valet parking fees and tips.

I come here for brunch. Always a great decision. Food is good, drinks are good, vibes are good. Vallet is easy. The back area of the bar is great for parties and groups, etc. I love it. There is limited cell phone service inside, but they have free wifi so its all goood!

Large selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. Friendly wait staff that was very attentive to our large party. I recommend the wings. We've been to their Silverlake location and Studio City is just as good. I look forward to coming back and exploring more off of the menu.

Was very disappointed with this place. I came in on a Tuesday for dinner and they ran out of CHICKEN! How do you run out of chicken? I was ready to spend $21 on this meal and some and they tell me they have no chicken. I ordered their steak something, wasn't very good. It was slightly bitter. Didn't like it at all. Spent $24 on it. My friend got the Salmon dish which was very good. I regretted not getting that. The bar area was the only one open so we sat there which was cool. I liked the dark new york style ambiance and customer service was on point. But the not having the food thing really brought me to give this place a 3 stars. They didn't even offer a complimentary dessert. Don't think I'll come back to this place again.

This place used to be an old British pub, and it's amazing what they've done to the place. With a relaxed dining floor in one section and more of a bar/cocktail lounge in the other section and a beautiful patio- this place could definitely offer up different vibes depending on what you're looking for. I went on taco Tuesday... the crispy shrimp taco was great, the grilled fish- not so much. But hey, it's not exactly a Mexican restaurant so it was fine. I have yet to try other things but will definitely be back to.

I liked it. Avocado Fries were a hit at our table. I ordered the June Carter's Biscuits and gravy. It was okay. Would go back. Seems like an up and coming brunch spot and good place to meet friends for happy hour. Vegan menu needs for options though. Otherwise a cool spot.
